It's very clean inside of the store, the staff is friendly and professional. If you want to relax inside of the store and enjoy your coffee, it feels really comfortable inside.
The baristas at the Del Rio Starbucks are always so busy yet they never fail to treat their customers with courtesy and friendliness. They also always get my order perfect.
Drinks were great, as expected for Starbucks. The sandwiches were also good, I'm told. Staff was really polite and responsive.

Could be the friendliest Starbucks ever! Amazing crew, super accommodating, personable and helpful. This location is open long hours (great for roadtrips), it’s in a great location and has tons of parking.

Love the staff at this Starbucks. They are very nice and personable---makes you feel so welcomed!!! They keep this place very clean!!!! I come here often and sit there for about 2 hours doing school homework so I see how they keep this place super clean. Plus beverages and service is great. Much gratitude for this staff.
I personally don't go to Starbucks much. My wife loves Starbucks but can no longer have regular coffee. We ordered a drink on the app with decaf, the drink was made correctly by the ticket that came in but it wasn't decaf due to a glitch on the app. Apparent you cant do that drink with decaf. The girls who were working helped us get exactly what my wife wanted in a decaf format. Really went out of their way to make sure my wife knew how to input it into the app next time and she loved it. 10/10 you guys highly recommend
Service is a little slow...this is in Uvalde, TX. But in their defense, help is hard to come by. These 2 young ladies are trying. They are helpful & trying. Don't be in a hurry going here. Bottom line...always been pleased with end results!
I go every morning, I get amazing an wonderful service from the morning crew. My coffee is always the way I ask them to make. What more can i say, they are absolutely wonderful. They put sweet notes on my coffee. Go here to start your morning right!
Service is great. The atmosphere in regards to the music can be a bit overwhelming at times. That's my fault for sitting under the speaker. Don't really order food but the drinks are done right. The drive thru stays busy.
My go-to in the mornings when I make a trip to visit my family! I appreciate the friendly staff, cleanliness, and speediness of mobile ordering. My coffee also consistently tastes better here than my local Starbucks. Thank y’all for the exceptional costumer service and good coffee!

The people here were very nice. The store was actually open to walk in and order inside. The bathrooms were also open, and that supports Human Basic Necessities. The other Starbucks Locations in my city (not Uvalde) are not doing even the bare minimum. I applaud this location. My chai tea was absolutely perfect.

Stopped by last week while doing business in Uvalde. Great service and great coffee. Staff Sam, was exceptionally outstanding, greeting you and preparing your order Super fast. Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! 👍🏽

The customer service was fabulous! The cafe is clean and customers are taken care of in a timely manner. I liked all the festive Halloween decorations. I also like the community board with postings of things happening in the Uvalde area.
It's Fall. I got the Pumpkin Spice Latte, and pumpkin bread. It was heated. Both were absolutely delicious!!! Took almost 25 minutes, only one customer ahead of me. They were taken everyone in the Drive-thru, prior to my order.
The only thing that could make the Uvalde Starbucks better is if more customers would use the app. Waiting in the drive-thru takes at least 30 minutes. It’d be nice if they had a separate line just for app orders. Inside orders are fast and the service is super courteous. It’ll only take a few visits for them to remember your name and favorite order.
My daughter had the spinach feta wrap and cookie mocha frappuccino. I had a caramel frappuccino. We both enjoyed our orders. We decided to eat outside at the benches. Overall, it was nice. One suggestion for Starbucks in general, would be to have some outside music.
We drive an hour just to come to this Starbucks location, and every single time we receive exceptional service. Tonight, Willow and Megan greeted us as soon as we walked in with warm smiles and such positive energy. They were pleasant, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome while we waited for our order. It’s always nice to walk into a place where the staff truly seems to enjoy what they do. Great job, ladies — you are appreciated! Thank you for consistently providing such wonderful service. We’ll definitely keep making the drive!
This is my very 1st time going to a Starbucks, Then with that the menu and its options are overwhelming. There is a lingo or slang commonly used that 1st time and even what you would consider, new Customers will not understand like myself. I girlfriend quickly ordered her drink using all the appropriate terms and lingo And left me the last order so I quickly ordered what looked interesting.... So I went with the Macha tea latte. Look interesting I've never tried it nor ever tried really anything off of their menu so it was all relatively new to me. If you are curious and have never tried a machete latte in a supposedly extremely healthy a find out after the fact but also taste the way fish smell. So I wanna inside of the restaurant was relatively clean the staff was friendly no complaints on the store just still not a fan of the products.

This also is probably why their drive-through was slow and I saw people having to park and wait and baristas having to take drinks out to the line of cars. If you don’t have adequate staff, make drinks for present customers a priority.
Coffee was good but I wish I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes for it. They definitely prioritize drive thru. I went inside and watched all the cars come and go while I waited for mine.
Went through the drive thru. Definitely not good service young Lady was rude. Not even a hello and looked upset when my husband greeted her. Expect more from this establishment. Coffee was okay but not good.

