Staff have always been super friendly, and give big portions! Just be nice to them and they’ll be nice to you. Been coming here for yearsss and never had an issue

I love Panda Express. I go at least once a week. If you want something not spicy, I highly recommend the orange chicken and the broccoli beef. And if you haven't signed up for points, you can get 20% off your next meal by scanning their code and signing up for free. They have deals that you will be notified of, and you can put your points on your next meals! Kid friendly and wheelchair friendly!!! Please remember to be nice to the staff, they work hard!

I don't usually write reviews, but yesterday, Sunday, I went to eat with my children in the morning, around 10 o'clock. The food was excellent quality, and the service was fantastic.

I originally ordered Mountain Mike's pizza next-door but when I got there they said that they never got my order. The place was empty, they were kind of rude and didn't offer to make my order in a hurry or even help me in anyway. I just left and went to panda express who were awesome! The food was also killer!

This is a cafeteria-style restaurant. They have many choices, down to just single items. If you like every item, you probably could eat there every day for a month without duplicating an order. Food is hot and visible to help you make your choices. You can eat in or take-out. It's a winner.

The Orange Chicken was fresh out of the wok super crispy on the outside but tender on the inside, with that perfect balance of sweet and spicy tang. I also tried the Beijing Beef, which had a great sear and just the right amount of heat. The Chow Mein wasn't greasy at all, just savory and satisfying. You can tell they are turning the food over quickly because everything tasted incredibly fresh. The line was long, but the team moved with amazing efficiency. The staff greeted everyone with a smile and were super patient while I decided on my sides. The dining area was spotless. Tables were being wiped down immediately after people left, and the modern decor made it a genuinely nice place to sit and eat. It felt vibrant and welcoming, not just like a "grab and go" spot. Highly recommend this spot if you want a reliable, delicious meal!

My Grandson loves them and I was impressed seeing a Philippines menu as part of the menu. Otherwise I cannot say too much about it.

Its american Chinese food so like there's that(its decent,salty and or sweet) the egg rolls are pretty fire the honey walnut shrimp Pretty solid service but its a staple .a respectable quick pickup Chinese food restaurant where you can see them cooking and switching the food so there's an extra point very solid 4 star for basic chains (there's levels)

Quite frankly.I think that the food quality is deteriorating at this particular store. Overall i'm not real thrilled with panda expresses quality of food. In vallejo I would Rather go to lee's garden.

It wasn't busy during that time but yet they're still confusion. I only wanted a bowl but they prefer or think I say plate because I was wearing my mask. The lady at the cashier had very good customer service and a guy was understandable and reasonable why it was hard for me to get the order right. I think at this time I'm the bad customer and they was trying the best due to the fact that they can't understand people wearing the mask. FYI some the customer wasn't wearing it.

I've eaten at Panda Express around the US and this one is the only one that pinches the servings. Not just the meats but, even the rice and lo mein. I asked if they could serve me righteous, and the lady was quick to charge me for a double serving. I didn't want a double serving, I just wanted what I was paying for.

Let's start with they have it together! In and out quickly and efficiently. My visit reminded me why I don't ever go there. If you like Chinese food, this is the McDonald's of Chinese food. Next time I'll just wait for the real thing.

Everytime I come here I'm waiting for something. This time I'm waiting for fried rice. I get the platter and it doesn't have teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken. Had the nerve to ask me can I wait 5 min for the sauce. Poor Management not enough employees. Open up your hiring practices, hire more people. Don't waste your time eat elsewhere. That place is a joke. No more..

It's not too good . Better in American canyon Charge me $1.25 for just a little spoon for Shanghai steak almost nothing and always is like these and the chow ming is dry.But anyway alot of clients. I wait 25 minutes

I usually don't post unless something goes wrong. I ordered through DD and received the food just as it appears in the photos. These are both large size and as you can see they are about 75% full. Paid over $12 outside of delivery fees. My opinion is that even if it's not just vegetables, the boxes should be full because you are paying for that size. Edit - not letting me post photos

Certain days food is a hit or miss here. Customer service can be alot better. I went the evening of 3/7/20. As I was waiting in the long line, I noticed one of the cooks cough over the prepped veggies without covering his mouth. No telling what else unsanitary he might have done. I've even notice some servers with dirty fingernails giving samples and making plates.

