Showed up at 1135. Not single person waiting for food. Took a few minutes for someone to take the order then waited a good 10 minutes. The seating area was I e but felt like 60 degrees. Overall vety very average

Hmmm... nice kids working there, but it was oddly quiet which seemed wrong when the Taco Bell next door was so crowded. We ordered take out and ate at our hotel. I know unused hamburgers get made into chili... but jeez chop it up for crying out loud. I don't need the visual reminder that I am eating leftovers.

Too cold inside. No beans in the chili. One staff member was venting negativity. The person who waited on me was very nice. Only reason I gave this location a 3.

Currently sitting in the drive thru, and have been for 15 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. Taking one order at a time. Not fast. Line around the building and theyre taking one car at a time and telling everyone "hang on"

Our cold brew coffees were gross, the coffee tasted old and stale, and they were really overpriced. The drive thru was crowded and the wait for two coffees in the middle of the afternoon was ridiculous. We will not be returning to this location.

The floor was sticky, the drink station was not stocked and the tables in the lobby were not clean. Also, there was an employee giving the supervisor an attitude.

This Wendy's was one of the worst ones I ever enter i will not recommend this place to any took 30 minutes to give a buyer without mayo wow and the buger taste old I would a refund but that will never happen

The ice machine was broken and the soda was warm / room temperature. The napkins dispenser was empty and the employees were short as if they hated life. I just wanted napkins and a few packs of ketchup, I wasn't asking for anything for free. The bathroom was filthy with no soap, horrible condition in every aspect!

The hours listed on the app, google, and their door are incorrect. If you order breakfast on the app, be prepared to cancel your order. I ordered at 7:33 am and got to the restaurant at about 7:39 am. Sat in drive through for 5 minutes and then tried “hello” and honking my horn once to see if anyone would respond. No response, so I pulled around to the front and decided to try the door. The hours listed on the door say drive through 6:30 am and dining area 7:00 am. I figured because it was 7:47 am that the door would be open, but it was locked. I didn’t have time to wait around to try any longer. Please update your hours so people don’t waste their time and go to the restaurant. This location has been a consistent disappointment and I wanted to try to give it one more shot since it is close to me, but obviously that was the wrong choice.

This store opens and closes whenever it wants despite the hours listed. They always blame the 30 min drive thru line on being short-staffed but that’s no excuse for the shitty service they provide. When you get your food it’s cold half filled or they turn off the ice cream machine midday because they’re overwhelmed. The burgers are overcooked and chewy and rubbery the fries are half filled And then they try and charge you for an order you already paid for on the mobile app. The store is a complete waste of your time and it should just close the doors at this point.

Don't bother. You'll wait in the drive-thru line forever as the dining room is closed despite signage stating open hours. Food is on par with other area Wendy's but the dining room always being closed means they only take and serve one order at a time, while you wait. I've tried twice, but only ordered food once after sticking out a 17m wait just to get to the speaker. I won't be back to this location unless the dining room opens.

Stopped for lunch with the family. Service was fine, nothing spectacular. While eating couldn’t help but notice the filthy restaurant. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Table were filthy with food and trash left behind. Flys everywhere, constantly swatting them away while we ate. At one point looked over at the girls working and they were primarily focused on sharing Tik Tok videos. Bathroom was disgusting, toilets packed full of toilet paper. Zero paper towels to dry your hands off with, just an old hand dryer that barely works. At 1 in the afternoon we thought it was odd we were the only ones dining in. After today’s visit I can see why.
