I tried to call the restaurant to complain directly, but their system refused to let me speak to a person. So, here I am. I paid for 2 bowls, drove 35 minutes home to find one bowl in the bag. There were 2 girls checking me out. How the second described my order to charge me but never put it in the bag, I'll never understand. I have no way of rectifying this without driving another hour. Do better Chipotle.

Always dirty!! Tables always dirty I don’t think they even get wiped down until the end of the day! Utensil area a mess and practically empty It’s seems to be becoming a standard at this location! Trash always full or practically running over They have plenty of staff I observed and they just stand in kitchen and register area without any concern about how the place looks. Where is the manager here ?

The workers were chintzy with servings. I ordered double meat and asked for a little more after I felt the serving was smaller than normal. A couple workers imparted the serving was appropriate so I just let it slide. When I was at the register I asked for a large drink for iced tea. When I went to fill my drink I discovered the ice machine wasn’t working. I went back to the register to let them know there was no ice. They said “yeah it’s broke.” I said “well I don’t want an iced tea if you don’t have ice.” They hassled me over the refund and clearly didn’t want to accommodate me. These people have terrible customer service and they are passive aggressive and apathetic.

I walked in. Line is so long, only two workers working. They are both going at the pace of turtles. They clearly aren’t happy and give off negative energy. The sitting area is trashed, every table has food or trash on it. Chairs are all over the place. Someone cut in line right before I was going to order while I waited 30 minutes to order. The quantity was the worst and my burrito was terribly wrapped. Fell apart the second I picked it up.

I come here on my lunch break because the people on the line are great and Bre at checkout is always so sweet and polite, but the vibes were just terrible today. The manager Sandra, was being so mean and snobby to the staff. It’s honestly uncomfortable to stand in line and watch a manager talk down to the workers like they’re beneath her. She was unnecessarily rude, which was just awkward for everyone. It’s 2026—there’s no reason to be a "mean girl" to your employees, especially in front of customers and when you're their senior. The workers here do a good job, but you can tell they’re stressed out. I’d rather go somewhere else where the staff gets treated with respect.

Normally I don't have any issues, but... I was just in. 1. The front trash can (inside) was close to overflowing, 2. I asked for extra rice. I barely got any rice, and 3. There was a lady changing her baby's diaper on one of your tables! 🤢 She had a changing mat or something down so baby's back/behind wasn't directly on the table but that is Super unsanitary!

Went in to get my order and they said it was picked up. So apparently someone stole my pick up order and then I just sat there and they were gonna just let me keep sitting there, without telling me anything. Then I went to verify and she just said someone picked it up, and just tried to walk away. And then I tried to talk to her again saying I didn't pick it up, and she walked in the back, not verifying that she was going to remake it. Then reappeared and basically just handed me a bag with a really bad attitude. Then speaking to a girl who is waiting for a DoorDash order, she said it happens all the time at this location and people just steal them. So I don't understand why they wouldn't verify orders before they just handover ones to people. But between the "cleanliness" of the store and the customer service, I think this will be my last trip to chipotle.

These guys didnt even put our quesadilla in the box. Just beans and rice. And on top of that we ordered a full size and they gave us a kids meal size.

the worst chipotle ive ever been to, i always have a problem. the food is never fresh, the workers are always incompetent, they can never fulfill any of my needs. a disgrace to the chipotle name. the baylor one never disappoints, i’ll never be back to the valley mills location. one worker was actually stupid and can’t listen, the rest are nice and try to make up for her but it’s not enough. online ordering here is always the worst too.

Chipotle is blessed to continue to have customers during so much economic uncertainty. When someone chose to spend their money with you at the very least if you're not going to serve hot food at least let it be good and don't skimp on portions. Why would you only give 2 tablespoons of beans and corn. Smh this establishment have a 3.8 rating and it shows.

This Chipotle was nasty. It was very dirty. The tables were not cleaned off at all. They were out of rice and had to scrape the last slimy bits from the container. It had a strange and off tasting flavor. The employees were paying no attention to us. They were busy talking to each other and were totally distracted. Not a pleasant experience at all!

My boss bought us lunch and we were excited that she picked Chipotle. Unfortunately, it became a huge disappointment. She brought a list of our orders, just 4 items and drinks. As she placed/read each order to a female server, she was frustrated with big sighs and rolling her eyes, according to my boss. My boss ordered extra lettuce for me as I requested. It didn’t have any. So as my boss’s. She told her that I wanted sour cream on side. I had to share a cup of sour cream with another coworker, who ordered it on side as well. She said when she came to meat station, she was treated with respect by a male employee, according to her. My boss and I have a couple of food allergies and we couldn’t add a lot like the other 2 orders. Our lunch became more like an Asian bowl, rice with protein (meat/cheese/beans) instead of a Mexican bowl without lettuce. We will never return to this place.

Ate there today the food rice and beans were not cooked fully they both were very hard the veggies were over cooked. Tried to call about my order they would not answer the phone. Will not be returning

Dining area was so dirty. No clean tables. Customer service was horrible. Put more grease than Meat in bowl. No consistency in portions. Never going back. Nothing great at this location UPDATE: Months later we decided to try it again. Had to ask to get a table cleaned. Worker got herself a drink but left fountain area sticky and messy. Store empty and every table is dirty with workers just chatting with one another.

I've eaten with chipotle a few times but because my job buys us food from here. Well today, I found a spider crawling in my bowl. I will never eat here again regardless if my bowl was made in the back and not the front.
