It is fancy fast food. Better quality than Wendy’s or Chick-fil-a but not so much better that the prices much higher. Service was great, you can tell they hire friendly faces, since they are a family restaurant. It is definitely designed to a place for parents to hang out and have a drink while their kids have a safe place to play. Hard plastic style playground that was very well mainted, and clean. On a super cushy astro turf pad. Heaters on the outdoor porch and roll up plastic walls to keep out light weather. Great year round half in half outdoor playground. Shakes are great, the large is LARGE, and the grasshopper is way too green. The spicy sauce by the fountain and the one on the southwest burger are not spicey but they are good. The other sauces were too sweet for my taste. Pickles are thick and the fired pickles aha e the perfect amount of batter. Fries have a mild cajun apice that is great and they still taste good even after they cool. Tota were good. Kids meal hot dog & chicken nuggets were really good though the fruit cup is Mandarin oranges in syrup not fresh fruit. Try the salads and the sweet potato fries next.

Was a very tasty burger! Definitely grilled, good buns, and very nice staff. It's not really that expensive when you consider it is a 1/2 lb burger. About $20 for 2 burgers and a small fry. It's a pretty big step ahead of Whataburger! If you haven't tried it yet you really should!

Visited here a couple weeks ago and it’s solid. Atmosphere was nice and it was clean. It wasn’t crowded and they do offer outdoor seating with a kids play area. I ordered the tater tots and they were quite delicious and they offer several different dipping sauces. I personally enjoyed just the ketchup. The burger was nice and juicy with bacon no lettuce but they have several on the menu. If you are in the area and you just want a burger stop in and grab one!!

Very friendly service. I love that they have adult combos, you can have a beer with your meal. I also love that you can have your burger on a bun or in lettuce wrap or just in a bowl. Burger was fresh and hot,seasoned well. I was not happy with the chopped salad.

Loved the place and my kids had fun playing. Great atmosphere, good food, and amazing customer service. Kids meal was $5,99 and my meal was $10. The have a sitting/dinner area outside where you can sit, eat while watching your kids play in the play area. We definitely loved it, and will will back for sure. Very kid friendly and that was a cherry ontop for me, highly recommend this place.

Get rid of the stray cats! Everything was fine except I ordered a milkshake & the machine wasn't even on so before we left, like 20 minutes later, I still didn't have my drink so I went in & I got something else. They could have told me the machine wasn't on & how long it'd be but they didn't & most importantly y'all need to trap & get rid of those feral cats out there! That's a lawsuit waiting to happen if one scratches a kid plus the cats were walking on the tables begging for food. I like cats but not strays in my eating area! You know cats use thier paws to cover their feces right?? The heats outside were very nice though since it was chilly outside. Just do something about the cats.

Love the service!! But the food was just kind of okay. For the price, it could have definitely been better! But we have no complaints. Just not our cup of tea. The place was attractive and fairly new to our area. It was very clean on outside. We only saw drive thru.

Burger and tots were soggy and not hot. Service was sufficient at best. It was gross to see people preparing the food scratch their face or ear or hair then handle the food while we waited 18 min to get our food. The guy taking orders wore the same pair of clear gloves to handle cash, touch the order screen, mess with his hair then go make milkshakes. This place used to be good a few years ago, but we won’t be back.

I am very disappointed in this location! I’m from Houston and we were passing through to get food on our way back home. Normally I LOVE Hat Creek especially since I have a severe gluten allergy BUT somehow my mom’s order was not saved on the screen with mine and my dad’s but accidents happen and technology tends to glitch SO we went back up to the cashier and re-ordered my mom’s food ONLY to wait OVER 22 minutes AND THEY GAVE HER FOOD TO A DIFFERENT TABLE. Now they have to REMAKE it so my mom can eat before we finish the last 3 in a half ours of our trip home. The food was also a bit over cooked and hard which is why I didn’t give 5 starts for the food. I sadly won’t go back to this location when I go to visit family.

The only reason I want to do two stars is because of my experience today you guys are always a five-star for me but today not so much and my two girls came in and ordered around 434 two shakes loaded with fries, a large soft drink, and fried pickles. We got our treats, probably around 5 there was a big family in front of us, so I knew it was gonna be a minute. So I gave you guys the benefit of that about 515. I went inside and asked if we were going to get our food soon, and they said they were making it now I waited about 10 minutes and went back inside and asked if our food was ready yet. The guy looked at me and asked me questions and it looks like they bumped my order on accident. I’m not sure but I did not get my fries and pickles until 533 I questioned myself if I should go back or not, but I was already in a really bad mood and didn’t want to get upset at anyone.

The food is way over priced for what you get. Fries are very small serving with a ton of seasoning. You can tell they are frozen pre-seasoned fries. The cost of a combo meal is around $14-$15. You could do better at most fast food restaurants. The salad is small and runs $13.

When I went to the drive-through, I ordered a grilled cheese and it was the most bland disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted in my entire life . They for real put down 2 hamburger buns and a slice of cheese and called it a day. I am very disappointed in this and I Will not be returning soon. The meal was overpriced and I’m not going to eat any of this. Do better.
