The best in the entire province...and I've tried them all....a small but very well-kept restaurant in the center of town....very friendly staff, perfect for a romantic dinner....truly excellent dishes with a wide variety of sashimi and tartare, even on the all-you-can-eat lunch menu...and that's not for everyone. I love the small portions that allow you to try many dishes. The only downside is that it's small compared to the giant competing restaurants: you have to book in advance. But it's worth it. They also leave you a warm cloth to clean your hands. The attention to detail is evident in everything...well done...excellent price for the quality they offer. Super competent, kind, and helpful staff. The best in every way, and not just on paper.

This was our first positive experience. Everything was good, with a wide variety. The 4 stars for the service are only because, as an Italian, I'd appreciate a smile when they deliver your dish and a "Is everything okay?" at the end, but overall, it's passable. Good price, even for Sunday lunch. I recommend booking.

A delightful little restaurant in the center of Borgo. Very kind and welcoming. They welcomed us and our three dogs, offering them a somewhat private setting. The cuisine is quality and a little different from the usual, over-hyped sushi restaurant.

The food was really good, with a lot of variety and average prices for this type of restaurant. I went when they opened, and it took them ages to serve me (an hour and a half). This time, they were quick (about thirty minutes). They must have gotten the kitchen up and running over time. Highly recommended.

Vittorio Ghio

One of the best sushi places in Cuneo and its province, if not the best. The place is not too big and hosts few people compared to the classic all-you-can-eat sushi chains. The overall price is slightly higher than average but totally deserved.

MONY MIAO

Very welcoming and well-decorated place, with very comfortable armchairs and a sofa. Excellent food and perfectly quick service. The portions aren't overly large, allowing you to try multiple courses. Orders are placed via tablet, and the staff is very kind and helpful. Recommended.

Excellent food, you can taste the difference from one dish to the next (salmon, tuna, and sea bass don't all taste the same), the rice is good, not rubbery or salty. Definitely one of the best, if not the best all-you-can-eat sushi in Cuneo and the surrounding area!

A welcoming and well-decorated place. Everything has an exotic theme, including the leaf-shaped plates. The food is exquisite, and there's a tablet for ordering. Definitely one of the best in the area.
