This pizza is absolutely fabulous. It's amazing what a some seasoning and fresh cheese can do, and omg did they do it. FABULOUS! Better than any other pizza chain out there. And the subs are fabulous too! the stuffed bread is to die for, and the ingredients are soooooo fresh and yummy it leaves me wishing I could eat domino's pizza every day. The only thing missing is some french fries.

The staff cares which makes pizza even better, I usually order on the app & pickup time is within 15 minutes, super convenient & easy.. they go above and beyond for their costumers and it shows! This was my first time ever having Domino’s pizza and it was better than I expected. The sauce has a spicy, bit of tang, flavor to it. The toppings on my MeatZZa were evenly distributed, not overbearing or lacking. The place was well kept and service was very friendly. My multi-pie and appetizer order only took 15 minutes to prepare and was very fresh! Will definitely be coming back as this is one of my new favorite pizza places. Small, but good pizza and food!

Was there a month ago on a Sunday evening around 5 PM. Got our large pizza made in under 10 minutes which was nice as we want to get back home to Canada ASAP before another round of snow. Always well made and never a burned crust! Well placed restaurant off a busy highway!👍

The girl was wonderful!! I told her I was in a hurry to get my 87 yr dad food at the St Luke's rehab center before the visiting hours were over and she actually went to cook the pizza herself... She was a Blessing and a God send.... I was able to get it to him 2 minutes before they closed the doors... Thank you young lady. God bless you!! 🙏

I go there every so often and I do really like it but... I think I was overcharged first thing in the morning. The girl working wasn't friendly at all. Its Domino's though so I'll still go there.

Despite all the negative reviews I’ve been seeing, I always have a great experience. I use the app order delivery. They’re fast & the food is always good. Last time I ordered it was during their peak time and the manager called me to let me know & if I still wanted to wait which was really nice of them.

I ordered a customized Philly cheese steak pizza. The pizza had all the extras I requested and could definitely see it on the pizza. It was delicious. Thank you to the pie maker. The delivery service was outstanding. The driver promptly arrived with my hot and tasty pizza, great job. I was extremely happy with my experience with the Dominos Pizza here in Utica, NY. Lots of options to choose from but most importantly they use fresh shells for their pizza. Not frozen. Our favorite is pan pizza with mushrooms and minced fresh garlic.

For a quick easy meal Domino's is not too shabby. They have improved their pizza and is pretty good now...

I always order from here the food is good especially the wings and I’m a late eater so the fact that they stay opened untill 1 is a big deal for me ...I’ve probably had 2 very minor issues here before but considering I’ve probably ordered from them 70 times a year that’s not bad 😅

Is Dominos good pizza? No, it's not. But it is perfect for a quick and dirty hit of doughy cheesy fare. The garlic butter crust is superb! Kids bday party? Give me 5 larges for cheap! Dominos knows their niche, and stays in their lane. Respect.

Thw in store staff is GREAT. BUT the phone rep, taking the order, cannot understand her and argued with you wile trying to be polite. I rather go in and order than deal with the phone repnor just nit use a company that has to ship its work over seas.

I've been buying food here for years. And for the most part have a great experience. However, I recently made an online order of over $50.00. The app told me 30- 40 mins until delivery, well after an hour and still nothing I call there and I am told my food, (which mind you was only a LG pizza & loaded tater tots) would be another hour and a half. I literally live 5 mins from there. So I ask I'd I can come pick it up , he tells me it will still be that long or longer. I understand being short handed but come on if your online orders say 40 mons and it's really 2 hours and 40 mins them people should be made aware when placing online orders. They were then rude to me for even saying how absurd I thought 2 n 1/2 was!!! Sucks cause I won't be going here for a very long time.

Usually pretty alright haven't been in a while but this last time not only was it not ready when their "tracker" said it was but my order was wrong only slightly they forgot a topping. Also the pizza and bread twists were way overcooked. Lastly the prices are wild way too expensive for a chain pizza place.

They cancelled my order last minute. I was waiting for my pizza because we were so hungry after 1 hr i called them and ask where’s my order and they just told me they need to cancel my order. So frustrating!

Olivia the store manager is RUDE and has terrible customer service. I don’t appreciate someone talking over me and raising their voice at me. especially when THEY’RE in the wrong. We go there often and have family come often but it’s a pass now.

I'm not intentionally being rude the only descriptive vocabulary word to accurately describe it is INCOMPETENT! Phone experience twice in a row the worst ever. The order taker had no idea what she was doing, got every single thing wrong no matter how many times I repeated. Finally I asked where she was located. The Philippines!!! So I'm in New Hartfird NY and my call goes to the Philippines. She has no experience at all. Terrible customer service.

