It's been a few years since I ordered from Jimmy John's, and yesterday's 5/19/24 order was unsatisfactory. Spent over $30 for 2 combos and won't order here again. Way over priced, and the sandwiches had next to nothing on the inside even when requested extra. A very small sliver of tomato was on the other half. I didn't eat it all as it was lacking!! I should have stuck to the usual Eegee's. Eegee's never disappoints, and it's cheaper!

The young woman and bearded man working (that I've not seen much before) spent over 30 minutes critiquing and showcasing my order to coworkers who've previously made it with kindness and a smile on their face. It was obnoxious and the awkward judgement was so disappointing. You've never heard of extra bacon or oregano? I paid nearly $30 for a wrap and requested a few extras, was it really that interesting? My dinner was ruined and my five star review was reduced to three. Great work, you two.

The employees were pleasant n very fast. 5 stars to them. But for the price Jimmy John's charges there should be much more meat. My wife's BLT literally had 4 PCs of bacon on the 8" sub. And my sandwich had very Lil ham or turkey. The pickle was huge n delicious and we enjoyed the chips. But eegees and subway come with considerably more meats for the same$$

WOW, What happened to this store ? I was there today with my wife around 2 PM. The 2 girls working there were extremely rude and and unfriendly. The music was playing so loud it was unbearable. My sandwich had like the bare min product. The 2 girls just hangin around using their cell phones, talking about germs.!!! Not this store for me again !

Not only are they charging 12.99 for a combo, but all of the prices are wrong and have been for months. They don't care. The management doesn't care. Hopefully corporate will make the owner of the store actually do something. Pathetic. They raise the prices and can't even be bothered to update some signs.

The worst jjs for delivery in Tucson. All but one time I’ve ordered delivery they forgot something on my order. I even called before my order was made to be sure it wasn’t forgotten. Yet it was forgotten. I highly recommend the Jjs on oracle or in marketplace.

Ordered online for pickup like I always do. Ordered a 16-in Italian nightclub. When my husband got home. Well we were given is a 16-in turkey in provolone. Had to go all the way back to the restaurant to exchange this sandwich. No apology. No compensation. Just tons of stupid questions.

Bought a veggie sandwich and asked to warm it to melt the cheese and was said that they could not do it, they stated that the could only do it to signature sandwiches. Why can't you warm up a sandwich? The attitude after that was not the best either. Will never come back to this place.

Awful service. SO I ordered delivery. Two subs, and a diet coke. This store managed to not only fail in making the second sub altogether, but they also got the first sandwich wrong in its contents. Oh, and no drink included either with the combo. How can someone order a combo and both the delivery driver and sandwiches maker fail to include the drink. Don't waste 20 plus dollars like I did towards a business that's this lazy.

How hard is it to take an order correctly? I ordered two sandwiches and BOTH were wrong. I specifically asked for no mayo on both because my hubby and I are lactose intolerant and you guessed it….both sandwiches LOADED with mayonnaise. I’m so ticked off I won’t come back. You don’t need to be a PhD to take an order correctly.

How do this place stay in business? Plain bread tons of lettuce and tiny amount of turkey. Prefer Ranch or Miracle Whip instead of mayonnaise? Tough no can do! Spicy Ranch but they are not allowed to put it on a sandwich. Just not a good sandwich.

Do not get me started on the rudeness and refusal to follow even the most simplistic request. As simple as “Do Not Knock”. The order is always wrong, no matter what. We have to plan on “fixing” every single sandwich ordered from this place. Trust me when I say that this location is not worth your business, they do not appreciate it anyways.
