The cashier at the drive-thru actually was wearing gloves, a mask, delivered food on a tray for me to pick up and stuck credit card reader out the window for me to insert the card myself. I felt this particular Taco Bell takes covid precautions seriously and are following the advised guidelines for safety. I felt comfortable getting food from there. Also, the tacos I ordered were filled nearly to the top and the shells were fresh. Most other Taco Bells I may visit, the taco is barely half filled and the shells are stale.

Enjoyed our early dinner there. The best Taco Bell that we have gone to. The tacos were full of lots of toppings and meat. Order was quick. Dining area was clean and employees were really nice.

8/13/12 I came for lunch 8/9/12 and was going to just go through the drive-thru then head back to work and eat at my desk, but when i arrived I noticed the drive-thru was empty and the parking lot was full. Seriously, I got the last spot! This intrigued me so I decided to dine-in. I went in and ordered my crunchy tacos and found one of the few tables that wasn't taken. Very quickly my order was ready and it was served on a clean tray which I took back to my table. I noted the clean floors and counters and table tops. The employees were fast, friendly, and obviously very busy. I enjoyed my lunch inside and watched groups and other singles dine around me. It was much better than sitting back at my work desk to eat. Plus, the tacos were awesome. Even distribution of lettuce and cheese. Consistent quality across the board! Hmmm, writing this review really makes me crave Taco Bell. 4/18/12 (4 stars) I was very curious about the Dorito Loco taco supreme ($1.79). I ordered that and a soft taco chicken fresco ($1.79) and two regular crunchy tacos ($1.09). Okay so the Dorito Loco is nothing to write home about. What TB needs is a spicy taco. A shell with flavor. They tried the volcano shell for a bit. No bueno. Always had a stale taste. Maybe make the inside of the taco spicy?? And have a spicy, very-spicy, and we-warned-you trio of hotness. I love getting my tacos fresco sometimes, which is just what they call their healthier option. I think a little less meat, no cheese, and tomato. I wish all their tacos came with tomatoes but only if you order supreme, and then they have sour cream too. I always forget to ask for extra lettuce. The regular beef tacos are an okay deal for a fast taco for a dollar. I like them with light meat and extra lettuce and cheese. Obviously, that's prob not for everyone. But they really do put a lot of meat in. Now if only they would make a veggie option!! Extra spicy, of course! Service here is generally fast and the employees are really nice. I normally go inside but hit an empty drive-thru and full parking lot at lunch today. Lucky me ~ 5 min and $6.24 later... I was back at work in no time!!

Drive through lines are always long, I wish there was more restaurants in Northern California, I'm originally from Southern California and just has more restaurants choices, more franchises and different cultures. This place is worth the wait, friendly service, food is always hot, fresh and fast!

Taco Bell is the only fast food chain where you can substitute black beans for meat and make anything vegetarian. It's also the only place my wife doesn't judge me when I come home with 40 dollars worth of food.

With the serious dearth of fast food in Walnut Creek, I'm so thankful for Taco Bell being so close to my place. Pretty quick service, as there's never more than one car in the drive thru.

This Taco Bell is usually always busy both dine in and drive thru when I’ve come during lunch time. The tables are always clean. I really like that they have an outside seating area - it’s nice sitting outside when the weather is sunny. Overall, clean location and fast service.

OK, let's be real, here: if you're pulling into Taco Bell, you pretty much know what you expect, already. This location delivers consistently in the food department, and a bit more nicely than many for those choosing to dine-in. This location is a bit more nicely appointed, parking is around behind, off the street -- it's got a bit more of a relaxing feel. Enjoy your Burrito Supreme! I should note: the drive-thru will NOT accommodate your "duallie" pick-up truck. DO NOT try it. You'll be JUST OK squeezing through in a full-sized 15-passenger van, but don't expect to make it with anything the least bit larger; Amazon Prime delivery vans, for instance. Folks in larger vehicles had best park, and walk in to order.

Love this Taco Bell, they've never messed up my order and they know how to make the Quesalupa right, other locations I've gone to either undercook it or burn the cheese. The drive thru line can be long at times but it moves pretty fast.

I go here at least once a week. They always get my order right, which isn't always the case for TB. I wish the drive thru working didn't have to ask "how are you?" because I always have to say "fine how are you?" which feels annoying and a waste of time for them! But I also don't just want to ignore the question. The struggle is real.

