Always the stop after a few holes of golf. Great atmosphere, The Turtle Plate Wrap is exactly what you need to fuel up afterwards. Service is always amazing.
My mom and I come through town often and we were looking for a different place to eat. We took a chance on the Thirsty Turtle hoping it would be like our favorite hometown bar, and it was. The food is delicious! We ordered a bacon cheese burger and a Rueben. Both were amazingly good!!! As someone who typically prefers their own cooking over eating out I’d highly recommend this restaurant!
Enjoy a delicious dinner and cold beer with 10 others friends. Cubano Panini with tater tots was very good! Service was quick and waitress was friendly and just the right amount of attention to our table.
During this crazy time I have to give the Thirsty Turtle credit they are still bringing it- from the excellent service to the delicious food! The chicken and waffles were so good, the flavor of the chicken was 10/10, the breakfast sandwich was delicious I’m used to having an English muffin with my breakfast sandwiches but I loved the bun and the egg was perfect, you can choose from bacon or sausage as well! And our drinks were on point! We cannot wait to go back. -Brunch Lifestyle
So I usually love this bar.. But a young girl was working tonight (Sunday) it's 11:15pm bar closes at 1am. It's packed inside. But seems as though she's shutting the bar down. I asked for a drink and she rudely says "No. I'm shut down" It's Sunday and I totally would have understood either way but the attitude could have been lost and she could have said "I'm so sorry but i just closed down. I appreciate you coming in though." This just reflects badly on managment and whom they choose to hire. I certainly won't drink here when she is here ever and I will tell my friends and family as well. Not worth our money in tips She could have made this a very good situation but her bad attitude got the best of her. Customer service isn't easy as I'm a server as well but I certainly would have made that a positive ending rather than a bad one that will now affect business. Little does she know I come here daily and my friends as well...always be kind to your customers, always.
Great local sports bar right off of the thruway. We had the turtle plate with meat sauce one of the best plates I've had. The tots were amazing. The bartender was fun and did a great job with the service.
After a busy day at Eastview Mall, be sure to add this must-visit watering hole to your shopping itinerary – it's the perfect place to unwind, just 2 miles away. My "Foodette" (still learning and exploring the world of food) and I were warmly greeted by our super attentive waitress, Sam. She made sure our appetizer "medium wings" came out in under 15 minutes. They were sizzling hot, freshly cooked to perfection. We ordered entrees that would arrive quickly, and we vowed to return and enjoy more of their delicious food in their cozy atmosphere. Their menu is great! Thirsty Turtle Sports Bar & Grill is the ultimate hangout spot for a blend of ages. Thank you owner Ted Rund! Your commitment to fair wages during challenging times is commendable.
I will never forget this place. I come here on Saturday nights with my friends and we love all of the staff here. We love the Bullshooters, darts have kind of become our tradition here. I really enjoy the food and the drinks that they have and make for us. Thank you for giving me a place to forget all of my life stresses and some memories that I will definitely hang onto for the rest of my life! :)
I had a great time at Thirsty Turtles and here’s why, the waiter there was so nice! She made sure we were having a great time and always had a smile on her face. Talking about the food, the food came pretty quick and it was SO good, especially their fries. I totally recommend coming here!!
my family and friends brought me here to celebrate for my bachelorette weekend and all i wanted was to see the last few minutes of a football game, Teddy came to the rescue he tried several times to get the game on live tv, then tried streaming it from his phone and it just wouldn’t work. i told him that it was totally okay but he insisted on putting the game on for me. the tv didn’t end up working so he left his phone at our table and let me watch the rest of the game on his phone! the service was so good and the food was even better! 10/10 recommend!
My husband and I ate at the Thirsty Turtle yesterday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised. The waitress was extremely bubbly, attentive and friendly. I ordered the Cuban sandwich with fries, and my husband had the BLT with fries. Both sandwiches and fries were outstanding. We also had a couple of beverages and the waitress was on cue to ask us if we wanted another round. Great service…highly recommended‼️ Ask for Amber to serve your party. Fantastic gal ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Incredible… my wife and I stopped in for a quick stop on our way to the finger lakes with our family. It was a bar so I wasn’t expecting much. However, it surpassed both of our expectations. The chicken box we all shared was honestly insane. Great service, quickly at a good price. Not sure what else I would have asked for.
