Well, lemme tell ya about my trip to Carl's Jr, folks! I strutted up to the counter and, like a real baller, ordered the Super Star Meal. I'm talkin' big, folks, almost like they plucked that beauty right out of the dang advertisement picture! Then came the fries – crunchy, fresh, and hotter than my ex's temper. I'm sittin' at the table, mindin' my own business, and outta nowhere, the cashier shows up with my grub. Now, that's what I call service, like, "Hey buddy, here's your ticket to burger heaven." Now, that Super Star burger, it's a masterpiece. Fresh tomatoes, lettuce so crisp you'd think it just took a dip in the fountain of youth. I washed it all down with a frosty Coke – they got the classics, no fancy-pants stuff here! So there you have it, folks, Carl's Jr, where the Super Star Meal is as close to burger perfection as it gets, and the service? Well, it's like they knew I was comin' and rolled out the red carpet. If you ain't been here, you're missin' out on a fast food love affair that'll make your taste buds swoon. Go get yourself some, and thank me later!

We really enjoyed our food and the great service Mrs Angel was very helpful and nice. Very friendly to all customers. We made a second trip there all the workers were also very friendly and they make your food fresh and as you requested it made. Thank yall so much plan to make another trip soon.

My wife and I both ordered Big Carl burger combos with crispy fries and one of the burgers without lettuce. Our order was completed correctly and the fries were good and crispy. The food tasted great! We have often stopped here in the past since we drive by it often. It has become a regular stop for us.

Website shows an opening of 7am. Asked the folks on the truckstop side what time they open, was told "it's supposed to be 6am". Waited until 710am, and literally had the manager close and lock the door in front of me. This is the LAST time I'll be stopping here.

Came by at 8:30 PM. Store hours say they close at 9:45, but I was told the chicken station shuts down at 8:00. Not sure how that makes sense when you’re still open for over an hour. On top of that, I sat at the drive-thru window for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me.. I had to ask if anyone was there. If you’re going to stay open, the staff should actually be working and communicating with customers. This felt more like people just didn’t want to do their job. It was also cute that you were all laughing as we drove away

Stopped in this morning. Sign says they open at 6. They said they don't open till 7. Now, Trisha had an attitude and told me she didn't care. She could have been more professional... I don't understand how there can be a restaurant at a truck stop that doesn't open in the morning.They should change their location or actually open up.When the sign says they are open

High price for low quality seems to be the norm for these fast food restaurants. $9.29 for this at most mediocre burger.

I asked for the grilled cheese breakfast sandwich and as you can see i got a sandwich that was not grilled and had 2 different types of bread on it. One piece from a bun the other was a regular slice you would use for a grilled cheese. A toddler could have made me a sandwich like this and then I wouldn't have had to pay for it here.

I hate to have to give one star but good Lord Mr Carl would be turning over in his grave if he knew the state of this restaurant. Born and raised in California so I know exactly how Carl's Jr should taste and how their employees should work. Sadly in Texas most of the locations have closed including the one closest to my home. This location is on the way to families home in the next town over and we decided to stop for the first time. I literally was craving Carl's Jr and I definitely will wait until I'm back home in California before I ever have it again!!!! Walking in most of the tables were dirty. Went up to order and told the employee that it was dine in. What I received was a brown paper bag to go. That's not what I ordered so one star removed for that. I have eaten western bacon cheeseburgers for the past 40 years and know exactly how they should taste. There was enough barbecue sauce on this burger to make 20 western bacon cheeseburgers. I'm not even going to bore you with the amount of Grease on my burger. This was the first time in my 40 years I didn't even want to finish my western bacon cheeseburger. Two stars removed for that mistake. This is Texas the land of Dr Pepper you expect Dr Pepper to be magical everywhere. It was disgusting and was completely flat, no carbonation in the drink whatsoever. Threw it out and replace it with some sweet tea. Again this is Texas and that tea definitely was not sweet. The fries were served room temperature and I'm pretty sure they had been sitting there for a while before they were given to us. This Carl's Jr is located adjacent to a cefco gas station next to I-20 so a perfect location for what a weary traveler would need. Unfortunately I would have probably had better tasting food had I gone to the cefco gas station then here. To all my fellow Texans and every other visitor that has stopped here I promise you this is not how Carl's Jr should be.

The only customer in the line, waited FOREVER! Ordered the bacon cheese ranch fries with my meal and this is what I got. They knew this shouldn't have been sent out like this before they bagged it! They are SOOO lucky they are by the interstate and not closer to town or I wouldve went back for my money! Cherry Coke was also flat and the drive-thru was full of trash🙄

Chicken strips had a lot of gristle, but the breading is good. There was enough mayo on my son’s burger to bottle and start his own mayonnaise company. Yuck. The bacon on the fries was barely cooked. A better enforced employee cleanliness would be nice. The man wearing inch long fake nails and no gloves was disturbing. Probably won’t go back.