Everything was great, just a PSA the drive through is for compact cars. I was able to squeeze in my Yukon XL with a little bump at the entrance but it is tight.

As a vegetarian, Taco Bell has always been my go to and they just keep improving their vegetarian selections. this location doesn’t have the sugar free Baja blast options which is kind of a bummer but it’s ok, everything else they did perfectly even though I feel like my order can be complicated converting over to be vegetarian 😝

I am never one to write reviews and I waited to write this one until I went a few times. This is BY FAR the best Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to (50+). The people are always nice, my order is always accurate, and they actually FILL the tacos!!!! Like to the top!! I can tell they take a lot more pride in their work than most other Taco Bell franchise employees. I just wanted to express how happy it makes me to come here and get a warm full taco :) you guys all deserve praise and every other location should strive to be like you!

Often get delivery on DoorDash from this Taco Bell. It always comes super quick and fresh. I feel they do take a level of care when packaging up my order. My order is also ALWAYS accurate. (Thank You!) Not going to go wrong with anything on the menu. It’s Taco Bell!! This location is open late too. So, if you need that late night crave. They’ve got you covered. Not a ton of late night options in the area. So, really appreciate this. Shout to the TB Team for all that you do! You’re my Taco Hero’s !!

This restaurant is easily accessible from the street and freeway. It is very clean and upscale comparatively. I just had to try the Nacho Fries because I keep hearing they are Bomb. And they are. You can order them plain with the chesse dip on the side. Or you can try them like I did, smothered with cheese, taco meat and sour cream. Oh boy. I want them now just talking about them. I highly suggest this franchise but reserve 5 🌟 s for being blown away.

I do not know his name, but you have an under-appreciated male staff member who works the front counter. In my time there he did the following: 1. Received correction from his supervisor in front of customers, because he answered the phone while collecting orders (see 4) 2. Translated a disagreement between a co-worker and a customer. 3. Took the wrath of a different customer for a mistake made by the drive thru. 4. Professionally and swiftly took 5 orders in person and answered the phone twice. When it was finally my turn, I purposely was slow so he could have a break. I told him that was what I was doing, and that he appreciated it because he hadn't had his break yet. I wish I remembered his name, cause he really deserved a shout out for that day. Oh, yeah. Food was good too...

Clean. Convenient location just off the freeway. Courteous employees. But the drive through is super tight & the menu board there is set back behind the intercom where you place your order making it difficult to read if you need to see the selections. Also, they're kind of slow.

I regret eating here the other night, however it's not because of the service or the food. Both were great, I especially liked the addition of black beans as a vegetarian option among meats. One can only hope their beans aren't GMO, but come on, it's T-bell, so who am I kidding. Any way, I feasted and my taco bell craving is now satisfied for at least all of 2022.

It's not bad as Taco Bells go these days. The Taco Bell corporation (PepsiCo) inexplicably shaved a lot of popular items off the menu this last year. This particular Taco Bell is clean and well-kept. The drive thru is pretty fast and I've never had a problem with the order. I guess they put cantina tacos back on the menu, so that's worth a visit. A couple cantina tacos and chips with guacamole is pretty nice.

I used the kiosk. Then I had to go to the counter to pay with cash. Then the cashier said why don't you use the kiosk and I said I did what is period you said you really should use it and I said I did it told me to come here and pay with cash and he said I'll be with you so 5 minutes later they took my cash a different person. They don't want you there unless you order in advance with a credit card. They have four people working there. One of them was a manager that kept hiding in the back room. If they're paying her to hide in the back room she should stand up there and be a cashier. They weren't very busy

Nice. Great friendly/professional people working at the window and the food stays consistent with style and flavor. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is mainly due to the location. I only do drive thru partially because of that.

I'm not really into fast food restaurants and I haven't really like Taco Bell for a long time. But the one in Walnut Creek that I went to last night was so good I can't not give it a good ratings. I don't know what it is about that particular Taco Bell but the food was excellent. I mean yeah I was hungry but I've been hungry before I went to fast food restaurants and I don't usually like them. But they're doing something right at the one in Walnut Creek I wish the other ones would take notes. And that's why they got support Stars it would be five stars except for I just don't like fast food restaurants. So for stars is excellent for me to give them.

