Usually I love this place, but I just showed up an hour before they closed and they said they are closing soon and proceeded to list three different items that we could choose from ( all three items were their obscure items). What is the point of even having a posted closing time if you are going to quit serving items whenever you don’t want to make anything fresh.

Need to make sure sauces are in the bag. 3 dinners all with teriyaki grilled chicken but just 2 sauces. I live too far away to drive back so guess I'll just have grilled chicken. Also forks for 2 only. Get it together peeps. Not rocket science after all but ya all want higher wages 🤦‍♀️

I saw a young man named Kayson harassing a younger looking worker whom is way smaller than him, and she very visibly was uncomfortable. I tried calling to report it to their manager, and I called after opening hours. They hung up on me, twice. If you see this worker named Kayson, please keep an eye on him. He's definitely hurting someone.

Lazy employees, they never answer their phone, and they're always out of almost half of the items they have on their menu. I have gone here a couple of times this year but the reason why I am writing this review is because the last time I went, I got food poisoning. The beef and broccoli tasted fine but within minutes after eating it, I got a mild stomach ache. I didn't think anything of it at first but it only got worse from there. It took me two days to recover from that. Food poisoning is no joke and should be taken seriously. It must have been cross contamination that caused it.

So we thought it would be nice to give Panda another shot after a not good experience earlier in the year. This time not only did they get the order wrong, but did not give us a receipt at the time of purchase. They still charged us for our meal although they have a policy posted on the window that states NO RECEIPT ENJOY YOUR MEAL ON US. This location is poorly managed, and it would benefit the Wasilla area to have another restaurant take its place. They are so disrespectful and rude something must be done. DO NOT GO HERE

Gone here many times and have always gotten mediocre food. But the last time I ordered (two days before Christmas) I got disgusting, dried out noodles and rice, along with rubber and not fully cooked meat in my black peppered angus. When I tried to tell the manager about the poor (and quite frankly, worrying) quality, he offered to make new plates if I brought it in. I refused the offer and simply wanted him to be aware of the situation but gave me attitude and basically told me there was nothing to be done.

Ordered food on app for a pickup at 1:45 waited in the drive thru until 1:55 when I got to windows was told food wasn't ready to pull up front and waited for another 10 min for my food that was supposed to be ready at 1:45!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
