I love teaspoons so much that I make the 40min trip pretty often 😭. I definitely recommend! The crème brûlée coffee is sooooo scrumptious and house milk tea is super good too, I had to have it the moment I delivered my baby….. I LOVE YOU TEASPOONS ❤️ (my daughter loves the popping Boba)
I've had teaspoon only once before in the bay area and it was excellent. The visalia location is no different! I had the liquid gold which was iced oolong tea with lactose free cream. Their default cream is lactose free which is great. The location was clean inside and the cashier was friendly and notified me of their rewards program. A great experience overall. If you're in visalia you need to come here! Can't wait for their clovis location to open.
Went to check out this boba tea place near Marshall's and Mountain Mike's Pizza on Mooney Blvd. Went on a Sunday night at 730pm and I asked if they had their osmanthus milk tea as a syrup and they said no they brew it loose leaf fresh so that was a pleasant suprise. The boba was soft and tender not too chewy. You can adjust your sweetness level and choose your milk base. I like that I could get my milk tea hot as well so that'll be a nice treat in the winter. Nice place to sit and have a chat with friends. Drinks are a little more expensive than Starbucks but it's good quality products so I think it's worth it.
Current favorites!! The flamingo drink is so good, my favorite on a hot day. I really like that it's not too sweet! the passion fruit seeds are tasty, too (if u don't mind chewing them). The strawberry matcha is so good too! I've tasted it with both reg milk and oat milk, and oat milk is the best hands down. The taste of the drink sort of reminds me of the Kelloggs cereal, and I like how I can get bits of strawberry. The service is always wonderful too.
Such a wonderful and helpful staff! They suggest drinks based on your preference. The drinks taste amazing!!! Loved it here. They have pastries options as well.
The cashier has been nice and talkative. Went to the grand opening and loved the drink I got. I'm not one for sweet drinks, so lady bug is the right amount of sweet and refreshing, in my opinion. Not to mention, the passion fruit seeds are a cherry on top.
The drinks are so refreshing and a great value. They have many different options and a super friendly staff, especially the person that helped us, Alex. My hands down favorite drink so far is the Guava Sunset with added cranberry popping boba. Another fav is the Silky Strawberry.
The service was the best service I have ever gotten In a tea shop It kind of threw me off a bit. The drinks are amazing as well you should come here at least once
Their strawberry colada smoothie is delicious, it's a must try especially during this heat. If you've tried rare tea and the other places, this place will not disappoint you
10/10 had the Ube coffee drink. I can’t wait to try all the drinks. The staff is very nice and they are really professional and knowledgeable about the drinks I asked about.

10/10 would definitely recommend!! The atmosphere is relaxing, the lady that helped us was so sweet, and we got our drinks quickly. She gave samples to my kiddos as we waited and I greatly appreciate that. The drinks were great!!
Great little shop, as soon as you walk thru the door it smells so good… like sweet honey boba pearls, I love it! I love the milk tea boba & strawberry sangria. The size of the cups are a little small for the price but the drinks are really good and the staff is always friendly so that keeps me coming back.
I was greeted by Ariana and she was very helpful. This was my first time in the place and she recommended I download the app. She also made a very delicious Jasmine Tea drink and it was perfect: zero sweetener added. Thanks Adriana!

I was excited when this place opened and checked them out for their soft opening. We tried a bunch of different drinks and thought that they were mostly decent. A lot of their drinks use dairy free milk/cream by default which is a drawback for me. Their are also really really sweet and a little on the pricier side. I wouldn’t recommend their milk teas over anywhere else in Visalia. Their fruit teas are decent though. I’d probably give them a 3.5 but that’s not an option so I went to 4. It’s worth trying and they’ve got some interesting drinks but I think there are better options in Visalia (try RareTea). P.S. I think you may be able to ask for normal milk/cream in your drinks so I might have to go back and try that. Decent bubble tea shop but could be better.
Drinks can be a bit pricey, $10 box for a mago chamoy. I dont like the fact that they only have one size drink. The customer service is always great. The ladies are always friendly.

