This a newly remodeled restaurant and it has a really comfortable atmosphere about it. The service is friendly and efficient. My orders have always been correct. The food quality is good.

Very busy when I went there. It was just before the graduation ceremony at SUNY. There was no dining in available only drive thru. I guess it was as a Covid precaution. The young man who took our order was prompt and polite inspire of the long line that he had dealing with. As fast food goes the food was fresh and tasty. It helped to assuage our hunger pangs before sitting through the graduation ceremony.

They always get the order right. Lots of fries and they are always friendly. I usually only eat healthy food that I make myself, but on occasion grab Wendy's, the only fast food I will eat.

I've eaten here at the Vestal Wendy's for 1 year and 3 months. I've only ever gotten my order wrong twice and immediately no questions asked they would fix it. The general manager is a real kewl guy and most of the employees know be my name at this point. Sherry even knows what I want to order. Maybe I eat Wendy's too much but these employees seem to care a lot. That matters to me as someone who also works customer service as a job. Great job team you're awesome!

Best of the Wendy's in the area. Usually kinda busy, but the service is always great, doesn't get mobbed by high school students, and it's always clean. Freshly remodeled too.

I mean if you like Wendy's food, you'll like this Wendy's, I'd probably say the same for any fast food place. If you want some good deals you can always download the app and use the coupons too. That keeps me coming back.

So one day I went through the drive-thru & I forgot to grab my large frosty after receiving the rest of my order & drove away without it. I went back to the restaurant about 4 hours later & instead of going through the drive-thru, I decided to walk inside to order another large frosty. As I was doing so, the woman working said that she remembered me & was sorry that she forgot to give me my frosty. She then told the worker who was at the counter taking my order that the large frosty I was ordering was 'on the house' & she gave me a replacement for the one I forgot earlier that day as well. This was AWESOME! This made me very happy. Excellent customer service & very polite, caring, & understanding staff. :)
It had been a while since I had a Wendy's meal. I was pleased with the food but a little surprised at the price. Maybe I'm dating myself but $11+ for a single burger med meal was a bit shocking. But such is life nowadays, so we'll be back.
Anytime I've stopped in around 11:30 to pick up lunch and go meet my wife for lunch. The service has been impeccable every thursday. Thank you to the staff.
Austin cash me out he told me that the frosty machine is down cuz they were about to close it's down for cleaning even though I was upset he made me happy afterwards cuz he made sure I was taking care of he seems like he cares about the customer he needs to be a manager

Wendy’s was wonderful!!! Forget the fact I asked for an Arby’s sandwich that I had a coupon for; SMH!!! The young lady told me she didn’t have that sandwich… I was confused. Then I realized I was at the wrong restaurant after looking at the coupon again. So, I just ordered from the Wendy’s menu. The young lady at the drive-thru, and I, had a good laugh about my mistake. Actually, kinda glad I went… the food was really good.
Joe at the counter juggled lots of last minute orders before closing like a pro. I hope the owner/manager/franchisee treats employees like that well. Employees like that don't grow on trees and should be treated with respect and gratitude. This is coming from a man who dealt with these types of hourly jobs before I graduated from college and knows how it feels not to be respected for hard work under difficult conditions and for very little money. Keep up the good attitude Joe!

