I called that number and they told me it was a personal number, not the restaurant's. I bought two orders of three different stews and one order of rolls, and they wanted to give it to me in a bag instead of on a tray. The breakfast was reheated from yesterday and tasted bad. The Gallo salsa container was very dirty, and they just refill it; they don't replace it.

I've always liked their food and service, but the last time I got raw, tasteless spaghetti. When I told them, they treated me rudely and arrogantly instead of apologizing or anything; they just got angry. They said, "Why are you telling us if you've already eaten or tasted it?" I'm not usually one to complain about everything, but that time they really disgusted me. My advice: Complaints should be taken positively to improve the service. Good luck!

It lacks flavor, there are no toppings (shiracha and soy sauces, lemons), and they serve it in takeout dishes. It would be nice if they had an on-site buffet.
