Had service/food quality issues with another big dinner chain down the road recently so we finally got around to going here. SO GLAD WE DID! I mean it took a few minutes to sit down but they had a decent amount of other guests so not too bad. Once seated drink order was taken rather quickly and then food order was ordered and out in a very short time. Coffee was good and fresh, love the mini coffee carafe so as needed we could pour more! Plenty of real sugar to add to it too, other places tend to over stock the artificial sweetener more. Everything came out cooked as ordered and tasted amazing. The cherrys on the top, the restaurant was very clean and all the staff were super friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend this particular restaurant. We will be coming back, thanks for the awesome start to what turned out to be a very long day 😊!

Thank you. My mother had just gotten out of the hospital and finally got to have the superbly cooked eggs and hashbrowns she's been asking for every day for a week!! The hashbrowns were so much better than the picture in the menu!!! She raved about finally having a great cup of coffee. It was super simple food, but it was prepped well, and our waitress was beyond amazing. She tried everything she possibly could to make sure my husband had his order correct, and when it simply wasn't going to be possible, she explained the situation and offered an alternative. Usually IHOP isn't anything amazing, but she really excelled at her job.

I’m just passing through Victoria, so issues in other reviews may indeed be normal ones, but i wouldn’t know. Our service this morning was quick and excellent. The food was pretty good and came out as fresh as possible. My waitress let me know they didn’t have the correct sauces for tres leches pancakes this morning, but immediately offered to put in a new order for me so that I could receive something I enjoyed eating. I didn’t mind too much and ate the pancakes anyway. They were good ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ This location would definitely benefit from a remodel, especially in the bathrooms, but I recognize that might be an issue for the bigger corporation that cannot be handled at the level of this individual location.

I came to eat breakfast this morning with my family and the service was amazing. My server Carmen was fast and very attentive. The manager samy checked on us multiple times and helped make sure we had everything we needed the restaurant was very busy but everything seemed to flow in a nice timely manner.

Family having a good breakfast before starting our day after a long work week. Yummy. The waitstaff was very nice, and helpful. Kids are so indecisive on what they want to eat or are craving and our waitress asked questions and was very patient with the kids. Brought us two refill before they actually decided on food. Considering we talk during our meals it was pleasant and everyone actually just ate when the food was served. Our order was perfect even with all of the specialization that was requested. Just goes to show that even though you make lots of requests, they can be met, if everyone who is in loved in the process cares, communicates, and stay vigilant. We will continue to return and I love that almost every meal goes this smoothly. Thank you IHOP.

This is probably the best IHOP experience I’ve ever had. And that says a lot since I’ve been going to IHOP for over the last 20 years. To set the scene as I was pulling into the parking lot, it was pretty packed, so I was already anticipating a long wait to be seated and then the wait at the table to get my food. Surprisingly, when I walked in, there was no wait upfront, and I was greeted and taken to a table immediately. Our waitress, Cindy was excellent. She checked on us often and make sure we had what we needed. Even though she checked in frequently, it was not overbearing like I have experienced with other waitresses where they catch you with a mouthful of food asking you a question expecting you to answer. I know you can all relate to such an awkward moment. The manager on duty, Sammy was also very attentive going around and checking in with everyone. And as packed as the restaurant was, I’ve never had my food come out so fast after ordering. Even the kitchen was on point this morning!!! So shout out to this location and all the staff on shift this morning, you guys did an excellent job!

We go to IHOP at least twice a month and have never had such a bad experience. It started the moment we walked in. The waitress pointed to the booth but didn't wait for my 91 yr old mom. The pancakes were under cooked and when I took to waitress and told her she made an ugly face. My mom had asked for tea and she had to be removed about her tea. The waitress told my mom to hold on she was the only one working. When she brought the tea she just dropped it on the table. I asked to speak to the manager and she wanted to know why.the manager wanted to make it right but it was to late. Never again

At first I was hesitant because of the reviews when looking on “Maps”. I ordered for delivery because i was waiting outside for my boyfriend while he was inside urgant care. So though I didn’t go inside to reach indoor service, I'd say the service and quality of the food that I received was good when ordering online for delivery. The food was not old rather fresh and was well prepared. My meal was made quick and packaged well. None the less, im not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from...

