I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! The lemon risotto and veal cheeks were the best food we had in our entire Italy stay. (Skip the pasta here!) The servers were all friendly and joked around with us ending our night with complimentary limenchello shots and an entire bottle of prosecco when they were closing up for the night. On top of the food and fun, the view here is stunning. The swans 🦢 visit this spot regularly making the entire experience truly magical! Thank you to the servers who made this night such a memorable one!

Enjoyed the presentation and flavour of the sharing meat and cheese platter (25 euro). The bread rolls were very fresh. The occasion was loaded with meat. A little expensive but reflected in the quality. Many customers left with pizza boxes as large portions. Staff very attentive and when busy you still felt looked after. Wine 10 euro a glass and water 5 euro. Superb location with close up views of the lake. Note: is next door to the Cafe Bistrot. Recommended.

The food was typically amazing, great service but the atmosphere was lacking as it had many plants blocking the way. We ordered meatballs, risotto, and pasta ragu. It was very flavourful and had a great use of tomato sauce.

The view of the lake is truly beautiful, but unfortunately the food doesn’t live up to it. Nothing tasted fresh, and the menu lacks even basic salad options. Most of the dishes felt assembled, not cooked. In response to the owner’s reply: Leaving a review isn’t exactly the ‘easier’ option. It takes time and intention to share honest feedback, not just for other guests but for businesses that are open to reflection and growth. A professional response would have acknowledged that instead of making assumptions. I hope in the future they choose to take reviews like this as constructive feedback.

The view is beautiful, but that’s pretty much all this place has going for it. The $30 USD cheese plate tastes as horrible as it looks, the “focaccia” is just pizza dough with no sauce, and the pesto pasta is swimming in oil

Very busy and cramped with limited seating so ques waiting outside. Toilet locks are broken so anyone can walk in when you are doing your business. Food was okay nothing special but expensive on the tourist price.

!Be careful! Atmosphere (4/5) - Really good location, serene vibe and one of the best locations you wish to eat at Food (1/5) - Really bad food. Everything tasted pretty-heated and nothing was fresh. We ordered Lasagne, a pasta. Lasagne was cold and I couldn’t eat more than two bites. Hoping their Pizza could be good, I asked for Margarita with Olivies and they said they don’t have olivies. Someone sitting next to us advised us to not order pizza. Extremely disappointing! Service - They are quick in their service, however extremely cold. They won’t look at you while taking order and just push the food at your table. My request to the owner would be to elevate your food quality. You have such a wonderful location, all for waste.

My wife and I came here after seeing reviews on google. We were celebrating our honeymoon and we were so excited seeing that this was our first time at Lake Cuomo. We waited in front of the restaurant entrance hoping that we would be seated. 10 minutes passed and none of the servers attempted to make eye contact or even speak to us. I tried to get the attention of the servers, both male and female servers ignored us. This is the first time in my life I experienced such blatant disrespect. Then I saw them going up to a separate group of patrons who just arrived at the restaurant and proceeded to seat them. After this experience, I couldn’t help but view this establisment as racist. My wife and I are asian. The group of people behind us were caucasian. We just walked away. I dont like bringing up the race card, but this was just ridiculous. We went about our day, but this left such a bad taste. I wouldn’t support a restaurant that behaves like this. I’m sure the owner will downplay whatever happened, but I wouldn’t have taken the time to write about this otherwise. It’s up to you if you want to experience what we did.

Overall, the food was quite okay but the price of it is too expensive. The beef Wellington was 30 Euros, yet, the asparagus was soggy, which meant it was not fresh at all. The service, however was no difference. There was no bread served at all. Every thing in the menu was extremely overpriced. The pizza costs at least 18+Euros for a small portion! The atmosphere was equally bad. The staff where shouting and laughing with one another. I could barely hear my family members. Therefore, I would definitely not recommended coming to this restaurant.

We ordered the carbonara, and it was honestly awful. It tasted like bland, runny mac and cheese—completely lacking in flavor or texture. We could barely force ourselves to eat half of it. On top of that, we had to ask for bread, which ended up being just as disappointing: stale and tasteless. Easily one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a while.