Great place. Always a place you can go to chill with friends or family. The have a nice and clean inside bar & sitting area. Also a outside area (beware of bees!). Food and Drinks are epic. Price wise, eh. I would say a bit on on the more costly like 15 to 20 bucks per thing like even for a simple burger.. Staff always friendly and attentive to needs.
The food is amazing! Totally did not expect such great meals. We went last week and when we entered, we saw an entire high school sports team was there after a meet. We were doubtful that our orders would be prepared in a timely fashion. We were pleasantly wrong. Our orders were out to us like we were there with only a few other patrons. The staff was/is so kind and helpful. Give it a shot. I dont think you will be disappointed :)
We had great burgers and drinks here. Was a nice environment and had friendly staff. Prices were good too. Was surprised at how busy it was with a party but the staff still kept up with everyone else. The food came out quickly and we were very happy. Will be back again!
Took 7 buddies there after a round at Ravenwood. They were a lil short staffed and the waitress apologized. Was not necessary. Nobody complained about it. Drinks, food, service, and prices were great.
I can't say enough about this place - the food was AMAZING. We got the prime rib sandwiches, crab cake sandwich, wings and turtle chips. You also can't beat the price, three of us went out for lunch and with apps and cocktails, still got out for under $100. Highly recommend this little gem!
You won’t disagree with me. They literally have the best chicken fingers and homemade bleu cheese in Rochester. I’ve been going for years and have been missing out. Try the chicken fingers!
Great spot close to home, bartenders are always on top of it, drinks and food come out fast, people always friendly.
Our team of about 20 enjoyed soaking up the last bit of warm weather this week on the new patio at the Turtle. We adhere to a strict masking policy in our offices, so it was nice to have an outdoor space where we felt we could safely spread out and see each others faces! Teddy and his team were super accommodating, helped us work with a budget, and were very attentive bringing food and drinks around. Great spot for work happy hour or game day get together. I'm excited to try their brunch menu next and will definitely take advantage of the fire pits as it gets chillier.
Great place for a pub bite. The pretzel appetizers and wings were both perfect. We tried to go to the turtle races the other night but this place was absolutely jammed. Great spot to eat and chill.
The Thirsty Turtle is home to the best dang chicken I've ever had the joy of eating, Dicky's Fried Chicky. It may be a 30 minute drive but the chicken stays hot and crispy all the way home. Prices are excellent and the food keeps me coming back. My advice is to buy the 9 piece for yourself, grab some brioche rolls from them or bring your own, make some sandwiches and put the leftovers for lunch the next two days.
Stopped here on our way to airport. Nice place to grab a good meal with great service. We had a burger and a blt, both delicious. Our server Hana was so helpful and thoughtful.
Thirsty Turtle stands out as a remarkable spot for both excellent brews and delectable pub food. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food. The shrimp Caesar salad was a delightful surprise, perfectly balanced with fresh, succulent shrimp, while the blue cheese flank steak sandwich took my taste buds on an unforgettable journey with its robust flavors and perfect texture. It's a place I'd eagerly recommend to anyone looking for quality food in a cozy pub atmosphere.
Listen up. This place is top notch, great integrity, great consistency, Ted Rund Sr. introduced me to. This place didn't even know he once owned it and kept it in the family. They are doing an excellent job of it. Wasn't for Ted Sr. I would have looked past this place and if it wasn't for him I would have never chased my culinary dreams. Miss this place back home now. I'm in Vegas working for Mr. Gordon Ramsay. Thanks Ted Sr.
Great family sports bar. Excellent outdoor dining as well.
Great food and welcoming environment. We had our thanksgiving dinner catered by thirsty turtle And it was fabulous. Fresh green bean casserole, moist turkey, flavorful gravy, soft buns and loved the stuffing. My kids loved the mashed potatoes. Thank you to the kitchen at the thirsty turtle for making my holiday peaceful and with easy clean up.
Excellent service from Carlee! Food was great - we had a cheeseburger and a cheeseburger plate - both very good! Good drinks! First time here but will definitely be back
Very friendly staff and good food. Uncomfortable chairs unfortunately.
