Manager was super accommodating and helpful after we were given the wrong order!

It was really good afternoon eating in and we come back at night and the cashier was so gentle taking orders of 6 🌮 to go at the window.

The staff are very friendly and service is great always glad to take your order, I live in the neighborhood and it nice to have a place so nice and clean to eat

I love the fact that Jack in the Box has so many locations in Los Angeles. The food is great for meals and snacks. When I was homeless, they were welcoming to me unlike some other restaurants.

Went here on an early afternoon lunch and ordered the ranch chicken sandwich. Food was freshly cooked when given to me! It was steamy hot just like I like it. I had forgotten to order a drink so I went into the restaurant to get a water cup in which I had no issues. Food was great!

They're always fast, you know and they don't mess up the orders like some places. I don't know why how fast food places don't adopt the In-N-Out method they check three times. They read back your order when you pay the read your order and when you get the order they read your order. But I like going to this one cuz it doesn't seem to ever be crowded their milkshakes are phenomenal by the way and I love their teriyaki chicken bowl with an egg roll. But this is a good Jack in the box in my opinion. Some not so good this one good.

This is one of the few aces I will actually go to during the pandemic. You can go in and order take out. They have plexiglass dividers to keep you safe and the staff is overjoyed to see you. The staff is both friendly and generous with condiments and dipping sauces. I definitely recommend it.

Well this the second time I visit this forgotten gem , only one thing, is hot, I mean 🥵🔥 hot, and when rains you need to watch out where you drive to get there or out , nice adventure if you don't mind , the heat , the I mention is 🔥🥵 hot , well it is hot, but you don't mind if you prepare , because you, if you let your imagination , you can see what it was in the glory days of wild west , ⛏️ mining, and the invention that make that possible, but if you have kids , well you just let them run the show , lot to see lot to play and learn , because we can see the transition of what we become as a community and society in general, take you best pictures before they close when the color of the sky ,melt with the rocks formations and is not expensive , like the old days you need to work hard and walk to see all what is around , so be prepare, lot of water and watch your kids easy to get lost, everything is an adventure for them and be courteous with others remember we here for and instant , the rocks are here for millennials.

Every Saturday I get great service from the worker named skye he is so friendly and gets my order right and fast any other day I just get attitude and I always have to park to get my order so if you want quality service come on Saturday he deserves a raise even though he works by himself I never see anyone helping him make the orders

This place is primo brothers and sisters they have quality excellent hygiene you know wen someone gives you fresh food and tasty too y buy my jumbo jack combo's and the tacos two for a dolar plus change y recommend this place.

They forgot one to include one drink in our order (3 combos) and when I brought it to their attention, the shift manager replaced the small drink with a larger one and was very cool about it.

Great customer service, definitely a place to come back and enjoy my favorite burger.

I had a really pleasant experience here. I drive a moped, so I always dine inside, and the dining area was clean and well-kept. The woman at the front counter—I believe her name was Esther—was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Even with the drive-thru being slammed, she kept a positive attitude and handled everything like a pro. The food was also surprisingly good—definitely better than the Jack in the Box near my house. Overall, a great experience for a fast food spot.

What more can you say about a fast food restaurant? It's the same franchise that's on every other block around here. It's recently renovated and run well.

If you come here between 1am and 6am your probably not gonna be able to order shakes and the fries are cold 3 out of 5 times, but other than that it's not bad

This is the second Jack In The Box restaurant i've been to in the San Fernando Valley that allows take out/customers in the lobby (The other location being in North Hollywood on the corner of Vineland Av. & Strathern St.). Management was great and my Cluck Sandwich was better than expected. During this chicken sandwich war this is better than Wendy's "new" and "improved" chicken sandwich. Popeye's and Chick-Fil-A are still superior. 🐔

I went thru the drive thru and the line was moving at a good speed. Everything went snooth, got my order correct didn't have to ask for napkins or ketchup for some reason other fast food places forget to give you napkins. Food was nice and fresh.

Good JIB. Service was a bit slow even though the place wasn't busy. But the food was fresh and good. The dining room was clean. Plenty of parking. The iced tea was good (not like some JIBs where it tastes like it's mixed with coffee - nasty and undrinkable!). Overall it was OK but not a place I'd go out of my way to go to.

