Came on a Wednesday evening after calling in an order. It Was ready at the pickup time they said but we noticed when getting home that the order was wrong. After calling and explaining this to them they happily remade the correct order. They were friendly, quick, and kind about it. The food was good as was the experience. I've Never been disappointed and I've been coming to this location for years! Would recommend especially on Mondays or Tuesdays for the boneless wing specials!
I just had an amazing experience at Wingstop here in Turlock California. Management and customer service by other employees were amazing. Very thankful for their generosity and help made my day.
This place is busy from open to close and the staff always does an amazing job. Sometimes they make mistakes when they’re overloaded with big crowds but they’re always good about making things right. The food is amazing every time!
Service was outstanding! The cashiers and cooks of wing stop get a bad rep but this location has great employees and great tasting food! I ordered to go by phone an my food was hot and ready when I got to the restaurant, ambiance inside was nice I wouldn't have mind staying to eat there also, only down side is not a lot of seats. The staff is friendly and patient. I was a little indecisive and Nichole was very helpful with suggesting great tasty items that I enjoyed very much. My son and I both ordered and our food was fresh and hot. Nichole let us know there was about a 20 minute wait and I definitely appreciate the honesty. It was worth the wait…… They weren’t super busy in the store but they had 10 or more online/delivery orders pick up food while we waited and even had a person ask for the food to be re-made so he knew it was fresh. Then complained about the wait time. It’s chicken, and you aren’t the only one ordering sir. Why’d you order online if you wanted to watch it being made?! I had a great first experience here and I will definitely be back. I was only there for a short time but can say with confidence that I hope you get a raise because you deserve it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫
I ordered catering for a large group. The food was delivered on time by the friendly manager. It was packaged perfectly! Included everything we needed, forks, plates, napkins, and extra sauces! All of the wings/ items were correctly marked as so what type was inside of the containers and to top it off, all of the food containers were delivered inside a box layered with a plastic bag so after we were done eating we could throw all of garbage in the bag with no mess. They thought of everything and it was well priced. I definitely will use this Wing Stop again for my catering orders. Thank you! Everybody loved it!

Great food just wait time sucks but worth it
I’m doing this review for it to be more helpful to folks that are new in the area. The food is very good. They’re definitely really hard workers pretty clean and I’ve never had a bad order that being said they get tremendous a number of orders, especially during peak hours, and you should probably expect it to be 20 to 30 minutes after the Online estimated Order time. I think this is because Wingstop doesn’t seem to really adjust the estimated time. Based on how busy it is still go here frequently still highly recommended but just make sure you have more time than is estimated.

Employees were friendly and busy. I asked a lot of questions about the different fries and sides. The young man was able to answer some of them. After ordering, I was told the wait would be about 30 min. I chose to wait in a provided chair. My food was ready in about 20 or 25 min.The wings, rubs, sauces and dips were good to very good. The fries were not explained correctly or were made incorrectly. They had something spicy on them and ended up in the trash. I don't feel the food was worth the wait and price.
Order ahead or be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. The place seemed busy, but 25 minutes for two chicken sandwiches seems ridiculous. The fries were just okay, but might have been good if they had been freshly cooked. As it was, they seemed like they were done at 15 minutes and sat the extra 10 minutes for our sandwiches to finally be done. I'll pass on going back.
Ordered thru Uber Eats and they got order wrong so had to drive across town and they got it wrong again! They were very busy but still unbelievable they even tried to recharge us but after protesting got the 2nd wrong order for free and called it a day. Wasn't gonna go back again.
Louisiana Rub is way way way way way way over flavored. They literally tried breading the chicken in the seasoning. Fries were soft and there was a missing ranch sauce
They are always packed with people and the service is getting worse we got wings and all of them were full of fried feathers it was disgusting lost my appetite!! Maybe someone needs to put another wing stop in the area to ease the crowd at this place
The wings are good but the wait is a shared experience. Tried delivery too, took forever and my drinks and ranch never showed up. Wings were good though🙃

Store is really dirty. The floor is sticky. I went to the restroom and it was really dirty, it smelled bad toilet paper everywhere on the floor. The toilet was broken, it honestly looks like a public restroom in a park.