Although our service wasn’t great due to us having a new young waitress, our visit was very pleasant. I wanted to give a shout out to the manager for addressing our concerns. Compensated us for our issues. I wish the new young lady the best on her new job, and thanks again for your professionalism. Oh, and the food was delicious! 6/20/24
We found this place by accident while looking for the mall. It was packed because of a Bills game but that caused no delay in service. The food was fantastic. Our group has nachos, Cubano sandwich, BLT and Chicken Wrap. All happy with our orders. PS as a Steelers fan, I still had fun immersed in a Bills atmosphere.
Stopped out with a few friends and to listen to the live band. The food was tasty and delicious, the service was prompt and courteous and the outdoor dining area was terrific. If you're looking for a pleasant and fun place to meet up with friends or your significant other, I suggest you give the "Turtle" a try.
It was our first time there in many years. The food was excellent albeit I think $18.50 for a fish fry is a tad high. My wife had the southern shrimp basket and our daughter had the Greek salad wrap. They both enjoyed their meal. My battered fish was very good too. Our server was great too. I am sure we will be back.
While it looks like a typical sports bar, the service and food are much better than that. The specials for St. Patrick's Day were superb and the portions were generous.
A great place to watch a game. Nice barkeeps and plenty of tvs. Didn't eat the food.
Attentive server and friendly. Nice outdoor patio to sit with some live music and plenty of space inside. Good burgers and specials.
Very busy bit service was fantastic. They were out of the fish and chips but they helped me select a good substitute for a fish fry. Large enough portion for leftovers. Frequently mango mandarin beer was outstanding. Great value. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Food was very good, service was attentive without getting in the way. Especially important when I need menu items customized for my allergies. Would go again
I tried my first garbage plate here and as apprehensive as I was, it was a good experience. The food all around was good and the service was more than adequate. It was a quiet day and most of the people were seated at the bar. We sat in the dining area and we weren't forgotten about. The food was fairly priced and the time from ordering to table was great. I'd go back here regularly, without question.
Big selection of great beer. Great food with reasonable prices and friendly staff!
Nice place. Good food, family friendly. Could use some upgrades and sprucing up. But food was good. Reasonable prices
We both love the food and the atmosphere. It's been a long time since I've had great wings. Our waiter, Hanna, I believe, was great. Thanks everyone there.
Came here on a Saturday for dinner. I had the prime rib special. It came with salt potatoes and a salad. It was very good. The prime rib was tender and flavorful with a well seasoned crust. Everyone at my table liked what they got. They have a large beer list. Plenty of parking. Service was quick and friendly. I would go back.
Went in for a late night drink, younger crowed , with a mix of older people at the bar, mix vibe, needs to be updated, but, service was a little slow, did not eat, but drink was great
I was not highly impressed with this place. We went on taco Tuesday at noon and ordered the chicken tacos. We were told the chicken needed 30 more minutes to cook. We agreed. Then 20 minutes later we get tortillas with dry grilled chicken inside. There was nothing special about the tacos. I was told the grilled wings were great.
We enjoy the Thirsty Turtle it's exactly what a sports bar and restaurant should be. They have a good menu of standard fare, a nice selection of taps, a full service bar, and good service. The place can get busy so expect that, also it's not a dive bar so don't expect dive bar pricing. A good place to have a drink.
A regular sports bar/restaurant. Solid choices and consistency in quality. Not anything that will blow you away but that's American bar food. They do it very well though, it's a great spot for a casual dinner and beer.
Update 6/04/2023 - On March 28 I received an email from the owner apologizing for the issue and offered a gift card to make up for what happened. I never reached out to them but have since been back several times and the food and service have been excellent. Original review from March 2023 We were completely ignored by the bar tender so we left and went elsewhere. Entered about 4:10pm, we sat at a table in the bar and waited for the bartender to come to the table to take our order. There were about 15-18 or so people in the bar area but it certainly was not busy. The bartender spent most of the time just chatting with some people at the bar and ignoring us. After waiting about 20 minutes we got up and left. I won't come back. If I could I would give this place no stars. Very disappointed
Enjoyed the food, and the wait staff was extremely attentive and friendly. We truly enjoyed our experience. One constructive criticism is handicapped parking. It wasn't immediately noticeable, and the elderly person I was with did struggle a bit to get around.
Been to this place twice now. Both times was pretty good. Overall really good food good atmosphere. The day we went we didn't have the best waiter rather a slow service night. But the food was still good. They also had some live music to. That was nice to listen to and it wasn't insanely loud either so you could still talk while you're eating your meal. Don't know if we'll go back again in the future but we're also from out of the area.