B-fast is good.. but the large iced coffee I CHOSE to order gave me a mini panic attack because I thought it was a bit too strong. But good and convienant accepts EBT.

It's been ages since I went to a Jack In The Box. Went to drive through, just make sure you repeat your order before driving up to pay to make sure they heard you right. I said Grilled Chicken, she thought I said Grilled Cheese. Otherwise fast friendly service about 11:30pm on a Tuesday night. Food was hot and tasty! 👍

Look, the manager is weird, I came in and he was staring into space or something. I don't know but I felt very uncomfortable ordering and getting my order. Probably better during night time. the food was just alright I guess.

I'm so upset still at the very moment I went to this location as always..today was not my day I asked for a number 10 plain with the patty and bread only the girl in the drive thru got my order completely wrong that was a bad start.. I get to the window give her my money and she gives me this lil bag which is awkward for what I ordered, I looked in the bag it was just a lil 99 cent chicken sandwich and my egg rolls no fries no sandwich.. She said she "thought" o orders just a plain chicken sandwich..hmmmmm no I specifically said a number 10 plain... The only reason I will return is cause of Wendy.. Maybe u should get someone in drive thru who understands better English.

One thing I appreciate: they accept EBT, deliver their chocolate cake dessert is wonderfully delicious. The place is kept pretty clean and the staff are friendly.

Hit or miss like most places these days sometimes the food is really good other times makes you want to throw up and that’s before you even start eating it. Guess it all depends on when the Lazy Crew is working. When its well made with fresh ingredients its great other times its cold to the touch and I live a block away. If not for the convenience factor I’d rarely if ever visit this location.

Some of the customers are a little loud. They are next to a school so it was full of students. Customer service was really good. I asked them to make the sandwich look like the picture. They did not even try. That made me really sad. I have been to other Jack in the box restaurants that have done a great job at that.

Late nights when the dining room is closed theres a long wait at drive thru as a general rule. Longest wait for fast food ever. Night shift is under staffed most likely. Food was fresh and delicious after patiently waiting for it.

I'm going to be brutally honest with my review. I ordered the Hot Mess munchies meal only because it included the 75th anniversary antenna ball only exclusive for this hot mess combo meal and because it's a limited edition collectible. (Disclaimer: I have never eaten a hot mess munchies meal at Jack In the Box and this was my first time) The sourdough bun didn't really taste authentic, it just tasted like toasted soft white bread. The patties on the bun tasted mediocre, but this is expected because it's jack in the box and they are a processed food fast food company similar to any other fast food chain in the valley. The pattie just tasted so wrong like it was left outside in bad condition and low quality. The cheese was so liquid, I was kinda disgusted because it looked so unnatural and I'm kinda lactose intolerant and prefer my cheese melted but not like super gooey and liquid if you know what I mean. I had to wipe off most of that gooey liquid cheese because I didn't want to eat it all and it made me feel like dying on the inside just looking at the cheese fall off the burger. I can understand why it's called the hot mess burger now 😭🙏. Customer service was on point. The guy at the cash register was kind and considerant and the other workers at the inside of the kitchen did there jobs properly and everything that came with the order I placed was correct on the kiosk they provide at the front of the cash registers. I notice they are very hard working and reasonably professional at doing their jobs properly. My only concern is the quality of the ingredients they have at the inside of their kitchen. I don't think the problem is the work they do, I think the main source of why I put 3 stars for the food is because the quality of the ingredients on the hot mess burger. Overall Rating on a scale of 1-10 I give this hot mess munchies meal a 6.5 out of 10. I think the meal was overall average, maybe some people prefer that gooey liquid cheese they provide and I can understand why but it's not for me. The only thing that I was concerned about was the quality of the ingredients they provided inside their kitchen. I spent 15.37$ It was an average munchies meal, but I don't think it's my kind of meal and I wouldn't order it again anytime in the future.

The lady gave me regular fries, I didn't see that my siblings had gotten their burgers, so she told me to just switch my burgers with them. I know it was a simple mistake but she could of said that it was. Instead she was insting I'd switch my meal with my brother.

