Ordered a Korean sauce chicken sandwich and fries. The food came out really fast and was super tasty. Their ranch is so good! The sandwich combo is a great deal too. 100% worth it. Thank you!

The food was good. I got the mango habanero and really enjoyed it. My friends got the atomic and regretted it, but mostly because of the spice. It took a little long to get the food, but the guy who gave it to us was nice, and I could tell everybody was working their hardest to serve everyone. It was dinner time when I went, so it was very busy.

I didn't really know what to expect here. On one hand it's a chain and not a local place. On the other, they specialize in one thing, wings, so they must be pretty good or they'd go out of business. Happy to say that the wings were awesome, and the fries too. Great selection of wing flavors. They organize the flavors by hotness, but even the flavors that aren't hot are still very flavorful. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I was on travel with a co-worker and after a long morning briefing Soldiers, we headed back home. Looking for a place to eat, we opted for Wingstop. I asked about getting "flat pieces" for wings. I always get static, but the gentleman behind the counter asked if I wanted all of them to be flat pieces. I was shocked and thrilled! Both employees were friendly, funny and just great to chat with. My coworker is expecting and between that and the full morning we had, we were wiped out. The food came out and it was AMAZING! Fabulous fries, sauces, and service! The toughest thing about going there was deciding what to pick from the WIDE ARRAY of wing flavors! I wish you folks were in the Albany area! My coworker and I give it 4 thumbs up and two additional baby thumbs, he was doing a jig after his Mother ate! We can't wait to visit again! Thank you!

Ordered the 30 wings with 3 flavors and a side of fried cajun corn. 1st and foremost- I WILL NOW AND ALWAYS BE A HUGE FAN OF FRIED CORN. Holy mackerel it changed my life. Fantastic flavor. I had called ahead to specially request the wings to be swimming/drowning/gasping in sauce and they did not disappoint. Great service, clean location. Will definitely return.

I get wings from here quite a bit as I work near here. Never really had a bad experience, and the food always comes out correct and tasty. Nothing to complaint about at all.

I've never had a manager at a fast food restaurant check on the quality of the food and ask if they could get us anything before. I assume he was the manager but I don't actually know. We stopped around noon on 5/23 and were very impressed by the interactions the employee in speaking of had with all the patrons. Unfortunately I don't know his name. The food was also great.

For a chain chicken wing these are pretty good. There are 100s of wing places in Utica/Rome but these are surprisingly decent for what they are. I like to order garlic parm with an original hot dipping cup on the side to make my own spicy garlic parm. They usually fry them crispy without asking. Fries are excellent too.

This is my second time driving the 45 minutes from Syracuse to Utica just for Wingstop! My daughter begged all month for us to go and decided to treat her! The cashier Christina it says on the receipt was so pleasant even though there was a 45 minute wait she told us she still was in a great mood and service was great. It didn’t even take 30 minutes I walked back in and she remembered my order and handed it right to me. These wings are worth the drive! Please come to Syracuse already lol. P.S. our pictures are missing some because we couldn’t wait to eat throughout the drive 🤗.

first I had to wait 10 minutes to place an order, they stood near the cash register and no one came, after ordering I waited another 50 minutes until my order was completed, this has already happened to me twice🙁

Usually I get great service and good food, but last time I ordered they must have been distracted, I ordered 5 pieces and only got 4.

They tried 👍🏾 maybe a little more smiles and energy better attitudes instead of looking obviously like no one wanted to be there. They close at 12 am but by 8pm that lobby was rolled up 😂 I have been a manager at Wingstop in Oklahoma and worked there for a few years it was clean

Excellent atmosphere. Kind workers. Wings are awesome. ( some flavors ) it’s probably the only one near here so expect it to be busy since it’s very popular. I suggest ordering ahead if you don’t want to wait too long.

Food was delicious! We got the garlic parm and Cajun boneless and voodoo fries. The bathroom and dining room were pretty clean. Hard to hear our name being called when food was ready but other than that it was a good experience with great food.

I drive for Uber eats. I have never ate there so I'm giving 1 star. The staff is nice. The readiness of the orders is a hit n miss. This goes to all restaurants. If the orders isn't ready when I get the order to pick up then they should bring it to curbside instead of me waiting in the restaurant for 10 minutes or so.

