Claire was an excellent host. One of the best overall we have ever been served by. Very friendly, obviously a hard worker, attention to detail, very genuine. An asset for Red Robin for sure! We will be back to enjoy a meal again for sure! Thank you!

Wow, it's been a while since I've been to a Red Robin. food was excellent and abundant! had a burger and hubby had fish and chips...will be a good to stop from now on.

Dawson is the best server we’ve ever had all the times we been there and in history! He came out with mad fries and was on top of the drinks without even asking! It was like you get fries, you get fries, you get fries, and even you sir you get fries times 3 and we have a big family! I’ve been to this restaurant a lot and he’s so far the best we’ve ever encountered there. We will be asking for Dawson every single time we go in there which might be more often now just because of our positive experience today! Thank you Dawson for the drink too! Today I really seen a come around. The restaurant has really come around in their service and everyone I encountered had smiles and was super friendly. Our go to spot for a quick, good meal. Servers always go above and beyond to refill sides and accommodate any request. Last night, Jean was super friendly and took care of us from start to finish. Always a consistent meal (except fry refill can be hit or miss).

Brittany is the only reason my husband became regulars at the bar. I have bad anxiety and she was so kind and made me feel so comfortable to be around her. We came every Wednesday! When my husband was deployed for nine months I wasn’t able to go as much. I went today and she instantly recognized me and I her. We conversed when we could like time never passed! She is a great asset to the team and a great person!!

We absolutely love having our family meals at the Watertown Red Robin! The restaurant has great booths that fit our larger family comfortably, which is hard to find these days (other restaurants usually push tables together). The bottomless sides and drinks are truly bottomless and super tasty. Our kids especially love the in-house ranch and the french fries — you can't beat a snack while waiting for your meal! We've always had the best experience with Jean — she's incredibly friendly and attentive, honestly the best waitress we've had in the North Country!

I came into Red Robin for a quick lunch and was greeted with the warmest welcome from my bartender Brittany! She was so attentive and kind. Engaged in conversation when she could. Towards the end of my meal one of the server (Jamie I think her name was!) was awesome as well. Such kind staff and great burgers!

It was my first time visiting this Red Robin location. The menu had good options, the restaurant was very clean, and we were assisted right away. We've been to Red Robin several times in several different locations, however tonight's experience was probably the best we've ever had. Jean was our waitress, she was so kind and patient (we had a toddler and a pretty complex order). She made sure we had everything we needed, and the food was fantastic as always. I brought my husband to Red Robin for his first time, he couldn’t believe how amazing Red Robin is and why it’s one of my favorites. He now understands! Quick late night stop and glad we did. Very friendly staff right from went we walked in. Quick attentive service by our server. Our meals came out quick and hot from the kitchen by a very welcoming gentleman, probably the cook. Burgers were very tasty. I had the side unlimited salad, my wife the steak fries. He asked me if I’d like some of the fries as well on the house. Brought out another small plate of fries. Last customers in the restaurant and server and cook said a friendly goodbye to us as we left. All in all a great experience.

This is my second time at a Red Robin and they did not disappoint. The burger was amazing. I got the Mad Love burger and wow. The waitress was polite and made sure my order was correct and asked if I liked the burger. The place is clean, has multiple TVs, a bar area and a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely visit another Red Robin. I can highly recommend this restaurant.

This is the 3rd time I have eaten at Red Robin. All 3 times I have tried a different burger, all 3 times I have been pleased. I went on an extremely busy night. My appetizers were out faster than I could have hoped for. My waitress was very attentive. My burger was cooked to perfection and assembled very well. My portion was good, the appetizers were great. My only gripe was how quickly the wait staff tried to throw their kitchen staff under the bus. I know being the face is stressful and getting ahead of a complaint is always smart but it should never be at the cost of your fellow team members. Those kitchens are often hot, miserably humid, and stressfully fast paced.

Olivia gave us the best experience here! We come to Red Robbin often. Because my child finishes his foods all the time we come to Red Robbin. And today we met Olivia and she’s so nice and took a great care of our foods! She gave us fries before we get foods so that we won’t get too hungry and gave us new coke before it gets empty. My friends and I decided to try Red Robin the other day and it was absolutely amazing. The menu was extensive with lots of different choices so there was something for everyone. What made our trip there even more special was our waitress Olivia she was attentive funny friendly and right on top of her game. What a fabulous experience. The GM Chris Hobbs makes sure his guests have an over the top experience. As a working GM he dives into aspects of his restaurant. The food was spectacular and tasty. The drinks are refreshing all with their own flavors. The staff are friendly and courteous. We had our service dog with us and they treated her royally. Fantastic service! Red Robin accommodates seafood allergies. They were reassuring, made notes for the cook on our order, and the server let us know that they have several fryers and everything is separated. AMAZING!! **Other restaurants need to take notes!!** The food came out hot, fresh, and fairly quick. We got the Scorpion burger and the Madlove burger. Both were tasty! My other favorite thing is the Fizzy drink! I was addicted. It's a new menu item and I am obsessed. I'm already planning my next visit. I can't wait to try the A1 burger!