I know homeless people probably make messes in the bathrooms so I kinda get not wanting them in there. But some compassion goes a long way. This guy came in and really respectfully asked to use the bathroom and the cashier was just mean to him telling him no. So I bought him a burger so she had to let him use the bathroom. I understand where both parties are coming from, but human decency and being kind are something everyone should practice in my mind. To me she seemed like a bully. The food was okay, but my bun was like torn in half on top and just looked sloppily made. Definitely not the best jack in the box Ive been to. More like....meh 😑

Everytime I come here I always have everything right just accept today everything was very bad. The buns on my burgers were all burnt black and tasted and smelled burnt. I also said easy mayo and they ignored that. The fries were burnt as well. I didn't want to go back to get everything remade. Check my pic for proof.

Ok place food is good employees are very friendly dining area is ok .but ? They let that continuation school across the street congragate in the parking lot and occupy the dining area so where should I the paying customer sit ?? .. or maybe .. I should just find a other place to spend my money to eat . It's Jack in the Box. What can you say? Fast n' greasy, usually. The Fajita Pita is perhaps the only thing I can order without serious modifications. If you are vegan there is quite literally nothing but French fries and onion rings for you here.

I always have a great drive thru experience EXCEPT for today . The young gentlemen who took my order was very kind and you can tell he was in that drive thru doing the best that he could . However when I got to the window to get my order there was a woman behind him in a gray uniform shirt rushing him . The young man gave me 2 drinks and still had to give me 1 more drink as I had ordered 3 meals and some sides . The woman kept starring at me with a really rude face and came up to closer to the window and said “ are you waiting for something ?“ And I kindly responded “ yes m’am I’m still waiting for my 3rd drink “ . The young man was filling up my 3rd drink and handed it to me , by then he had already asked me if I needed condiments . I said “ yes please can I have buttermilk, ketchup, and hot sauce “. He was about to grab them for me when the lady in gray uniform shirt moved him to the side to continue taking drive thru orders . And again shes starring at me with a rude face and says “ did you forget something ?” And I proceeded to tell her “ Are you having a bad day ? You’ve been starring at me with a really rude face and giving attitude when all I’m doing was waiting for my drink and condiments but to answer your question yes I’m waiting for my condiments “. She rudely grabs the ketchup and begins throwing it by the window as she’s gathering all condiments together . And I proceeded to telling her “ Don’t throw the condiments that’s unprofessional “ she hands them to me saying “ have a good day “ . I was able to read her Name Tag and her name was “MARTHA”! Maybe Martha needs some customer service training . I understand we all can have a bad day and work under pressure but she shouldn’t take it out on the customers when all we are doing is waiting for our meals . I’ve been coming to this Jack in the box for almost 1 year but today was not a good drive thru experience .

The food quality depends on who makes it. Morning shift usually doesn't know what they are doing. I ordered some tenders when they were released and they came out all burnt up. The area isn't that great so be prepared to say hello to the local begger

I was missing 7 jalapeño poppers and 4 tacos. I've never had a problem with my order before(except the occasional sauce shortage) so I called and told them I was missing 4 tacos and the poppers and they said "the jalapeño poppers are right here but she said the tacos were in the bag. If you want to come back I'll give you the tacos for free, are you coming back tonight?" I just said I might but decided not to. Also I asked for curly fries and got regular fries. Sure they asked if the order was correct on the screen but the screen is broken so.... they were counting the register when I got to the windows so I waited a while with no greeting... just got to watch them struggle. Also I asked for 3 ranch and 3 Buffalo at the speaker, before I paid and when they asked before they handed me my order. I asked them if it was everything and they said yes. Of course it wasn't. As I said, besides the sauces being 1 short each, it was the worst experience i had at this restaurant. I could hear what they said when the window was "closed" and they were NOT nice. I'll be picking up my forgotten items.

Just another fast food restaurant in the SF valley where all the employees are Hispanic and they all mostly communicate in Spanish language I’ve been to this location numerous times I notice the cashiers always provide much better customer service to other Hispanic guests

I came In and ordered food and asked for a water cup for me and my friends and the lady at the register Zenayda said me and my friends were "shameless" in spanish and was very rude when I asked her to open the restroom . The restrooms are disgusting with pee on the floor and blood what seems to be someone's period blood. Over all worst experience ever here. They're whispering in spanish amongst eachother about the customers and that's very unprofessional and pathetic and sad.