Nice variety. Seasoned pretty heavy. If I have them in my car, the smell lingers for like a week, it's so strong lol. That's on par with how strong their flavor is though.

It just should not take 29 minutes for boneless wings and fries when there is only one order ahead of you. Can't tell if this is laziness or incompetence, but it doesn't matter, i can get full service meals in far less time.

My first time having wing stop… the atmosphere was very chaotic. The ordering/pick up area was so packed, nearly shoulder to shoulder. The designated pick up area for online orders was not specific on where to wait, it took a while before anyone asked for my name. The flavors are not all that they are hyped up to be and the wings and tenders were all very oily, however the chicken very juicy and crispy. The voodoo fries are amazing and the best thing in my All In Bundle.

Place was packed so I had high expectations but food was just average. Drink machine was out of half of the options so that was also annoying. We were told that our order was almost ready just waiting on the fries but the fries tasted like they were old and had been sitting. Expected more for the price and busi-ness.

Was craving boneless wings, ordered online and had my husband pick up while he was out. Even with the last name and order number, they took awhile to figure out which order he was picking up. I ordered a combo, they didn't give him a drink so I called just so they knew. She asked if I could come back in, no, then said it was her fault and "okay, bye." For being a wing stop, the boneless wings weren't good. They were rubbery, mild flavor wasn't good. The fries were better than the wings. I would recommend just going to a local pizza place instead.

2 stars because of the rolls, otherwise it'd be 1 star. First experience with Wingstop? Just get the rolls. The rolls have a slight sweetness to them and they come with a glaze of butter on top. They are carbalicious. Don't waste money on anything else. The voodoo fries are good, but you could achieve a better version with Five Guys cajun fries and then adding the cheese sauce and ranch on top. The quality of the chicken (boneless wings) is...national chain level quality, so not all that good. The breading ratio is not good (too much bread, not enough chicken). Barely sauced. When you can seen the original color of the breading, they're not adequately sauced. There also was barely any extra in the container. Overall the worst food to get at Wingstop is the wings (boneless). It's disappointing enough to have effectively killed my appetite. I just want to eat the rolls and be sad in a corner about the rest of it. #ironic #disappointment

I love wingstop but sometimes they messed up my order. Instead of 10 boneless wings parmessan they gave me plain boneless wings. I also didn’t recieve my 2 ranch that I ordered from Uber eats. The fries came was soggy already. Disappointed.

People that work there are nice and knowledgeable of the menu and the woman helped pic out her favorite flavor which I decided to try and this place is not what it’s all hyped up to be the tenders are decent but the flavors I got definitely needed changing the lemon pepper tasted like the way dish soap smelt and it was way to oily and I couldn’t even taste the black pepper and then I got garlic parm and that one was to oily and couldn’t even taste garlic and Parm was like a thick sauce it was so bad to the point I threw most of it out i couldn’t get over the taste of oily dish soap made me nauseous

Do not order delivery or pickup. I've ordered 4 times now from them. Twice for delivery and twice for pickup. The order has never been correct. Items are always missing or the wings are wrong flavor. The only saving grace is the wings taste great and I hope the service is better for dine in

We ordered our food online and was told by the app when they come get it. First off when you pull up outside it’s filthy outside Wingstop food in debris everywhere and their garbage cans out in front the doors are over full and stuff on the ground. I walked in my order was just being backed up and when the young kid who brought it to me and says here’s your order. I asked him if that was everything he looked at me didn’t even acknowledge me and just walked away. We get home our wings are severely undercooked and the fries were soggy as heck. Since considering we live almost 10 minutes away I was not about to bring them back so I went on the site and did a review from their questionnaire. Then lo and behold about 10 minutes later all I’m offered is a free order of french fries. I’ve been here several times and it’s always been great but this time it was disgusting to where there was actually still blood on the bones we ended up having to put them in our toaster oven to cook them . I probably won’t be going back again.

