I've eaten here several times. Both the owners and the staff are fabulous, and the food is very good. Today, in particular, I was shocked because I happened to wander in and discovered they were closed tomorrow for a month's holiday and...??? And they offered lunch to all their customers... Shocked...!!
Christmas dinner on a Friday evening, the place wasn't full... more... I'd say it's a good calling card... 4 starters, 2 first courses and 2 second courses, two desserts... and everything, I mean everything, served with 2 passes... House wines (1 white and 1 red) absolutely adequate, coffee and digestive for 35 euros... I'd say it's not a given to find a place like this, where you eat well, you can see the passion, from the kitchen to the dining room where the waiters stand out for their professionalism and courtesy... it's truly a pleasure to find people who love their job and convey that passion. Thank you, I had a wonderful evening.
We hosted our social dinner here and were truly satisfied. The staff were warm and friendly, always available. The food was excellent, from pizzas to main courses, all carefully prepared and plentiful. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and you can sense the passion of the staff, who work diligently and with a smile. Highly recommended for groups, families, and anyone looking for a pleasant evening with good food. We'll definitely be back!
I finally got to try Marisa's cuisine. A very pleasant and spacious place with adequate space between tables [you won't find those stuffy rooms with tables and chairs all packed together]. Even though it was a weekday lunch, I had to wait a moment, and only at the end did I understand why the room was crowded. I started with a pleasant appetizer, followed by ravioli with butter and sage and [this is the highlight] wild boar and baby potatoes, finishing with a slice of really good cake. This was my menu, but I could have chosen between other first courses and three other second courses and side dishes. The service was quick but not rushed. Accompanied by a good dose of friendliness from the wait staff: always attentive and never intrusive. In the end, I ended up paying a very competitive price for lunch, including water, ½ liter of wine, and coffee, below my expectations... between €10 and €20, but very close to €10. However, don't let the price distract you... it's the taste of the food you're offered that's truly worth it. I'll try it again, especially since I've been told the gnocchi are a different kind of dish. Finally, the view doesn't hurt: airy and lush with greenery. If you're looking to treat yourself to a Sunday lunch, I've been advised to book well in advance. Congratulations to everyone.

Very local restaurant! We as tourists had a good time. The food is great and not expensive at all.
Very good service traveling tru italy we went there to eat traditional pizza And even made a funny video Perfect from our side
Spring is near, a beautiful sunny day, fresh air, the Bisalta still snow-covered from the last blessed precipitation, we are in the beautiful town of Chiusa Pesio and it's time for lunch. We decide to follow the wise elders and ask a very kind flower, seed, and plant seller for a place to stop and enjoy local cuisine. She points out a restaurant in the center and one near the Madonna dei Boschi sanctuary. We like the idea of a place surrounded by greenery and we hop in the car to drive the approximately 2 km through nature and small mountain villas. The place is attractive, with wood, lots of flowers and plants inside, and tables set in cheerful colors and simply with paper tablecloths. Many people are already seated for the traditional business lunch, both regulars and regulars. Fortunately, despite not having booked, we find a seat in the beautiful glass-enclosed room with a relaxing view. The aromas wafting from the kitchen are delicious. The attentive, friendly, professional, and attentive staff brings us a chilled white wine and mountain bread, which is now hard to find. The lady smiled and showed us the menu. After a small, fresh appetizer with celery, cheese, and walnuts, we chose truly delicious penne all'arrabbiata and delicate tomato gnocchi. Then came the dish of stewed tripe and Ligurian-style country rabbit, fragrant and delicious. A chocolate and vanilla bunet, fruit salad with ice cream, and two excellent coffees concluded a simple, light, easily digestible, and high-quality meal. The bill was incredibly reasonable: €27,000 for two. Everything was fantastic, authentic, and we were pampered by kind and attentive staff in a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Delicious food. Best people. Marisa and her family are amazing people and incredible magician in the art of cooking! Love the place, food, vibe and the people.
Lunch break at this trattoria recommended by a local customer. Excellent value for money at this restaurant serving traditional Cuneo cuisine. Despite the large seating capacity, service was quite fast. The staff was attentive, and the selection was good and wide, all local. The giardiniera salad offered while waiting for the first course was delicious. The rabbit with polenta "concia" (a kind of polenta) was a must-try, when available. Exceptional! A delicious local dessert completes the meal, all accompanied, if desired, by an excellent local wine by the glass. Also worth trying in the evening.
The place is enchanting, surrounded by nature; the restaurant is well-maintained, clean, and bright. Marisa makes you feel at ease; when you eat at her restaurant, you can tell she cooks with love and the traditions she's been carrying on for many years. Piedmontese cuisine reigns supreme, typical of these splendid valleys. The price is truly exceptional compared to what Marisa brings to the table. The food is truly excellent. I recommend it to everyone. They also do pizzas and special menus for workers... It's always busy, so I highly recommend making a reservation. Farewell. Eusebio

I'm finally able to write a review for this charming place, with its ambiance and location, one of my favorites since I live in the area. The staff is quick, friendly, and efficient. I've already mentioned the place. Excellent food, with a strong focus on local specialties and an excellent wine selection. For lunch, there's a fixed menu (but excellent and plentiful) and super competitive prices, especially considering the quality. In the evening, there's an à la carte menu with a wide selection and an eye for seasonality (mushrooms...delicious!). I can't recommend it highly enough.
During our wanderings, we stumbled upon this typical Piedmontese trattoria. We thought it only served pizza, but the menu featured excellent Piedmontese dishes. We started with a house antipasto... which supposedly meant we'd have to choose from a variety of dishes, but in reality, we relied on the services of a very friendly waitress, and the result was mouth-watering: vitello tonnato, tomino elettrico, bagna cauda, cream cheese cake, and tuna and nervetti salad... in short, spectacular. The idea was to have an appetizer and a first course, but then, finally, our appetites took over: the first course was tajerin with rustic sauce... a delicacy... and a generous portion, and for the second course, wild boar al civet... the butter is delicious. Just to "explode," we forwent dessert, asking only for two strawberries with a little ice cream... thinking the portion would certainly be modest. What arrived were two enormous bowls of strawberries with two scoops of ice cream and a cookie on top... luscious. Water and Barbera wine by the glass... definitely a place to return to. The pizzas we saw passing by were, at least to look at, amazing... we'll try them next time. The whole thing cost €37 per person, but that's really too little for what we had.
