wish nothing but the worst on these managers, Was in desperate need of an emergency service or phone ,knocked on front door while people were still esting inside ,door was locked manager looked right at me wave and said no. We bought food ten mins prior that even being customers . Truly hope the night shift of January 4th Gets a talk or written bevause it’s crazy how an employee couldn’t help or give a chance of aid for bar minimum of 5 seconds while they weren’t busy.

This restaurant is full of unreliable workers that all they is play around and make you wait for more than half and hr. Even the manager plays around when you ask to speak to them. The grand opening was a grand opening to disaster and workers all they do is play around and ignore.

The manager was very rude to me and 7 years old child , all we asked for was for a cup for water and the female manager said in Spanish that we are drug addicts that we had to leave she was telling that to her cashier, what she didn't know is that we already purchased our food while waiting at the counter . EVEN though we were paying customers she told security to throw us out our food was left behind and I demanded a receipt but the cashier told us that she would get fired if she gave us our food or receipt so this place is evil and racist, I happen to be black and so is my child. Me and my dad ordered at the kiosk and got our food, return to the car just to realize we had missing 6pcs nuggets. We left our food to get cold in the car because they took a long time to tend to us. Cashier was not having it and looked ticked off. Wet spot on the floor with no sign. Bad service.

Completely unacceptable food safety standards. Reported to the health department. Not worth risking your health.

Went August 8th @3pm Got my order that I placed on the app wrong. Had to fix it 3 times. The girl in the drive thru was not kind about their mistake. Terrible service, not only do they always forget something out of my order when I realize it as IM HOME, I drive back tell them they missed stuff out of my order and they give ME attitude! First of all you guys messed up, you put me through what should be a fast and accurate fast food experience, but instead is inconvenient and stressful for something I PAID for, please be better maybe go through a better proofing of orders! Very rude manager, I carefully placed my order and paid whatever the cashier stated. I told the manager I was missing a hash brown. She checked my order and re-ring it up and stated I owe $5.00 dollars for what I ordered. The told me that I need to pay $5.00 more dollars. She could have easily just put the hash brown in the bag and sent me on my way. Instead she just walked away.Very unprofessional

DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ATTITUDE FOR WANTING YOUR FOOD A SPECIFIC WAY !!!!! Thought this was the best McDonald around till now . Was attended by a guy and told him multiply times to put cook to order on my nuggets because there’s been times I receive them really stiff as if they have been there for hours . At the end the guy asked me if the order looked correct and I said for the 3rd time to add cook to order on my nuggets. Maria a chashier there took it open herself to respond saying they had already informed the cook and I tried explaining that I just want it on there because there’s times I’ve asked for them cook to order and don’t get it . And she cut me off and said “we already informed the cook “ with a really bad attitude. I pay for my food and expect it to come back how I want it .. Maria should not be working if she has that attitude with the customers . Idk if she was having a bad day but super unfriendly environment..

I order on the drive thru, the lady drop the cups which they make the frappe, after that she drop the bag of mocha flavor., With out dusting it out, she place it inside the machine, she place the cups drop back to the counter dispenser, she them drop the whip cream, and just put back same, without cleaning it. She took forever to make the drinks. They then messed up my order, my hamburger was missing the sauce for the chicken nuggets, my drinks were not ready, and when i said hello can someone cancel the rest of the order I need to go... Another lady just came and slam the window on my face. Finally someone came and cancel my frappe orders, after what I had witnessed did not feel like to have my 4 frappes. I left and realize i was still missing my hamburger, too late. I had a game we have to catch up

First I had a non polite employee attend us. He "repeated" our order and we're like no it's "dun dun dun" and he's like "yeah that's what I said". Anyways he saw the sauces we ordered and was like "damnnn" and in the end he just have us the bags and that's all. Not a have a nice day not enjoy your food. We ordered 40 NUGGETS. We didn't get a single sauce we asked for. We assumed they were in there because they were rushing everybody out.

The operator did not provide PPE to the staff! 15 staff got COVID! They were fined by the Labor Commission! They fired staff that spoke up about health and safety concerns! Don't eat here if they do this during COVID what else are they not caring about for health and safety! If you do eat here ask them to rehire the employees that spoke up!