I screwed up my online order, accidentally picked drive thru and I didn’t have a car (waked across the street from a hotel). Everyone was super nice, allegedly. They let me in the lobby and got my order ready. Would’ve rated 5 starts but they purposely gave me every sauce packet EXCEPT fire, which I asked for. Would still recommend

Every once in awhile I get a hankering for Taco Bell, just your general classic crunchy taco. The food is what it is, it’s Taco Bell, just something quick to grab a snack, or small meal. This location when I went in was really clean, and had really friendly staff working. I’ve gone through the drive-thru as well on a previous occasion and again really friendly staff and quick service. Four stars only because of the drive-thru. Although beautifully landscaped this drive-thru could be brutal for a lower vehicle if you’re not careful. Watch out to not scrape your wheels or hit your bumper, I had seen a car scrape their rear rim when I went.

Fairly good prices, and fairly fast if you order ahead. Nice that they have some veggie foods.. But sometimes the website acts up, so you can't order ahead. And about 5 - 10% of the time the order is wrong, so I recommend opening it all up and checking the bag before leaving. They don't give you a list of what's in the bag, so that makes it harder. Also, they don't label which burrito is which..

This is an average taco bell. They do offer mints alongside the taco sauce which is a nice touch that I would attribute to being in downtown Walnut Creek. During the day it is not usually busy but weekends can be very busy. Weekend nights generate a massive line that sometimes leaks into main st. The wait time can be tremendous. Overall this is a standard Taco Bell but I would not recommend going on weekend evenings.

I ordered 2 spicy potato tacos with pico de gallo. The pico de gallo was pitiful as there were approximately 4 pieces of tomato that fell out of each taco …and NONE in the tacos! I have pictures. My husband’s green sauce burrito had absolutely no green in it. Again, I have pictures. We asked for a 5:15 pickup but got a “your order is ready” notification at 5pm. Needless to say, dinner wasn’t cold. Not a do-over.

Twice recently waited over 40 minutes for food after using their mobile app, never got my food either time, wasted $20 each time. No organization. Staff gets frazzled then ignores the customers who are waiting. Some staff sit on cell phones who are clearly on shift. This place used to be much better but it’s a mess now. Seriously the worst customer service from any Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, the weekend staff need better management please read this Taco Bell and get your shenanigans together…..

This Taco Bell has a new manager who needs some training on being face forward with the public. Also, she does not enforce brand consistency with the composition, size, consistency, or quality of the food outputted. The previous manager, Lucy, had it totally under control and consistent. I look forward to this location being nudged back to its previous five-star status. For example, My beefy five-layer Burrito lacked any beef at all. My guacamole and tortilla chips only had enough guacamole for about 1/3 of the chips provided. The guacamole container had ample room for enough guacamole to satisfy me, but it was only filled up 1/3 of the way.

I love Taco Bell... That being said, this Taco Bell just can't get it right, I live 600 ft from this one and USE TO go there often but the orders are never correct?!? Very not complicated, two double deckers , beans,meat Xtra cheese only, large soda with a full glass of ice...... So after the second or third time of not getting it right I started to go there and make the same order just yo see if they would get it, 3,4,5,6,7,8 then it was right except the full glass of ice then 10th and 11th both wrong....WOW. I guess I will give it a break for a while and next time maybe a more simple order?

Too many menu changes. Can never get what I'm looking for. The spicy tostada is now gone, & there is nothing else comparable to it. This is the worst thing about Taco Bell. The menu changes every time I go there... no consistency. The only plus is they have Diet Mountain Dew. PLEASE don't take that away!!!!

Food was sloppily made and took a long a long time, and service was not great, they were pretty rude. And they would not open bathrooms for us even though we bought over $10 for girlfriend and I, they said we didn’t spend enough; and there was a sign stating restrooms are for paying customers only and that we needed a key or a token to open bathroom door, when we asked we were declined and they were rude about it. We somewhat expected these results as we have experienced the same at this location before; this was actually not as bad as it has been before, unfortunately. This was actually a step up which is why we are giving 2 stars.

Not to bad of a place but the ladies at the register won't come up to take your order. I was standing there for a couple of mins until I seen the kiosk. They don't clean their tables either especially knowing the tables should be sanitized after someone sits there.

Generally food isn't bad, but be ready to get attitude if you go through the drive-thru and have a big order when the line is more than 4 cars deep. The parking lot sucks because there is only one way in and out and if the drive-thru line is long, it will take you forever to get back out. So make sure everything is correct when its handed to you. You can only make a right out of both the parking lot and drive-thru making it more of a hassle if your order is wrong. Also they weirdly do not have root beer. This is store #31458 for anyone interested, since the employee at the window refused to give it to us because he "did not have that information with him or know it offhand". As the manager. So he claimed.

