Not the best looking place. I am glad I got my food to go. But food was jot and fresh even after my 20 minute drive home. Employees very friendly
Every time I go the food and customer service is always great. It does not matter if I go through the drive-thru, walk in, or order online. My food is always fresh, hot and classically flavored. And when I am able to interact with cashiers/drive-thru staff l'm always greeted and the transaction always go smooth.
Got fish with fries, fish was hot and delicious, there new waffle frys were yummy. Lady at drive thru.window was super sweet. No issues.
Great service! Monica, I believe her name was, was immensely helpful in making sure my wife got everything she needed. The food was fast, hot, and tasty. We haven't visited this one before but we will certainly make this our first choice if we decide we want Long John Silver's in the future. Thank you so much!
Food is good except for one time, when I ordered a #10 ( 2pc fish, 6 shrimp, 2 hush puppies and 2 sides ). My wife and I order the same thing and we go through the drive thru all most all the time. When we got home 48 miles later and got out our dinners, my wife's dinner had no shrimp. WOW, that's almost half the meal. We do check it before we leave now. lol Service is great, the person at the drive thru is always personable and fun 😁. Enjoy 😉
It was great, but was not able to get any grill items due to the machine. That made sense as the building looks like it could use a make-over. However, the workers were great and engaging. The food was GREAT, everything was fried the right way and the coleslaw was peak.
This business is usually hit and miss. My friend and I usually want fish every couple of months and quickly head to Long John Silvers forgetting we said we wouldn’t return because of a previous experience. Yesterday 7/26/25 we head there for a quick meal before doing our weekly shopping. Customer service: Very sad that some of our youth doesn’t know the meaning of words like friendly and courteous as this young man leaned on the counter,as he took my order, with the look of annoyance perhaps because I didn’t use the new kiosk that had been installed before getting to him. It was for card transactions, I was using cash. Drinks: I had to ask for the cup for my drink which was not a problem to remind him however there were no lids available for the medium cups. Table: There were 4 booth and 2 tables available but they were ALL dirty! We found the cleaner one and my friend got napkins to wipe the table and seats down. Food: My fish was hot but fries were old, dried out and cold. My friend’s chicken was cold with her fries in the same state as mine. I have her my hush puppies and that’s only hot item on her plate. We leave, once again, vowing we’ll never return as my stomach gets those familiar cramps that we have both experienced quite a few times before after eating here. We’re praying it will not go past a few stomach cramps into something more serious like has happened in the past. Old ladies tend to forget and/or forgive but I think we really learned our lesson this time!
The only thing that makes this place worth driving through is definitely not the prices definitely not the quantity and definitely not the quality but the girl that was doing the cash register she had the best personality just great personality very professional and very sweet
There was flies everywhere.landing In the ketchup & tartar sauce, it was gross. They should be shamer of there Self. It was very nasty and Dirty . The floors look like no one never moped them. The tables was sticky and dirty. Don't think I'll be going back
I don’t know why y’all are always so stingy with tartar sauce. On more than one occasion, actually several times, I either get one tartar sauce or no tartar sauce. The lady in the drive-through Is always so unfriendly and I think when I ask for extra tartar sauce, on purpose, she gives me none. It happens way too often for it not to be a thing. Today I asked for extra tartar sauce and some vinegar, I got none. I checked the bag after I left and had to turn around and drive back and I go inside and see the self service so I just get it myself. Ridiculous.
The food is fine, the people working are arrogant. I understand having fun and wanting to be with your friends at work but completely acting foolish and having your customers wait an hour is ridiculous. That’s coming from a teen who works herself.
At 7:10, February 3, 2026 the rudeness and the ghettoness of this establishment. This store needs to be closed down. You’re running peoples credit cards and you’re not giving receipts saying you don’t have the paper. How do we know what you charged us for until our phone clicks and let us know which we could’ve been overcharged You’re cussing in the window slamming the window because your register isn’t working. That is not our fault you’re rude. You’re loud everyone in the place is loud like there’s a party going on the whole team and if the management let’s this go on even the management needs to be retrained or either let go This was the WORST and I do mean the WORST restaurant I’ve ever been to through the drive-through clean it up or shut it down if you don’t wanna come to work, call in PERIOD.
