The chicken wings are probably the best in town. Have not had any issues that weren't immediately fixed any of the several times I've been there over the last year or so. Great food, good people!
It was 32 outside and inside no heater on. While most people order out and in the drive thru ; there are a few to choose to eat in, and the temperature inside was as cold as it was outside. This is a no no for customers.
Service and food was good, but I swear they don't have heat! Couldn't enjoy the meal because we were freezing. Like that both times we went there.
It was FREEZING inside. The service was wonderful, the food was as expected, delicious. But we wanted to eat inside and it was absolutely FREEZING! 🥶 we asked to have heat turned on but all we felt was cold air.
12/26/25 Ordered online at 10:00 am for 11:15 am pickup. Large order, two sixteen piece family deals. Arrived at 11:15, food not ready, despite no other customers. Had to wait another 15 minutes for chicken to be made. Biscuits were crammed into boxes with chicken, not what I have usually seen. Boxes did not shut properly or stay closed. Entire order of two sixteen piece family meals crammed into one bag. That includes the six large sides. Not sure why. Fries were broke open and all over, no surprise, as everything was crushed. Not sure why the reluctance to provide separate boxes for biscuits and multiple bags for the order. Very disappointing packaging effort. Then, given two sporks. Had to ask for more, as this order was for a large group. Cole slaw half full. Restaurant was freezing cold, to boot. Glad we weren't dining in.
I was so excited to get the new FNAF box but it’s just…sad. My tenders were too dry (seems to have been in the heater for longer than 2 hours). Same with the cheese curds. Only redeemable one is the person in the window was really nice. I want to give them a fighting chance, but everytime I try, I have the same thoughts.
My wife and I stopped about 12:10. We had been wanting to try Popeyes, but had not yet. We walked in and there was no one at the counter to take our order. We waited a bit and a manager(?) walked by and saud it would a couple of minutes and someone would take our order. He did this again a few minutes later. Finally, after waiting 10 minutes or so, he finally took our order. When we went to get drinks, the ice portion of the soda machine was not working. My wife's order came out first, no napkins. Later, when we used the restrooms, the men's room door did not lock and the hand dryers in both bathrooms spit out cold air. I will say the food was not bad, but not as good as KFC or Chick-fil-A, both just down the street.
I ordered a 4 piece chicken meal I asked for 3 wings and one breast not only was it on the boarder line of burnt but one wing was extremely small. I also ordered a side of Mac and cheese and the scoop was lent barely a spoon full. I asked for a cup holder and was told there were none very disappointing in my experience.
I ordered a 5pc tender and only got 4pcs in both of my boxes. But they were mostly breading and not chicken
Absolutely the worst chicken I've ever had. I call it pigmy chicken. The pieces are so so small. It's truly not worth the effort to drive through. I never see anyone stopping at the place. Personally, I'd be embarrassed to work there. Advice ... don't stop!!!
I was having lunch with my family at the restaurant when a customer came to order. Apparently, there was a misunderstanding, and the customer politely asked for a refund even though their order hadn't been served yet. A manager with an Indian-like demeanor was rude and disrespectful. Instead of returning the money or being kind to the customer, he was very ill-mannered and yelled at the customer in front of everyone, saying he wouldn't give a refund and that if he wanted one, the customer should call the police. The police had to come to the restaurant and speak with the manager to get the customer's money back. It's very sad that many families go to this restaurant looking for comfort and peace, only to have to witness such poor behavior from the manager towards customers. It was very inconsiderate of him. My children and I got up from the table and left this restaurant; I will never return.
Picking up a doordash order... two of them actually... mostly every popeye's order contains a biscuit... which she apparently had absolutely none of... so now we are baking biscuits, one order at a time. A simple five minute order is now taking fifteen minutes. Terrible for this industry, especially if you are a doordasher.
First we got there and the restaurant is full of smoke due to their hood ventilation system not working. A lady there ordering said its been like that for at least a month. Then we order our food nothing big a sandwich, 3 tenders and a couple sides. We sat down and waited for a half hour for the counter person to say how sorry she was but she gave our food to a person in the drive thru and multiple people came in got there food and left. Then the counter person asked for our receipt bc she lost our order. Then we waited another 15 minutes until it was ready. 45 minutes for sides that were already made, a cold sandwich and they gave me a 5 piece for the 45 minute wait. I cant even eat 5 tenders so I threw 2 away anyways. I get it there's 3 people working which is obviously not enough but you gave a cold sandwich and when we left after being there an hour our clothes have the worst smell of the restaurant because they need to fix the hood ventilation system. How can you have workers in there under that condition!?! Terrible environment, not managed and totally under staffed.
We were on our way home from a trip and we stopped here to grab lunch before heading back home to Canada. When we got there rhe dinning area was cold no heat on, my girlfriend ordered a 2 piece thigh combo and me a 12 piece boneless wings. We had to wait about 12 minutes for them to cook more thighs when that was done and her meal was ready they hadn't even started to cook my boneless wings, you would think they could have had it all ready at the same time and not have to wait for the second part of our order to get cooked so I told my girlfriend to just cancel my order and get my money back. It was ridiculous.
Drive through workers were rude and the food was absolutely disgusting I have never been so disappointed in food from a fast food place and I had low expectations. Do not eat here
Night shift service is garbage. Went there my a simple order was told to park on the side and they will bring my order to me. I saw that there were 3 other cars waiting but they were waiting for a while before I got there. So we waited for more than 30 minutes then they came out and gave food to those waiting before me and then me and two other cars waiting so I decided to go in and see what's happening. So once I go in all the orders were bagged and sitting on the counter. The night manager sees me and said here's half and half chicken and I said no it's the 10 piece and she stated oh I was just going out to give you your order. So long story short the service and management are lazy and they should have more help if that's the problem but that's on the manger who does the schedule for employees.
This is the place to receive the worst service ever. After ordering there were 3 other cars waiting for chicken and those cars seem like they were waiting for a while. After those 2 cars left myself and 2 other cars were still waiting. Once my wife went to see what's happening with my order the counter was filled with orders that could have been brought out to us the same time as the very first cars had gotten their order. So long story short we waited over 30 minutes to get my order after my wife went in to get it herself. This place has lazy workers especially the manager who can't manage.
I ordered my food through the drive-thru and parked to the side liked asked, to wait for my food. BUT, I waited for more than 15 minutes for my food in which I had no choice but to go inside. When I came up to the counter, they asked if I had the half and half when they just saw me in the window not too long ago asking for a ten piece classic. My order was sitting on the counter with other orders. Service sucked.
Really don't know about the food at this location but service is awful. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to order. 2 different workers saw us but no one would come to the register. Gave up and went to Chick-fil-A.
