Awesome place always busy weekend mornings .. great to see everyone working hard
Clean. Nice variety of food and drinks. Good service. Would go back.
With a nice shop, good food, and cheerful staff a second visit is a definite
I love Tim got tons in batavia ny.there place is always clean and everyone is friendly
I go here for my wife. She doesn't complain. I assume it's fantastic.
If Dunkin Doughnuts and Starbucks had a baby it would be Tim Hortons! Coffee......AMAZING!!! Doughts......Fabulous! Breakfast sandwiches.......Outstanding!! Egg bited........Oh My!!!
Enjoyed the service very much at this location on the way to Corning from Buffalo
Very friendly and nice. The XL hot Vanilla Coffe I got was way, way better than Starbucks!
Been there couple times. Quality of drink is good.
Great place for a quick coffee, donut, or sandwich. Good prices and fast service. Drive Through available.
Very fast very friendly they make it the way you want it and always seem to get the order right
The person at the register was very nice and prepared our order cheerfully. Clean location.
If you don't love Tim Hortons I don't know what's wrong with you. Delicious coffee and pastries. Always worth a stop.
Their coffee and old fashioned donuts combination is nice
Great coffee and bagels and the staff is friendly. Miles better than dunking donuts!
I come here every day for coffee best in town and the staff is very friendly
Iced Coffee tasted great once I figured out the cream & sugar ratio!
The most important there’s a washroom, especially when you drive all the way from Canada.
Consistently good service with a lot of long term staff which leads me to believe there’s a pretty good work environment for staff. Alway quick service and the few times an order was wrong they rectified quickly without questioning.
Best service and good food and everybody was very friendly.I.Enjoyed my time there thank
Love going here with my friends. Everyone is so friendly and even have some friends who work there! Always a great place to go and hang out and talk with old friends and catch up. I recommend going to this place. Specially after soccer games, and football games in the fall.
They were very kind and mixed exactly what I wanted for my drink- Oreo Capp w/ mocha which was delicious, nice and fast workers here, very appreciated
This review is for caleb.he makes my ice coffe right everytime. he is a very detail oriented person. always gets my order right. i love this guy one of the best workers at the warsaw location. this guy desereves recogniton and a raise ... possitive attitude and makes my day everytime we come through.
Great local chain coffee shop. Staff is super friendly and the food is really good. Always providing new items for holidays and seasons. Reasonably priced and good atmosphere to hang out and do some work or read. Drive thru is relatively quick. Better than Dunkin all the way around. Affleck got nothing on Tims!
Never have had a bad experience here and today i was dead tired from an early shift and daylights saving time. my order of 2 steak wraps came to $13 and my card for some reason declined and i only had $12 in cash. So I said sorry i only have enough for one. Handed her what i thought was $7 she handed a $5 back. I was confused and waited til she returned. She said one of the workers covered the other one for me (thank you to whoever you were!) and i mentioned she gave me a $5 back when i gave her $7 but i guess i didnt take a $5 out and gave her $12. Very trustworthy employee and very friendly.
Sorry that the prices are getting way too high for a cup of coffee, no way it needs to be almost 3 dollars. I know that the stores are busy, but I am sure you could do a lot more business if you would sell a buck coffee. Guess what I don't think that's going to happen. People save to pay for things, and I don't believe a cup of coffee is brewing and the pot is worth 12-15 dollars.
Driving to NYC from Buffalo, we stopped for breakfast at 7 a.m. still waking up, my husband ordered our daughters' ice caps incorrectly & ordered iced coffee instead. Chloe had already prepared our coffees but my husband realized his mistake. He asked Chloe if she could make the ice caps instead. It was as if nothing had happened, she went about preparing them, I was pretty amazed at her calm demeanor. I apologized & she was very nice to say that it was no problem. Ms. Sandra had to ring up a new ticket but she didn't mind either. I had to write this review because they deserve it. Thank you Chloe & Ms. Sandra for your kind service & a great attitude to start the day.
EVERYTIME me and my husband come here we are delighted to see , Nikolia And Theresa they both give us the best service, especially at the most rush times. I hope you guys keep them forever. Theresa knows my husband order as soon as he pulls in, and always makes his day better.
This place is amazing! I feel sorry for the dunkin across the street because I'm sure it doesn't even compare. We are from WV and I wish we had a Tim Horton's near us. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the food and coffee is very high quality. Good job!
The food is always good here. The staff are friendly and very quick with service. There is a decent amount of parking
I'm addicted to Tim Hortons donuts, bagles, and there other delicious side dishes. Your competitors like DD can not compare against Tim h. Your coffee is very good. Thank you so much for being Tim Hortons.