We finally found Andrea!!! We used to come eat breakfast and always asked for Andrea. We had a late evening and came at night to ihop and shes here at night!!!! We love her! She had us sat, our food out fast and hot and prefect even with my husbands allergy issues shes always so helpful and told me about the pumpkin pancakes in season and hands down recommended them. They are so good and she suggested trying with butter pecan syrup and they were sooooo yummy! We definitely will be back at night. Store was clean and staff was so nice. A tall gentleman even held the door open for me since I use a walker. 1000 percent recommend

Clean tasting food not to mention the pancakes 😋. While sitting there my husband and I experienced a turning point in our lives. We are eligible for the senior discount meals. We both looked at each other with mixed emotions, happy we love discounts but then we are old!!

Went on a Monday morning, one waitress (Carmen)on one side of restaurant of two sides. she did a great job attending to everybody. Ordered online curbside. Order was ready in approximately 15 minutes. Food was very good. Pancakes for dessert were huge and so fluffy. The waitress was efficient and very nice but completely swamped. I appreciated that she wore a mask. The only reason for removing a star: There was no designated parking for curbside that I could find, and after trying to call (as instructed in email) 6 times with no answer, I went inside to pick up order. Not a big deal for me, but it's not curbside which I chose, instead of the inside pick up option. The waitress and cook/chef still get 5 ⭐ .

First thing we walk in, there was only one waitress working. She got us seated quickly. She was first, but was stressed did to the volume of people she was waiting on. (not faulting her, she did great.) Now to the food. The pancakes fell apart, it was if you were eating it in layers. They stuck yo your mouth like peanut butter. The scrambled eggs were hot and good. The hasbrowns were lukewarm. The most disappointing was the chicken fried stake. It was hot but no flavor and not enough gravy.

I got the blueberry pancake combo and I couldn't even eat it first bite I took had chocolate chips in it it's not supposed to come with chocolate when I told the waitress and showed her the chocolate on the plate she just said sorry that the cooks have bad lighting she didn't help or do anything to fix it at all bad breakfast experience

The service was bad. She was not paying attention to us. I didn't get my cold toast until half done with my meal. The eggs did not taste good. She brings my milk in a paper cup instead of the glass one. She didn't bring my husband's water. Won't be back there. I'll go to Dennys.

We stood up front for a while. We were seated in the back corner. Sat there for 20 min before we got our drinks. We ordered at the same time so we could get out of the restaurant to go to work. It was another 25 min before our food came. I would suggest sections for the wait people. They seemed to be all over the place with customers. This makes it hard to oversee the tables.

When we arrived, one server was refusing to take tables complaining about how so and so wasn't there yet. The other was cleaning and sweeping and the cook was the one who told the servers to seat us. Once seated, we were given a different server altogether who just got to work. She was fantastic and made up for the other two.

Food was ok. Hash browns could have been a little more crisp. Pancakes weren't fluffy like they should be. The color scheme is dreary. Some of the uniforms had as much food on them as the plates did. The pass bar needed cleaning and needed to be organized. The manager did not look very professional wearing jeans. Also the manager needs to learn the correct way to seat guests. He was seating a party of 4 and was a good 4 to 5 steps ahead of them and just put the menus on the table and walked away. We were fortunate enough to have a server who has been there for a long time and she did a great job. Good follow up but not intrusive. If you want average food and don't mind the low standards this is the place for you.

