Stopped here on a whim with my family. They had everything on their menu to satisfy everyone: pad thai, hunan chicken, general taos, tofu, beef, shrimp...everything was delicious!! My dad thought it was definitely on the spicier side, so if you are sensitive to spice, I would stay away from any dishes with a chili pepper symbol. This place is definitely more oriented towards ordering take out and pick up instead of dining in. It was a great find!! I highly recommend and I will definitely be back!!!

By far the best chinese takeout in the area. Too bad they close early-ish (9pm), and closed on Monday! I never order anything fancy from a chinese takeout. I'm looking for basically, high quality: chicken/broccoli, beef/broccoli, egg rolls, honestly and that's probably it. Their white rice is super fresh, and the above dishes are exactly what you want.

This place beats all the buffet areas around and I will drive in negative degree weather and a snow storm for their fried combination rice. I just wish they offered sushi🍣🍱 Whichever dish you chose you will not regret it. Fresh and tasty. Not old or leftover!

I've gone here for the general tso's, sweet and sour chicken, szechuan style chicken and the beef lo mein. All were excellent when I dined in over the last few months. $5.15 a piece for lunch specials, so there's not a lot of meat, but I'm always full and happy.

I travel frequently for work and I love chinese food. Super Wok is by far the best Chinese food in Watertown. Made with high quality ingredients and tons of flavor. The same quality you'd expect from a high end restaurant in NYC.

I absolutely love the restaurant in Watertown. The customer service is always great and they have the best Chinese food I've had since I've been in the North County. Plus they are not stingy with the soy and duck sauce.

I love getting food from here. The delivery boy is a nice little Chinese boy. Reminds me of the kid from Indiana Jones. "Okie dokie Dr. Jones, hold on to yo' potato". I'll pay him extra large tip for reciting that line for me...

This is the best Chinese place in town. I have been coming here for 12 years and they are always friendly, welcoming, and make great soup. Their sweet and sour sauce is amazing and they make the noodles for Egg Drop Soup by hand rather then buy them. They are family owned and run, but that makes them busy. That just makes it more enjoyable when you get fresh, great food.

There food is always good, they give you alot. They have been here for years never heard anything bad about Super Wok. Some of the other asian restaurants, the quality has gone down .With Super Wok, they have stayed the same. I have eaten at all the asian restaurants around here For the most part they were all good, then they stop focusing on the people.

I WAS SHOCKED. The food was FRESH. DELICIOUS. PERFECTLY SEASONED. I ordered the pork fried rice with the beef & mushroom, side of dumplings and the pork egg roll. The rice had good flavor, the meat was tender, saucy. The dumplings were very hot and juicy and the egg roll was THICK and CRISPY. This place is worth every penny. Will 100% be coming back. This has become my favorite Chinese restaurant.

Ordered the chicken and brocc with fried wontons..it was on point just like in the city..👌👌👌 the inside is just like a chinese restaurant in nyc. But the staff is very pleasent.

We've been to every other Chinese place in the area over the years and this place is by far our fave! Crispy things are crispy excellence and spicy things are delish. Super nice employees are always helpful and nice. We always enjoy whatever we get here!

Ordered there tonight. Excellent honey chicken and bourbon chicken. Fried cheese wontons tasted a little weird but I’ve never had them before so I’m not sure what they’re supposed to taste like.

We ordered carry out dinners for 5 in our family. The family owned business was friendly and gave us speedy service. Now for the best part....the food was excellent. Some of the best fried rice I have ever had. The noodles were good and every single person was happy with their meals. The serving sizes were good and everyone was beyond full with some leftovers.

We were passing through and looking for something better than fast food. Would come back if in the area. Service fabulous and friendly. Steamed chicken and black pepper chicken were fabulous. Egg roll was average. Very generous on rice. We asked to eat there and they brought the food on the tray. They do a huge business on carry out (both from call in and apps) so locals like it.

