What a fabulous experience. The GM Chris Hobbs makes sure his guests have an over the top experience. As a working GM he dives into aspects of his restaurant. The food was spectacular and tasty. The drinks are refreshing all with their own flavors. The staff are friendly and courteous. We had our service dog with us and they treated her royally. As a first time customer we look forward to future visits. Great job Chris and crew

We came over from Canada for the day to do some shopping. Stopped here for late lunch, early dinner. This place is AMAZING. The staff was fantastic,the food was fantastic. A solid 12 outta 10. Definitely will be back.

Fantastic service! Red Robin accommodates seafood allergies. They were reassuring, made notes for the cook on our order, and the server let us know that they have several fryers and everything is separated. AMAZING!! **Other restaurants need to take notes!!** The food came out hot, fresh, and fairly quick. We got the Scorpion burger and the Madlove burger. Both were tasty! My other favorite thing is the Fizzy drink! I was addicted. It's a new menu item and I am obsessed. I'm already planning my next visit. I can't wait to try the A1 burger!

Paula is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She has the perfect mix of professionalism, warmth, and personality that instantly makes you feel welcome. Not only does she remember your drink order, but she somehow remembers the little details that make every interaction feel personal and genuine. Her cocktails are spot on every time—balanced, creative, and made with care. Even when the bar is packed, Paula handles the crowd with ease, never losing her smile or her attention to detail. She creates such a fun and inviting atmosphere that you don’t just come for the drinks—you come for Paula. If every bar had a Paula behind the counter, the world would be a much friendlier (and better hydrated) place. 10/10, highly recommend sitting at her bar—you’ll leave with a great drink and an even better mood.

Sophia was our server and she did an amazing job! she made sure we had everything we needed, she was very helpful with the tv settings for us. she was very understanding to fix things if needed and get us everything we wanted! 10/10 for her. the food was good and we got free fries for the first time service

Our waitress was incredible with explaining what it is first timers should get accustomed to. We were given a complimentary basket of fries and sauces due to our first visit. Incredible variety of drinks and well made foods. My wife and I will be coming again.

Everything was great for the most part. The woman's bathroom could have been better smelling and a little more kept. Our waitress Sofia was very kind, attentive to our needs, we didn't have to ask for anything. She was on top of it all and service was fast.

Such a great experience! This was our first time ever eating here after months of driving by:) the service was top notch, friendly, attentive, smiling ,.... food was absolutely delicious 😋 the fact they have bottomless sides was amazing to us especially since we have kids who loooove their veggies and fruits . This way they were able to get more broccoli 🥦. What really got me was how kids friendly this place is...kids plates, kids sink in the bathroom, balloons by the entrance .... we will definitely be back

The staff was amazing. I had Jill for a server and she was the best and most attentive server I’ve ever had. Robin the manager was sweet and came over to introduce herself and let us know if we needed anything to let her know. The food was delicious and came out fast. No long wait times and a great experience. Would recommend!

Dining at Red Robin weekly we had a new Server today and Evan was awesome he did everything to make us happy got our order perfect finger licking good 1 had a Backyard BBQ pork on a burger and we loved it. Another had a GF bun with a Southern Carm Burger and she loved it. Leftovers are always the best!!!

I wanted to try something other than a regular burger so I tried the Lava Queso Burger with onion rings and that burger did NOT disappoint! It was so juicy and delicious! I also had the passion fruit mojito….delicious! I topped it off with the shortbread chocolate soufflé cake and I NEVER order dessert. That cake was to die for! The service was amazing, the food was amazing and the drinks were amazing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming! They made sure I wanted for nothing! Come on over and get you some!

First time coming here. Told them that and they gave us a free basket of steak Fries. The customer service was great with a friendly waitress. The food came out quickly and was delicious. For 3 people, I spent around $60. Overall a pleasurable experience.

I don't travel to Watertown often but decided to go out somewhere different. Stopped here for my first time and it did not disappoint. Fresh unlimited lemonade with strawberry's. Delicious burger, onion rings, and unlimited sweet potato fries. Everything was really good. Great experience. Will definitely go back again.

The food was good but the service was absolutely horrible,if I could leave negative stars I would, our waitress Kaydence took our order for appetizers and drinks and then didn’t come back for our order for 45 minutes to a hour,then proceeded to walk by us multiple times and then finally stopped and asked if we were ready for our check when we haven’t even ordered our meals yet! As a person who has family members that are waitresses this is very disappointing!
