Pasta!!!! I’m Italian and often make my own pasta, but Ramen Cubed makes excellent tagliatelle! They ferment the dough before cutting so the raw pasta smells slightly like sourdough. And you can get it uncooked and ready to go. 10 out of 5 and will purchase again! Chef V made me an excellent lunch! Ramen and tapa both excellent. Will repeat!!!

The noodles were a bit bigger than normal instant noodles, which made them more fun to eat! The broth had a teeny hint of spice and was very tasty. There was plenty options for toppings, and even a vegan broth option! Our server was polite and the decor was pretty. Overall, the atmosphere of the place was very pleasing, clean, and quiet. Though, I must warn, be careful or you might order yourself an expensive bowl of ramen! But overall, would highly reccomend!

Went here for our anniversary dinner, and it was very good. I had the White Miso Chicken bowl while my husband had the Pork Tonkotsu bowl. Both were delicious. Our waiter was very nice, and the atmosphere was good. I recommend it.

Our server, Chaz, did a great job and the food was genuinely delicious. If I lived in this town I would probably go here all the time. Thanks!

Just had my first dining experience at Ramen Cubed. My first time having ramen that was not Top or Cup O Noodles! LOL! The decor is beautiful bright and bold. I love the wooden tables, benches and bar. The saviche was delicious! So was the ramen with ribs. The meat fell off the bone. So tender and flavorful! Their ramen is made in house. It was a shame that my friend and I were the only ones there. If you like ramen or want something different for lunch or dinner. Ramen Cubed is worth a shot!

Chaz made me Tonkotsu today and it was DELICIOUS. Everything was tasty, made quickly and served by a charming young man.

Food was amazing. The guy helpful picking what was best after having surgery. The restaurant was clean as well as the kitchen. Thank you guys.

Absolutely delicious. These people know what they’re doing. I got the salmon ramen and it was exquisite. Rich, flavorful, with perfect house made noodles. We got a package of the noodles to use at home and they were great.

Staff are attentive and very helpful. Braised short rib bowl was amazing. Noodles are made fresh and cut daily. Will definitely return when I pass through Willits or Ukiah.

Ramen Cubed is a must try. They have amazing ramen with fresh noodles with localy soured wheat. The must try dishes are the chicken ramen bowl and the filet plate. Amazing atmosphere and even better staff. If you are a local or just visiting check this place out.

Out of towner here who went to Ramen Cubed to celebrate a birthday and was extremely impressed with the service and of course the ramen! I chose the Pork cube ramen and it was gorgeously displayed and even tastier than it looked. (perfectly cooked egg too) Plenty of meat in this large portion that I could barely finish but couldn't stop eating due to its taste. The staff was kind and charming and even though you order at the counter, they checked in on us often to make sure we were pleased. The atmosphere is casual yet sharp and very clean. If I lived in town this would be a regular stop. May have to travel back just for the Ramen.

Place is always squeaky clean and the service is fast and of course the food is always great and fresh too. Aeden and Danny were my chefs tonight and you can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do. They seem to hire a lot of students which is amazing since it teaches them a good work ethic. If you want to support a local restaurant that is improving our small community or if you just want some bomb food, definitely check it out!

Truly the best ramen I’ve ever had, and our family eats a lot of ramen. My personal favorite was the Tonkatsu. Rich, creamy, and the house-made noodles were amazing. They sell their noodles (pasta and ramen) so you can take them home and make your own creations. The pasta made our meatball night at home 10 times better. Also, Chef Taylor is a gem. Ukiah is truly lucky to have this spot! Don’t wait, go now!

Chef Vee was awesome! First she made me the ahi app it was very balanced with the chimichurri sauce, and the micro greens on the side were very balanced with the flavor of the dressing. Next, I tried to ceviche very nice combination of citrus and balance of flavor . Shrimp were very well prepared too in the dish Last I tried, the Yomi sake which was very nice. Thank you Chef Vee!

I am so thrilled that we have this bay area quality ramen restaurant. We used to go to Willits, now we have it in town! The vegan ramen dish is a great choice for vegetarians and vegans. The broth is tasty! For vegetarians, you can order a small plate of mixed veggies as a side dish. Service is attentive. Yes, the owner is kind and smart. Wish them success.

