Charleys Philly Steaks

1st times I've eaten here. I LOVED EVERY BITE. Also, this location had the Best service. All 3 employees that were there that day were all so Happy, friendly and made you feel like you were at home eating lunch with my family. I wish this place was closer to where I live I would eat there more often. I was there on Feb 10th 2023 at lunch time. I rate this place, not a 5 star but a 10 star it's a must go to as it truly not a fast food place. it's a home cooked feel & taste.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

This is our favorite place to eat in the mall and if we are going to be shopping in the Victor area. Their sandwiches are fantastic and made fresh in front of you. The staff are always working hard because there's always a line! Their fries are amazing and they give you plenty with your combo! We love their regular lemonade and specialty lemonade flavors. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. You won't walk away from Charleys hungry!

I ordered from Charley Cheesesteaks for the 1st time at the mall food court. Purchased a chicken cheesesteaks combo. Overall for the price and the portion amount I thought it was good. the sub was find and the fries had cheese and bacon on it. Everything was hot. Definitely a decent choice in comparison to similar meals from other restaurants.

Every once in awhile when I come to the mall either myself or with my partner I mostly eat here. It's great service. Fantastic food, both quality and quantity. Trying the new Kimchi cheese steak sandwich with the new Louisiana Cajun fries. As usual perfectly fresh fries and the seasoning is delicious and not overpowering. The sandwich is absolutely delicious. Mix of sweet, spicy and tangy. Never a bad experience.

The beef with cheese is very tasty. Potatoes are normal and good. The lemonade is good and everything in general is cozy. There is usually a long line and the wait is a little long, it depends on the time. Personally, I don't think it's the best beef with cheese, but it's still good.

Food was very good. Very helpful staff and very courteous. Atmosphere was ok for a typically Mall Food Court. The food and customer service make it worth going to the mall to grab a meal. Good job.

Was underwhelming. Was not expecting it to be the best in the world but definitely nowhere near what they advertise as. However their fries were amazing which earned them their 3 star instead of a 2 Tip: Go to the Subway to the left of this store if you want something better.

The management doesn’t know how to work their computer systems, they tried to charge me twice. The screen even said duplicate sale, and they still denied it. Finally I spoke to the owner and he said he would keep track of it and refund my money, if they charged me twice. I would not recommend you go to this place.

I ordered the biggest sub they had (the old school) and received a peice of bread with no extremely small amount of steak . I'm not sure how to leave pictures if I can figure it out I will. I am not one to complain about what I get but this time I had to make an exception,. My wife did ask for a refund fake cheese sprayed on it, which they did honor

CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS Ordered my food was told a total of $17.06 When i looked at my receipt later i realized the employee helped themselves to a $2.56 tip. Thats Called THEFT if you ask me, i would have no problem leaving them one but nowhere did they have the option to leave a tip. I will let everyone I know not to eat at this franchise as they are Thief's. We will see if I can get a response from this location or corporate. CHECK YOUR RECIPTS

I showed them the transaction went through they're saying it didn't. Seems like a scam to me!!! Pay cash dont use card. The manager talking about it happens alot. Well don't you think you should fix it???

This other employee came up grand the drink and starter to argue with me. About the debris I seen in the cup. Not a big deal. But when she started to argue with me. I will.never come back to a store that doesn't care about quality

terrible service, got the order wrong, and charge me for stuff that they didn’t even give me. Would not recommend to anyone, there are much better places to eat in the food court. Seriously don’t come here, if you’re looking for a philly cheesesteak just go to subway
