We went to this restaurant after a long day of skiing for dinner. The service here is impeccable, from the aperitifs to main course and dessert. Zaffran and the rest of the staff made our dinner here very special. P.s we got stuck in front of the property when we arrived at Cervinia and the team also helped us put on snow chains when we weren’t even staying so super helpful.

We had an excellent time in Saint Hubertus Ristorante during our recent ski holiday. The place is stunning, classy, but cosy. The food was delicious and the staff had gone out of their way to accommodate us. Highly recommended for a special experience.

Really good restaurant, the atmosphere was really pleasant. Bond fire everywhere. Service on top. And the food is amazing for the price. Could be a 1 star restaurant

Not easy to get a table here during Christmas week but Stefano finally managed to squeeze us in and very happy for that. Everything was 1st class, food, presentation and service. A huge wine list to select from and we had a very decent bottle of Rose from Sicily to accompany our meal. The quality was worthy of a star based on our experience at another location in the same town with that accolade.

Our friend recommended this place. My husband and I also loved this place. The food was amazing and service was very warm, and it was a pleasure to meet Filippo (one of the family member who runs the hotel) and rest of the friendly staff. The highlight was the fresh white truffle dishes—absolutely delicious. The front desk manager was very kind who offered to help watch my dog. He was happily napping in the fluffy dog bed in her office when he finished dining.