Came here yesterday and a lady working over there told me that she will not provide me a drink carrier for 2 drinks and upon asking she rudely told me that you have 2 hands. She doesn’t know how to behave with a customer. Really downhill. We are writing reviews and I don’t think anyone from the management reads it. At least helpful for the other people to avoid going to that place.
These employees are lazy and have no work ethic. A blonde girl said they were still working on my food that I ordered online 30 minutes before coming to pick it up. Took them an hour to give me my food. She also was not walking with a purpose and was on her phone by the drink station smiling.
I waited about 30-40 minutes for a 6 piece combo. Out of all the people inside, online orders were being prioritized even when no one was there to pick up. While they did give me an extra wing (boneless) the “wings” I got were the tiniest I’ve ever seen. Wouldn’t even say they qualify as wings, more like little chunks. By the time I got my food and went to refill my drink (drank about half while waiting) they were out of Coke. Didn’t even get a fork with my to go order, thank god my place of work has forks. I understand being short staffed, but this was ridiculous!
Everything about QSR is intended to provide a convenient alternative to cooking your own meal. This place fails entirely. Quick Service Restaurant when done poorly is slow and less than appealing quality product. How can you take twice as long as expected? 47 minutes on a 23 minute expectation? Yes, cook time is 20 minutes, but then say 50 minutes and give a realistic expectation. Also gave me a hot and undercooked product! How is that possible? If your estimates are 45 minutes, and you are grossly under estimating giving poor quality food does not make the experience better. There are always upset customers here waiting looking annoyed due to extra wait times after they show up expecting their paid for meal to be ready. I've seen people walk out entirely on their DoorDash due to an extra 20 minutes being told to the Dasher when they arrive. For my recent food there were hot portions of chicken and others were cool to the touch when biting into the drumlet, yes it's a thicker part of meat, but that's your job. Cook the food to temperature! Simply. Unexcusable. Rushing a product to the window only exaggerates the issue here. It's been a very long time since I was a patron due to a very poor prior experience, and kept that to myself and their email survey (could care less about free fries), I care about what I paid for. So, I feel people need to know what to expect when you fail so spectacularly. This is the end of my patronage here, unfortunately. I've had good food from Wingstop elsewhere and believe it can be a good product, just not near here in the central valley.
Always 100% Dirty, understaffed, painful slow service, its disgusting to eat inside. Wings and food are good, but you have to wait 4 Spongebob Episodes minimum to get at that chicken. Its painful to order and pick up here.
The food is mostly good but after Covid it seems like good workers left. Orders always take much longer than told. This time the staff was sitting around and talking to Walter while orders piled up. Would recommend ordering in at the ceres location for a better experience.
This place wasn't even prepared for Super Bowl. Sunday people out the door waiting said it was an extra half hour wait, Left came back to pick up the order. And said it was another half hour, so I had to cancel, Not even prepared for extra staffing.
Placed my order at 2:22 and scheduled it for carryout @3:30 I arrive by 3:30 and was told it was gonna be a 10 minute wait so I figure it was fine. Then 40 minutes went by while several other people were served first and multiple Doordash orders. I figure they were either running behing or something it took way longer than the intended pick up time which seemed pointless if it wasn't gonna be ready by the pickup time. Probably short staffed which I hold no blame on but gotta do better
This place keeps getting worse. An absolute joke when you order online and go during the expected pickup time and they tell you it’s still another 30+ minutes. Customer service is also terrible and the employees need some real training.
This place is dirty even the pin pad to pay. Then they forgot to make my order. By time I got my order there was a whole meal missing. Called the “manager” who asked if I wanted a refund or meal. I said refund I didn’t want to go back. Oh wait you have to come back to get the refund. Well then just make the meal if I have to come anyways. Then she left me on hold never said anything after that. I had to call back after ten mins for them to tell me they made the order. Why didnt the manager tell me they would have the order ready for me to pick up. So un professional. That place needs a deep cleaning eww. The staff need to be trained in customer service. I’ve been a manager in customer service before for 20 years this is the worst. We’ll have to edit my review cause they got the order wrong again. This place it the worse their staff do not I mean do not listen to what you order. This store needs to be cleaned out staff and store it self.