Thanks "Denver" of Warsaw Tim Hortons! Never make it inside of our Tim's because...well honestly I'm usually late for something 😅... But your product suggestions and witty chat may just knock me out of my drive-thru habit and into the store more often 🤘
Honestly best coffee shop ever no matter what location I love Tim Hortons. I love the refreshers in the summer I especially love the raspberry peppermint refreshers they were my favorite hope they come back again. Love the donuts too. I also love the red velvet cold brew they have every winter so good.
This review is for Caleb. I love him and his positive attitude. He always gets mine and my boyfriends order right and always greets us with a calm demeanor. He makes our experience there a 10/10 everytime he's working. He's probably the best worker they have at this location.
Bagels and ice cappes taste real good. Not a bad price and fast service.
I liked the omelet bites but asked for a meal and didnt get it. Oreo donut was good. Seemed to take longer than I expected inside.
Friendly people respectful courteous sandwiches they look like they're getting a little smaller for the prices other than that I can't go wrong and can't complain you'll like it there I did
Decent store, friendly staff, lot's of food options, but washrooms need better cleaning. Store sign outside says open 24hrs, which is great!
Staff is mostly friendly, disappointed that when I see good friendly staff...the next time I visit they are gone... Not sure why such a huge turnover in staff...keep the good staff.
Great coffee. If you're going to a coffee place for something other than coffee & donuts, you need to take a break and reevaluate your life.
It's a good place fast service but I'll be honest the clerk's attitude was less than happy when we were there he seemed like he was bothered, so it kind of made the experience a little offset. but all in all I was able to deal with the attitude and pass it off and conduct my business and get out of there so I'd have to say all in all it wasn't a band visit
Good experience in general... The menu items are different from north of the border. It was more Americanized. First thing to notice was offering coke for the combo (as oppose to tea/coffee for the combo in Canada). Unlike Canadian Tim Hortons, this location didn't have free WiFi for customers.
Slightly more busy than normal for a Saturday afternoon. Would not refill my reusable mug, but no issues otherwise.
I do like their coffee, they always get it right when I order Also their sausage biscuits are fantastic! Not sure how they make their biscuits but they have a sweet taste to them, try it I'm sure you will like it. Staff had always been friendly at any of the locations I go to.
All food and drinks are the same i feel some of the workers could be a little more respectful at times
Employees are very nice, clean environment and decent food. The donuts are always fresh and delicious. They are pretty fast with getting your order ready.
The Best service, exception being when I asked for an eggnog milkshake.. NO WIFI Not Open 24/7 as advertised..
Tim Horton coffee is a solid average however their muffins are pretty good
Busy there which is great for them used restroom which could use some cleaning but .. hey everyone was busy no employees were sitting around good coffee
Every morning the drive through wait is terrible. Workers are always polite and the coffee is always great but the wait is not good at all.
The Warsaw, N.Y. Tim Horton's is way to long a wsit, both inside and the drive through. The building was erected on too small a property and the drive lane is shirt as a result (cars block the entrance and go out the the road). What Tim Horton's needs is a Dunkin Donuts for competition and one is in the works for Warsaw.
Forgot some of our order and also left us waiting for awhile from the lady on the mic. But overall very good food even though they forgot some of it.
Good coffee most of the time. Although we've got a few cups full of grounds. There prices are pretty high though
Understaffed on the weekends, by no fault of the employees. They have my respect for handling the high volume so gracefully.
Warsaw location employees are very stoic at the drive thru window. Not overly friendly. Can't wait for you to pull forward so they can get to the person behind you. No greeting (good morning, afternoon.)
The drive-through sign is ridiculously bright at 5 AM. Blinding. Also a large double double does not taste the same from morning to dayshift. The morning crew is top notch.
I usually go here with my sister but recently it hasn't been so great. We both today got our food order messed up. I asked for a steak wrap and got chicken, she got a turkey bacon pretzel bagel and there was no turkey on it. We have had our orders messed up every single time we have gone now. We have been going less and less.
I have a friend who goes their for coffee and if that's what you want then this is a good place for it. However, if you want a cappuccino like myself, I would recommend finding another Timmy Hortons eh.
A good place grab a coffee and a bagel while visiting my mom. I don't really like their coffee, but it is ok once in a while. Bagels are ok.
I was disappointed in my Tuscan chicken panani. It just wasn't made right. My lemonade was great and my donut was fine.
