The service was great there. Don't mind the higher price than McDonald's or Burger King because this place chars the meat, leaving it with a smokey and juicy patty. The tempura green beans are amazing and has a satisfying crunch. Thank you for the amazing food!

We absolutely love this place. We had errands to run in Modesto and decided to stop in Turlock for a bite to eat. My daughter saw the habit and asked if we could go and I am glad we did. Everything was made perfect and they did not mess up our order at all. It's also 1 of the few places that still serve Pibb extra which is my favorite drink. We will definitely be back to this one.

This place is so good. I got the double char burger with cheese and I put it on a sourdough bun. It was so good. They put butter on the bread then put it on the grill to give it some crispness. That's going to be what I get every time I go there. Please give it a try. I guarantee you'll like it.

My goodness, this was a delicious experience for me. Crispy bun, fresh produce, amazing meat; everything you could want in a burger. The sandwich was crispy without being dry, juicy without being soggy. All the flavors that should have come through, were present and accounted for. The fries were more crispy than not, which, depending on your personal preferences might be good or bad. I enjoyed my meal and will absolutely be going again in the future.

First time there and I will definitely go back. The customer service was above and beyond. Ronnie the manager was so nice. All the employees were nice. The food was incredible. Charbroiled cheeseburger cooked just right with all the fixings. Plus an order of fries and a drink. Priced perfectly for the quality of food and amount of food you get. I swear the order of fries is big enough to share between 2 or 3 people. I can't wait to go back and as soon as they open one in Merced I will going there frequently. 😎👍

This was my maiden trip to this place and to my amazement I was pretty impressed. Initially I thought it was one of those regular everyday kind of burger joint. It was far from it. Kind of a mini, high end kind of place. Not real big inside but comfortable having that family restaraunt feel to it but more on the "Cater to the above minors" atmosphere, but minors and young adults are welcomed also. They offer call in orders for pick up for businesses and for the regular Joe burger guy on the run. If you're in this part of town you should take the time and stop by.

I always enjoy eating here. The food is very good, the employees are polite, and the restaurant is always clean. I usually eat dinner here around 7-8 pm, and there's usually a few people inside, the dining room is about half full at most. The food is prepared quickly. I recommend the charburger or the crispy chicken.

My first time here. I did enjoy the burger and fries. It had a good taste and was cooked to order. So you will have to wait a bit to get your food, not too long. They also have a small area to get a few extras for your burger, but you will have to ask for BBQ sauce or Ranch. Over all its a good place to eat. Will be going back.

Very good overall. My husband and I go here all the time. He always gets a #2 which is the double char burger, fries and a large drink. I get the beyond burger and a salad, or the grilled chicken sandwich with raw onions and teriyaki sauce and a salad. Not all of the employees are nice or friendly and some are quite rude. At least they do their jobs well for the most part. Good service just seems to be a thing of the past and I am learning to tolerate that if I want to go to the places I like to eat here in Turlock. I believe we spend about $27 when we go and if I do get a salad then we spend about $10-15 dollars more.

They have the fried green beans which are absolutely delicious. The employees are really friendly. The day I went the place was packed. We did manage to get swing by the time we paid. I think my favorite thing here is the grilled chicken sandwich and the fried green beans.

Burgers are pretty good. Fries are okay. Tempura Green Beans are AMAZING, but they don't give you enough in an order. This place is usually very crowded and busy. (The newness hasn't worn off yet.) Pay attention to you order though. I have had 3 orders screwed up due to, in my opinion, a rushed atmosphere in the kitchen. They've been willing to fix the problem each time, but still, it's a downer. Order the Tempura Green Beans! Wait! Don't order them! (More for me.)

This place was alittle different than what I am used to coming out of a burger joint. It seams like some good old southern style food. I especially liked the sweet potatoe fries. Yummy! The food is made hot and fresh, but can take up to 10 minutes + to get it. They were pretty busy when we stopped in, and it made for a poor customer service experience, as the person working the front counter was also taking drive through orders. Giving half attention to your customers doesn’t feel good and made me feel like I was bothering them, as well as having to wait for food that is dying on the counter. Overall the food was good and I hope that they hire another staff member because it’s definitely needed.

Sundays are busy! Food is 10/10 and very great customer service! They have outside seating available to enjoy your food. Only issue on weekends is that it gets messy outside. This is the fifth time I've been to this location and it's been pretty consistent on both food quality and service. I went through the drive-thru one time and my card was giving them trouble reading so, they gave me the milkshake I ordered on the house, which I thought was exceptional customer service! However, the other four times I've dined in and each time, the line was very short but, I was asked to wait when getting up to the counter. The time between ordering and receiving my meal was in excess of 10 minutes each time... never seems to be a shortage of staff however. All in all, not bad. 3.5 stars would be more accurate though.