I really enjoy this place. Am from Mass, and it’s sense the same vibe we do at home. Food is super good too, so am a big fan. I had the Quesadillas and they were very good. I also had the Dicky’s fried chicky, that was bomb!!!!! This is my home away from home for a bar & grill type establishment.
We were very pleasantly surprised by this place. Bright and open with lots of tvs to catch the game of choice! Option to sit right in the bar if you please but not forced on you. My husbands burger was made to request (true medium, loves the pink) I had the fish fry special, which was great! It was a little loud but not rowdy. Service was friendly.
the place was packed! the food was outstanding, but the service definitely lacked. we put our name in for a table and were told a wait of 30 to 45 minutes was to be expected. We were asked to go to the bar, and a hostess would come get us when a table was ready. 1 hour and 48 minutes later we still had not been seated, so we just ordered at the bar. I went up to the hostess to tell her we were eating at the bar, to that she replied "oh, ok, we are still looking at another 20 minutes or so. I'm glad we ordered at the bar.
Great little place with a very comprehensive food menu and a nice tap selection. I had the buffalo chicken wrap which ended up not striking my fancy, but it was well made nonetheless.
The chicken and waffles were great with hot honey. A++ had a great server with a nice smile A+ overall good place to visit for lunch or dinner
Great food and large portions! Our service was decent, it took a while for our waitress to ask us about refills, but once we mentioned this, they were sure to check in on us and make sure we had what we needed! The fish fry was HUGE and very good, even came with 2 sides. I'll definitely be coming back!
My 1st time here and it comes off as an ok townie type feel stop. If your a local you will definitely have a more enjoyable experience vs the passer through I think from a staff interaction perspective. The food I ordered was average.
The service in the dining room was very slow. I asked what kind of soup they had the waitress replied, I don't know. I literally had to ask her to please check. Then she came back with the type of soup but did not know what was in it. I had to ask for my check twice, go to the register and ask for to go boxes, the food was fair. I think this is a great bar to get a drink or two, play some darts and have a snack. I have amended this review as I was felt I was not very clear when first posting.
Nice atmosphere, decent food. Liked the live music
Good menu, good food. I dropped a star because of the fine print on the bill. 5 % credit card charge.
Never had the food so can't talk about that. The service wasn't bad it was just her attitude, definitely don't think she needs to be doing a customer service type job. Probably around 2:00pm, I was there a few months ago. Wish I got her name and exact date I was there! Drinks were good especially that sour beer from the brewery in Rochester, they were just way to pricey but I don't think that's their fault I think that's all places these days.
The food was just ok. They weren't busy at all, still took a long time for our waitress to come over to greet us. Food came out fast, but our waitress never came back to check on us until we were done eating. They're were only 4 tables in the restaurant, so not sure what she was doing. Bathroom was also dirty, yuck.
We tried the mozzarella half moons, which were very good but for the price of $14 didn’t really hit the mark. We did pop in at about 11pm on a Saturday night and were told that we were still able to order fried foods. Once getting to the bar to place an order we were told there was no food being served for the last two hours they are open. The bartender did confirm we could place an order but once he saw we were not drinking alcohol and were just getting sodas before our drive home it seemed like we were an after thought. The bar did have a few regulars and staff scattered around it talking and he was busy taking care of the rest of the guests but the service seemed simply transactional.
The food I had was good, after I got different tater tots. The first batch was very over cooked. My friends chicken was also over cooked, but she didn't complain. The service was okay. I might give it another try if in the area.
Waited at host stand for some time before we were under the assumption no one was coming. Went to bar side and sat. Food was good though! We had a few apps. Unfortunately, Service was disappointing. Seemed disengaged and as if we were an inconvenience. We had to wave her down multiple times during service. I hate doing that. I've been a server for 15 years and it erks me. But if she was appeared busy I get it. There's definitely a sense understanding. I'm very observant of each restaurant I go to. I don't think I will be returning.
My wife and went there recently, been before many years ago. I order their prime rib sandwich with loaded tater tots. The sandwich was very good, but tots were not, at all. Wife ordered salad, then loaded FF, with pulled pork. Let's just say.., she got sick. Definitely food pision. 😕 our service was good, very friendly. Unfortunately won't be going back.
