Great location. Standard process, smooth flow. You can usually only approach the drive-in line from one direction so check in on that. Got the usual order just right, but did forget to toss some ketchup in. Another consistent In-N-Out location.
JERONIMO in Brazil and this one are kind of the best from fast food burgers. At least for me. And there are still more to discover of course.
Who doesn't love a good In N Out Burger!!?? I love getting a Double Double w Whole Grilled Onion!! Plus everything!! And fries w Grilled onions cause they put them in a closed box! So they stay warmer till I get home!!
In-N-Out is hands down one of the best fast-food spots out there. The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and made to order, and the fries taste best when eaten hot. The menu may be simple, but the quality never disappoints. Service is quick, the employees are friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a late-night bite, In-N-Out always hits the spot.

This use to be one of my favorite locations. The service is fast, and the cashiers are always nice and professional. It’s also a very safe location but not a lot of places to eat outside like other locations. Overall it’s still a good clear restaurant with fresh food.
The Sherman Oaks In-N-Out is easily one of my favorite spots for a perfect burger every single time. From the moment you pull up, the place is buzzing with energy, and the smell of fresh-grilled patties hits you right away. The menu may be simple, but that’s exactly what makes In-N-Out so great — they’ve mastered the art of fresh, quality food without overcomplicating it. I always go for an Animal Style Double-Double, and it never disappoints. The beef is juicy and flavorful, the cheese is perfectly melted, the lettuce and tomatoes are always crisp and fresh, and the grilled onions with their special spread are pure magic. The fries are cut from fresh potatoes right here in the store, and I like to get mine well-done for extra crunch. If you’re a milkshake fan, the chocolate or Neapolitan shakes here are thick, creamy, and made with real ice cream — the perfect way to round out the meal. Even during the busy lunch or dinner rush, the staff keeps things moving quickly while staying friendly and professional. The inside is spotless, the kitchen is open so you can watch your food being made, and the outdoor seating is great if you want to enjoy that California weather. Parking in the back is a huge plus for this location too. Every visit here reminds me why In-N-Out is a California classic — fresh ingredients, great service, and a burger that’s worth every bite. The Sherman Oaks location gets it right every time. Highly recommended for anyone craving a true West Coast burger experience!

I love In-N-Out. I've visited this establishment for over 20 years. The drive thru is busy, but the staff is amazing and handles it well. Because of my health issues, I don't have the appetite that I once had. I dropped in for a hamburger and was not disappointed. And where can you still get a quality burger for $4.11 in today's economy?
In-N-Out Burger's hamburgers are far superior to other fast-food chains. Their made-to-order process ensures each burger maintains optimal flavor, unlike the typically dry buns and patties found at regular fast-food restaurants. Every bite offers a perfect combination of ingredients: juicy freshly-grilled beef, crisp fresh lettuce, and unique special sauce, with all components perfectly balanced. This burger joint, maintaining its consistency for 70 years, creates the perfect burger using the simplest ingredients. Each layer is a delightful surprise: soft outer buns, aromatic beef patties, and rich yet balanced sauce. No wonder it turns first-time customers into loyal fans without them even realizing it!
I recently visited In-N-Out Burger in LA and I must say, their burgers are hands down the best in town. But what really made my experience special was a guy named Justin. He went above and beyond to make sure every customer was happy, checking in with everyone and wishing them a good day. The restaurant was spotless and his positive energy and smile really lifted my mood. Thank you so much! The service and attitude towards customers is top-notch. I don't know how they promote people there, but someone like Justin deserves recognition for his great work. Honestly, I wouldn't be writing this review if it weren't for his exceptional service. We visited the restaurant on October 10, 2024 at 10:40 a.m.
A solid place to go to for a late night snack when you needed. My go to favorite is a smoothie and a double double burger with the fries can’t go wrong with that combination. They got the best food service and atmosphere most importantly their food is fresh meat. I would choose them over McDonald’s any day. If you havent been here and you’re coming from out of town this is the place to be at.
In N’ Out always hit the spot!!! Food was great, the line was moving pretty fast, and shout-out to the young lady who to our order (Thursday 01/05/23 @4:30pm) she was the only one in the parking lot even thou’ was early in the evening -this area can be pretty “busy”…this parking is huge full of shops and retail stores, even few homeless ppl…. But she was determined taking orders even by the curb!!! This young lady needs a bonus!!! (And a partner/coworker for protection)
What can I say? I'm just spoiled to expect predictable taste and flavors. The brand, the burgers, the fresh fries, the milkshakes, it's iconic. Just anticipate a string of automobiles snaking beyond the drive-through into the parking lot and stretching out onto the street inching along to place the order. You could spend up to 40 minutes sometimes to pay and get your order. The better option to skip the longer wait is to park your vehicle and walk in to the chain to order in person.
They say a picture says a thousand words, need I say anything else? In case I do, get a double double animal style with grilled and raw onions. Animal style fries, and a strawberry vanilla shake to top it off. Great way to treat yourself. Fresh food, fresh ingredients, made to order, and always served with a smile. Can't go wrong here, tourists stop by and eat at least one before you leave or you'll regret it forever.