Placed an order as a pickup by accident due to quarantine, I called them within 2-4 minutes after placing the order online. I kind female cashier answered the phone and put me on hold for 5 minutes . Someone that had a supervisor title asked for my name and number and told me his manager would call me shortly (10 minutes) to process the refund. Almost two hours later I called back because I planned on ordering food but I refuse to pay again. The supervisor (male) then told me someone would call me back about a refund. He was quick to end the call but I had to ask how are you going to call me back without getting my info. He didn’t even ask about the issue, my name nor the order number. I then told him that a 34$ meal not mean much to him but it means a lot to the customers. He then told me that a manger does refunds the next day!! In a million dollar business there should always be someone to void a transaction, I know because I’m in retail myself. This will be the last time I order something from here, they either get your order wrong and or it’s never ready when the app tells you that it is. It would be nice for someone to contact me about this issue, yes I contacted them on Twitter and they told me to do something that never works (fill out complaint form on site). It’s been 4 days and nothing has been done so far.
Terrible. Ordered via the app when I was 25 minutes away, made sure to specify that I wanted all flats. The app said my order would be ready in 19-20 minutes. Cool. Got there and was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I went back to my car, waited 10 minutes went back, was told it would be another 10 minutes. Came back and sat in the restaurant for another 5 minutes before finally receiving my order. Got in my car and it was mostly drums with barely any seasoning. The only reason I didn't go back is because I was already running late for an appointment. Disappointed and absolutely will not be back Thankfully the Wingstop near my home can follow simple directions.
I came in ordered 10 wing combo w/ voodoo fries. They gave me Cajun fries I called and asked to either fix it or get a refund. I get put on hold and the lady wanted to argue with me and didn’t give me a refund. Don’t come here let alone the lids on there tea was off and the floor was sticky.
I went to pick up my Wingstop order on Thursday 2/6 and as always they messed up my order. Pick up time was for 6:55 and ended up wanting an additional 30 minutes and first time I asked how long the associate said they were working on it. Second time I asked which was 15 minutes later they said the tag didn’t print out and they barely started working on it very annoying. Wings were incorrect and they forgot to add my little ranches that came with the orders. It honestly wasn’t even to busy they were just to busy talking and messing up the orders and had not a care in the world for the customers.
Long story short, we ordered to the wrong wingstop. We called they were supposed to refund us 2 MONTHS AGO, not only have we not received it but the MANAGER wont speak to us. The employees continue to take our information to give to their manager but they will not call us back.
Terrible speed of service, my wife wanted some wings to take to work for lunch. I still had to wait over 40 minutes on wings we ordered ahead of time and as a result my wife had to go to work without any lunch and when I finally got my order it was cold. Absolutely terrible how, hard is it to give customers quality food on time.
Way too long wait for either dinning in or online order pick up . You can come in on the time it tells you order will be ready which will say 20-40 minutes but still will make you wait an additional 20 minutes: they also don’t take your order when you walk in until they get a chance . It must be because they only have 2 people working at a time never full staff. Someone is always on lunch or their short staffed: I use to be a regular but now it’s just way to long for fast food

I ordered a boneless meal from Wingstop with four different flavors, and they sent me something totally different. They gave me bone-in wings, some tenders, and in a flavor I don’t even like. I’m really upset because the wings feel undercooked, and I don’t like the taste they chose. The experience was really disappointing, and now I can’t even complain since the food was already delivered.
These wings were not cooked all the way, it felt like when you bite into it was just all rubber. There was hair in my food, my wings were uncooked I got 20 and they were all uncooked and tasted like plastic. The worker was very nice but I wouldn’t recommend going to this wingstop. If you wanna bite into a piece of wing and it feel like plastic then you can

This specific restaurant needs a clean slate, get rid of all the staff and start with a complete new set good workers. Management is also at fault, because staff is a reflection of management. Avoid avoid avoid. And if you can't avoid this location, we'll order 2hrs ahead of time, hopefully then you'll get your order on time. Photos show the lazy workers. Unfortunately I took the photos before leaving and while they were actually doing something, go figure, but if you are curious, just go and check them out, you'll see what I'm talking about.

They’re short staffed so I am not going to slam the employees as they were doing the best they could on a busy NFL playoff weekend. But my order was missing two things and the fries were undercooked badly. On a side not the location has gone down hill. Trash everywhere and the parking lot was flooded. I spent $50 exactly. Didn’t get what I paid for.

DONT EVER COME TO THIS WINGSTOP. First they didn’t even give me the correct order I ordered a 20-Piece boneless meal deal and instead of hot honey rub they gave me original boneless wings, I also ordered 2 tenders and they weren’t even fully coated in the sauce. More so it was just drizzled on top so I closed the box they came in the shake them to try and coat them. Also ones of the ranches was HALF full and when I asked for another ranch they took my half filled ranch away and gave me a new one. WORST wingstop experience go to Modesto or ceres for wingstop not Turlock guys plz.

They didn't put a third of order in the bag, my son who picked it up didn't know.. but when I called for two hours... the phone extensions kept going to a voice mail box that was full... no human contact!
