Nice little spot with a nice selection of beer. I was lucky enough to happen upon this place on a pint night. Plenty of seating, indoors and outside. It's called a pub but there was no food service on site. So make sure you go thirsty and well fed. There are pizza places down the road and a place next door. May have to ask if I can grab a bite and bring it in next time. Overall, a really cool place to hang out and try some really unique beers.

Very relaxed place! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I get in here every chance I get. The owner is way cool and Kevin (the dog) is the best part of our trip! Stop by when you have a chance and try the wings and poutine! #DuckFatFries are amazing!

Really enjoy going here because they are DOG FRIENDLY (Hi Kevin). Consistent with rotating beers. Thursdays they feature a brewery and may give out items (glasses, stickers, etc.). Decent patio with hugh tables. Everyone has always been welcoming from the bartenders to the patrons.

My husband and I celebrated our Valentine's Day by going out for drinks after dinner. We came across Dancing Bear Pub and absolutely loved it. We got to meet Kevin and enjoyed chatting with the staff at the bar. They were well-versed in their knowledge of each drink. We didn't feel rushed. It was laid back, fun, and relaxing. I love that it's dog-friendly and we even got to listen in on the safety meeting. We loved it!

The staff and friends of staff were all great fun! We definitely made some new friends here. The beer was fantastic and they have quite the selection of nice wines—they even have a wine club! Some nights they have food trucks to feed the masses, but we missed those on a Sun night. Lots of fun. We’ll be back.

I frequented this place during my time at Baylor and this was by far my favorite watering hole in Waco. Great rotation and beautiful old wood atmosphere. Thursday pint glass giveaways were always a must, all of my glasses came from Thursdays at Dancing bear. Additionally, they are dog friendly which is awesome. However, just as I thought this place could not get any better, they started selling food a year or so after I graduated and the duck fat fries are the best fries I have ever had in my life!!!! Blown away!!

We went with full tummies just to have a few beers. We wish we would have gone hungry ! They have their very own food truck! Choose from a great menu items like poutine or fish tenders, depending on season. Gaze upon the nanny tap handles proudly displayed on the walls while you chat with the friendly locals, bartenders and the owner. What a great bar 👍

Very much a pub type atmosphere! Bartender is always very friendly and it is a clean establishment. Very nice to have a wide selection of regional craft beers on tap. If you are looking for a place just to chill in a dark, pub like place… This is it! I’ve been there several times and probably will be back several times again.

Want a good microbrew/craft beer? This is a solid choice. Want a beer and food? I would skip over this place. Great beer selection and the prices are fair. I do like that they offer a 10oz. option for a cheaper, decent sample beer. I was under the impression that this establishment was good for dinner, but it's not. The food is just bar food. Good for snacking, not for dinner. No crap on tap

The only negative thing about this place is the food truck is not that good. They used to have a food truck with tacos and tacos with beer paired up perfect. A very chill atmosphere. Prefect for getting a beer and sitting down for a relaxing night. The bartender was also really friendly and gave great suggestions and allowed me to taste test the beers before I ordered. Would recommend!