The lines are always long and they only begin to start making a dish once they run out. It's so frustrating, that the manager is not anticipating that in ten minutes or less he will be all out of teriaki chicken and orange chicken during a dinner rush. For gods sake, it takes 10 to 15 minutes to make the stuff, start making it when you're half way through it and not when you run out.. That way customers wont have to wait 15 to 20 minutes after they pay for their order to be handed to them... I thought this was fast-food?

The restuarant got my order wrong and it is missing and additional item I paid for. Unable to get anyone to answer a phone as well as unable to access online, or telephone, survey. How convenient for them. They just made an extra 10$ from me. I do not drive so I ordered through their website. I am very very disappointed in PE. One of my entrees had 2 pieces of meat and the rest was peppers and onions.did I mention I'm very disappointed....and upset. Don't mess with me and my kung pao chicken I am upset

Horrible experience. Please note I post very few negative reviews. Zero plans to go back. I walked in at 8:33 and walked out at 8:53. Waited in line for 20 minutes with only six people ahead of me. There were literally seven staff members sitting there. So there was more staff than customers. By the time I got to the front all the teriyaki chicken was gone and she told me they would start more. The same lady that was walking around as the manager, drinking her soda, and not helping while the line just kept getting longer. When I walked out of the store with no food the line had now 16 people. I post very few negative reviews. This was just an awful experience.

Love, love, love this place! This time they were so crowded. Waited outside a long time. When I ordered my food they really skimped on it. Example: I ordered the new honey sesame chicken and only got 4 small pieces, and half the noodles as usual. I was totally disappointed! Just because they are crowded you should not be shorted the normal amount of food. Because of this it will be awhile before I even think about going back, and I usually go once a week! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

They don't give good portions for the price,mostly Asians workers I was treated very bad,my food was not free I was paying for It!!. and very rude I asked for double shrimps to pay extra and the kid gave me half about 7 shrimps ,some workers in other pandas have good customer's service but this one are very cheap and rude ,will never go back, again, They should all be fired or retrained, give a job to someone who wants to treat public good and its proud of working at panda.

Vallejo Panda Express restaurant can be extremely busy and for the first time I came when it wasn't busy. Rosi took my order who was at the counter. I was the only person in line and ignore me and didn't say anything to me. The customer service wss poor.

Food was nasty and the chowmein tasted like dried out top ramen. Also they need to train their employees better in the area of customer service, One cashier told me they consider the rice/chow mein an entree and then wanted to argue with me when I corrected. Had I been one of these crazy quarantine people she would've been snacthed over the counter, work and whatever she was going thru definitely does not mix well. Ill never go there again. Worst Restaurant experience ever.

disappointed. My boyfriend just left your store entirely instead of getting his meal because you guys only gave him ONE Teriyaki sauce packet. Im sure it wasn't that serious and you could've given him more. He likes to put the sauce on his rice too so it's just stupid to keep condiments from your own customers. Makes no sense. Figure it out Panda corporate. This is a time to try and bring in your customers with more bang for their buck.... Being stingy and refusing them will only keep you off their minds when they have more money to spend.

Lately, I've gotten barely cooked Chowmein and soda that tasted 'wrong.' Their Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken seems to have also declined in quality (for a fast food joint). I would not recommend stopping at this Panda Express for the time being.

The food was cold, and brocolis in beef brocoli was too big, which means you will get less amount of broccoli beef than other Panda restaurants In addition, I think they added more water and ice to drinks than other pamda locations. It was not as sweet as it should be. The manager was rude 😒