I’ve been in other Wendy restaurants but this one was so cute! There’s an electric fireplace with a seating area next to it, so it was nice and cozy. It was clean, the staff were polite and my burger was actually delicious! 😋
Right when we walked in the door the employees were so friendly. They listened to what my kids wanted and praised them for their ability to order and kindness. Our food was ready very quickly. An employee came and asked us how everything was when we were just finishing up our meal. Then when we walked out 3 different employees thanked us and told us to drive safe. What a wonderful experience!!!
Wendy's has always been more expensive than the other fast food joints, but some of their proceeds go toward insanely high adoption costs to help kids and I am all for that.
It was almost 1am, the service was fast and correct. Staff could have been a little friendlier and my bacon was a little too well done which is the only reason im giving them 4 stars and not 5. I've also never been to this location before so I have nothing else to compare it to.
This is your standard Wendy's. Good location, lots of nearby shopping. Only real downside is that the parking lot is small and the drive-thru lane is narrow. If you're driving a big truck or towing a trailer you might have to park in the larger lot next door.
I ordered on the app and it got done pretty quick. I had to wait a lil bit due to a staff shortage that day, but thats ok. Its great food and the best frosty around, so its worth it.
The food was okay even though the saucy nuggets weren't nearly as spicy as they should have been, the service was a little on the slow side but not too bad. The atmosphere was calm but the building was Smokey.
Drive thru takes longer these days due to short staff. Please be patient. Staff is courteous and helpful. Food is of decent quality. Fries usually fresh. Order accuracy is usually pretty good. Drinks are mostly ice. Frostycino is delicious
If you have read any if my post when UT comes to fast food I am not a big fan but I was coming from visiting my family and was returning to upstate New York. While enroute I needed a break and something hot to eat so I hit Wendy's! It was hot 🔥 and good but not something for everyday. The place was clean and the service was good so no complaints!
This is probably the best Wendy's we've gone to in the area. It seems to be consistently cleaner and better organized than the others. Yes, they still run out of lids or ketchup on occasion, but not as often. As far as the food, it's no mystery, just fast food. I like the taste of Wendy's burgers the best, especially as far as freshness, but that's just me. Also, I think their nuggets are the best of the big chains.
Love Wendy's, but when I got home to give the boys their food I realized that they forgot an order of fries and messed you by giving us three burgers and one chicken rather than two of each. It makes a difference to parents who make sure both kids get the same exact things. Oh well. Maybe I should have called the number on the receipt but I didn't think it was worth bothering them over a burger and fry.
Food was good only complaint is that the lady taking your order can't even speak English at all so that's interesting
Do better, over 15 minutes in drive thru with 1 car in front of me and lobby closed. My customer asked me to cancel because there break was over. Not sure what changed over last couple months but went from best to the worst
I love the difference in taste of food from Wendy's. The main thing I dislike, is how slow the Oneonta restaurant is and also the fact that they give us one or two napkins when our burgers or chicken condiments always run down our hands. More napkins please!!
Food was hot and just as I ordered it, however the fries were so overly salty I couldn't eat them. Normally service is pretty good at this location but not on this particular day. Also I would have to say for the food you get their prices have gone way to high compared to other surrounding fast food places. It should not cost 1 person $14 for a chicken sandwich and fries and iced tea. Little bit of greed going on there. But the food & service was good!
Friendly people..I return a order..that was for someone else a person canceled their delivery order wendy manger told me to keep it . But my profession job doesn't allow us to keep cancel deliveries. I give wendy 5 🌟 stars. ..
My burger was cold. I took it back. The new burger was cold also. Bun, hamburger, cheese, all cold. Fries were half full. Nuggets were hard.
Always enjoyed: "Wendy's" Spicy Chicken Sandwich is delicious.Clean, friendly Staff. Would give 5 stars except the last 4 times visiting ( Different Wendy's in N.Y. chain). Ummm... The elusive "Baked Potatoes ": 1) Yellow mushy old potatoes, 2) Not ready for 20 minutes. 3) sorry we dont have any!Since this is a unique menu item. I dont visit often. 1👎@ Down.
It was a fair experience. Only reason for 3 star was because of how rude the cashier was. We got 4 meals and the total came out to be over $60 so I just said "woah why is it so much" and the cashier responded in the tone of thinking I was retarded for thinking of the price. The food was great and it came out fast enough but customer service, not so great.
This place is ok-ish. I would recommend you tell them fresh fries otherwise you will get those black burnt fries. They could bag a little better but you can tell they just throw it in the bag Especially drive thru. Also they are either dine in one day n only take out the next couple of days for some reason.
This is my work local lunch place. I have been stopping here for lunch occasionally for years. I am not sure what has happened in the last month or so but the drive-thur service has strongly decreased.. Which is sad because I do like Wendy’s food, but my lunch time is very limited & may not be able to go back there.
I arrived at 12:20 on a Friday. The drive through was overwhelmed so I went inside. It wasn't better.
They never clean the dining room. What happened to cleaning so we can eat without eating at dirty tables. I had to ask for a wet wipe.