How could any place get worse? The service all went away as you now have to order everything on a kiosk. Then when I walk to the table to sit down to have my meal, there are no clean tables Not the problem of the staff they’re doing the best they can trying to manage a lot of orders, but the patrons seem to be rather lacking of the regard of being proper civilized people, and leave their trash out all over the place Very unfortunate because this used to be my favorite fast food restaurant

My favorite fast food place had just become my least now. I went in to order and all of their locations has switched to ordering on a tablet. This eliminates the employee/guest experience. So the greeting is gone and knowledge of customer's order. If someone physically takes an order, that person knows what you ordered and how long you've waited. When done on the tablet, an employee has no clue who had an order unless they're told. Anyway, I did my tablet order of 2 chicken chalupa combos. Each combo consists of 2 chicken chalupas, 1 taco and a large drink. I waited 20 minutes. The young man behind the counter was chatting with his friend near me about having a job washing cars and his new mercedes that was in the parking lot the whole time I was waiting. A couple came back in saying their order was wrong. They only got an order of nacho fries instead of their order. He told them to keep the fries, they'll redo the order and offered each a free freeze. My order came and I checked it. 2 chalupas and 2 tacos. I took my 4 items out of the bag and laid them on the counter and explained the error that I'm missing 2 chicken chalupas. He didn't seem to understand do I pointed out that 4 wrapped items don't add up to 6. No apology, no offer for a freeze, just another bag handed to me. When the Taco Bell makes errors on Ygnacio Valley Rd, they apologize plus offer something in compensation. I was extremely disappointed in their customer service and accuracy. Go back to greeting customers and taking orders. Keep your employees engaged with the guests. Not looking to kill time with visiting pals and losing focus.

The person taking my order was rude. When we were trying to figure out what else we wanted he said there was lots of cars behind us an we knew that. We also told him we wanted a meal #8 but he only putted in the food. Before we could add in a drink he told us our total an went to the next car. That is not professional I don’t care if that person had a long nigh to or not. That is beyond rude.

Its taco bell so it's basically the most healthy of the least healthy out of any fast food depending on how you order.... UPDATE they use AI in the drive thru now so yeah no thanks done with this location.

had the weirdest experience at this place. I get in line and someome is picking up their order,and they were white. I'm not racist but I think your cashier is because she got his order as soon as he said his name but as soon as I came up and said my name for my order she hesitated and started to ask what I ordered and if I have a receipt. to my eyes it looks racist. I'm Mexican and italian and I do wear fitted caps and such, it's sad that some people have to profile you and treat you different. I shouldn't have to be interrogated to get my food

Service is really really bad here, the lady over the counter seems so angry and exhausted. It looks like she can’t handle the pace, this kind of place is fast paced, and when you get tired you can take a break or not get angry at customers.

Ordered a triple double crunchwrap I got two tostadas with one layer of meat between them I am disapppointed with this experience Visit on 10/16/19 If they tell you to your total is on the screen you can forget about that. They will tell you a different total when you get up to the window and call you a liar if you tell them you saw something different.

Claudia was very rude and slammed sauce into my hand. I went thru the drive thru and asked for fire sauce and she gave me mild then I asked for just Fire she rolled her eyes slammed open the sliding window and threw the sause in my hand and slammed the window. Poor service . Do not go here.

I don't go to Walnut Creek often, but I was expecting it to be at least as good as my Taco Bell. I ordered on the app for drive thru, waited 45 minutes in the drive thru line, got my food, and drove away. I assumed that they wouldn't make my food until I checked in at the speaker, but I was wrong. I opened my bag when I got home, 5 minutes after leaving, and the food was stone cold, like it had been made an hour prior. I mean, even soggy and cold it still had flavor and I was too hungry to go back (not to mention I didn't want to wait another hour for hot food). I'll be back in Walnut Creek this weekend so I checked the new reviews to see if they had improved. Since there's still people reporting this, I'm going to assume my experience would be the same as before and give it a miss.

I have been going to this taco bell couple months ago and no problems at all but coming back I've heard so many bad comments with other customers I've met and have complained about how unprofessional the workers are and today I finally experienced that not from employee but the manager.. how she acted in front of all the customers shows how lazy she was and acted unprofessional. I don't know she became a manager when she don't know how to give good customer service. She treats customers wrong and very disrespectful even in front of a lot of her customers. I will be reporting her to corporate. And I will not be coming to this Taco Bell again after being treated like this.