We were disappointed as the dining room appeared to be closed. We were looking forward to trying out this place after seeing the advertisement in our hotel lobby. We are always looking for local restaurants whenever possible when we are vacationing.
I intentionally checked the menu to make sure my hamburger would be cooked to order. The menu specifies, yes. I ordered my hamburger, rare, specifying to the waitress that it could still be mooing and I would be fine with that. The hamburger I got was well done. I sent it back; The second burger was less done, but still way more than what I had ordered. The service was was fine. The wait staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Obviously, the cooked to order statement is false. Had I known this would be the case, I would have ordered something else. Being that a large portion of their menu is hamburger based, I won’t be back.
My friends and I got denied at the door because one of us forgot our id's at home (mind you we're all of legal drinking age). I have no problem with getting turned away if it's part of the business policy. No id, no service, and that's totally understandable. My issue lies with the man at the door who was condescending and acted as though we were absent-minded for walking into his fine establishment forgetting one identification, even though two of the four of us were only there for food after a long night of skiing at Bristol. Certainly not a great first impression for this sports bar and we'll definitely be considering other options after hitting the slopes on a cold Saturday night.
Absolute worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Walked in with my two kids a little before 5:30 on a Tuesday. We were placed in an empty part of the dining room. I watched a 4top walk in, get drinks, and order food. Eye contact with the waitresses, but no approach. Then, I watched a 5top (family of 5) get seated in our same section and get drinks brought to them. 25+ minutes later of just sitting here and getting passed over multiple times, and I’m out. Pro industry tip: train your servers to check their sections, and train your hostess to communicate with the servers that they have a table in their section sooner than a half hour.
Food was overpriced for the portion size. On top of that I ended up getting Salmonella poisoning from cross contaminated mac salad. The mac salad was brought out to the table with 2 sides of ranch dressing sitting directly on top of the salad. Very disappointed since I’ve had good experiences in the past. Reached out to management to let them know what had happened. Seemed somewhat concerned but more concerned about a poor rating, which to be honest I never even thought of up to that point, but made promises that were not followed through…. and it’s been 3 weeks… another disappointment. Will I even go there again… NO! Also I would tell anyone that does to watch your food when they bring it out to make sure there are things sitting on it that shouldn’t be. Again severely disappointed in the Turtle… booooooo!!! ☹️☹️
VERY disappointing!!! Had the Cuban one small squirt of mustard, pork tasted like it was 3 days old, bread wasn’t even toasted, & the burger plate was terrible, outside was hard & could barely cut through when I did the centers were raw,no condiments were put on or given during pickup,no utensils/napkins offered at pick up either they should think of the hotel travelers better $40 not well spent!!!
This place is AWFUL. Do not waste your time. Waited 25 mins for the waitress to get our drink order, when we finally were able to order food our daughters Ceasar salad came with no dressing on it, my salad had 2 hairs in the dressing on the side and aside from ordering our drinks, food and asking for our check we never saw our waitress. Money is better spent somewhere that doesnt charge $18 for a dozen wings.
When we arrived there were few cars in the parking lot. We were told to sit where ever we would like. Once we found a seat in the open floor dining room, we were greeted with menus and silverware. We ordered our drinks and decided what we would order. The smaller menu made the decision easier, we liked that. We waited for another 15 minutes, another server tended to their tables around. After about 20 minutes of waiting we decided that we couldn't wait any longer. We left and there was no staff along our exit path. Overall we were very disappointed that we never got to try the food. Also, the men's bathroom is a bar bathroom, not kid or privacy friendly.
We waited 30 minutes. Only was served 2 out of 5 drinks. One wasn't right. Told the server we were closing the tab as we had waited long enough. He took am attitude. Was going to charge me for the drinks which were sitting on the bar. I told him to please take the drinks off. He grabbed my card from my hand. Never said thank you. Very poor customer service.
Food was actually pretty good but the service was very disappointing . Wrong drink served, it happens...but the waitress never checked back with us so after 10 minutes My wife ended up going to the bar to fix it. The young lady never even apologized after it was brought to her attention. When the serving staff doesn't care or cares more about talking to other employees than their customers I probably won't go back. There's too many other choices. Love Rochester's restaurant scene.
Dropped in on a Saturday around 4, and things weren't crowded or busy. Fairly limited menu, and no originality in what was there. The biggest issue for us was sitting down and waiting almost twenty minutes for a server. We decided that waiting around in a half empty restaurant hoping for a server wasn't a great idea, and when one didn't appear we headed out. Went across the street to City Tavern and had a great experience.