IF your order is prepared CORRECTLY the food is good. After my order was made wrong twice. I asked to speak to a manager for a refund. Tim ( the manager) was very unprofessional, angry and rude to me. After he calmed down and understood what the issue was. He guaranteed me a refund. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my refund. I was buying food from Wing Stop every Saturday until this happened. I no longer buy food from Wing Stop because I was ripped off in more than one way. My food wasn't prepared the way I ordered it. I didn't get to enjoy my food. I was treated rude and unfairly. Yet and still I haven't received a refund. Even after allowing them 2 weeks before sending a email.

I ordered on the app and waited until the quote time to enter the building. After asking about my order I was sent to the side counter where I proceeded to wait 20 minutes. Once the 20 was up I asked about my order(I already did 10 minutes ago) and was told that they were just starting it. If they were super busy or if the employees were apologetic I'd brush it off, but I waited almost an hour for 16 boneless wings and received poor service just because I asked about my late order more than once. All that being said the food was still good.

Consistently slow and gets orders wrong. My recent experience include a 40 minute wait time and 10 missing boneless wings. The time before was a 50 minute wait and I was given the wrong order. The food quality is usually pretty good, but just be warned, it's not always what you are expecting.

Don't understand the hype about WingStop! The wings are terrible, industrial made sauces and flavorings. Nothing good about it. You can buy better wings at the frozen food section of your supermarket. Extra-long wait times to get the food prepped, not enough staff to turn orders around quickly. Waited more than 1/2 hour for a small order!

Worst food experience I’ve ever had. Did a mobile order said it would be ready in 15-20 mins. So I went inside at the 20 min mark. And continued to wait for over an hour for awful food. Service/employees on phone not doing their job. Eating fries/ wings behind counter. Dancing to music and talking/ gossiping. These people honestly shouldn’t even be working and do not have bright futures. Must be a Utica thing. I’ll never be returning or recommending this place to anybody. Fries were saltier than a salt mine, asked for new ones same way too much salt. Way too oily no flavour, wing’s definitely not worth 2$ each.

I should of looked at reviews. Around 20 mins after eating me and my boyfriend are struggling with stomach aches. We got 10 boneless wings, fries, and celery. 5 parm garlic and 5 mild. I ate two of the parm my boyfriend ate the rest. I tasted the mild sauce on a fry and by far the worst mild sauce. We had a nice night set up for us but it will be postponed due to us both having stomach aches. I’ll never eat here again, this was my first and last experience

They tried to send me out the door with half my order and i had to wait another 10 minutes for the other half. My wings were cold by the time they got to me, so cold I actually had to microwave them when I got to my hotel 2 mins up the road. I'm not sure what they had 7 people working for if the food is coming out cold anyway. No flavors available in the freestyle machine. Probably the worst Wingstop experience I've had.

1st I never write reviews.. but this was the worse experience I've ever had at any place of business! I placed my order with the app they contract doordash for their deliveries, the delivery driver didn't have my drinks when he came, he wouldn't go back to get them so I called the store. The 1st associate I spoke to told me either I could come get them or they can give me a credit. She was so unpleasant, she pretty much hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager the man who answered said he was and then sent me straight to hold.. when he picked back up I explained the woman I spoke to 1st was rude and he spoke to me like I was in the wrong to the extent he told me to stop cursing at him yet I hadn't spoke a single profane word and was quite calm about the situation all I wanted was assistance and he treated me like I was inconvenient and I did something wrong, mind you if they had sent the drinks this wouldn't have happened. I work in customer service and there is no way a place of busses like this would ever accept that from their staff yet they act like they can tell off the customers bec they won't have any consequences at all. I WAS APPALLED TO SAY THE LEAST

I'm a delivery driver, and picking up here was one of the worst experiences of my "career." Five people in the kitchen. One person at the counter. No other customers. But they're too busy catching up with friends to acknowledge someone standing RIGHT THERE. Needless to say, I will no longer be servicing this location.

When we arrived the place was open but when we came to order we were very rushed, the customer service was terrible. My friend had two toddlers with him, as we were seated and were having a conversation they turned on rap music so loud that it was impossible to talk- they did not seem to care that there was vulgar language blarring with little children around. The food was good- customer service was terrible!