My mom and I went there for lunch. We were really hoping that they had a kiosk because the African american girl at the register looked so unhappy, and quite frankly mean. No hello or anything from this girl. I ordered the nacho cheeseburger but I did not want cheese or tomato. The girl gives me this dirty look because i didn't want cheese at all but honestly I didn't know what came on it. It comes with queso and American so I just said no American. Total for 2 combos now is 30 dollars 😬😳 Fries were awful too! It was just an overall bad experience.
Came here today on my way to a 12 hr long shift and ordered an apple pecan salad. I was given a container with apples, lettuce, and a dressing packet. Not worth the 9$ at all. Won’t be back. Was stuck at work no real food.
Food is cold. Place is missing napkins. And the card reader never works.
Ordered on line and when I arrived, my order hadn’t even been started yet. My meal was thrown together and was lacking items that was on my order. Didn’t realize until arriving home. I ordered online to facilitate a speedy pickup, ended up waiting and still didn’t get what I paid for.
I stopped for lunch and went inside and ordered at the kiosk because they don't take orders at the counter anymore. There were 3 or 4 people standing in the front waiting on their orders. I figured a few minutes wait and we would have our lunch and get out of there. We'll, we ended up waiting 35 minutes for our order. I paid with my card already at this point or I would have canceled or left. Never , will I go back to Wendy's in Vestal. The sad thing on top of the wait was the food was lousy and cold.
The food is typically the same everywhere, but the lady at the drive-thru didn't speak English enough for me to ask if there was chicken in the Apple pecan salad. They changed the sign so it doesn't say it comes with chicken anymore so I wanted to make sure it still had chicken ( otherwise I would have to add it.) Then she had to get the manager to come on to answer a simple question of "does the salad have chicken on it?" because originally she was asking if I wanted to remove the chicken and I tried three or four times to ask her. It seems to be a trend to put people who can't speak English in customer service and I don't understand why this is happening. I understand everyone needs to make a living but at least give people jobs they can do
Good food, however wait time for the drive way was about forty minutes. Not to mention my order was not completed, I was missing a drink and a burger. When I went in to get my missing items the cashier gave me attitude and said "ok, here". Not good service and the food is not really worth the trouble.
As always, the food was good - BUT I felt I was extremely misled when I looked on-line to see if there was dining in. It was so checked. When we got our food we found out there was NO SEATING. The dine in was simply to order. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR STATUS ON THE INTERNET.

The breakfast combo was weird - both the muffins were seriously burnt (and crispy), which made them very difficult to eat.

Closes at 11? More like 10:15 where they tell you to “hold on a minute” and then never answer the drive through at all. When you drive through then they literally duck down and “hide” when you drive past the window. Terrible service minus well close at 9 so the employees can go home as they clearly don’t want to work here.
10 minutes ago, they gave me cold hamburger with freezing cold patty for to go. I could not dare to re-visit the location just to claim refund on a sleet rainy day. Worst experience ever.
Henry is the worst fast food person I have ever met. He is so rude and so slow I can’t believe he even works there.The one girl that’s always in the first window is always so polite and friendly then there’s him very disappointing.
Just went there before 10 pm and the doors were locked, while someone is sitting in there eating. They forgot my bbq sauce through the drive through so I asked if they could just run it out to me so I didn't have to wait in line in the drive through for the sauce they forgot to put in the bag. His response was "there's nothing else we can do" I'm not gonna wait 15 minutes for bbq when I could've easily just walked inside and asked for it. The guy was extremely rude to me also.
Waited in the Drive thru lane for at least 7 minutes 1 car in front of me 3 cars behind me. No one taking the car in front of me, order.... the car behind me pulled out.... I pulled out and drove around to see what the hell was happening & 2 cars waiting in the drive thru lane...... this happened at 9:30am on 7/23/20... was only 1 person working? What could have possibly happened to not be taking the guest order..... horrible, horrible, horrible
They write their own reviews because the customers speak the truth. They half way follow policy and then the general manager is rude. He talks to customers very curtly and rushes them out of the store. He’s rude to his employees and just speaks to people any kind of way. He shouldn’t be in a position of power. He’s not fit to lead
I got my food order cold and it was over 40 minutes late. The person taking orders could barely speak English.
Tried the new cheddar bacon burger and it was just all bun. Wendys back in the day made fun at other places for being all bun by saying "where's the beef?" Now I have to say that to Wendy's about falling into hypocrisy as all the other burger chains. Not to mention the burger itself was dry and there was a half made cheese slop they call a sauce. The new meal is not worth your money to buy.
This was the slowest drive thru, I have ever been thru. Waited about 30minutes, Why idk..And you would have thought after this long wait my food would have been Nice and warm. NOPE. Complete opposite. Horrible service all the way around. STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS WENDYS. WHAT ASHAME.
A dreadful location. I had to ask for my drink cup, there were no ketchup cups stocked, and whoever wrapped my wrap did a very poor job.
This store very bad for dasher guys. Like a manager talk me like “very bad” she is very mad. It’s unacceptable… I never be came here again. This is the first and the last one.