Everytime I go here, there is zero effort to serve the customers in a timely manner. If I had a different taco bell even remotely closer to me, I'd go there instead. Would be nice if staff cared about serving their customers.

Waited about 40 minutes, only to be told at the window the fryer is down so they couldn't make my order. The man at the window was very gracious and offered something else, but I didn't want wait for an unknown amount of time for something I didn't really want so I left with nothing. This definitely NOT the employee's fault, I know we all need to be grateful for the employees that actually show up right now, but this place has very steadily gone downhill.

We walked in and it smelt like a bathroom. The service was very slow even though nobody else was ordering. The employees were not very nice, but they got my order right, unlike some other taco bell restaurants. However, the crunchy taco shells were stale and the tacos vaguely tasted like soap.

I've been scolded by an employee here for placing an order online and going through the drive through. He said "going through the drive through for an online order makes the wait longer for everyone", so this time I went inside to pick up my order. While I was inside, I watched an employee without a mask sneeze directly onto one of the presses. Guess I won't be going back here any time soon.

Terribly slow (40 minutes sitting in the drive through with only about 6 cars ahead of me). Food was barely passable, even by taco bell standards. No customer service to speak of (no greeting, no confirming order, and a face that was as annoyed as I was).

The manager is a pain in the a** super rude bought a case of the tacos supreme so you know they add an extra 15$ for the sour cream but my tacos only had meat and cheese in them how is that okay when I called the guy said yeah just come back in and get them. The lady on her little Taco Bell power trip was not letting it happen. Maybe it turns her on or something? Or just being that old and working at a Taco Bell has her nickers in a twist? I don’t know all I’m saying is if you are that old and angry maybe just maybe it’s time for a career change? 👌🤨

I I accidentally did a mobile order for this Taco Bell. I called this evening to get them to cancel it since it's from the Taco Bell app. And I was at the right Taco Bell that I was trying to order from. I asked to speak to a manager I'm not sure if I was a manager or not but they were very rude to me. And then not try to understand what I'm saying and said had a nice day and hung up on me. I tried to call back because there's no way I could get to Walnut Creek. And they refuse to answer their phone. I will never go to this Taco Bell after this.

Stood in front of the register with no cashier, probably longer than I should have, saw a few of the crew members come up with orders and not acknowledge me. Finally after waiting a bit longer someone comes up and says they don't have cashier it's kiosk only. Don't you think they'd put a sing up? Thanks for waiting most of my lunch break.

Second time I've came here and felt very unwanted and like I was burdening the morning crew!.. The ladies are very dismissive and seem very upset to be there. I waited 5 minutes before having to find someone to come help me! Only to be told hold on. I was literally too scared to eat my food or drink my drink! I figured they had definitely spit in my stuff! I will definitely not be back! Fool me twice shame on me!

Had to wait 18 minutes for my small order to be made. Plenty of employees around and only one was actually working. Staff won’t look at the direction of the front counter. It wasn’t busy. Prices are high and service is worse than ever. I could have gotten food faster from a traditional restaurant.

Do the drive through one's so you don't have to use the kiosk. The 1 in walnut creek does not open until 7am. On line it says 6am. I hope they fix that.

When I walked in the place smelt absolutely disgusting and me and my friend decided to stay but eat outside. My mistake because 8 hours later I got the worst food poisoning ever. I threw up 15 times in less than 12 hours and fainted because of dehydration and injured my hip. They are very unclean and terrible customer service, everytime I had gone before this I always order on the touch screens because the employees are very unpleasant. Please avoid going here, I do not wish what I went though on anyone. Stay safe yall🩷

The employees are lovely and the food is usually decent, but this review is targeted towards the franchise owner, Jingle Bells LLC. The franchise (which owns most of the taco bells in the area) decided to raise their prices by a tremendous margin. Every $1.00 item was increased to $2.99 over a week. A 200% increase and more than twice the corporate suggested prices for this items! This is a ridiculous increase and pure corporate greed, and has single handedly priced this taco bell out of being a good value for customers. I will no longer be shopping here and will frequent taco bells with less insane pricing, a huge disappointment since this was a very convenient location.

