Food was good, place was clean, and the manager gave us a complimentary cranberry sauce and herb stuffing sandwich to try and it was delicious! Will be ordering that next time I come.

I usually go late around 2 or 3am since this location is open 24hrs. Daniel is usually the person that helps me. He knows my name and he always has my order ready when I get there. Super cool dude. He even knows my modifications if I have any. Tonight, Joseph was also there and they were so fun to talk to while my sandwich was being made. These two guys are amazing workers and deserve a raise. Even right now, I just got home and it's 1:40am, they were charismatic and chill at this hour. 10/10 customer service.
The service was really nice. The workers were real pleasant. The food was good and before we left, The is an older gentleman who is aThe is an older gentleman who to help pick him up and walk him to his car . We eat at this location all the time because of the hospitality, but that blew my mind when one of the workers stop to go help.
Jasmine knows how to build one heck of a sandwich. She's darn good at her job and does it without complaint, even with a complicated order. Great attitude and great customer service. I cannot emphasize enough how well she built my sandwich give her a raise also, this location allows you to see your sandwich being built and not all locations do.
Missing items. The staff was friendly but I’m missing items. Kind of weird. Missing olives cucumbers spinach and onions Split with my daughter my daughter came and told me mom. Where the other ingredients. Totally missed it 🤣
I just got a door dash order from this place and never again. My bread was rock hard on one side soggy in the other ordered a meal and got no chips . Disgusting food .
did an online order for pickup, paid $17 (THAT’S A WHOLE HOUR OF MY LIFE AT WORK), i got home and the sandwich inside was not mine and it seems a lot of other people in these reviews are also having problems with their online orders :(
Lol the dude worker just told us and another woman he's not serving us because he has to clean. He said we'll have to wait to get served. Craaaazy work.
If I could give a 0 star I would this location is unprofessional and unpredictable. Twice I have come and for some reason or an other I couldn’t be served. This time there was A sign that said the credit card machine wasn’t working. So I was like ok, luckily I have cash. Then when I informed her she said sorry but the cash register doesn’t work at all. So we had to leave. I would not come this location, it disappointing, especially late at night.
I'm not coming to this location again, I can just go to McDonald's across the street which is what I did. It was no later than 8:05pm today's date is Saturday Jan 10th when I got there. The young man asked if I had an online order. I told him I was having trouble with the app. I just downloaded it today after hearing about the promotions for a foot long. Well I was told that they were cleaning so they're only accepting online orders. At 8:05 on a Saturday night. I asked "aren't you 24 hours?" Looking at a sign in the window that says they're open 24 hours. His response "uhh not right now we're not." Noted. The McDonald's across the street is a little slow in my experience, though slow service is better than no service at all. Which is what you get if you come here. Don't waste your time going to another location, just go to McDonald's or KFC they're both going to service you at least.
This is the only subway I always have issues with. They never make my sandwich right since I do mobile order, I always check in my car and there’s always something missing, or some other thing added that I didn’t want. People who work there ALWAYS have attitude, & are rude.
I have been visiting this location for over 10 years now and never have I experienced or witnessed the customer service that I have been receiving lately. For the last couple of weeks I go in & the employee "Gavin " always very rude & unprofessional! The way he speaks to the customers is out of line. Always rushing & very catty attitude. I understand workers(Gavin) have bad days. But this worker has had too many! & it's making the customers feel uncomfortable. I really hope someone takes care of this situation (not the first time Gavin acts this way/demonstrates unprofessional behavior) because I enjoy going to this location & I want to be able to continue going & tipping the good workers. Gavin needs to seek help or be sent to some trainings to work on his attitude/ professionalism
I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances hoping it was an off day for its lack of service and quality. Today was another letdown. Ordered online with exact instructions on how to build my sandwich. They NEVER put anything extra as requested. Despite the receipt showing.(more) of something. The breads are extremely thin and sad here! Plus they NEVER have pickles?! It’s now a letdown and I won’t be visiting this location anymore, actually second guessing subway as a company. I’ll be going to nearby jimmy John’s or Jersey Mike’s I’d rather pay for quality at this point as subway is no lover a value anyway for a lousy sandwich. Service is also no existent at this location. If the sandwiches were top quality I wouldn’t care. Overall this location is a letdown to subway and the neighborhood.
I ordered a chopped salad and a pizza for the kids. Wasn’t asked if I wanted my proteins heated up or cold. Wasn’t asked if I wanted other proteins on the pizza either. The employee just placed them on a tray and tossed it in the oven. Very minimum efforts were made here. The 3 female employees were more concerned on the phone. Looks like I’ll be skipping the subway for a little. It’s all about quality folks. This has been my worst experience at a subway. It wasn’t even busy.
Subway did not want to toast my sub after it was made so here I am basically remaking my sandwich to toast. Called before it was even supposed to be ready, they said it was ready since I put it in 20 mins ago which means it’s just been sitting out, I set for it to be ready at a later time NOT ASAP. Kind of Upsetting.
One person covering the counter so it was a 45min wait for food. Another girl was getting off and trash was more important than the line of customers phone just kept ringing. When I suggested to Saddie perhaps the customers were more important she said with an attitude "I'm getting off!". Yeah but you are still on the clock! Terrible customer service!!! I've been in management for 30 years and any of my staff that didnt realize the customer pays your check can find another job! ...and this is what I get! Thanks Subway!
Horrible service! Slow, lazy, and inattentive girls working today. More worried about paying attention to each other rather than the customer and you would think they were rationing the food. My salad was barely filled to the midway point with the girl sifting the ingredients in the bowl with a bit of attitude. Sandwiches half filled and pressed down. I can understand that people have bad days but go to the back, gather your composure and come out to help customers, I mean I believe that is what your getting paid to do the last time I checked. I'm in customer service and this was a sad display of Subway values that I never receive at other locations.