We really enjoyed this place until 2022. Things went downhill from that year. Order used to miss items, bone wings got swapped for boneless wings, with are quite terrible to begin with. It tastes like eating dough. These are just few of the issues we have faced. It's sad to say that we will no longer be ordering from these guys. Last order before I wrote we ordered 40 wing combo and they sent only 20 wings. Like bruv how do you miss half the order, I am just giving up on these guys. GL.

Its not great. It is pricey. Not sure what that woman who "worked 10 hours" was famously screaming about. I too worked 10 hours and was very dissapointed. Half my wings I ordered Korean Bbq, the other half I ordered in cajun spicy rub. That second half was not seasoned at all. This is after they checked my reciept to see what i ordered too. The drink machine was mostly empty with little variety (common! Its a Coke freestyle machine!) The fries are just an under done greasy mess. This place wants to be the "5 guys" of wings; instead it just kinda sadly fails by not living up to standards. I don't mind waiting for food, but I'll check local bars before I ever ordered from This place again. Too much FAIL Here.

April 26, 2024 around 10:00 PM. I had to physically go up to the location because an Uber eats driver decided to steal my food and cancel the order out so I had to go get my food and re-order it when I first got there, I explained the situation, and what happened and proceeded to replace my order… Which mind you I had to pay for the so-called manager was very very rude and disrespectful. She had a straight attitude with all the customers inside the building. Granted they were very busy but still the way she was acting there is no excuse for her attitude I originally placed my order Way with the gentleman that originally took my order she decided to step in and she finished taking my order but she did it the wrong way. When I noticed it on my receipt I brought it to their attention and she instantly got real nasty when I asked if she would correct it, even if I had to pay the additional fee I told her can I please have my correct order she proceeded to catch a very nasty attitude she should not be a management. She should be removed something.

They really need to work on the late time , plus a worker is saying there closed and have no wings when they do and it's 10 pm, they close at 12 they need to actually provide a food service it's more like the workers have the control over your food and wait time and there all not working in the back half of them are just talking to one another wasting time when they can use that to improve the wait time , whoever owns this needs to see this for themselves or send a undercover person in because flat out ridiculous service that needs to improve in order to maintain a proper food service. They said said not long it's been almost 30 mins for a 15 PC order . That's horrible service flat out they weren't busy at all

Such a long wait even when ordering ahead. Always out of napkins, spoons forks, salt packets. Place is dirty. Men’s restroom never has paper towels to dry hands. Only good thing here are the wing flavors.

Who hurt you for you to order food from here? Because this location is an abusive place. If you want incomplete orders, tardiness and unfulfilled promises, dine here because this Wingstop has all the hallmarks of an abusive partner. Had a terrible experience, i ordered almost 50$ worth of food, they screwed up my order, missed a bunch of items and when i left a complaint no one reached back out to me to figure out the mess. i’ve been a loyal customer but this is beyond pathetic

I've been to wingatops all over the US and this is the worst one. They are slow, the guy who takes your order acts like he is on another planet. He also shoves his hands into every single cup to hand them out, wth. Every time we go in here we are overcharged and when we bring it up, he looks at us like he can't understand why we'd want our money back. They are also so slow, this last time we came in with one couple in front of us and waited over 40 mins. About 10 mins after we ordered they became super busy and one of their cooks friends came in to order, recognized him and asked him to go out and smoke. He stopped working in the middle of a rush to go outside smoke. And then at the same time one was walking around just eating fries and chicken. Id like to say these were young men, with no experience, but they were older men (probably over 30)who knew better than to take a smoke brake in a rush and to eat in the kitchen, while customers were waiting for their food. I usually like wingstop fries but the last time we went in they were cold and mushy. They never give us our extra ranch. And half the time the drinks don't taste right. Wing stop charges too much to be this bad! I will say the restaurant amd bathroom is always clean. .

If I could do 0 stars I would. Came there earlier today, really wanted some wings, it took them an hour or more to make the food, the place was packed, which is kinda understandable, not really tho. I ate 3 and half of the wings and felt terribly sick to my stomach I couldn’t eat anymore. It’s been hours after eating and I still feel soooo sick, it’s terrible, I wouldn’t come here again.