They are nice but they have no litteral clue what they are doing. I ordered no fries, no drink, just the burger, $27 damn dollars for just that. They charged a combo for something that clearly wasn't and couldn't even keep their orders straight - and no, they weren't busy. The parking lot was empty, and now I know why.
Employees are lazy and refuse to fill a door dash order because there were only two of them. It's 11:44pm I'm disappointed with the service.
Tried them twice. The burgers I got were overly " crispy". Next day,I got the spicy chicken chicken, it was dry and hard. Yes, I went to the KFC across the street the next day and it was CHEAPER and the food was PERFECT
Very disappointed!!! Just ordered Asiago chicken club combo for delivery, and when it got here my fries are ice cold and taste like they have sat for a while, and I ordered a chili, which is completely non existent. They put the hot sauce in the bag tho. Smh I only order from this wendys when I'm at work, maybe from now on I'll stop and get my food from Endicott location. They don't mess my food up and uts all there when I get it there. 🤬😡 not like you don't charge more then enough as it is but now ur ripping customers off by neglecting to do a proper job!!!! Ugh
We waited about 25 minutes in the drive through because my wife wanted a baked potato, with an iced tea. When we were finally able to order, they said they were out of both. Not a satisfying experience. Update: We visited again, sitting inside. The thermostat is set to 57° in December, so it's quite chilly. We had to yell to get somebody in the back to come out so we could ask for ketchup, since the bins out front are all empty.
Walked in at 6:30 pm and had 4 different crew members ignore me at the front counter. Not even "I'll be right with you". No one in the drive through and no one else in line so they weren't busy. It's just fast food but I guess they didn't want my order? Left and went to Five Guys.
Blatantly ignoring customers right in front of them. About 6 cars behind me, waiting to order through the drive-thru, while I waited on the speaker for 10 minutes to get a response. After finally asking for my order, I waited at the pickup window and watched the employee gossip and yell at her coworker while my order was waiting on the table. I wish I could say they were simply short staffed but the front door was closed. No orders coming through besides the drive thru and food deliveries. This was simply terrible service. As a delivery driver, make sure you don't pick up orders from here. You'll be wasting your time.
They need to stop sending you to the next parking spot for someone to bring you your food. Especially when there isn't even anyone at the speaker to order.
If you’re hungry don’t try the drive thru on a Thursday night. They had each customer waiting almost five minutes before taking their order. It was quite ridiculous. I got to the order screen and wasn’t told they’ll be right with me. I said “Hello?” And they just said “Hello?” back. Not very professional.
The staff working night shift on June 2nd were hostile and disrespectful. We did not keep our order for fear that our food would have been contaminated.
I was craving a frosty and stopped in around 3:30pm in the afternoon and the girl who took my order was so rude. She acted like I was a bother just for placing my order and closed and opened the window so fast she forgot to hand me my straw so I had to wait and get her attention back. Then, when I got home I had been given the wrong dipping sauce for my nuggets. I'm not going to go back to this location again.
Waited at the drive thru forever. Line backed up to road. Thought only one person was working but finally got up to the window to see multiple employees. Awful service.
got food poisoning the people there hardly speak english and always mess up orders
Ordered an asiago chicken. My first clue should have been the wrapper wasn't completely closed. Second clue that my cheese was still cold, not just not melted but actually cold. 1/4 of my chicken patty was literally raw. My brother ordered that and thing and had no problems. I found out earlier that day that my grandmother had order a baconator and received a total of zero bacon. Avoid this place like the plague.
My fiancée, myself and our 3 god children stopped in for lunch before we went to go watch sonic the hedgehog 3 movie at the AMC theater. We ordered 2 jr bacon Cheeseburger biggie bags and the children some food we only received 2 correct burgers and everything else was cold. Overall service was crappy.
Buyer beware!!! I pick up food from this location multiple times a week, this place is a walking health code violation. Theirs a heavier set brown haired male employee that regularly works nights. From the drive thru window u can observe him picking his nose and handling food, putting his hands down his pants scratching himself it’s disgusting. The falsify order times and stack 5-6 cars in the parking lot and make multiple people wait for food to be brought out. When approached about faking the order times the same male employee came to the window and raised his voice argumentatively!!!
