They got my order right and the food was served hot

The young lady at the drive thru was very patient with me placing my order. Everything was nice and fresh..that baked potato WOW it was really good. I haven't had one in years. I asked for extra condiments, and I got them with no attitude haha.

Wendy’s has a great simple menu that you can always trust. Service is the key. Where some stores focus on the drive thru. This store has polite staff and always load me up with hot sauce ( for my Chili ) Great store great service.

It was a gray and dreary day and we were both in the mood for burgers/for some reason, that day Wendy's was over the top in flavor and freshness! We both had Dave's Single burgers and sour cream and chive baked potatoes! Everything was excellent!

Stopped by on way down to Naples area. Very friendly staff, waited patiently while we had to roll up windows while dust from street sweeper cleaned up parking area. Had a pair of their $6 meals (chicken sandwiches) which travelled well as we went down to Naples area. Definitely on our 'quick travel meal's places!

I pulled into their drive-through at 12:15 AM yes and in the morning and it it was quite clear that they were already closed but for entertainment purposes I asked if they were going to throw anything away and the response was actually yeah we’re gonna throw away some burgers and I was like no way I can have them?!?!?! And they were like sure you could have them and I said well what are you going to put in the chili then and he said oh that’s right… And I replied again with yeah man, he then says one minute I’ll be right back with you , one minute … 22 seconds later I had the closing manager at the window telling me “yeah so we’re closed.” I said “I know I was just having fun ,busting bolas! I went through drivethrough and ordered a burger with no ketchup or mustard and a sauce on the side with a 6 piece nugget. And they put a knife in my bag Incase I needed to spread the sauce - I thought that was thoughtful and awesome

Good location, very clean both inside and outside. Can't go wrong with a $4.44 value meal. With options like cheeseburger, double cheeseburger or a chicken sandwich, it's a great value. Have to love the multi flavored soda Coca-Cola Freestyle machine that gives you so many great options. Will definitely go back again and again.

Clean with friendly employees. Never super busy, so we like to stop here for a quick bite. I did notice that prices for combo meals have gone up around $3.00.

This Wendy's came through for us! Perfect fries, an excellent Dave's Double (with crisp, cool veggies) and Dave's Cherry Cream Soda to wash it down! My girl loved her Chicken Sandwich too. I would really appreciate them sprinkling a little seasoning on the patties. The meat is most excellent by fast food standards but can be a bit bland. This Wendy's had nearly Chik-fil-a grade service and food, plus they don't publicly hate gay people.

I'm diabetic and I ordered a baked potato with sour cream and chives. This is the only fast-food place that offers this item. It would be nice if you had something to go on it like a small meat item rather than ordering a chicken sandwich and getting just the meat. The price range was good though for this dish. My wife had a full salad. We wanted to eat litely so Wendy's it was on this day.

Consistently great service. Their 4 for $4 is great. Sandwich, soda, fries, and nuggets just enough to fill you up and great price you can afford it often. I like their fries a lot, however their chicken nuggets are like "particle board chicken" just pressed into shape, but their breading is a clean non-greasy, tasty and crispy one.

Not one of the best Wendy’s but still pretty good. Sometimes the fries aren’t always as hot and they’ll put pickles on your burger when you say you don’t want them to but honestly not bad. I went their with friends today and it was pretty fun. I loved my strawberry frosty and strawberry lemonade. That experience definitely made me think higher of this restaurant. ❤️🍓

My Life

Service depends on day and workers but is for the most part the Victor location is pretty decent. Breakfast drive thru can be pretty slow at times but when I order lunch there it's usually pretty fast. They make the best vanilla Frosty Chino out of all the Wendy's I have been to. The new morning employees are amazing compared to last year. They no longer serve regular ranch dressing with their salads 😥.

I come here when I need a quick pick me up and have never been disappointed. The staff are nice and the food is good.

Fries were not hot and crispy. Nuggets were hot though. Burger was good. Late evening is not a good time for this location. I would have gone back, but work lunch I am limited on time.

I love Wendy's from time to time. Son if Baconater is an invention on the level of the transistor, in my opinion. Their fries are the best from a fast food place and are typically pretty consistent. Still, it is fast food so don't expect too much.

