This was a disappointing experience. I tried the terryaki chicken and the peppered beef with fried rice. Nothing had any flavor. The chicken had the weirdest texture I've ever eaten in the U.S. Even the peppered beef was like eating a washed out version. The beef was identifiable, at least. We also had to wait about fifteen minutes for the mushroom chicken. However, the gal behind the counter kept track of the order, was pleasant, as efficient as her set up allowed her to be and dealt well with numerous variables. If you're looking for cheap, filler food, this would be your spot.

I've never had an order go so bad. By myself at the counter, ordering for my wife and I. Ordered a 3 plate and 2 plate. They completely forgot one of my three entrees. The Chow Mein was like 50% cabbage, they gave a few shrimp because the bottom had been filled with fried rice run over. My tiny box of teriyaki Chicken wasn't even full. My wife' s two Chicken orders had 5 pieces of chicken between the two entrees and the rest celery and vegetables. The only saving grace was the Cheese Rangoons which were decent. Note the clean bottom on the third slot the 7 shrimp and the not full tiny container of chicken.

I've been eating at this location since it opened many years ago . I often visit at least 2 -3 times a month. My most recent visit was on 11/25/ 2025@1:30PM. I ordered the fried rice/ Orange chicken. When l got home I was totally disappointed. Food was barely warm. Quality of the food here has been going downhill for the past several months. It will be a long time before I return.

Ordered orange chicken with chow mein bowl. CHOW MEIN had a rancent taste, as if it was reheated from previous days. Out of the 15 pieces of chicken, 7 were too tough to eat. Way over cooked. Disappointed.

Ordered a catering for up to 22 people for my wife's birthday. I paid an extra $15.00 for the honey walnut shrimp as one of the main dishes. It didn't have any walnuts, only shrimp. No one answers the phone to even let them know. Poor customer service and accountability.

Be careful when you order online. The fact that they knot up the bag doesn't mean they made sure the order is correct or complete for that matter, & they won't reimburse you electronically like the payment that was made, you have to go all the way back to the store while your already cold food, because your trying to take of the matter, gets ice cold. As seen in the picture, the plate is obviously missing an entree.

Extremely unsatisfied with this location went through the drive-thru to just purchases two cub meals when I check the order I come to find that there’s no main entrée in the meals this is absolutely ridiculous called the location the guy that calls himself a “manager” said to go back to the restaurant to fix the issue I go back living about half an hour away for absolutely nothing to get resolved these people are a joke don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. Than all of a sudden the females that work at this location huddled up around the drive-thru to see and hear what was going on not caring about attending the other customers coming into the restaurant! They were all very disrespectful and rude seriously looked like they were laughing while the whole situation was happening! I highly don’t recommend customers coming to this location to waste your time, not to mention that location is dirty! I hope corporate takes matters into their own hands and really educate what you call a team properly, find new caring mangers that will actually do there jobs and resolve problems. At the end the “manager” just took the food and gave me my money back, didn’t offer to fix the food and mistake that they did! So disappointing!

I am a local business owner here in Tucson in the Restaurant Delivery Service Industry. I visited Panda Express this evening through the drive thru, $24.00 for two meals. I got home and was blown away with first, my order being wrong. My Girl friends order Beef and Broccoli and they served her orange chicken. My beef and broccoli was discolored and mushy, my rice was under cooked and my Chicken was slimy. I called the restaurant about the order being wrong and they told me to go in a get a new beef and broccoli. I told the manager Viviana I live far from the their location and she kept asking me to come in tonight, they close at 10pm its 9:25pm,I told her I would go in another time. I started eating my food and noticed a disgusting taste and slimy chicken. I am a Kidney Transplant Patient so I have to have fresh food or I could get very sick (so much for that) I called Viviana again and asked her what I do to get a refund she told me to take the food back, really!!! didn't we just go over this before? I live to far. She said that's all I can do and they close in 25mins. Poor Management, Poor Customer Service, this place has gone down hill recently. I have contacted Corp. and ask for a call back for the franchise owner.

Right off the bat no one was really paying attention when I ordered. Got to the window, messed my order up. Once they realized their mistake, they got upset. We fixed it and I received my order, it was missing a side. Before leaving, I asked the cashier for sweet & sour sauce to which she very rudly replied "I don't have any". They completely forgot the teriyaki sauce for my chicken teriyaki. Terrible experience, do not come here.