This jack in box always has had the worst service.....some of these people are high and can never get your order right on top of that the people on the drive thru have a bad attitude......its always a bad experience when you come here....i dont recomend at all.......im not too sure about the management skills from these people....again...i dont recomend and if i could give em negative stars they definetly earned about 10 of them

Unfortunately this particular "Jack" - is a shack... The situation of "Covid-19", has prevented the establishment from allowing potential and previous Customers from ordering (foods) if they are "Walk-ins". Jack's, spot is practicing "Discrimination", in Palmdale (Certainly)!! While the "Safety of Everyone", is Everyone's responsibility, it is unreasonable that any Corporate entity is employing tactics that actually work against the "Public" they profess to Serve. Here is an example of: Willing to take the order of those in Cars, and not of them that "Walk-in". That is: Discrimination.

Lights were on, as well as a giant light that said "open" the doors were locked. On the door it said they were open till midnight. The drive through was blocked off. I called them they answered and said they are closed and hung up on me, then never answered again. It was 1115. So rude never going back, Happy Thanksgiving.

I am a AAA driver, I asked to SENAIDA her to please give me a combo because my truck is very big and does not fit and the rude woman sent me to eat cold food at the market working 12 hours helping people, no respect or consideration in giving us a combo

On Monday March 27th 2023. We had the worst experience at 6:30 pm with a lady on the drive through when asked for more napkins with our big order in which she was only giving us 3 napkins... plus she gave attitude when whe count 2 ketchup knowing we ordered 3 large orders of fries 🍟.. horrible attitude.

Worst experience ever, they had me waiting outside just saying no, I went over the drive through on foot and then they said they can’t take my order if I’m not in a car. They didn’t even take the 5 seconds to open the door and tell me that, instead they had me waste over 10 minutes. NEVER go here on night time, that shift is awful, specially that Hispanic female.

The food was rather disappointing. I ordered the COUNTRY SCRAMBLER PLATE. It is not even close to the real one. The real version is very tiny, the eggs taste horrible and after eating the whole plate you are still hungry. Then I ordered the chicken nuggets (4 for 1 dollar) These as the former were disappointing, very tiny and dry.

I want to write this because is so important a Bussinness credibility. This restaurant says is open 24Hrs. So I go today early morning 4am craving a breakfast and it had the open light and up , I go thru drive-thru and the person said is not open yet so I said then you should shut the sign off and change your Bussinness hours in Google so people know you aren't open 24hrs anymore.

Dear owner, I am a regular customer at this location and am always pleased with the drive through customer service, today I drove by and ordered the southwest chicken salad and the cashier asked if I wanted my chicken hot or cold, she then let me know there was a $2.00 dollar charge to heat up the chicken which was unusual since there was never a charge. I questioned it and a gentleman (not the cashier) responded saying it was a new policy, I suggested they should let that be known on the menu sign so that customers are aware of the change and he responded with “so do you want it or not?!” In a really rude manner, I would understand maybe if I was holding up a line but there was no line I was the only car at the moment, I asked him who he was and he said he was the person in charge, I than asked for his name and he said Salomon, I called him an idiot for being so inconsiderate instead of understanding that customers are not gonna know this information if it’s a new policy and it doesn’t say it on the menu. Salomon thanked me for calling him an idiot, I then drove away and didn’t purchase anything. That was not okay and it’s upsetting because your location is closest to my job and I never had a problem like this before, I would have bought the salad even with the extra charge but the way he replied to my suggestion was just so rude and uncalled for please speak to him about his customer service ethic. I've always had a great experience at this Jack, but I will never go there again. Very rude night manager(Fri 9/29/23). The night before the night manager told me to be there before 11pm. The hours posted on the door for the dining room are 6am - 11pm, I was there at 10:45 and the doors were locked, I showed the time on my phone as 10:45 and they still refused to open the door. They then pointed at the drive through window so I walked over and they continued to refuse to let me buy a burger. And the night manager would not open the doors as it was still before 11pm. They refused to give me any explanation or reason. I was working late and very hungry and it's very close to my work.
