The terminal glitched out and allowed me to order breakfast long past the end time for breakfast. I didn't realize this at first, since I don't dine at Wendy's often, but the staff tracked me down and helped me switch to a lunch order of a comparable price. Great service and patience with my error, I will definitely be back to this location
Quick place to grab a meal while on the road. I was able to grab a quick bite and get back on the road.
The food is So Delicious!!! At time they mess up our orders. Customer service is ok- they try. The property looks like a ghost town. The dinning room is closed that's why atmosphere feels like a ghost.
Ordered my meal and within a minute it was finished. Service here are on their toes so I can't say much about communication due to them serving food so quickly. As I was walking in I noticed two two vehicles in the drive thru grabbing their meals within a minute as well. Grabbing a meal here won't take long at all. On a side note the view here is nice.
The one in Vacaville renovated. Very nice and updated. Food was good, except I forgot to tell them no cheese. Other than that everything was good. I like there burgers.
I had a good experience in this location. When you arrived, there's plenty of parking and then we ordered some food and the quality was good. The only complaint is that it took forever for them to give us our food.But in the end, the food tastes good and the restaurant was clean and overall a good experience.
Food was fresh and hot which can sometimes be hit or miss at some Wendy's and the dining room was nice and clean. Don't care for the kiosks to order though, but guess that way they are all going with $20 and hour for fast food workers here in California.
Food was okay, It's fast food. You can't expect too much even though fast food has become expensive.
still a solid option but overpriced and ingredient quality has gone down over the past 5 years. the fries and patties don't taste like they used to however if they bring back the bourbon bacon cheeseburger i will offer my body in service to the Wendy's mission
Maybe I'm just an old man yelling at clouds but: 2 small frosties, 1 large fry, and a 10-piece nugget was $20. Barely a meal for each of us. This makes me think I'm not going to be eating much more Wendy's in the future despite my son repeatedly proclaiming how good everything was. Used to be my go-to as well but this pricing is absurd.
I am not paying 15 dollars for lunch to support you for charity, I am here because I am hungry and when the fries looked like they are dipped in the oil over and over again, or they are cold and old, you make me think that it is not as fresh as you advertised. Please please please. THE SODA MACHINES ARE OUT OF ICE, at least one of them, FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS CLIENTS ARE WONDERING AROUND THE STORE FOR ICE. #wendy’scorporate #wendy’s And if you can’t handle all the orders from fort dash and customers inside the store put a hold in door dash orders. The whole process was a mess. It happened a couple of times before and i decided to post this. I won’t come here again.
Well… I order a chicken sandwich with no tomato and they still put it on. Also, ordered a burger without ketchup but mustard instead… it had ketchup with no mustard. Lastly… I ordered a chili with hot sauce… no hot sauce in the bag either. Yes… I know, I eat too much 🤦♂️😆
The only good thing is the clean area, otherwise, I ordered those four orders, the fries came with one spot of cheese, the cheese wasn't spread enough on the whole plate, the nuggets were good but small size per each, the burger was double and it was only with a layer of lettuce and a small tomato piece, it was a small portion of burger and with small portions of meat also, the grilled chicken was non-tightly enough, it fell since I tool it from the cover, and the meat was low portion and un spread enough on the whole sandwich, it was on the bottom, Also the associate didn't greet me very well, just "have a good day" without eye contact, also she wasn't in a rush because it was empty as usual So generally, low portions, clean areas and bad customer service.
Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Burgers are regularly cold or just plain incorrect. Frosty's are all foamy and lack substance. Not what I would expect from a place that is now so expensive. I went through the drive thru and ordered two meals. Got home and realized I only had one burger. Had to drive all the way back for them to hand me my cold burger that had been sitting there waiting for me and didn't even offer to remake my food. Trash.
Very disappointing experience at Wendy’s. The staff has a very rude and unprofessional attitude toward Dashers who come for DoorDash pickups. I’m a delivery driver, and every time I go there, it feels like we are treated differently compared to regular customers. There is no proper communication, long unnecessary wait times, and no respect for our time. We are also working and trying to deliver orders on time, but the staff acts like we don’t matter. If Wendy’s wants to keep good ratings and smooth service, they really need to train their employees to treat delivery drivers with basic respect and professionalism. Extremely frustrating experience.
Worst costumer service ever they are very slow and ask for the order how long it will take then they said I don’t know other staff knows never visiting again
Absolutely terrible service. Lady was in a terrible mood at the window. She needs an attitude adjustment. Worst service I've had in a long a time. Wouldn't substitute anything even though every other Wendy's does!
Insanely terrible experience. The lady kept cutting me off and didn't let me finish ordering. Food was alright, cheeseburger was very greasy and tasted off, they're are better places to get a burger in Vacaville. To top it all off, the price was 11.50 for just a cheeseburger and a small frosty? These big corporations get greedier by the day, this company is no different. I will not come back here.
Sooo …. On the 4th of July around 11pm we came thru the drive thru and the most rude lady worked the drive thru. McDonald’s would never. The customer service was trash. Considering never coming back to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would have😡.
Did an order through @doordash, and fries were missing nuggets were missing both frostys were missing. When contacting the restaurant spoke to the manager on duty on Saturday evening and she stated that I had to submit a complaint through door dash. When I messaged the deliver rep he stated he brought everything that was handed to him. Manager on duty was not the helpful and seemed to be very unbothered about a guest experience. Couldn’t even eat the food as we were disgusted 🤢