Food descent but didn't get complete order.... had to go back to counter to get all. Place needed a few more employees working as line out the door * Saturday morning rush
The coffee is good, up to the normal Tim's standard. But the service was super slow. There were 3 employees and they all totally ignored me for at least 5 minutes, but they weren't busy doing much of anything.
I like the coffee, pastries and food at Tim Horton's. What I really don't like is the fact that they are all geared for drive through service. I walk inside to get my order because I am not so lazy that I have to use the drive through. The only problem with that is that I have to wait forever for my order.
The egg and cheese in the bagel were cold. Fast, friendly staff so when in town again I’ll stop back.
Slow services just watched alot of people leave due to long waits. No sense of urgency to move services faster.
Inconsistent, and poor service. Everytime I go in, it gets worse...Depends on who is at the register, service might be friendly. I appreciate when it is!
Warsaw tim Horton's needs some workers that are nicer and better serving people..
Went to the warsaw drive thru, ordered a half dozen donuts and that seemed to be confusing to the worker, I figured she was new. Also ordered 2 french vanilla cappuccinos, in the end we got the wrong size drink (smaller of course), paid for a medium but got a small. However the worker took time to tell us how she wrote smiley faces on our drinks. So glad she did that instead of giving us the correct size drink. Love paying for a bigger size than what we got, but made it so much better with the smiley faces on the cup. (Not).
I ordered hot tea with sugar and milk. The tea tasted like it was brewed for hours. There was no tea bag. I've never gotten hot tea without a teabag that was bitter and strong. I guess you need to be very specific when placing and order even when it's as simple as hot tea.
Sunday morning at 9am, out of hashbrowns, expresso machine broken again, forgot my breakfast sandwich, waited 10 minutes with my kids getting restless, the woman in the back kitchen was complaining that she had to make more food and was rude to the sandwich maker. Just unnecessary and disgoranized once again. Most of the bagel labels had fallen down in the case along with some of the donut labels. I went back the next day and labels are still down. I've worked retail for many years and I'm shocked at the lack of proper management at this location.
First time I ordered Western breakfast sandwich I got plain egg. Today ordered again and realized I might have got a Western the first time! Barely a trace of west in the Western! Never again! Deceptive advertising!😎
The owner took my order and he's just incredibly rude. He threw my bagel on the counter then when I asked for a bag to put my breakfast in he threw that at me too. He then tried to move me down the counter as I put my own fast food breakfast in a fast food bag. Over all service is slow but I'd rather have anyone else take my order. I can understand a minimum wage employees bad attitude but when it comes from the owner it's frustrating.
This was my local Tim Hortons of choice due to better staff, wifi, and hours compared with other local stores. However several time recently when I was there, a male staff member that was not on duty came in and made for some serious drama with the young ladies that worked there. Together they acted like little kids, being loud and boisterous, and I am totally embarrassed for the store in general. I cannot understand why the owner or manager would put up with this kind of behavior at their location. It makes a mockery of the Tim Hortons brand.
Very poorly staffed, much longer wait times than any other locations. When ordering from car you have to wait until the order taker recites a "recommendation" for you to order before you can place your order, they usually get one part of order wrong. When you speak with manager, he is rude and acts like he can't be bothered and you as the customer ate a bother to him.
I work in Warsaw so I'm here almost every day. Unfortunately. Only about 1 out of every 10 times I go is actually satisfactory. They are almost impressively slow, and will get your order wrong if it's more than 2 things.
I typically order large black cold brew with shot of sugar free vanilla as I am a diabetic with high cholesterol. No cream no cold foam no sugar 1 in 10 are made correctly.
Mispriced menu board. Staff informed but didn't comprehend. Staff "slow"?. Glad I was just passing through.
It really sucks that you can't even go in the restaurant after 6:00pm. I wanted some food and a drink but I couldn't get it because I had a truck a trailer so it not like I can go thru the drive thru.
Missing two parts of my $15 order. You have to do better!
Normally place is awesome. But this time soup cold and coffee was watered down and not tasting right
Service was slow and they stopped taking our order midway through and let us sit in the drive through for five minutes. The screen changed to say our order would be ready at the next window, so we pulled up and they told us they weren't done taking our order so we shouldn't have pulled up. Then they got our order wrong. What a place. I'll drive out of my way to either batavia location before I go here again.
They don't have some of the items shown on their menu and they don't keep enough of other items in Stock. My family and I try to avoid this Tim Hortons if at all possible because they are always out of something or don't offer it at that location. This Tim Hortons used to be better it just gets worse and worse now. I went from going a few times a week to maybe once every 3 months.
