A very Loud environment ~ the tile floors ( obviously for easy cleaning ) and metal chair feet, leave alot to be desired, The Lunch ( with my Aunt ) was Delicious & made Right to our individual requests & tasty

Greet and ordering were fine. Milkshake was not mixed properly and had slurs of syrup in it. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger with lettuce tomato mayo raw onions . Small fries. Arrived with pickles I didn’t ask for but no onions . It was a good burger so I didn’t return it. Got a small cup of fries and a triple order was dumped on top of the bag. Fries were an amalgamation of room temperature clean cut and chunks of what looked like three or four time refried leftovers ., I kid you not. Now the dismay. It cost $45 for two burgers small fries with a small cola and a milkshake. EXPENSIVE- definition: commanding a high price especially one that is not based on intrinsic worth or that is beyond a buyers prospective means We were in the parking lot at Lowe’s Utica and figured we would save time eating somewhere close. Roosters is a high quality considerably less costly experience

Found a very long hair (at least shoulder length) in my burger. It 100% isn't mine as my hair is 4 inches long. Tried calling but no answer. Wish i could get a refund.

Ok I went here with my family and here to say they do give out free peanuts and I don't like that their burgers are small and thick isn't this a restaurant?? Like I only got one single burger and it was small like little baby Small burger I liked the fries but the burgers are so small and why so expensive for a little bugger

Good burger, quick service. Free peanuts while you wait! Fries are fresh cut potatoes. Milkshakes are pretty good, too. I like the fact the place is lit up bright. The little burger is a single burger. More than enough for the average person.

Decent bacon burger, a little on the pricey side. Service was fast, would recommend only if you have the money and want a quick bite that's above par of normal fast food quality.

Five guys is one of my go to since I travel a lot for work and this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. I’ve given it two shots. The food tasted off, and the Fry portions were not five guys portions. Almost 30$ wasted.

I’m so pissed, i have places to be and i tried leaving an order twice on two different phones and called no answer and website doesn’t work. Seems like you don’t want service.

Went in location today to order fries to go, was told they had no fries when clearly in the fryer baskets were French fries waiting to be cooked, but was told they were out a of fries and we're not going to cook any. I will not be returning to this location ever. If I could give less than a star I certainly would!! Secondly, it was 1:45 in the afternoon.

This location is the first time ever that I had anything bad to say about Five Guys. First, there are clearly 2 female employees behind the counter, one making and preparing food, but yet when I used the ladies restroom...there was no hand soap at all. Secondly, the fries were over cooked. I watched the guys drop the fries and lift and shake them over a 5 minute period....granted shaking makes it so they cook evenly...but for over 5 minutes?!? Also, what happened to load of extra fries you get...did they stop that? But the staff were all friendly though.