Food was decent, typical Wendy's quality. Service was pretty awful. Cashier finished the transaction with customers in front of us, then just...wandered away and started looking at things in the kitchen, get drink cups for the people who had just paid, talked to co-workers....finally took our order, wordlessly shoved our drink cups at us, never said another word. Just weird. Don't put these people as cashiers if they don't want to do the job.

I came to Wendy's to kill some time before a meeting and the dining room was warm, quiet and deserted of a large crowd which was nice! A friendly cashier took my order for a taco salad but there was definitely something off about the chili. Couldn't put my finger on it so stopped eating it but didn't bother to return it as I ate half. I enjoyed the warm peace and quiet but they should have wifi and I'll remember to stick to burgers and nuggets there in the future!

Love the food, and it's a great location and all but when you get there and you go to order your food and all the employees just walk around and blatantly see you and ignore you it pisses you off. Need to be more into their customers and not the conversations they are having with other's and goofing off. This happens frequently when I go and it has happened among a couple other of people I know. Management should probably enforce the situation.

Conflicted. The bad: cashier was friendly in an offputting way. Main menu started at $5 and went to 6 and 7 for the best sandwiches. Two sandwiches plus tax will cost you $14. The good: the food actually tastes and smells amazing, like a homemade creation. Definitely not what I expected from a Wendy's.

Every time I come to get breakfast I have to wait 20 min to get food. For some reason they only have one or 2 employees working. Need to hire a couple people id say. Today ay drive through had to wait to even place my order cause it was one guy running whole show.

The guy that took my order was very friendly and good at his job. The food tasted good and was fresh. The lobby was very dirty and you could tell it hasn’t had a good cleaning in awhile.

3 stars for good service. However, fountain soda machine had limited choices because most of the flavors were all greyed out and fries were not fresh. We dined in and it was freezing. We asked if they could "crank" the heat up, but I don't think anything was done. We couldn't wait to get back in the car to warm up.

I just didn't like it that I had to bring the saucy nugs back in to be sauced properly and when I got on the road I found that they had used the spicy nuggets instead of the regular ones. Those things are dumb expensive for them to not make them right. Also the kids cheesy cheddar burgers had barely any cheese sauce.

Hmmm... nice kids working there, but it was oddly quiet which seemed wrong when the Taco Bell next door was so crowded. We ordered take out and ate at our hotel. I know unused hamburgers get made into chili... but jeez chop it up for crying out loud. I don't need the visual reminder that I am eating leftovers.

The pricing has increased dramatically. A jr bacon cheese burger and 4 value fries cost $14. I'm sorry but fast food is no longer in my budget.

The coke was mostly carbonated water, the fries tasted like they were done in dirty oil, the mat in front of the sofa machine was sticky, and the salad had old lettuce in it. The burger was good.

We love Wendy’s! However check your bag at this location. Food is usually missing. If you added cheese or something extra, again, check it. Actually open your sandwich and check. We use DoorDash a lot and 8/10 if you order here, somethings missing.

Busy and understaffed on a Saturday afternoon. Bathroom was filthy and out of toilet paper. All garbage were full and the ketchup was out. When I mentioned these to the manager he just stared at me and asked me if I want to add anything else to my order. Most the available tables were dirty. Food was good and fries were hot.

I like to get a burger every now and then but this place is so slow. I waited a good 5 or so minutes just to be waited on. The guy behind me walked out said it wasn't worth the wait. My French fries were well over fried.

Was excited to try the new ghost pepper chicken sandwich. What I got was more than disappointing. I got a dry, regular chicken sandwich with nothing else but a small dab of the sauce. It was supposed to have lettuce, tomato and onion. Fried onions and cheese w the sauce. Very upset. Won’t go back for sure.

When I visit this Wendy’s I always get either an apple pecan salad or the chicken sandwich. I usually have a good experience here but lately it’s been hit or miss. I haven’t been impressed with the quality lately. The sandwich had the smallest piece of lettuce that didn’t even cover half of the sandwich and the salad looked like it had been sitting in a fridge for more than 2 days. The lettuce was wilting as were the apples. The apples were going clear and wrinkling. Not appetizing and not what I’m expecting from an $8 salad lol. In high school I worked fast food and know that this type of quality would never be served to customers. I get it’s fast food and not a 5 star restaurant but this type of stuff shouldn’t happen anywhere.