The price wasn't too bad, but still a little on the more expensive side. $10 for a double char w/ garlic herb fries upgrade. Took about 20 minutes to receive our 2 burger and 1 garlic and herb fry order. Flavor wise it lacked bite. Didn't have a charred flavor to it. Also the lettuce didn't seem crispy and fresh. I like the cheese on my burger to be freshly melted dripping down the sides, but the cheese on this burger wasn't melted much unfortunately. The garlic herb fries were't too bad, probably could use a little more garlic. The regular fries were good though. Portion wise, the double char was decent size, regular fries were great size overflowing, garlic herb fries had less. May or may not try another habit burger, as I like a more flavorful burger. Went through drive thru, even though it was a long line. When I received my shakes, they were really runny and tasted like a glass of milk with oreo pieces in it. My tempura green beans had tons of salt. The char burger was good. When I approached the window, I noticed that some of the employees were joking and messing around Instead of handing out orders.

The food is good, but I wanted a small burger late at night almost 11:30 p.m. and asked if they had a value menu. Why should anyone hear laughter in the background? Nearly Every time I go here my order is messed up. Missing kids drinks on more than 3 occasions and not noticing until I get home, missing fries on atleast 3 occasions I can remember, burgers made wrong I don’t know how many times. Countless times my family didn’t get to eat together at home and I had to eat a cold meal returning for whatever missing item. I’ve never had service fail so terribly like this before, once or twice is understandable as they are humans. But when I’m surprised when my order comes out right in the drive through then there’s clearly an issue going on in the assembly line. The way they pack the bags full, put napkins and all condiments on top makes it nearly impossible to unpack the bag before driving off to catch something missing. And often I’ll peek and think they finally got it right this time only to get home and find nope messed up again. I reached out to corporate about this (I’ve literally never been a Karen to do something like that but clearly the management or whoever is in charge of training assembly workers need some provision on how to correct this issue) and it hasn’t seemed to have helped. Thinking of reaching out to corporate again. They forgot my fries this last time and thankfully remade atleast my meal so I could eat a warm meal but I still didn’t get to eat with my family and had to drive back across town. Next time I’ll re-reach out to corporate. As for freshness, it’s fresh and yummy. Burger buns are literally soggy by the time we get home so maybe they need to be toasted a little longer Fries are yummy Time before last my double cheeseburger had two super pink patties with a odd taste. Didn’t complain. Last time they were cooked through. Drive through takes about 45 mins to an hour to get through and I’m NOT exaggerating. It is a ridiculous wait when it’s not even that long. Another issue was the phone number taking at checkout. The worker took my phone number down wrong and I sat in the parking lot for half an hour. Finally sent my daughter in and they said they wrote our number wrong. Food was ruined. So while food may taste good, this establishment cannot seem to function properly. I hope if they receive enough complaints corporate might send in someone skilled to retrain everyone. Double check orders, double check phone numbers, triple check orders again.

We love the Habit! I give 3 because the food is so good. But this visit was not great. They messed up our orders. They charged us for cheese when we did not want cheese then they did not offer reimbursement for the cheese that was charged. We had to wait for them to fix the order. At least the second time it came out correct. Not the greatest experience.

Food was good however there were a lot of flies in the restaurant. Gentleman who took our order was friendly however the lady or manager who served the food you could tell did not want to be there. On a Saturday morning my friend and I went to Le mo's for a sweet treat and coffee, before walking to the local museum. I was surprised of how limited choices they had. I got the croissant with nuts, it was delicious I also ordered a cappuccino which they draw a pretty design with the milk foam, I found the coffee to be small and the flavor not as good as it looked. This place is very crowded, great location in downtown Turlock, where trendy shops and restaurants are.

Great food but took way to long to receive it. Not to mention the price. It was expensive per meal. Didn't even get a receipt but expect to pay 100 for 5 meals. Still asked for a tip through drive through. I would rather choose in and out next time and they pay their employees more.

The food was great as usual. I am very saddened that they lost the customer service part when they added the kiosk ordering station. When I stood at the counter with a question and we were also paying with cash. It seemed like that we were an inconvenience. You get better service in the drive up window.

My family and I usually love this place but the last visit was not the greatest. The cashier was not great with customers and the older gentleman behind the counter seemed to cause more issues than being helpful. The ranch dressing in all 3 containers we were given was frozen. My kids waited 20 minutes for their flavorless ice cream cone to be made. We ended up throwing them away because they tasted like someone made a mistake while making the batch of ice cream.

I was surprised that my total was 20 something for a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. I don't know if what I paid for was worth it. My son's opinion was that it was alright. The burger was delicious, however, the manager Flor was a bit on the snarky side. I've worked in food and retail before, so I understand it's tough working with the public, and everyone has bad days. I didn't like the way she handled our issue or how it appeared she "managed" her subordinates. What to say about Habit Burger Grill. My first visit, well, the Burger wasn't any thing special and if you want any thing else on it it cost 1.60 more. The fries we got were cold and tasted stale. We let them know and got another order of fries. These fries came with so much salt they were impossible to eat. The sodas we got were weak. For two people ... 2 burgers, cold fries and a drink cost $37. Gonna buy from store and cook at home next time. The Habit Burger Grill is a no go for us. What a shame for this new business.