We went for some late night food… both hostesses walked away as we entered. Don’t advertise food if the staff is going to have attitude about it. We asked if they were still serving food, the brunette waitress gave us attitude. We walked out. Rude staff isn’t a way to get business.
I would rate, but never even served. Walked in and was seated quickly on the patio. Sat for 25 minutes. Not even a head turned in our direction. Server came out and knew someone at the table next to ours who had just arrived. Hugged and then asked them what she could get for them. This is when we walked out. Won't be going back. Ever.
THIRSTY TURTLE OWES ME MONEY (equivalent to a cover charge from 2012). I am not usually this petty, but I am still bitter and salty about this experience over a decade later. So in an attempt for me to emotionally let go of this, I have to tell my story. A friend of mine and I were meeting up with a few other friends of ours to hang out in Victor. They were already at Thirsty Turtle, so we arrived there to meet them. Upon entering, we discovered that a band was going to be playing there and they were starting to charge a cover to get in. I asked them what time they were supposed to start taking a cover and they said it would start in about 7-8 minutes. So I said we should be able to enter without paying the cover but the guy said he needed to start collecting at some point. I was already pretty salty at that point because: 1) we were before the official time, 2) I didn't know who the band was nor cared, 3) I didn't know how long we would be there or if we were hopping. We got in, I got a drink, and then my friends and I decided to leave (maybe 10 or 15 minutes later). The band hadn't even finished setting up yet. I told the guy at the front door that I was leaving and I asked him if I could have my cover back. He said "No" and my friend that I came with told me it wasn't worth it and we just left. The cover in 2012 was $5 and with interest equivalent buying power is about $7. I'm technically fine without the actual money, but I just want to write this review in 2024 so that I inflict at least $7+ worth of financial damage to Thirsty Turtle because this experience was horrible. So if you read this to the end, thank you. And please avoid Thirsty Turtle if this story triggers you.
We are from out of town and stayed in the area. This place looked fun when we drive by the night before(FRI with live music)We both ordered the fish and chips special. The fish looked like 2 frozen fillets. It was very unappealing. My husband asked for vinegar and they brought him a little cup of regular vinegar, not malt. It was disappointing for the area.
First and last time ordering from here - broiled fish dinner, shrimp dinner, chowder, and onion rings. Not one bit of this dinner was good at all. The broiled fish tasted like it was cooked in a microwave and wasn’t done in the middle. Never received the coleslaw that goes with the shrimp dinner. The shrimp was extremely greasy and tiny. The so-called large wide onion rings were skinny tiny pieces of batter with hardly any onion in them and greasy. The baked potato was cold, hard, and all brown on the inside like it had been cooked yesterday and sat out all day in the foil. The manhattan chowder was mostly broth with clams that were way overcooked and tasted like rubber. Was hopeful based on other reviews we read. Instead, very disappointed and wasted the majority of our meal that was quite pricey for what you get.
Update: Just ordered 2 Turtle plates (garbage plate) these are the worst garbage plates I have ever ordered. The hamburgers are so overcooked they can not be eaten. Thirsty Turtle quality used to be decent. The quality of food and service now is unacceptable. The Thirsty Turtle (Sports Bar) offers the best Jamaican Jerked Wings. I tried the place several years ago and was amazed with the size of their chicken wings. At some point they started buying tiny wings, but have since went back to serving bigger wings again....Let's hope it continues. If you're looking for catering they provide catering as well.
We have never eaten here but have met the Owner. I pray that Jesus softens this mans demeanor and gives him a Gentleman's Heart. Peace Be with you. 😇 🕊
Came in with my dad for some wings, we sat ourselves in the bar area at one of the high top tables. We ordered drinks at the bar and asked if we needed to order food here or if there was servers in the bar area. Bartender said he would send a server over. After waiting for 15 minutes I walked up and asked the bartender for menus. Sat back down and waited another 20 minutes before leaving, without any acknowledgement from the wait staff. I would have had a more understanding attitude about the whole situation had we been adressed by a server after we sat there for 35minutes. Even a "hey sorry were a little backed up we will be right with you" could have changed the whole mood. My other gripe about this business was the small child sitting at the bar, which I'm pretty sure is not legal.
