My visits to this Denny’s location are always a highlight of my week, and that’s largely thanks to our favorite server, Heribarto! He consistently goes above and beyond to make every dining experience exceptional. His warm, friendly personality lights up the room, and he always greets us with a genuine smile that makes us feel like family. We absolutely love that Heribarto leaves the hot coffee pot table-side—it’s such a thoughtful touch that keeps our cups full and the conversation flowing. His attentiveness is unmatched; he checks in just the right amount, ensuring we have everything we need without ever being intrusive. The fact that this location still honors Denny’s rewards and offers a free Grand Slam on birthdays is a huge bonus, but it’s Heribarto’s stellar service that keeps us coming back a few times a week. Heribarto’s efficiency and care shine through in every detail, from remembering our favorite orders to making great recommendations when we want to try something new. On my first morning here, hungry and still settling in, I walked into this Denny's next to my apartments and was greeted by Patty. She didn’t just take my order—she took the time to listen to my story. We talked about moving, life, and even about her family's military service. That moment stuck with me. It reminded me that in a world where people are often in a rush, it still matters to be heard—especially over breakfast. Since that day, I’ve been coming back nearly every Friday. The service is always top-notch, the food is consistently delicious and warm, and the staff treat you like a regular even if it's your first time in. And let me just say—these are hands-down the best hash browns around. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and cooked with care every single time. This Denny’s doesn’t feel like a chain—it feels like a hometown diner. The Tustin location brings that comforting, familiar energy that’s hard to come by these days. If you’re looking for a good meal and genuine people, this place delivers every time.

This by far. Is the best Dennys experience I have ever had. Lam T was an absolutely incredible host. She went far more above and beyond. Her hospitality made the vibe of being here so so much better. Cracking jokes and making sure if we needed anything she got our backs. I went with my buds and we all agree this is the best person we've had the pleasure of meeting at Denny's and the best waiter ever. She was super nice and even gave us some incredible toys! I have Kenny the yellow Carrot, Steven the slinky. And Jamîr Muhammad Abdul Kashmiri the blue dino! KENNY IS AWSOME IT KEEPS IT OWN BALANCE!!! But I'll be honest in my about 8 years of going to dennys ranging from around the US. Lam T is by a long and I mean a long shot was the best server ever. I will be back. I would come back for the Denny's itself but I'll definitely be back since everyone here is so nice. Especially Lam T. Thank you for being an awesome amazing person and keep it up! 😊🤟

This is one of the best Dennys locations in California. As someone who has been to a multitude of locations and has had varying experiences in terms of both food and services this location has the best consistency and quality in both categories. During my most recent visit me and my friends were attended to by Lam, this waitress was not only quick but also courteous in her service. Customer service was a ten out of ten, multiple times she asked us about refills on our waters and coffees and even gave us some little toys after we paid. Regarding the food I chose the Triple Juicy Burger and as usual the kitchen staff did not disappoint. Where at other locations the bun of the burger was evidently not fresh and springy as bread should be I found myself pleasantly surprised when I began to dig in and the bread was actually soft. While you can never go wrong with a tower of beef, bacon and bread you certainly can't go wrong with choosing this location for your meal any time of the day.

Needs an upgrade. Booths not comfortable. Tables were not level or balanced so they wobbled. Staff was nice enough but waitress got a very simple order wrong. By the time they corrected the one wrong order, the rest of us had finished our meal. But, they did deduct the amount of the wrong item from our bill. The food that came as ordered was good except the OJ seemed watered down. When your paying over 5 bucks for a small orange juice, you definately don't expect it to be watered down! Im not sure if all Dennys have raised there prices, but a bill for 2 value meals came to over 43 bucks!! So, I won't be going to this Dennys again anytime soon. Staff were friendly but kinda slow. Our waitress didn't speak much English which can make getting orders right a little difficult, unless you too speak Spanish. And just above our heads, on the ceiling had missing tiles, and we could see up into the attic with exposed wires. All in all, I'd give it a C- grade. 2.5 stars outta 5. And thats being genetous! Its a real shame too, cause they closed down the Dennys by our house, in Foothill Ranch. It seems that Dennys Restaurants are slowly dissapearing! They used to be our "go to" place for a good, low priced breakfast. But, not anymore!!

Truly, choose elsewhere. Place has nostalgic decor. It’s clean. That said, the Lead or counter man who rang me up looked annoyed and completely put out that I approached counter to acquire forgotten mayonnaise; in attempt to eat burger while still warm. I’d gone to counter since poor server was a party of one in a full dining room; doing his very best. Horrible vibe for the working class. The burger was so greasy the pool of gelatinous liquid was disturbing and rendered it inedible. I thought I had subbed fries for fruit but was charged $1.99 for the weirdest fruit side ever. In their effort to stretch their dollar; strawberry sliced aggressively to cover more real estate. Odd parking lot next to a questionable motel. Nothing redeeming.