Terrible experience. I'm not sure if it was racism but as a white man walking into this establishment I only was received with the five employees looking at me and turning away. Whilst they joked with the other customers. Not a single person said a word to me in about 5 minutes. This place is an embarrassment.

Put in an online order, had my wife pick it up. She got home and we open the bag to find out they didn’t even put our chicken wings in the bag. Not a huge deal except we live 40 minutes away. It took me around 15 minutes of trying to call the store before somebody picked up and immediately put me on hold. After 20 minutes of being on hold I am hung up on. Currently sitting at 26 attempts to call the store back. Garbage customer service. Y'all need to figure this out.

Awful experience all around, the music is blaring, it’s freezing in here and we’ve waited over an hour and a half for a 2 person order that had a 15 minute wait time. The entire restaurant is filled with angry costumers waiting ridiculous amounts of time for already paid for mobile orders while the employees have no sense of urgency what so ever. It’s trashed in here there’s garbage overflowing and all over the floor and the tables are not wiped off. The phones are not being answered and the staff is completely ignoring the customers, on their phones and gossiping behind the counter I can’t even believe this place is running and in business let alone has ANY positive reviews. Drove damn near an hour in from Syracuse and will never be coming back here.

First of all, we thought Wingstop would be the bomb high quality, very special. I would never! Get wings there again in my lifetime. So much salt, enough salt to salt a whole elephant and the Elephant baby. The wings had so much salt on them, I actually got sick and had to throw up the wings to get them out my system, haven't gone back almost 4 months ago now.( Never Go There Again!) It sucks big time.

Chicke is too dry and hard to eat. I ordered through UberEats and for pick up. The order was ready for pick up at 1306. I arrived to pick it up and the staff just missed my order. He blamed me at first but then he found out that there is already a receipt printed out in the counter. I waited until 1348. Will never order again here.

Don’t waste your time!! When you first walk in, expect to see a handful of people just standing around that have been waiting 30min-1hr for their food. You will hear loud hip hop music being played at volume that you wouldn’t expect at a fast food joint. After about 10 min, we were able to order. When ordering, the cashier could not look us in the eyes when speaking to us. Didn’t seem too happy to be serving customers. After $60 later on 4 combos, we went to sit. There was trash on the ground and tables were not wiped. We sat at the cleanest table in the back of the restaurant. We waiting about 45-50 min for our food to be served. Keep in mind, this is just wings and fries!!! We drove 45-50 min from Syracuse. Save your time and money!! When they were finally handling the food I noticed they guy wasn’t wearing any GLOVES, I immediately said something which to them was VERY rude that I said something about and I was told by the girl (Morgan) working there that they do NOT need gloves to handle the food, obviously to me this is crazy as I worked in a fast food place in the past. I asked for my money back, and they REFUSED to refund me my money because “it’s a process and ONLY the GM can refund me the money back” this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a fast food joint.

Just got off the phone with the manager to for them to explain why are dried up old price of French fries and corn is in my order why couldn’t they pick out my corn from the bowl instead of giving me the stuff they should be cleaning out regularly. This is the most disgusting and chaotic reasturant ive ever visited. Took almost 10 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge us, then was told its going to be a 35 minute wait AFTER we ordered and paid. I wouldn't have even ordered if I knew it was going to take 35 mins. Reasturant was disgusting, used food containers on the bench, spilled juice all over the floor, soda machine couldn't make soda. Never returning.

Worst place to go hands down, extremely slow and they will lie and say 10 mins just to get your $$ and make you wait 30-40 mins, management and employees are very rude and facility is dirty! Would never return! I can see why they have the rating they do! Just for full context there was literally 1 other person eating in, place not busy at all it’s really sad to see businesses operating in this manner!

We experienced over a 30 minute wait for food after ordering immediately, with no line, around 2:30 PM. This franchise is clearly run by absent owners gulfing somewhere. Oversight is recommended. I enourage Wingstop to re-evaluate this franchise license.

Took 30 minutes but food sat on shelf for 15 minutes. Got food and left, started eating fries and found a nice deep fried bug/roach. Just what I ordered