Great food and very filling, you get plenty of food for the order. Getting in/out of the parking lot is a little tricky due to the car wash traffic next door.

We order a bouncy but what I wanted was the chicken egg foo young it was amazing I would have gave the 5th star but the gravy that came with it was horrible. It had a bitter taste to it. If they fix the Gravy I definitely give the 5 star. Everything else was good

The seafood soup and mixed vegetables with seafood were good. This place is not well catered for dining in.

In the past, we really enjoyed the food. This time, we didn't get all of our order. The girl that took the order didn't speak English well and didn't understand. Also had to wait 40 minutes. Very busy with only two people working.

Food was good for typical little mostly carry out Chinese food joints. However I will never eat there again, at least not to eat in. It was so hot I could not finish my food. There was no AC, hell they didn't even have the ceiling fan on. Very uncomfortable.

The food tasted really good. Some of the best I've had in a while. The complaint I have is there was a tooth pick in my kids chicken lomein and a staple in my general tao chicken.

i ordered from here a week ago from the one in evan mills, my best friend and i went into the watertown one last night and we watched the one lady touch the food with her BARE hands after she fixed her hair and wiped her nose!! thats was gross!! i like there food but i will never ever get it from there after seeing that!

Ordered shrimp pad Thai and threw it out, it was disgusting and had may 5 little shrimp in it. Ordered spring rolls which went in the trash also. The grease dripped off it when I took a bite. The inside was cold and tasted nasty. Spent $23 to throw away. The food here is usually pretty good, but won't go back.

I order from here pretty often. Today I ordered and had a long black hair tangled in my sesame chicken. Also the food tasted like it was cooked in old oil. Normally it’s my favorite place to order from but today really grossed me out

Ordered hibachi chicken and beef lomaine, chicken lomaine and bone in BBQ ribs. Told us 15 minutes, it took us 25 minutes to get to restaurant, order wasn't ready. Did not get BBQ ribs in order. A week prior we ordered and got a totally different order. Went back to get right order and she charged me additional 3$. I said what about the gas it cost me to come back across town to get right order. She ignored me and made me pay.

Simply put: Proteins, yes Vegetables, no. Explained: Loved the protein options, sesame chicken and pepper steak. The vegetables are on menu as garlic green beans and garlic broccoli. I recommend the owner to change names to chili garlic green beans and chili garlic broccoli. I am primarily a veggie eater when I have take out, but my mouth was burning with the beans and broccoli after the first couple of bites…I use chilis in my home cooked meals, have multiple types of hot sauce, etc…I am able to handle a little spice with enjoyment, but these literally created chili oil in the vegetables and made it unbearable to eat. These are not made the way a traditional restaurant would make them. This is my first (semi) negative google review. I only posted it because we live twenty minutes away and I would like other potential customers to not feel like they have wasted money on sides they would not consume or pay for.

Decent chinese food. My order was ready quickly on a Friday evening. The beef & broccoli is lacking a little on flavor but I enjoyed the sweet & sour chicken and sesame chicken.

I hopped over to this family-owned dig for a quick lunch on 09/6/2022 and ordered the Hot & Spicy Pork lunch special! The tough pre-cooked pork was a disappointment in the main entree, however, doused in a sweet sauce, with a side of tasty rice and a healthy dose of veggies, this was an OK lunch. It came in at a little over $8 with a small portion size. Overall rating: 2.7/5 Can't wait to hop over to other area restaurants for a taste!

The food was ok, it's a guessing game ordering cause they don't speak english and I don't speak their language.

The sweet and sour chicken was okay. The sauce was a little watered down. I also ordered fried rice and lo mein and I didn’t get either. I guess I should have checked the bag before leaving, but oh well. Not likely to return.