Olivia the manager on duty got 2/3 of my order wrong and when I called back to inform them she was rude and I ended up saying I wanted my money back, she then proceeded to tell me that she would not refund my money and then hung up on me. This interaction has upset me and started arguments amongst the family. I will be in touch with corporate.

Incredibly rude manager or whoever is on the phone. They made my wife cry on the phone. They dropped the pizza in front of a different building in the middle of the night. They accused her 'cheating' somehow to get an extra pizza. No respect for customers. No respect. Even for a long time customer like us. I am in communication with the headquarters about this branch. The manager Olivia is extremely rude have had several problems with her at this location she is very unprofessional. I have never had problems with this Domino's until she started working here Domino's needs to replace her with a professional manager she is young and arrogant and unprofessional and there are many several reviews complaining about this individual while I was sitting out front writing this review I also witnessed Olivia between 6:20 p.m. and 6:25 p.m. on October 14th playing on her phone and coughing into her hands and playing with her ponytail not washing her hands going right back to flipping the dough and cutting the pizza and handling the food which is extremely unsanitary this will be reported to the health department because I am pretty sure this is something that she does frequently not caring about customer service or customers health

Every time we've order of for the last few months it typically arrives 30 to 50 minutes after the estimated 30 delivery time (so 1 to 2 hours from when the order is placed).

Was putting in an order online and they wanted $4.99 for delivery plus $2.05 in taxes on an $18 10" GF pizza. Whole order, plus delivery driver tip, would've been $30+ for a small 10" pizza. Get lost lol.

I waited an hour for this pizza it was on quality check for an hour, no call was made to inform anyone about the delay I find it ironic that my food is being delivered by the person who baked it an hour ago!? I am not satisfied I could have went somewhere else by now. The service is disappointing now that you charge even more for delivery its not worth it, I will take my business elsewhere.

Ordered Pizza for regular delivery. After hour and half wait I called to see where my Pizza was. I talked to some girl who asked me why I was being mean. Didn't think asking where my Pizza is was mean, but guess I'm slow. Needless to say never got my Pizza and never got a call from domino's explaining. So much for half hour or its free, huh?

Ordered 2 LARGE pizzas and when we got there, they gave us 2 MEDIUM pizzas because the worker thought we wanted the special even AFTER she repeated the order back to us during our call. They knew it was wrong before we got there and yet STILL made the wrong order. they should have called to confirm the order if they had ANY doubt with what we wanted. Although apologetic, they didn't try to make it right until they chased us to our car and offered to make another medium which we would have to wait 20 minutes for which would cause the 2 pizzas we already had to be stone cold. Should have offered to make the 2 LARGE we ordered or redo all 3 MEDIUMS. The taste of the pizzas wasn't good either. The sauce was horrible. There were flies in the restaurant and it could definitely use a cleaning. The cleaner bottle was hanging off the dumpster. A week ago we tried to order from there and were told that the oven was broken and they were waiting on a technician to come and fix it. That should have been our warning sign but we gave it another try anyway. Not returning!

So last week I ordered many things including a Cesar salad. The lettuce was brown and not fresh (the rest of the meal was good). I let them know and they said they were sorry for that and would give me another salad. Great, good customer service. Today I (was going to ) order online some pizza and cheesy bread. I called the store before I submitted my order, looking to have my salad from last week. Was told they can not include that in my online order, I only get the salad if I come to pick it up. Ummm you're already going to be delivering my order to my house, just add the salad to the order. I heard someone instructing the person who answered the phone "no, the salad is just for pick-up". Guess what Dominoes? You lost my business. Cancelled my order all together. Chinese tonight. Very poor service to a long time customer.

Horrible service for a simple pickup order. Ordered $55 of food @5pm for a 5:50pm pickup. They called me back at 5:39pm to ask me if i still wanted the order ..what??? I was a little thrown off. So, i asked to speak to the manager, the manager (Olivia) was very condescending and asked me if she should stay on the phone or help make the food, in a very horrible mean snarky manner. She said it'd take 25 mins minimum to make the food... so, by this time it is 5:41, the food won't be ready till 6:06 at the very least...maths..uhhh. Why call early for a pickup time if they do this??? So i said okay fine, the person that is picking up the food shows up, they never made the food...so, i called back to see what the heck is going on, and now they said i can't order from them again..lol...oh, domino's