This habit is so cheap. They are charging customers for the spicy sauces. The same habit in pleasenton and sanjose give them generously. I spent $50 and thry refuse to give them. We are not coming back they just lost a custmer plus 20.

Very poor service! We have ordered from their drive thru at least 4 times and they have messed up the order. We do not have time to fix their mistakes every time they mess up. We emailed corporate and all they did was send us 3 tickets for a cheese burger. not even the same value as the orders they messed up. Not worth the time and energy to keep going back.

Two days in a row I went here first day I order a few chicken sandwiches and ask to give me bbq and teriyaki sauce on the side. But instead they put teriyaki sauce on the sandwich and nothing on the side. Waited for 25 min on the drive thru. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and a 10 crispy chicken pieces. The salad had 2 small diced pieces of chicken and an exaggerating amount of ranch dressing all over. Of the crispy chicken pieces one of the pieces had been bitten already and I was the lucky customer to get it in my order.

I waited forever in the drive thru for a single burger, no drink, no side. Finally the car ahead of me (the order that had resulted in the crazy long wait) pulls off. When I pull up I see my order sitting there along with the order to the car behind me and the order to the car behind that. When I get my order I ask the lady "This isn't cold is it? Because it looks like it's been sitting a while and I'll come back if it is." She says "No it's fresh. You can check it." I say "I will." Then I pull off only to check it a second later to feel it cold! to the touch. So I go inside to get a refund which I got and to ask for a copy of a receipt with a number to call or a survey link. Then they told me There is no survey link, no way to give a review through the store and that there is no number for customer service or any number I could call to express my anger about my bad experience. So I left hungry, angry and wasted time.

I was in yesterday. My total was 35 bucks. The girl who handed out the food reassured that all was in there. I get home in Livingston, and they didnt give my #9 sandwich. I go all the way back. Which was around 6pm And the manager who was wearing a light blue shirt was not customer friendly. His shirt was all the way out which makes me believe he was getting ready to go home. He gave me 7 coupons which he said I will be able to use at any location to complete the purchase of that day. Today I go to the NEW Merced location and I go to find out that the manager in TURLOCK shorted me 15 bucks worth of food. I was only able to use 3 of the 7.

Then the manager wanted to act like we were trying to steal some frys when they forgot to give them to us. My fiancee had to show her our receipt just to get what we paid for. This location never make it right i tried other habbit locations in bay had very good taste i been 4 5 times i neverbget that orignal habbit taste like it should be . This golden fried chicken was over cooked or been cooked multiple times ... No More Habbit in turlock

The Habit has great food and quality. But today it was not it. Thursday evenings are to be avoided. Our fries felt old and soggy, and my favorite burger here, the veggie burger, was a huge miss. Love Habit burgers, but tonight was not it. It's disappointing, I'll try it again another time and hopefully the food is at it's typical high quality.

Came here today around 1:00 For my 30 minute lunch I was the only person in line at that time. Manager I assume because of the grey shirt was on the phone messing with the card machine. She seen me waiting and told me one minute please, okay understanding I stood there. I was paying cash so could not order from the tablets. I waiting a whole 15 mins until I left had to drive back to work without lunch

I used to love Habit a lot and eat there many times. I ordered grilled chicken sandwich which used to come with ciabatta bun, but now it comes with wheat bun. When I ordered grilled chicken, I specifically ordered with ciabatta bun, which was my fav. However, I got my order and went back home to eat. And what I saw was a sandwich with wheat bun and I was very disappointed. Nobody told me that they did not have the ciabatta bun or anything. Also the food portions have been very small since I ate last time. Not good for the habit to do that 😔

Arrived and ordered food at opening at 10:30 am and the floors are filthy and every table has food residue and food crumbs on them. Why is your restaurant so filthy first thing in the morning. Absolutely disgusting. Clean your restaurant!! Will never eat here again.

Went through the drive thru and took over 20 minutes due to them having to make more fries. One of my items was missing, so I went back through the drive thru. Still took another 20 minutes. We only got 2 burgers and 2 fries- not a huge order that should have taken that long. Staff at the window was polite but wait time was ridiculous.

I came in and no one helped we intended to pay cash and settled to pay card to use the kiosk since no one came to help for 10+ minutes. Dining was also dirty but food was the only good thing about our experience.

Just ordered, one meal was missing when we went through the drive through. When we went inside to inform them I was completely ignored. Also when I got home I noticed we were cut short on a double patty meal. We feel ripped off.

Took 25 minutes to get our order of three items. We saw multiple people that ordered after us get their food before us. Manager claimed it was because they did on a computer. Salad was in horse bite sizes and included a hair. Men’s bathroom out of order. Will never return.
