Chipotle Mexican Grill, what can I say? The food is amazing. I've been to plenty of different locations, and this one is really no different than the rest. I typically order the bowl with double protein and a bag of tortilla chips. The only complaint I have about this location is the workers rush you to complete your order, they do it in a polite way but you do feel rushed.

I've been visiting this Chipotle since it opened, and it consistently delivers excellent Chipotle quality in taste and service. What's prompting this review is that I used them to cater a get together of 45 people, and I highly recommend! My guests LOVED it. I shopped around and it was really great value. Ordering was easy. Plus, they have options for a bunch of different party sizes and preferences.

03/15/25 I visited this Chipotle on a Saturday night, and I have to say, it was a very relaxing experience. While I’ve seen that the majority of reviews for this location are negative, I believe not everyone’s experience will be the same. I had a great time and found the staff to be extremely kind and helpful. All the gentlemen working that night were attentive and made my visit enjoyable. I ordered a burrito, and the portions were reasonable. I also requested extra fajitas, which I absolutely love, and they were happy to accommodate. I even asked for a sample of the new honey chicken, and the staff kindly gave me one. It’s important to remember that improvements take time for any business, and each experience can differ. So don’t let the negative reviews fool you—this location provided me with excellent service, and I left satisfied.

I haven't eaten at Chipotle in over 2 years. This establishment in particular is VERY clean, and the staff welcomes you as you step in through the door which is very nice. If you want a clean and quiet place to eat in and you want some good clean quality food, this is the place to be. Enjoy!

The portion size for the cost doesn't add up to me. This is beyond sad I wasn't looking for my bowl to overflow with food but dang one small scoop of everything. I'll be driving back to Pomona because there location doesn't seem stingy with their food.

Great burritos, but you need to clean up the fat from the steak. The steak option comes at a premium price compared to chicken. However, the premium price doesn't match the premium quality of the meat. Every other bite had fat in it to the point that I lost my appetite. Don't take my word for it. Look at the picture. That's a lot of fat. 😒

Been going here for years, but I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from eating here. I would recommend a better location.

I came in tonight around 7:30pm. There was no line so I walked right up to order. There were 3 people standing there - a guy, a blonde girl at the register, and a brown haired girl who looked miserable and had a really depressing face. No one said anything for like a minute and I just stood there. Finally, the guy said "hi welcome in" as he was walking to the back, so it wasn't very welcoming. Then unfortunately, the brown haired girl took my order. She spoke SO fast and rushed me through my whole order. Look, if you hate your job, I get it. Pretty sure if we all had the option to get paid without working, we'd do it. But you don't get to act like that in customer service, especially if you're the designated order taker. Get a grip. Blonde girl was nice. Brown haired girl needs disciplinary action. I'm not saying Chipotle is known for it's over the top customer service, but simple acknowledgement of your customers is 101. I'm not expecting a big smile, you don't even have to ask me about my day, who cares anyway. But a "hello" would be cool. You don't even have to smile when you say it. Do better.