I had considered ordering one night so I pulled into the drive thru.I was behind a first responder that was attempting to make an order. Unfortunately a minimum of three members of the staff were too busy outside getting high ignoring potential customers so I decided to leave as the staff clearly had no interest in doing the job that they are being paid to do.Before pulling away the manager on duty finally came out the rear door to tell the slackers to come in and do their jobs. I'm glad I decided to leave as I'm sure the quality of food would have matched the quality of the staff. Management should take a more serious approach during the hiring process.
Waited 10 minutes in drive thru until I called the store to get there attention that I was waiting with a line of cars behind me and then I got nothing but altitude at the window and they were out of large cups so they try to pass off a medium without saying anything about it while charging for a large and tried to not give me half my order gave me attitude asking me why I'm still waiting at the window like I wasn't waiting for my other items
Ordered on the app for pickup at the drive thru. Burger and chicken sandwich were cold with soggy fries. Did not receive nuggets and fries for 2nd biggie bag. Coffee machine was down and was not advised of that until I asked where my coffee was. The window employee was miserable and should not be in a customer facing role. Also did not get napkins and a spoon in the bag.
I ordered 3 meals here. One for me, one for my wife, and one for my son. They forgot the fries and nuggets for one of the meals. There was a large line and we didn't open the products til we got home to find out a partial meal was missing. When this issue was reported, not only did they not offer a discount on the next order or any form of a coupon, they simply stated that it would be reported to the Management. This was nearly a month ago and I've not heard anything since. It blows me away that they think its okay for a customer to order and pay for a product, not receive that product, and just say, "Sorry." They're literally stealing from their customers and they think thats okay. This is like paying for a potato and chicken breast at the store and then walking out with nothing in your hands. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be visiting any Wendy's locations again.
Stopped by at 3:40pm on 11/30. Took 8 minutes for an employee just to acknowledge the customers at the speaker in the car in front of me, took another 10 minutes before i made it to the window only to pull up and see the drive thru employee playing on her phone right in customer view at the window. Horrible customer service
The woman at the window was extremely rude. Food was wrong and they didn’t even put ice in the drink. This is by far the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Fix your staff , or other people will only come once, because I know I won’t be back!
I was expecting a simple fast breakfast. However my experience here was one for the books. The order came out wrong and even the coffee was cold. The manager had a terrible attitude, mostlikely dealing with her colleagues and attire issue from what I over heard. It shouldn't effect the customer service but it was very evident. Anyway just a heads up, management there needs some leadership training. It's starting to effect performance not just for me. I see the other reviews here. We need more customer care.
Do not order from this location anytime after 5pm. This location is either always missing something, or the food has been cold. Plus have asked 2 times before of keeping certain ingredients off of a burger (in which they state they don't know how to do that). Also, very difficult to speak with them as they do not know English very well.
Me and my co-workers place a mobile order 1 of us went to pick up the order. Upon arriving back with our orders it was incomplete and incorrect, same co-worker goes back w the recipe that they gave her 10 min earlier blurry w almost no inc on it and the lady wanna give her a hard time to give her the corrected items however upon return to give us our order they still gave her the incorrect order and there was still missing items at this point we called and all we was offered was to come by for a 3rd time to obtain the missing items and drinks . To wich they actually gave us the wrong sandwich n drink again at this point we all gave up and we will Defendly not be ordering from here again . We all humans n make mistakes but to have a customer return 3 times and still not get what was paid for is kind unbelievable. PLEASE DO BETTER IS THE ONLY WENDYS IN THIS AREA AND IS SAD PEOPLE CANT GET WHAT THEY ACTUALLY WANT . Mobile orders at that 🤦🏾♀️ the video shows what should been a egg bacon and Swiss cheese sandwich 🤦🏾♀️ can’t make this up!
My food slipped out of my hands all over the parking lot 2 minutes after I ordered. The drive through girl was nothing but considerate, but her manager couldn't even come tell me he wouldn't replace the food. Made her tell me he wouldn't. Even though the food is all over the ground in THEIR parking lot. Worst customer service I've ever received. Managers name is Garrett and he didn't even know the corporate number for me to reach out...what a joke.. The number he gave me isn't in service and told me he didn't know another number. Worst management I've ever experienced coming from someone IN MANAGEMENT.