I have ordered 2 times in the last week. the first time my sandwich was burnt and i was immediately sent a 20% off offer without having to say anything. i ordered again tonight and i was sent another BLACK sandwich. and again, without anything said i was sent another coupon. i just don’t understand how my order is being reviewed for over 10 minutes both times but both times i have been sent food that should have been thrown in the garbage. my boyfriend called to see what was up with it and the girl couldn’t give him an answer, and told us the manager would be in over 24 hours later ? TERRIBLE PIZZA!! First off, I walked into the New Hartford, NY location and couldn't even find a menu! Then...I discovered that none of the prices were posted (very frustrating)!! I had to get the counter clerk to tell me the prices for multiple items, which wasted her time and irritated me!! I finally said "Screw it, just give me a small cheese pizza with extra sauce!". It cost almost $11 with tax! I didn't have to wait long to get it, BUT...talk about small!! The pizza was as small as you could get, and it didn't even have the extra sauce I specifically asked for!! It was NOT worth the money!! Let's be honest, Domino's doesn't really make good pizza...it's mediocre at best!! But this pizza was NOT worth the money!! A small cheese pizza should be about $6-$7 at these types of establishments! I'd rather have a Little Caesar's cheese pizza (hot and ready) for $6!! The BEST chain pizza in the Utica area is BLAZE PIZZA, no question!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Delivery driver was excellent: prompt, polite so I tipped well but I order what I order every single time (both of the baked oven dip combos w a side of garlic knot bread) and they were both so over baked that I couldn’t even get them out of the container. They were burnt on the edges and ROCK SOLID. They’re supposed to be cheesy dips and they were so hard I couldn’t even scoop them out with a spoon. They’re usually SO GOOD! Never had this issue so called to let them know and the manager was incredibly rude, put me on a hold a bunch of times w no warning and told me there was nothing they could do bc all of their items are placed on a conveyor belt so there was “no way” they were over baked. After basically harassing them for an hour bc they kept pawning me off to corporate (which is just an email confirmation of your complaint with NO resolution or human contact) they told me I could bring the items back in and wait to have them replaced but they would not partially refund or redeliver bc I do not drive. Will never eat with them again and it’s a shame bc that was the first time I’ve ever had an issue w their food being literally inedible.

Order told me 20-30 mins. I called after an hour. I got a they got behind excuse and there’s nothing they can do. Then told me it would be another 30 minutes on top of that. Then told me they couldn’t do anything to compensate me having to wait an hour and a half for a pizza order. The amount of unaccountability and disrespect is unacceptable and this place needs to be shut down immediately.

Then when I called to try to resolve the issue I get put on hold an d transfered to a support representative that was not in store and was unable to assist in anyway. Called in an order around 11:40, was concerned because it was close to closing. Confirmed with guy on the phone that they would be placing the order and delivering it, no problem. Gave him payment info, all set up... told 30-40 minutes until food arrives. Fast forward to 12:30 a.m. I call the restaurant because of course, no food shows up. Am told that my order was voided and "he doesn't know why" ... no dinner for me ! Not good service at all, already mediocre pizza at best.

I had to go and drive all the way there and they tell me oh We got the wrong phone number. They tell me that my food is going to be cold and We’re gonna have to remake it. Made an order for delivery that wasn't bad the first time I called to put a order in. But got our order and it was all wrong. Called back but fir some reason was on hold listening to a lady over and over on the menu. On hold for 45 minutes. I hung up and called back and another 45 min on the line finally hung up 2 hours in total and nobody answered. Corporate will be called come Monday for sure. That's just crazy to me. They will not get my business ever again. 😡😡😡

I just got a ny style pizza and the new cinnamon bites and they were awful. There isnt any cinnamon on them at all and they skimp on the cinnamon and the cheese on the pizza too. My pizza wasn't even cut the whole way through as it is. Whoever did the quality check on the pizza before it was delivered to me obviously could see the pizza wasn't cut the whole way through and could've seen there wasn't barely any cinnamon on these new cinnamon bites as they call them. I won't be ordering from the again anytime soon at all. I wasn't pleased at all. They automatically charge u 5.99 to deliver a pizza they your place too. And if u dont order more than 20.00 in food they won't deliver to u either which is a rip off.

I was expecting to be able to get it delivered but me and my 3 friends was left on delivered for 30+ minutes. Very upset with the carelessness. I had meat allergy and a pc of meat was found in the pizza, meat allergy is no joke, and Domino's needs to be more careful with their orders. Will not recommend it. Avoid this store.

I did have a 3 star however when I ordered a boneless chicken with no sauce I was very unhappy when I got a used paper and chicken that was laughable. You can clearly see the ring where a sauce was already set. The chicken was tough and tiny. Not happy.