Hands down the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Everything was so far past overdone it was literally mush. The noodles, the rice, all mush. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered 3 combination platters and they were all supposed to have pork fried rice. When I got home, one had pork fried rice, one had vegetable fried rice and the other had plain fried rice. I called to tell them they gave me the wrong food and the woman hung up on me. Was not happy. This place was highly recommended to me, needless to say I will probably find a different place next time!

Ordered: Young Chow Fried rice and spring rolls. First, there was the price discrepancy. I thought he said $12.66, which he and I repeated 3 times. I handed him $20.66, he gave me $7.64. I asked about the price again. He mumbled $?.?6. Second, when my food was ready, he called out the order, placed it on the counter, and walked away. All customers prior were HANDED their food. Third, the rice was unseasoned. The only flavor was from the meat fat. Between the service and the taste, there's no need to go back.

This is the worst place to order. They are always rude and if they make a mistake they don’t fix it. Not to mention China 2000 never does this.

Dishes listed as spicy have no heat whatsoever the guy that claims to know chinese food has probably never had real chinese food outside of the U.S. Its your typical mall quality order from behind their head type fast food restaurant.

It's like they found off brand Chinese food and it doesn't even taste good, there fried rice had full lettuce leaves in it and it was bright yellow. It was brighter then mustard yellow. I will not order from here again. (I got this delivered)

Food was not that great. Ordered a few things from the menu, the scallops tasted like fish stick and the hibachi somehow like breakfast syrup. Won’t go back with the other options in the area.

Usually eat here like twice a week. They completely messed up my order. Called right before they were closing as I didn’t check until I got home getting ready to eat. He said he must understood what I wanted & they did NOT offer to fix it. I didn’t want it fixed that night because it was 8:51 & they closed at 9. I wanted it fixed for the next day at least but nope. Made it seem like it was my fault they misunderstood my order. I will not spend my money here again 🙄

Ordered takeout, and was given pickup time of 45 minutes. Arrived at the specified time and proceeded to wait another 40 minutes for one dish because it “takes a long time to cook” (in an angry voice). This was only communicated after asking what was taking so long as 4 different patrons who ordered and arrived after us received their food orders. Meanwhile, the remainder of the dishes are left out on the counter and completely cold by the time the last dish (mushoo pork) was added to the bag. If something takes 1.5 hours to cook, please plan accordingly by providing an appropriate pickup time and timing the other dishes so they are edible vs cold and soggy.

They changed their egg rolls and they are disgusting now unless it was something else all together but it did have cabbage in it. We threw them away. My husband got the hibachi chicken and it he couldn't tell if they change the recipe or if it was bad so he threw it away. Sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken was good. We won't eat here again for a long long time or we'll drive across town to united China instead.

Absolutely the worst service. I work in a restaurant and i understand rude customers and people who just cause a scene for no reason. But months ago we put in an order for me and my boyfriend and our friend who is allergic to mushrooms. We received the order and he saw mushrooms in it no biggie we’ll call the store and tell them and see if we can get one without again. No the lady I talked to on the phone denied us that there were mushrooms in the first place argued with us for some time and finally we were over it frustrated and angry. Since then me and my boyfriend have ordered because we genuinely think there the best Chinese food in town and the lady is super passive aggressive. Just now we ordered through door dash it’s Friday we’re trying to relax just as soon as our dasher arrives at the store our whole order was refunded no explanation nothing super unprofessional and just flat out mean.

We placed our order (3 meals) and waited over an hour for it. Once we received it only one of the meals was actually in the bag. Two had been left off, wasnt even in the receipt. When I ordered I had repeated the order twice and had it repeated back to me twice and it was still never put through. When I went back in we had to reorder it and the person argued with me that it had never been ordered the first time and it was. Food was quite expensive. The sesame chicken with broccoli was given with no broccoli included as advertised. The flavor was good tho for the chicken. The fried rice was very bland and a lot of it was quite hard, not soft. The BBQ boneless spare ribs were given as bone in with very little meat on them. The flavor was ok tho. The fried chicken was good tho.