Everything was great until we saw the manager go to the ice machine and put his bare hand in it, get ice out and eat it! Not once but twice! Instead of making a scene I spoke to him before we left to let him know what I saw him. He said his stomach wasn't feeling good. I told him that was not sanitary. Then he said I didn't do that. I told him again I saw him. He said Merry Christmas have a good day. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

I haven't been here in awhile and I always remember why. The food wasn't good at all, it seemed like the frying oil hasn't been changed in ages. When do you bite into a hash brown and it feels like your eating a tree branch. When you charge 5 dollars a glass of 12 oz OJ each gosh I paid almost $30 for drinks alone. I mean what I paid for a frozen premade country fried steak I should of went to Roadhouse, because it would of cost the same.

Just wanted to say that the Man that sat my Family and I down this morning was soo rude! It's my Sister's birthday, she chose to celebrate it here.. Big Mistake The table was filthy and it was broken because it was unstable. He brought our drinks and basically threw them at us, coffee spilled and the tea didn't even have any ice.. it was terrible. Then the waitress came, She was even worse than He was. We came for vacation to the area and the waitress who attended us had very poor customer service skills. She gave us attitude for basically any question we would ask her. I understand it can be stressful, but the treatment we received was horrible. Also, our water had some sort of residual in it and every new one that was brought out it would still have it. I personally didn't like the service nor the way we got treated.

The manager “Sammy” seriously lacks people skills. He is rude, inconsiderate, mean and verbally abusive to his employees and is just terrible at his job. Had to send my eggs back, they were raw and runny. The waitress was busy chatting and ignoring my table, had to ask for refills several times. Had to ask several times for butter, and the waitress was complaining when she did not get a tip, however, the service was hideously awful! We were shorted Crepes and told you only get one. When the waitress got frustrated she got loud. She threw a glass when she was told the service was bad.

We came to this location after attending a concert in the area. We sat down quickly and ordered our food within 10 minutes. The food should have taken about 10 minutes to prepare, but between several times we were assured that our order would be out soon, we sat for about 50 minutes and still had not gotten our food. Somehow they prepared our food to go but never told and constantly assured us that our order would be ready soon. We left a tip and left. This was by far the worst restaurant experience that I have ever had. If possible, I’d rate this a 0.

So we went on black Friday and it was about 80% full. The waitress we got took our order and the food came out in a reasonable time (10min) . After we finished eating, we wanted to pay and leave but it took the waitress like 15 min to come around to our table. We asked if we could get our check and some to go boxes. We waited another 15 min for her to get us the check and she said the to go boxes were coming. So we thought, finally we can go, but no. It took another 15 min for her to run the 1 card and bring the to go boxes. I know the holiday time are hectic and black Friday is no exception, but an hour to get our check and leave is either a ploy to get us to stay in our seats so no more people would come in (there was a line outside) or just horrible time management. And yes, we did try to wave down our waiter like 5 times.

There was no soap in the bathroom or paper towels. It smelled horrible in there. Eggs were gummy and burned on the bottom. Sausage was not sausage but the small long sausage. Yuck. Never got refills. She practically threw the plates down and ran off quickly to take another order without even asking if we needed anything. Never again.

Sad sad and sad. I've eaten here before, and didn't have an issue. This particular day, pancakes were way too hard. We told the server, and she walked them back, and we could here her yell, "you burnt the pancakes", TWICE! She brought us another plate, and guess what...."BURNT"! They did nothing to help with the price either, she explained that she did, but when I looked, she didn't. What a shame.

I only gave it one star because that's the lowest I could actually rate it. After commenting to our waitress Carmen, about another waitress combing her hair next to the drink machine, we never saw Carmen after she served our food. No check up, no refills, and no to go box. We ended up going to the register on our own to pay. No service...no tip. No thanks. Last trip there.

Don’t get me wrong, I love iHop. I had to give it one star right now though so this review doesn’t go unnoticed. It is Sunday and it is busy. Understandable. I’ve been waiting in line with a bunch of other people for almost an hour now. As a former store manager I am not okay with the way they are running this place. I see workers standing around while there are at least 5 tables open, they just need to be cleaned. So this is why they get one star. The employees standing around should be cleaning those tables to keep the line moving. I watched them not wipe these tables for the past thirty minutes while there are three workers standing around. It doesn’t matter if it’s not in the job description or you’re a manager. It’s simple, just clean the table and keep the line moving. There’s no reason to have a line outside when the only issue is dirty tables. Just. Clean. The. Tables.

