Plastic forks and paper plates set your expectations pretty low. The food isn’t that bad, but it’s not good either. The chocolate brioche had a texture of shoe sole. I surprisingly enjoyed the Pistachio croccant, though.

Don't waste your time or money on this one. The service is poor, the food is a big disappointment. Basic food, nothing like what you'll see in the pictures. Overpriced.

Not a good place. Owner doesn't respect the customers. Stale food, long wait time. Response to owner: I never asked you to change 50 Euros. It was probably another upset customer. You are ridiculous in person and in writing... Would not recommend your stale cakes to anyone.

The worst restaurant in Italy. all the food is bought from the supermarket and reheated. I don't understand how it can get 5 stars. we ordered 8 different dishes and we couldn't eat even one.

Worst eating experience I have ever had in Italy! Waited an hour for a burnt and dry ham and cheese toastie which wasn't even what I had ordered but by the time it arrived all I wanted to do was leave. I don't usually leave a bad review but would like to warn others not to waste time out of their holiday here.

Terrible experience, please do not go there. We went there for breakfast one morning and ordered two very basic ham and cheese sandwiches…this took one hour and the food arrived dry, with barely any cheese and the ham very chewy, the bread tasted like cardboard. There are many other nicer places so I would recommend avoiding this place.

What can I say, hostility when entering the building. Ordering food was harder than it should have been. No smile, greeting, I had to ask for basic condiments that should be on the table in any restaurant. The food, I've had better dog food - had the driest sandwich known to man. This is not authentic and to be frank don't waste your time here. Plenty of other options around that are much more welcoming.

Tourist trap… be careful. One glass of italian beer = 8 EUR… two minutes after you finish your beer you have to orther another or send you away. We didn't meet similar approach long time.

Worst eating experience of my life The food was horrible and was served on paper plates. It was obvious that the pasta was a reheatd microwave dish and parts og it was uneatable. Despite this they charged us full price and when we complained - first nicely later on with a bit more insist - the waiter started to scream at me and literally throwing the refund on the floor for me to pick up. I visited this place with my family including my 2 year old son. I left almost crying with the waiter screaming at my back as I flee out the door. NEVER go there! Worst experience ever!!!!