Waited in the drive thru way too long only to find out the order was incomplete. Had to go back through the drive thru because inside is closed and waited so long again just for them to fix the order. Do not come here the staff is incompetent

The doors for the dine in section were locked. I walked around to the back door and asked if I can enter. They said that it was closed but they let us in anyway because I had placed a mobile order. I received my food and it was cold. I went to throw away my garage and there was a sign in the trash that said that it was drive thru only. Not sure why the sign wasn’t up. The bathroom was also very disgusting and had no toilet paper. Very bad experience and I will not be back.

Website say closed at midnight, arrived drive thru at 9:58pm to a signage stating they are closed at 11pm. No response at the drive thru, pulled up to the window to few employees. No acknowledgement. Honked and waved to be told they were already closed...

Will not be going back. I order crispy chicken sandwiches, i took a bite and there was a WORM looking thing, clear and long and absolutely disgusting in one of them. I didn't even bother looking at the other one. Plus I spent almost $30 and they got my husband's sandwich wrong. He asked for no mayo or tomato, they took off the pickles and left everything else. Don't even deserve a star.

I was served a snail in my baked potato. We brought it to the manager's attention. We had to ask for a refund more than once. We were treated like an annoyance or like we put the bug in the food. No customer service skills whatsoever!

The last 3 times I've wasted my time coming here on my half hour lunch break the dining room was closed at noon due to lack of staff. Won't be wasting my time anymore with this business

I placed an online order at 11pm and sat in the drive thru for nearly 10 minutes before I called the store to see what was going on. They told me they closed at 11pm while having signs saying the store was open until midnight or later! Very disappointing will never come back!

Can't even make a sandwich without cheese correctly

Literally second time in a row I’ve had a problem with how my order was made. And this time the quality of the correctly made food was filthy. I used to work for this company for years and it’s clear that they’re declining even further than they were when I worked there. The manager hung up on me and only offered to replace my sandwich; not my whole order which would have been cold by the time I went to fix my sandwich. Utter disgrace when it comes to attentiveness to customers and reality. I’ll be replacing my sandwich and not returning as well as expressing just how disappointing my experience was on all social media platforms.

Meal was $30 for two singles a fish sandwich and fries and two small drinks..too expensive for what we got. The old fries were old and cold burgers were messy to eat with terrible lettuce and over ripe tomatoes. The fish was overcooked and didn't eat. Not going back here ever!!!

Lately there is absolutely no consistency in the food. Just got 3 of the same sandwiches for my boyfriend and myself, one of them had a beyond burnt piece of chicken and the other two had maybe an inch wide piece of lettuce. And I waited in the drive through for those for much longer than normal. No one that works there has any pride in their job but preach how they want a higher minimum wage. Absolutely ridiculous

Don't stop in here in the morning, terrible staff. The older blonde woman is not a nice lady that's for sure. Tried to go through the drive through and she's just yelling at me, but she made sure to yell please and thank you at me. So tried to go inside to order and no one came to the register...

Regularly violates its own posted hours and I've dealt with them closing 40 minutes early while still accepting mobile orders and payments (so you pull up and they ignore you or at best tell you they're closed). I don't blame the regular staff, it's probably bad scheduling but stop accepting orders and ignoring your own hours. Just close earlier and be consistent so customers don't waste time and money. This has happened multiple times.

My drive through order was missing things. I ordered a cookie that I paid for but never received. And my chicken ranch wrap was missing ranch dressing so it was very dry plus the lettuce in the wrap was way after the expiration date. Pretty gross. I tried to call them after I got home but they don’t answer the phone (just in case). This is not the first time they messed up my order.

Unbelievably rude customer service horrible food, drink machine was completely empty of any sugar free option. The manager was more interested in grinding her back side on her male employee. Horrible experience

Outdoor signage unlit finding entrance driveway dangerous. Then...Door locked! Dining room and restrooms unavailable at 6:30 p.m. on Thurs. Witnessed families with kids frustrated and customers leaving in frustration. What's up?? This has happened in the past.