Music so loud the waitress had to repeat menu items seval times. When asked if the saloon music was a norm and could it be trumed down her response was that if the manager was challenged he would probably turn it up higher. We left!

I ordered the cheese crusted four cheese melt and was given just a grilled cheese with no queso. When they took it back to get the cheese crust, this is what I was given. Was told the cook just didn’t know how to make it. I don’t understand if they can’t make it, then say something instead of this mess.

Waitress was rude when we tried to asked her about a stanley was left behind by my mother in law and she would hang up the phone when I asked her to speak to a manager, then to make matters worse she gave my number to the manager and called me to harrased me and told he will get me back, he will find me and come harrass me because apparently they think im harrasing his waitress and all i been doing is trying to ask her about the stanley, what kinda manager does that? All I wanted to know if any of his staff saw the Stanley and if so or if they had it there, so my mother in law can come get it from them, but instead they got defensive and now threatened me to come after me. And apparently this manager does that when they customers complain on his restaurant and staff, supposedly corporate is aware and hasnt done anything about it.

Placed a curbside order came parked in my curbside number and called the facility for 30 minutes because my 1 month old and 1 year old were in their car seat sleeping and I couldn’t carry them both. Finally decided to go inside told the lady I had been calling for 30 minutes she walked off with a snarly look on her face and said oh well there’s no help and walked away .

The worst customer experience I've had in a long time. We understood it was Christmas and that there was going to be a wait. However, everything that happened was not because of the holiday. We waited an hour to get our food after watching several tables sit down, get their food and prepare to leave before we got our food. The entire time the staff didnt communicate the issues they were having. We had to ask if everything was OK. Then the waitress gets defensive instead of communicating the issues with an apologie. We were told several different excuses of why it was taking our ticket was taking so long. One was that the printer broke so they were having issues reading the tickets. The other was they didnt have enough plates and another is they didnt know what was happening. It's completely understandable that things dont go smoothly 100% of the time. However, you have to communicate with your customers and keep them in the loop so we aren't twiddling our thumbs for an hour having no clue why everyone around us was getting food and eating when they got sat after us. The manager never came by for a table touch to let us know why the wait was so long. The waitress had a better then thou attitude when we did ask. She never stopped by our table in that hour unless we called her over. I understand mistakes happen and it's gonna be extra busy because of the holidays. What's not acceptable is leaving a table alone for an hour without checking in on them, not communicating known issues, and having an attitude when we asked why the wait was extremely long.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered curbside to wait about 15 minutes before I had to call and for the manager to tell me give me 5 min and rudely hung up. Waited 5 minutes and no one came. Went inside and I told him I had been waiting at curbside for a long time, and he asked my name and said nothing just handed me my food. Got home to find that food was missing and the fruit cup we got was barely even full and the fruit was not fresh at all, very mushy. My husband had to go back to get the missing food and he even said the manager was rude as well. Don't waste your time and money on this place.

Order my kids some food after door dashing at 4am woke up to warm up they food and there was no whip cream plus eggs was missing.so I came in this morning around 8am to explain my Kids food wasn’t made correctly the manger had the Audacity to tell me if I wanted the big show I need to come in and I told him customers food should be made the exact way they ordered it without any problems,money don’t grow on trees management should know better not to argue with customers period

Literally, every table had garbage on it. They never bused the tables our whole visit. The manager is just walking around doing nothing. Staff seemed more interested in having conversation rather than doing their jobs. Food was sloppy. Milkshake was more milk than shake. And the A/C must have been off because it was humid inside. I would not recommend it to anyone. The entire establishment was disgusting. The health inspector needs to pay a visit.
