Stop by every now and than in the mornings heading to work to pick up my peanut butter & bannna shake and im already recognized when pulling up in the parking lot. Young Guy that opens in the mornings already has it in hand with a great smile 👍

Shay is so sweet, helpful and all around a fun person. She had a great convo with me, helped me with my order and was so patient with me.

Such great people, don't be rude, they have a job to do and do not need any of your back sass when ordering something. Be kind. I'll be back next week! 🤗🥤

Fast and friendly service. Best place to get real fruit smoothies in Waco. Favorite is the peanut butter mood with vitamin or immunity boost.

Fast service, able to find somewhat nutritious smoothies, and able to have whey or vegan protein added (1/3 of daily protein.) Also, you quickly earn discounts or free smoothies!

The Açaí Primo is THE BEST açaí bowl I’ve ever had. It tastes extremely fresh and you get a huge portion. Absolutely worth the price. The employees were SO nice and friendly. COVID precautions were great and I will definitely be back more frequently.

I'm pregnant and always in need of a different craving. Yes, my smoothie was $10 but it was fully customizable and delicious! Can't complain.

I love the fact they have so many more options. I was able to purchase a pretty healthy smoothie and breakfast items for my kids. The cashier and other employee were very polite and very respectful. I most definitely be stopping by more often.

I’m growing my hair out to donate it and it’s very long. With the face mask mandate, I am mistaken for a girl everywhere I go. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been called “ma’am” and how awkward it is. However, the girl working tonight at this Jamba location handed me my waffle and said, “here you go, beautiful”. It touched my soul. Under my face mask I had the widest smile as I walked out. I don’t even eat/drink at Jamba that often, but I’ll definitely be coming back because of her. They make really good smoothies. They have all kinds of healthy options, but I stay kind of basic with my selections.

I've always said Jamba Juice is my go to place but this time, I'll have to disagree. I always order the aloha pineapple drink, but this time, they failed to add strawberries to it. Didnt fuss as I was in a rush but I would assume the lady making my order must have been new. Been coming to jamba juice for 3 plus years and this is the first time I give them a bad review. Not all are bad just wish my order would have been satisfying.

I didn't get a warm welcome once I entered. The young kid seemed over the day already. Then he threw the change in my hand. No respect at all or even friendliness.

refused to give me service just because i didn’t have a mask with me. they didn’t want to provide me a mask and they still refused to give me service. don’t advise going there if u want a smoothie. bahama bucks has better smoothies anyways.

The drink was great but the girl taking my order made me feel like sh didnt want to take my order an it was painful I hate that. If you hate your job that bad get another one I'm coming to feel good not depressed

If I could leave less than one star I would. I got an orange smoothie and found a WHOLE FINGERNAIL in my drink. I had to spit it out and throw out the whole drink, and my friend threw away hers too. Unless you want your smoothie with NAILS in it, do not go to this Jamba Juice.

A tall young man with a big fur on his head gave me a green banana instead of a yellow one.And I feel that those who work in a restaurant where they serve food should wear head protection because the hair falls into the food.I'm putting up a photo so you can tell the difference between a ripe yellow banana that they should give the customer and a green banana that they shouldn't give him because it's eaten fried in Manteca.😡

RUDE ASSISTANT MGR! My husband was sending a package at the UPS store across from JJ. We saw JJ & planned to buy a couple drinks. I walked to JJ, used restroom, came out & my husband hadn't arrived yet. I opened side door and stuck my head out to see if my husband was on the way. A rude voice yells, "For the future our restroom is for customers only!" I responded back, "Actually, I was going to buy something. I was waiting for my husband." She says, "Oh, I thought you were leaving." I asked for a mgr and she says she's the assistant mgr. We ended up not ordering anything because of her attitude. If I wasn't planning to buy anything, I would've asked if I could BORROW their restroom first... or I would have bought something... even if it was a small item. There wasn't even a sign posted. She could have handled it better...Be professional!

Every time i’ve been to this Jamba, it is packed with people and that is not the problem. The problem is the lack of employees to maintain all the orders efficiently. Managers should do better to not work their employees to the bone for pennies and nickels.

Came in tonight and ordered around 600. Younger kid took my order, already had an attitude, started it, and then walked to the back. I went outside and got the lady who was sweeping to help me since this kid basically disappeared. She apologized, and as she was finishing my order, this kid came from the back with a bag of food in his hands. The lady says, "You just left her." No apologizing or any remorse, just said "Oh well, my mama ordered some food so I made that." Then took it outside to his mom. Kid was rude from the start when he took my order. The lady was nice enough, but the whole thing was completely unacceptable. For a $8 large drink, at the very least, teach your staff not to forget customers simply because their mama showed up.
