Went through the drive through for our food. It sounded like someone gave the drive through employee a hard time or something because they sounded very grumpy when they started taking our order. We tried to be as nice as possible to the employee, we've been there too so we get it. The food was hot, shakes were frozen, order was complete and well packed. To the drive through employee, we're sorry for whatever happened to make you upset, hopefully things get better

2 Tacos for $1.29 sure left more to be desired in food appeal. Wow where has the time gone...6 yes ago last review, 4 stars. 31.01.25 evening 3 stars. No place.to charge a phone. Sad when one is almost outta juice & need the cell phone for directions. Food is OK.

Forgot the bacon on the burger and was milkshake machine was out, was told itd be 5-10 minutes and they would bring it out so we waited... 15-20 minutes go by and we had to go in and ask about it again Food was meh but employees were nice, better than some other places

Last night we got churros after midnight and there was no complaints as good and tonight we went there after midnight all we wanted is we went to Jack in the box and she said that the troll machine is broken. I didn’t know if there was a specific m Machine? last night we got our stuff you with a soda is like a flat flat fly and it tastes like Dr Pepper and then today you only go there cause it’s open late and we work late but yeah it’s a pain in the butt and you know you’re gonna go there or something anything wrong or gross

Worst ran Jack in the Box..missed up my drive thru order twice. Got home wrong order in the bag. The burger was supposed to be plain. Everything was on it, wrong drink…drove all the way back to the store told him that it was the wrong order. They acted like it was my fault and started going off in Spanish, which I didn’t understand. Everyone just standing around one guy kneeling down in the register on his phone. No one paying attention refuse to redo my order. All they did was replace the cheeseburger. Everything else was cold in the bag. I feel bad for the franchise owner that has to deal with this Might want to retrain your employees also customer service

I bought French Fries at around 1:00am to 1:15am (05/28/2025)your employee took $5 from me and he has thrown my 70cents change irrespectively on the floor.Then I opened my car door and picked all the changes.Also I told him to learn the good behavior.This reason is good enough to loose business of the Jack in the Box.Also I spoke to my work place about it.Same bad customer service your employee given to them as well.

I went through the “drive-thru” on a Sunday at midnight. I ordered a jumbo jack combo and 2 tacos. When I arrived to the window to pay and receive my food, it took a little longer than it should for being that late at night. And that happened for every customer at the drive-thru, which a line of cars had formed. The worst part of my experience there was that when I drove off and checked my meal bag, I was missing the 2 tacos that I ordered. And I was charged for those 2 tacos.

Wanted a side salad, got the response "we don't do that anymore" - well, you might want to check with your bosses because according to your online ordering, you do. Seems the manager doesn't want to deal with the work in providing customers what they want.

Worst tacos I've ever had. They don't put taco sauce on their tacos, even if you ask them repeatedly. They also have homeless people greeting you at the drive thru, filling your vehicle with cigarette smoke. This is my 3rd time here, and they are 3 for 3 with not putting taco sauce on my tacos after I've specifically asked them too.