I said forget it keep my money and I left . Just terrible
I've gone to this location 2 diffrent times in the morning and they haven't opened until 10 or 15 past their posted opening time. Stinks cause I like their coffee. I realize we are all human but as a name brand store open your doors when you say your open, or put a sign up stating otherwise. I'm ok with a few minutes late but 10 or 15?
Love treating myself to a matcha every now and then. Ever hard to enjoy when most of it isn’t mixed in.
When asked why the it’s not filled to the top barrista and manager we’re very rude and stated all the other Starbucks don’t follow the rules.

Wow!!! Super slow service! I can’t get over how the cashier took our payment and is now talking to the other employee waiting for her to make our drinks. It’s almost unheard of to sit at a Starbucks this long. The Starbucks even in Del Río is on point and fast! This one in Uvalde can’t get over it. Sitting here while I write the review. We ordered at 458pm.. the gave my husbands drink to him at 506.. now waiting on mine. Management!!! Where are you?
Great friendly staff but there wait time is really slow they need more training they have people waiting while employees are taking to each other and other are Looking around like they don’t know what they are doing and others were just cleaning. I’m not from uvalde I just stopped by for some Starbucks and noticed it really quick
Multiple times getting my orders wrong and poorly done... staff are very polite...but they drop the ball sometimes...
Locked doors, long drive through line. After serving 6 cars they put a placard in front of my car and said they were closed until 1 pm. It was 11:30 am. I said we had been waiting for 45 minutes to no avail.
Worst coffee I've tasted. They didn't get my order right, which was two coffees, and the coffee was disgusting. I couldn't even drink it. It took 20 mins for those two coffees because they were getting everyone's order wrong.
Went in 8/28/25 before 9am, as a delivery driver in partnership with Doordash. The lobby was full, the driveway was full, and people were coming in towards the register as well. My online customer "D" did not get her drink made until every single body was served in the lobby. I waited at least 20 minutes. When I asked a worker "G" why, she told me that the head manager told her that All Doordash Orders Were Last Priority. I was already late as it was, so I left to deliver the drink. I then had to return for another order. I went to the register to speak to the same worker "G" and got all the information for the head manager. I then told her that I was here for paying customers too and it should be a first come first serve basis regardless if its in person, online, or delivery. A second worker came into the conversation "?" and told me that's what she meant. I then said that's not what she said. As i continued to pick up orders here, "G" who was in charge of pastries, would tell her coworker's to take the pastries for my orders only, because in her words, which i over heard, she commented, "will you please take this, because i just cant". She was so unprofessional that she couldnt complete her job without her feelings getting in the way. So all Doordash orders be aware. PS: They have the worst attitudes here. They need customer service training.
Worse coffee ever we had always go to San Antonio locations and we had never encountered a person working for Starbucks that doesn’t know how to make a caramel macchiato then we go back to tell them to fix there mistake and they get offended please get your courses done before you start working on the line making coffees drinking a coffee it’s supposed be enjoyable not tasting like water
While visiting we decided to grab some frapps. I will say I understand that they get busy, drive thru orders, as well as online. But I waited over 20 mins for a drink I never got, of course no receipt. It was one Frappuccino. I will say we did get our loafs. I watched plenty of people get their drinks, while mine was never put in line to be made. Like I said I understand that drive thru times are important as well as customer service. If short staffed totally understandable as well but that wasn't the problem everyone there was working on drive thru. Who knows how long other people waited after me. I did leave gave back the loafs and no drink. Or money back who knows how long that would have took? She also asked "are you sure?" Ma'am you've seen me sitting here waiting 20+ mins for ONE drink. Thank you anyway starbucks!
Been working on a ranch nearby all day craving for a Starbucks coffee fresh brewed, guy refused to make coffee offered Americano but americano doesn’t compare to brewed coffee they just didn’t want to make it, I been purchasing Starbucks for a while this store no bueno of all of the stores I visited!! Lazy!! How can this be a coffee shop and not sell coffee??
As others have mentioned, this location is pretty subpar compared to most Starbucks. I ordered a triple shot white chocolate mocha and it mostly just tasted like hot milk with barely any coffee flavor. They also handed us our hot drinks with no sleeves or stoppers, which made them hard to hold. The payment screen asked for a tip before we even got our drinks.
The staff are all extremely friendly, but the coffee drinks are not good. They are not consistent with other Starbucks. The drinks taste like they're mostly milk and lacking espresso. Like a watered down soda. I keep coming back hoping it will improve but it never does. They need a representative from another store to show them how to make their drinks.
Starbucks in Uvalde, TX was subpar! 0610 in the morning, the drive through was shut down. I had to stand behind multiple Starbucks employees on duty making their orders to place my order. Update: I would like to acknowledge Jasmine’s very hard work and dedication to help customers this morning. She was working both the drive through and inside. It was 0605 and she was the only employee working. I had very good service and hope management recognizes her for my experience this morning. Thank you Jasmine! I changed my review solely on her professionalism.