The girl with the fake lashes is rude and not helpful at all. I asked about a drink and she said “and what about it?” Maybe I caught her at a bad time but definitely needs to work on her customer service skills 🙊 my drink was super yum though

I am not the type to write reviews but this needs to be shared. I've gone to Teaspoon a rare occasions for promotions or deals. I enjoy going for there specialty drinks and had positive experiences Today at 7pm me and my friend had ordered the new double matcha. There was one barista working and she was nice, we even sign up to receive 3 dollars off our drinks and left a 20% tip. The drink was made perfectly and we both enjoyed our drinks and would recommend. However, couple minutes later I had almost swallowed a very small piece of hard plastic in my drink. Small enough that it passed through their regular straws, I thought it was ice but it did not have the same cold feeling of it. I have the picture to prove it. Luckily, I was only minutes away from the Visalia location to confront this issue. I had explain to the same barista what had happen, as any barista she had apologized gave me my half of my refund for my drink and made me a new one. I had handed her the plastic that was found in my drink, she identify that this plastic came from a blender that didn't have blades but plastic ones to mix a drink base on the brown coloration and piece. I had thought so because tea does stain plastic overtime but it doesn't explain the black spots that look like mold. She said that she will strain the drink out of the pitcher when making me a new one to prevent impurities such as this. I received the new drink and went on my way. While one the road I swallowed that same piece of plastic again! It was too late now and I was in complete dissatisfaction that it was in my second drink. When coming back I had strain my friends drink myself and found she too had plastic in her drink. This not only happened once but three times in one trip. I never had the most uncomfortable experience at any establishment. As someone that has worked in the food industry for many years this unacceptable and unsanitary. Objects that are use to make drinks should always be replaced every 6 months or when showing signs of wear and tear, also rinse properly with every use. I can't imagine this happening to anyone else which can lead to more serious issue that can have someone fully swallowing it and can disrupt the integrity of the business. I won't let prevent others from going to Teaspoon but, personally I will not continue going to this place ever again. All I ask from the staff at Teaspoon is to do better and asked to be contacted for a full refund.

In and out. Didnt even get to try it. Was told ten minute wait for Boba on a Sunday at 1230 and being the only people in the place is bad enough, but reading the responses from the owner to other people leaving critical reviews is another. Condescending, and rude enough that I’m not only never coming back again, ever, but going to tell everyone I know to never come here again also. Maybe change your attitude and perhaps be ready for business on a weekend? Literally, shame on you
God I wish I can rate it lower. How is the manager himself less professional than the baristas? Not in proper dress code, wearing a beer shirt and a baseball cap, cursing, giving free drinks to select people while paying customers are around. I watched as he left with his friends and did burnouts and sped well over the speed limit out of the parking lot…as a retail worker, it was truly disgusting to see how someone so unprofessional can be a higher up…not good at all for the business. Reply: …I can’t… I wasn’t trying to “hate”. I wanted to like the place but the way the management was acting I couldn’t. What’s the lie? That management isn’t wearing the same dress code as baristas? That’s true. That they’re giving out free drinks? I have seen it. That they’re cursing? I’ve heard it. The fact that they peeled out? I was also there! How can you sit there and tell me it’s not true? I don’t have any reason to lie about that? It doesn’t benefit me. I’m just trying to warn customers of how management is acting. I didn’t say it was tonight either. It wasn’t. I was sitting on it. I didn’t want to write a review but It irked me. So I came back to see if anything has changed but no it’s still acting the same. And now you’re saying I’m wrong instead of just pulling up your pants and saying you apologize and you’ll talk to them? Wow… Ughg. I would rate 0 if I could.
I came in and pick up my order of Black Sugar Asm Boba, I added 4x toppings of boba. I order all the time whether it’s in DoorDash, Grubhub or I order to pick up. They have always gave me an extra cup as I ordered too much boba (4x). But yesterday (1/6/26) around 5:57 pm when I picked up my order I was surprised as my cup looked like it’s a normal cup with normal boba toppings. But I paid for extra 4x boba toppings! I asked the guy who was there and he was the one acting like he is upset that I complained and said that whoever this person who gives me the right amount of what I paid for is doing it wrong when he’s the one trying to cheat me out. I have never ever experienced this audacity. Sure, it’s just boba that I paid for 4x added toppings but a kid trying to cheat you on it and giving my order as if I didn’t pay $4 more? That’s messed up! I wonder what else he has done to people’s orders? Made you think! TEASPOON, I love your drinks, having one dodo arrogant worker is not worth having around. Get that dude out of the there! He sucks and stinks!