Missing 1/3 of order have to drive back and wait in the line for even longer. No offers for refund or extra food or anything for inconvenience. Not the first issue like this here. You would think going back to get missing food that it would be fresh and hot? Nope it’s cold. Baconator fries were a mushy mess, what are we hiding old/underdone fries under cheese and calling it a day? Disgusting on all fronts.

Customer service was the WORST I’ve ever experienced. Order was incorrect, and our frosty was handed to us through the window completely upside down.

You would think they would train the Drive Thru personnel to DOUBLE CHECK the orders before giving to the customer. Completely missed two burgers from my order, which I didn't find out till I was 10 miles away...my bad for not checking as well, but, I'm not getting paid to give customers the CORRECT order.

I recommend NOBODY come to this restaurant. The lobby is always closed even though it says it’s open. They close at random times even though they advertise closing at 12am. I am disgusted by the management staff and how they treat and talk to their employees and customers! I’ve went to this location multiple times and have witnessed employees arguing and fighting amongst each other and using inappropriate and vulgar language. The employees are always rude and under the influence as when I come I can smell marijuana. This place has gone down these past few months and I’m very disappointed as this was once one of my favorite places to come too! DON’T GO!!!

I would like to tell you how their food was in this review, but I would have had to actually order it first in order to try it. I get it, I got there at 12:30 pm to get lunch, and there will always be a lunch rush(even on a Wednesday) but this was ridiculous. I saw that the drive thru lane was busy, so I figured I would try running inside to see how the line in there was. One older man waiting to pick up food he already ordered, and a family of four waiting to order. I watched the family order, and the employee gave them their drinks, which was actually only one Frosty and three cups for self serve. She then proceeded to stand and wait for their food to be made before trying to take my order. She even turned around and started dancing and goofing around with the kitchen staff. I get that most of the kitchen staff were busy making food, but at least take my order so that it could be in the queue. Even then, there seemed to be no hustle from the kitchen staff making food. I waited 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch before I left, hungry. I should also mention that the drive thru lane had only moved 3 cars in the 20 minutes I was there. Get better staff. Never going back here.

The ice machine was broken and the soda was warm / room temperature. The napkins dispenser was empty and the employees were short as if they hated life. I just wanted napkins and a few packs of ketchup, I wasn't asking for anything for free. The bathroom was filthy with no soap, horrible condition in every aspect!

The hours listed on the app, google, and their door are incorrect. If you order breakfast on the app, be prepared to cancel your order. I ordered at 7:33 am and got to the restaurant at about 7:39 am. Sat in drive through for 5 minutes and then tried “hello” and honking my horn once to see if anyone would respond. No response, so I pulled around to the front and decided to try the door. The hours listed on the door say drive through 6:30 am and dining area 7:00 am. I figured because it was 7:47 am that the door would be open, but it was locked. I didn’t have time to wait around to try any longer. Please update your hours so people don’t waste their time and go to the restaurant. This location has been a consistent disappointment and I wanted to try to give it one more shot since it is close to me, but obviously that was the wrong choice.

This store opens and closes whenever it wants despite the hours listed. They always blame the 30 min drive thru line on being short-staffed but that’s no excuse for the shitty service they provide. When you get your food it’s cold half filled or they turn off the ice cream machine midday because they’re overwhelmed. The burgers are overcooked and chewy and rubbery the fries are half filled And then they try and charge you for an order you already paid for on the mobile app. The store is a complete waste of your time and it should just close the doors at this point.

Don't bother. You'll wait in the drive-thru line forever as the dining room is closed despite signage stating open hours. Food is on par with other area Wendy's but the dining room always being closed means they only take and serve one order at a time, while you wait. I've tried twice, but only ordered food once after sticking out a 17m wait just to get to the speaker. I won't be back to this location unless the dining room opens.

Stopped for lunch with the family. Service was fine, nothing spectacular. While eating couldn’t help but notice the filthy restaurant. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Table were filthy with food and trash left behind. Flys everywhere, constantly swatting them away while we ate. At one point looked over at the girls working and they were primarily focused on sharing Tik Tok videos. Bathroom was disgusting, toilets packed full of toilet paper. Zero paper towels to dry your hands off with, just an old hand dryer that barely works. At 1 in the afternoon we thought it was odd we were the only ones dining in. After today’s visit I can see why.