Did my first Delivery for food to be delivered to my house. Food was cold, ice Capps didn’t have the ice in them. Estimated time when I ordered was 45minutes. It took 1hour 30minutes to receive my order.
Worst service I ever get anywhere. The product is only reason I continue to go. If staff goes any slower they will have to become self serve restaurant. 5 people there 1 taking orders and 4 standing around, including drive thru server. Talk about lazy staff, just visit, be sure you are in no hurry
Employee didn't want to make a grilled cheese panini and he was just lazy with it. Didn't even butter the bread. Heard nothing, but bad things about this place, which sucks because it used to be good.
I went through the drive-thru this morning. I ordered a dozen donuts and requested 4 vanilla dipped and didn't get a single vanilla dipped. Then I also requested a loaded breakfast wrap with both sausage and bacon. I get home and discover a wrap with bacon and only bacon inside, no cheese, or sausage or egg. I am very disappointed and you may have lost a very long standing customer.
Ordered a drink. Asked for a pup cup was told no, they don't do that. When all they had to say was they can offer a dog friendly Tim Bit. They did not.(Has per Tim Hortons rules they are allowed to give dog friendly Tim Bit.) The person decided to argue instead. Thankfully, Dunkin Donuts provided better service down the road and offered a free pup cup with dog friendly donut in it.
Bought a half dozen bagels. Advertised as $6.99. Bill was $12. We were told because we asked to have them sliced the cost was then $1.99 each. Called and spoke to Manager Crystal who was very helpful. This review is for the owner. This is the kind of thing that drives customers away when you can go to any other TH in the area and get 6 sliced bagels for $5.49. Get it together.
There are many rude individuals who complain about the inconvenience of working there. If I could give them zero stars, that would be wonderful! At 4:15 PM, I went to get a coffee and a muffin. I ordered an extra-large coffee and a muffin. What I received were a stale muffin and a medium coffee. Although the coffee was excellent, they did not provide my receipt! When Dunkin' Donuts opens in Warsaw, New York, I will not return until the workers follow orders and adjust their attitudes. Whenever these workers engage in such behavior where I work, I will remove them without hesitation.
The wait is fine but the people are always rude, they don’t greet you, they don’t tell you to have a nice day unless they know you. I was just at the drive through and told them thank you and have a nice day and they walked right away and didn’t say a single word, they barely looked at me. I’d say this Tim hortons needs to know how to respect customers even if you don’t like or want to be at your job. Millions of people do it every day. Do a better job.
They broke the chip out of my bank card at the drive through when ringing me out. Then handed me my debit card (with the chip now ripped out of it) and had the audacity to ask if I had another way to pay for my coffee. So now I have to get a new card issued and cannot use the one I have in the interim because it is broken. I would not have even been bothered by this if the staff member would have at least apologized for breaking my card or at the very least not expected that I pay with a different form.
I purchased a coffee from this location this morning and they're was black waxing stuff floating in my coffee it was not coffee grounds, I could draw with it...
I was told they serve breakfast until 5. When I tried to order a biscuit a little after noon, they claimed to be out. My sister went later that day, and they told her that they didn't get any in their shipment. Funny, because I door dashed the very same day, it took almost 3 hours to receive my order, but it did include the biscuits. Guess they just didn't feel like making them when we went in person. The food wasn't even worth the wait. The cheese was hardened on my sandwich, and the meat was not up to temp. 102°F after waiting 2.5 hours!!! Why wasn't my food under a heat lamp??? Not safe to eat according to the health department. I'm trying to get my money back for the order, but we'll see how that goes. Very disappointing. This isn't even the first time they didn't feel like serving me. I'm getting fed up.
Asked for an Americano and was given a black coffee because according to the workers “there is no difference “
American tims aint it. The manager was a mute or something I guess, its 6 AM. Cheer up lady, say a word or dont be working.
Huge pot holes all over parking lot and at the end of the drive through they damage small cars. Ridiculous. Get these fixed or fix these cars that are getting damaged.
Worst Tim Hortons I’ve been too by far!!! There’s always something “wrong with the machine” or any other excuses they can find very rude employees too. I got a drink there one time and I said “thank you have a nice day” and the lady shut the window on me and was back on her phone
Was just there about 15 minutes ago. Waited at the counter for about 5 minutes 3 workers staring g st me no one taking my order or even saying 1 minute. Terrible service, terrible tim Hortons and I love tim Hortons
