I went there for dinner with a couple of kids with autism who I work with and the cashier was very nice and gave good service and the food was good too. Nice visit, the kids really enjoyed it.

I enjoyed a Dave's Double Cheeseburger – delicious burgers with much thicker meat patties compared to the Big Mac. Also, the Senior Coffee is priced at 50 cents.

I am big Wendy's fan. Love there special's. Food always tastes good. Service is quick. They have a menu with a lot to choose from. A good to place for a quick yummy meal.

We did take out and everything was great. The Commack store is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The order was exactly right.

One of my favorite Wendy's always hot food and never a problem with staff, cleanliness, or overall experience. It's a older Wendy's but run very well.

The restaurant has consistently served good food. The workers are excellent but the interior needs an "update" as the place looks shabby.

The drive thru was fast like always but my fries were not hot like the commercial. Its hit or miss onbthe fries but love the nuggets. And always check ur order before you drive away just in case. Enjoy

Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Commack and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Drive through available for easy ordering. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Weekly food and drink specials. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

Some of the workers are pretty rude, and most of the time the crispy chicken sandwich is hard, and coffee drinks are super strong ☕️ like they have no care but they kinda fast lol

Your typical Wendy's nothing special about this place however the staff has changed recently and they had been making a lot more mistakes than they used to make. I'm sure they'll get the hang of things and time but until then make sure you check your bag before you leave just a little advice.

Never frozen beef is awesome and thicker than McDonald's. The 4 for $4 is the best deal at a fastfood place Imo. I'm sure you have eaten at a wendys before but if you haven't give it a try.

The store was clean, staff was nice, food was good but NO Freakn toilet paper and a busted toilet stall lock... come on!!! Really??.

Not a good experience. The cashier try helping more people at once . He got caught up in trying to get the doordash orders out. Forgot about me at the checkout. He gave me food and then said my total. Bad customer service. Clean restrooms.

I normally go there to order my chicken nuggets and I got 2 party packs and I asked for sauces they gave me 6 honey mustard and 3 barbecue and on the receipt it says 12 honey mustard and 14 barbecue I do not have enough sauces for the amount of chicken nuggets I got

Waited on line for 10 minutes. No one ever came to the counter to take my order. They seemed preoccupied with drive through and uninterested in taking walknin orders. Walked next door to taco bell.

Ordered a baconator and some nuggets and fries from yesterday through grubhub. They must not wash their hands or clean the place very well because I spent all night feeling sick. This morning I wake up and currently am sitting in bed from a 100 degree fever which I would put money on is from food poisoning from them. I work from home and don't go anywhere but I can definitely be sure I won't order from this place ever again.

As soon as I walked in with my job staff immediately said “oh god there all coming in” mind you I work in a group home w residents w disabilities. cashier was extremely rude made us feel extremely uncomfortable, staff was disrespectful, manager was no help at all. So today i was going to sunkem meadow park and decide to stop at wendys for my entire family of 5. Y paid than i check my order ro see if they gave me ketchup for which I previously ask . Than i sae no ketchup no napkings I ask the guy give me some ketchup and he just gave me 2 pcs of ketchup for my entire family of 5 and no napkings i had to use my t shirt to clean my mouth and hands literaly no joke

After i got back to work i see i got 2 Patty's with cheese. No lettuce,bacon, tomato or sauce. Its amazing 3 people standing at the drive thru window and they still cant get your order right. No customer inside or out and they still mess up a simple order. Always cold or wrong.

It's very sad to get home and have to tell your kids that their food was not included and they will have to eat what would have been my dinner.