We just left Long John Silvers without service. I have a service animal. They first told me the dog could not come in and then they ask if he was service animal. I told them yes he was and he was wearing his service animal vest. I was then told he could only enter if he was in a kennel. I told them thank you we would leave. Apparently the employees don’t know how the laws apply. Another customer lost. I will not return
Years ago I loved LJS. Now the food was terrible and cold. The hush puppies were raw on one side. There were 3 people in the restaurant and I had to ask to get waited on and he acted like we were putting him out. There was no ice, and the restaurant was not clean at all. Overall absolutely not worth the $40 for three people. I know it's being pickey, but there was a broom laying in the floor and everyone was just stepping over it and not picking it up. NEVER AGAIN!
Placed an online order at 12:50pm to be picked up at 4:40. When I get there (4:38pm) I get to the intercom and let them know I’m here to pick up my order. When I get to the window they asked me my name a few times and then ask when did I place my order. They find my ticket and then I have to wait because my order wasn’t ready. What’s the point of online ordering if the order won’t be ready at the requested time, especially when it’s placed 4 hours ahead of time. I got my food at 5:00 and no have a good day, no apology for the wait or anything.
I pulled into this location at 9:30 pm and staff was outside two gorls and a guy and they were smoking and i asked if they were still open and they laughed and said no i proceeded to say it shows you close at 10pm and the one lady dark skin stated i said we are closed bye whjch was ride i was stopping before work so i can have a decent lunch for my overnight shift and i was furious!!!! WILL NEVER RETURN EVER!!!
Pros. The food is hot. Cons. $43 for a 8pc. And a drink. They changed the iconic fries 🍟 to plain Walffle Fries. Service wasn't good. They didn't talk to us in a welcoming manner. Just Didn't care. Was pretty much like... Here. Get your food. The corn wasn't fresh. You could taste it was old. High prices for low amount of food.
So sad I come here often because I like the food but the drive through person was soooo rude! Do not work at a restaurant if you are going to have a attitude
My experience at LJS was very disappointing due to extremely poor customer service. (Claudia W)The employee working the window was rude and unprofessional from the start. When I asked about the $6 special, she paused for what felt like a full minute before answering. When I placed my order and clearly said rice, she repeated fries back to me. I corrected her, yet when I received my food, I still got fries. At the window, I handed her my money, and she gave me my change while looking directly at me with a negative attitude. She then slammed the window shut right after, which felt unnecessary and disrespectful. When I honked to let her know my order was wrong and asked for rice instead, she once again slammed the window after taking the food back. By this point, I was beyond frustrated. I even told her that if she was going to keep the attitude, she could just refund my money. Anyone who knows me knows it takes a lot to push me out of character, but this experience truly ran my patience out. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the restaurant. This isn't her first time having an attitude I've gone on serval times. Y'all just lost a customer.
So I walked in today at this location and placed my order and when I got my order I had asked for a side of crumbs and the amount they game me was sad also my chicken was cold. I will not be coming back to this location. And when I asked for more crumbs the manager gave an attitude also waited 20 minutes for my food. Very bad service
When I called to make a complaint the manager hung up on because I was expressing how I felt. Every time I go there they give out old food. Need new management...just a disgrace. I asked for our cole slaw and they gave me old fries. Then want me to drive back across town so they could remake it...are they giving gas too. Gas to high fir all that. ACHECK YOUR FOID BEFORE YOU LEAVE
3 recent visits. on 2 of them the doors were locked over 30 minutes after opening hour. the other visit (again 30 minutes after opening) they had to fill the drink machine with ice and turn it on so we and the other 4 people waiting could get a drink. the counter person had to go to the drive through to get my change because apparently there's no register at the counter? Like the food, but guess I'm done with these unmanaged stores.