We also had the John Ford Fillet Tapa and the Salmon Tapa (delicious crispy skin!) each cooked perfectly by Danny (who was able to tell us everything that was in them!) and served with really tasty sauce, vegetables and salad. Our waiter, Aiden, was so friendly and knowledgeable about the different sakes they have. Prices are super reasonable. These are dishes that would take you hours and hours to make at home (the broth! the pork belly!) and honestly, they would be really hard to make this good. If you want really special food and a great night out, we highly recommend Ramen Cubed!!! We will be back for sure.

Absolutely delicious ramen! I had the Tonkotsu Ramen w a Spice Bomb and my husband ordered the Vegan Tonkotsu. Side of kimchi was sold out. For dessert we had the chocolate pot de creme and the cream puff. Very tasty as well. The best part of our dining experience in addition to the food was the staff. Courteous and professional service provided by Danny and Chris. They are a great team. Sitting area and the open kitchen seemed to be meticulously clean, and both Danny and Chris ran the restaurant as if it were their own. The owner should ve very, very proud of them. Great find in Ukiah. I had the Ramen with chicken broth & salmon, it was delicious. The sauce they put on the salmon was bright & acidic. Restaurant was clean and spacious. The server was also the chef and cashier. Please be sure to tip local restaurants like this well!

I would give 6 stars if I could. This is easily one of the best meals I've ever had in Ukiah. The tonkatsu ramen was nourishing and delicious. The pork belly was impeccably seasoned and the chili crisp was a welcome addition. Add to that a nice atmosphere, friendly service, and clean bathroom, and you truly have a gem. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

Soooo goooooood! Harder ever get to go to Ukiah but i’m so glad we stopped in before we left! Will definitely be back when we can! Pork was so tender, noodles were amazing and flavors were incredible! Felt so good on my stomach which is pretty sensitive. Atmosphere was really relaxing and cook was so nice!

Had a great meal. My granddaughter loves their gluten free noodles. Aeden and Danny made us a delicious meal.

A good spot for Ramen. We ordered Tonkotsu and Ahi Tapa they are both delicious it may not like typical authentic Japanese Tonkotsu that has bean sprouts instead I found bell pepper, thin shredded carrots and edamame in it but quite tasty the broth was absolutely rich and flavorful the Seared Ahi has aromatic Smokey flavored in it which so good. Add up ingredients are available but watch yourself you may end up getting yourself a $40 bowl of Ramen. Easy and very refreshing tiny dining room with counter bar the staff are so polite, informative and super nice definitely will be back again soon.

Brian did a great job making me feel welcomed and was kind and asked questions on what I like & disliked. My bowl gave me sensation of tatse & I enjoyed watching him make it in front of me. I like how the place is right next to downtown arena and fits just right in. I will be stopping by more.

I tried the salmon bowl with vegan broth as I am mostly eat vegan... They do have vegan options which is great .

We came in a while back and could not eat the food. The noodles were completely mushy and in a clump. The ramen was barely lukewarm when it arrived. All four of us ordered something different, but one of us ordered vegetarian. When the bowls arrived the server could not tell us who's bowl was who's. We just did not enjoy our experience or the food. We boxed it to not be rude but had to dispose of it. I loved the Willits location and had high hopes.

Went for lunch and place empty. It was cold inside and asked for the a/c to be turned off,but didnt happen. It was weird that we didnt really have a server, we had to go up to the register and order and same for drinks! Tuna roman bowl was good but nothing great!

My nephew got the seared salmon on a bed of salad. And he also really enjoyed his. We didn't get to try there in House made Ramen. but we will definitely be back. We would all recommend this restaurant.

just when opened didnt have fish flakes in broth now can't get without makes zero sense why have pork and chicken broth with gross fish flavor. cant get without. been to japan several times not once ever seen pork/chix with flakes. its a condiment and on tables never make with

The ramen is disgusting, the broth was missing flavors, the pork they served was so salty, not to mention there weren’t the typical flavors and veggies in the bowl. Bell peppers????? Couldn’t finish my bowl, nasty… :( service was amazing though, recipes should be switched up. Oh also expired Sapporo with weird coating on bottom of can??
