They have great customer service at this location. They dont ignore you and hive you attitude. I walked in after missing the bus one night,not to mention my phone was dead,and when i asked to use a phone they didnt stare at me like i was crazy, they lwt me use there personal cell phone i felt that was a great way to show professionalism and careing . Not many people actually act human out there these days ,also there restaurant is clean and there bathroom is clean too.

Placed an order and they forgot my sauce cups. When I called they were very apologetic and delivered my sauce cups and a few other items. Thank you guys so very much! Amazing customer service both from the driver and person who answered the phone!

My son and I went in there and ordered dinner for our family at home. The staff was very pleasant and fast with making our pizza to come home to eating the pizza and I struggle with indigestion and heartburn from pizza any kind of tomato saucy food gives me indigestion and now I know I found my favorite pizza place. I was able to digest three slices of pizza and not have to take any type of indigestion medication or heartburn medication. The staff there were fun and energetic. This is going to be my new favorite place to order pizza from I’m so happy to be a new homeowner and resident of 29 Palms Kudo points to Mike.

Hello Googlers, I decided to visit this place to get away from my usual domino's trap that the local base has and really have to say I am pleasantly surprised at this place. Went in, had my order taken fairly quickly, and out in no time. Staff was very active and loved the energy!!!! Pizza was hot and delicious, not normally a Papa John's kidda guy, but hey if I want the good businesses to remain in business, I think I should encourage those who are rocking it. Thanks guys for a great experience. I will be back around.

I was trying to use a 50% off coupon and customize The Big Bonanza pizza to just have normal sauce, NOT the BBQ but it wouldn't give me an option to change it on the app. So I called this Papa John's and they said to go ahead and put the order in on the app so I still get the discount, the manager personally took down my name and number and said they would go ahead and take care of the change for me. So grateful! It was a hectic day but this helped! Thanks Papa John's! I subscribed to emails from them and get 50% off coupons like everyday, and whenever I order for delivery they've always delivered before the time I was told, AND when I order carryout, they always have my entire order ready when I get there! (The email does let me know how much time to wait before going to pick it up so I usually wait like 10-15 minutes before I leave my house and I only live literally 2 miles away). Awesome service, awesome pizza. Thanks! 😊

This is the only place we ordered pizza from when we lived in 29. It was always a good experience. We always ordered through the app, and we racked up enough points to get 2 free pizzas. We never had a complaint or negative experience here. You can tell the management is on top of things. The staff is awesome!

Ordered online. Was notified my order was ready so i headed to get it. Get there and it's not ready... they were still waiting on hot wings. I stood there a good 15min waiting on the wings. And then to top it off, we're in the middle of a pandemic & only 1 employee was wearing a mask properly; 2 were wearing their masks around their necks & 4/5 weren't wearing a mask at all. 3 stars because my pizza was cold, but at least my order was correct... after waiting.

Had delivery today since it's been reopened. Asked for well done pizza. Got almost undercooked pizza. It's okay, just had to put it on a fry pan for minute or two. Next time, will call to make sure it's well done. Other than that, it was good.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with Mushroom medium. Which was $16, had a deliver which I live right around the corner, so it went up to $26, and there was hardly any pepperoni or mushrooms. They should have put more toppings on there for what I paid. So my experience with Papa John's was not good. I will not be ordering pizza from there again.

First of all Papa John's is not stepped it up they don't even know that they have a great white pizza my pizza is missing the Ramada tomatoes then I called waited on hold to make sure that he can do all flats and they said they couldn't have I would have canceled the chicken order but after it was delivered they tell me that they cannot do all flats I will never eat at papa John's again. Nobody out pizzas the hut!!!!!!!

What a joke. I ordered a simple pizza a couple days ago and the driver reeked of cigarettes, and was noisy when driving up after waiting what felt like forever. Food was undercooked, and when I called to complain I was put on hold and ignored untill the call disconnected. The pizza wasn't even cut all the way through. All I wanted was a pizza and I got a headache. Not worth it. Avoid at all costs.

Almost zero cheese... Also burned and blackened edges with big bubbles in the crust because no cheese was covering the dough... We asked for extra cheese on one pizza and instead got almost none. Our other toppings were very skimpy as well. We've had good pizzas here in the past but this was terrible. Picked up in a Friday around 5:30pm. Our mistake was not checking the pizzas before we left the store. I could have made a better pizza at home.

On top of that my 10 piece only had 8 pieces of room temp chicken in it. I also ordered a large pizza. The doe was extremely flat and the crust was as well. The entire pizza ended up being bland and disappointing. I have no idea what happened after they reopened but I will never be going there again which makes me sad because they use to be my top pizza place to order from. The delivery driver was the only positive part of the experience, he was nice.