I wanted to try something other than a regular burger so I tried the Lava Queso Burger with onion rings and that burger did NOT disappoint! It was so juicy and delicious! I also had the passion fruit mojito….delicious! I topped it off with the shortbread chocolate soufflé cake and I NEVER order dessert. That cake was to die for! Visited this location on a Sunday evening at about 8 o'clock and the place was dead. I sat in the bar, at the bar and there was one other occupied table in the bar area. When I left about 45 minutes later I walked through the dining area and not a single table had a patron in it. Burger and fries were good and I had fair service at the bar. It was obvious they were prepping to close, so the bartender was handling all of her side duties. There was one huge annoying complaint. Two hostesses were filling balloons with an air cylinder at the front entrance and it was making an ear piercing whistle as the balloons were filled. That is a task that should be left to when guests are not in the restaurant.

Food was not bad if looking for a burger, where this location really fails is the service . My 3 star rating is based on the food not the service as it would be 1 star otherwise Hopefully if you decide to try this location you won’t get the same server as I did. It was very apparent that she didn’t want to be working. It was confirmed in the conversation she had with another server in front of me. The last time I was at a Red Robin’s it was in New Jersey many years ago. That time my credit card was charged 5 days in a row the exact same amount. Thinking that I am done trying Red Robin’s…..

Food okay, chicken not fresh frozen patty was like rubbery. Dine in area not very clean. Needs a deep cleaning or redecorate, old and worn. Appetizers were good and the bottomless sides.

My wrap was mostly lettuce, hardly any chicken. So basically a vegetable wrap paying for chicken wrap. Campfire sauce thick and pasty with no flavoring, pretty much straight up mayo. Sweet tea was NOT SWEET and not much of a tea taste to it at all and the server said it's the best around here. OK, YEAH RIGHT. It was the worse wrap, sweet tea and campfire sauce over ever had. Look like at least this Red Robin's is going down hill BIG TIME. Service not all that great from our server. Had to ask another server for different sauce because ours was slow and didn't come to the table much. Called for him once and he kept walking towards the kitchen where he spent most of his time. Had a good amount of left overs and when we asked for a togo box he brought out the smallest box he could to bring out. When we asked for a bigger box he replied you want something bigger? WELL YEAH IT'S NOT GOING TO FIT INTO THAT DINKY BOX. I do not recommend this location for quality food. They can not afford the tea nor sugar for SWEET TEA, I GOT LIGHT BROWN WATER PRETTY MUCH. When I asked for a different cup of sweet tea I got the same weak tea with not being hardly a taste of sugar. I had to take what I paid for home to put a tea bag in and sugar to give it taste of SWEET TEA, NOT BROWN WATER. They also couldn't afford the BBQ sauce in the mayo to give it taste and make non pasty tasting. If they were out of chicken for the wrap they should of said so, so I wasn't paying for chicken to get a lettuce wrap. This is not what I usually order from there but I thought I'd change it up. Boy did they change it up with brown water for tea, lettuce for chicken and paste for sauce.

Waited at the front desk for about 5 minutes for someone to show up. The food was decent, no pink. Dessert looked nothing like in the photo.Overall it wasn't busy when I went so idky it was so lackluster. Decent spot.

Food is great but how are you going to call it an A1 Burger then forget the sauce on both A1 burgers I ordered for me and my husband.

I will say the food was five stars. I can’t wait to go back again and hopefully just get a different server. I don’t usually complain about service, I know it’s a tough job, but wow this waitress was really bad. Table behind us was complaining to a manager about the exact same situation as we were finishing up. Next time hopefully.

Great service, drink was on point, but soup and burger can definitely be better, I order chicken soup but it ended up being like chicken chilli, and burger was dry and small.

The food was good but the service was absolutely horrible,if I could leave negative stars I would, our waitress Kaydence took our order for appetizers and drinks and then didn’t come back for our order for 45 minutes to a hour,then proceeded to walk by us multiple times and then finally stopped and asked if we were ready for our check when we haven’t even ordered our meals yet! As a person who has family members that are waitresses this is very disappointing!