I had a horrible experience today at this Taco Bell on North Main Street in Walnut Creek. They got my order wrong, basically called me a lair in front of other customers in the store. When they looked into my order on the screen, they noticed their were wrong and quickly corrected their mistake. Offer no apology whatsoever and also grabbed my cup with thumb on the outside and 2 fingers on the inside. That is a huge no no for me. I don't want your fingers inside my cup no matter what you are wearing. That's where my drink goes, and I don't know where your gloves have been! Tuesday - 3/21/2023 Approximately 3 PM

I went through the drive through. I think that Taco Bell must have discontinued the beef burrito. The person that took my order asked me if I wanted some item with no beans but with extra meat and with green sauce. I said yes. The burrito I received was horrible! I miss the times when Taco Bell prepped everything on site by hand! Needless to say, sadly I won’t be eating at Taco Bell again!

I got order from DoorDash and they said that they give order to someone who don’t have food order and I ask them for the order but they talk something in the Spanish and said they don’t have order and we said we should Leave the store and call DoorDash. My experience was so poor with them.

Came through the drive thru a few times in the last month and encountered the same rude middle aged Asian man named Stephen M according to receipt. He has a nasty attitude, he literally threw our food at us. He needs to learn customer service skills.

The staff is GREAT but the AI they’re using to take orders in the drive-thru is awful. USE REAL PEOPLE, the AI doesn’t get dairy issues. ** Update… my partner asked for no meat because she’s vegetarian and the stupid AI still included it. I hate what’s happening with food service, this is aweful and will reconsider keeping this chain in our rotation

I called regarding my order. They hang up multiple times and they don’t understand English! This is crazy! Got the wrong orders and I called but the person answered my call only says ok and what! It’s so annoying! Poor customer service!!

I ordered the #8 three Taco Doritos Supreme! And instead got One Taco, and One Burrito. The Burrito was one of the basic ones. They're probably inside eating my two missing Tacos. Look inside your bag before you leave the Drive-Thru!

This Taco Bell was absolutely ridiculous! ZERO customer service ZERO sanitary standards, ZERO EFFORT in being punctual with how long it takes to get food to you. 30 minutes went by and we still had not received our food! FULLY STAFFED. Napkins not stocked, lobby was filthy. And personal items of employees on counters where they make FOOD.

My husband got a beefy five layer burrito. As he was eating it he discovered a hair but just pulled it out. As he continued eating it he discovered SO MANY MORE HAIRS! It was like someone had purposefully put hairs in it, long 7” hairs. He couldn’t finish it and this guy finishes everything. Disgusting!!! Also they forget our hot sauce EVERY time.

I ordered a beefy 5 layer with red strips. Paid .40 for them. My burrito literally had two strips on it. I had to go up and show them the inside of my burrito because the women who spoke no English gave me a dirty look when I complained and said just look in your burrito. Then proceeded to talk bad about me to her co workers in Spanish. And when she came back she said here’s a small order of them with a nasty look on her face. Then went back to talking bad about me to her co workers. I speak fluent Spanish but do not look Spanish at all. I heard every nasty thing she said me. The food was way too hot and the chicken was watery and bland. I also had a chalupa and the shell was chewy and hard. I work in the area and love most Taco Bell’s but I will not be returning to this one again. Those worker should know better than to talk bad about customers because they believe they can’t understand them. They are getting paid really well not to be so rude to people. This is a high end neighborhood and I’d expect the workers to be of a higher class than her.

I don't know what to say. I am perplexed. So I waited a long time in drive thru which is fine. When I was just about to get to pull to the window to pay, the car in front of me stopped for a bit. A gal got out and said she was given the wrong order. The cashier was apologetic and said to hold on and took back the bag that she had which apparently was my bag. We waited a bit for her to get her order and she drove off. I paid and the cashier thanked me for my patience. I said no problem and drove off. Well, imagine my shock when I opened up my bag and my burrito had a BITE TAKEN OUT OF IT! Apparently the woman had bit the burrito and realized it wasn't hers and just stuck it back in the bag and then the cashier gave me the bag! It was so disgusting! I didn't know what to do. I had already left and I wasn't going to go back. I plan on filing a report because I was so nauseated by what happened that I couldn't eat anything! Well, not entirely true...I did eat some nacho fries before tossing everything. I hope they will give me my money back because that was so uncool. The cashier on my receipt says Maria but it was not. It was a young, very sweet man who I wish had known that the customer before had taken a bite of my burrito before he handed it to me.
