I ordered during rush hour and with that I was served by a wonderful woman named elena who was serving customers all on her own. she was very professional and kind!

Kimberly (if im correct on her name), I want to thank you for the awesome service today once me and my parents were finishing up our food before leaving, she had asked us if we would like anything else and made a converstion from there, i rarely see this happen in most fast food chains, she was very friendly and had a good ongoing converstation with us! i’m always going to panda to grab some munchies and she served us very well with no problems with our food or customer service, i am beyond happy how she assisted us :)
Panda express is so good and most of the time healthy and I love how they added the greens to their menu. When I do pick up sometimes they forget the things that I ordered and I just emailed corporate and they sent me two gift certificates and I thought that was very classy. We have to remember that we all make mistakes but the way we make amends is very powerful. Thank you Panda express I'm still a customer!
Good food, fresh everytime i go. Only thing is the wait is very long, deffinetly recommended ordering through the Panda Express app. They seem to get started on online orders rather than yours when you don't order through the app. A bit frustrating after having to wait in line 20minutes and waiting to get rung up. Also if you like condiments make sure you check you're bag before leaving the building, i prefer 6hot sauces per plate, but was only given 3.

Well I'm not a fan of Panda Express but I have been through their other locations. Pros: This particular Panda Express dos not charge as much as others. Yes, they also give free taste samples. The food taste fair. Cons: The place is usually messy. It can get crowded in the evenings. Sometimes they overcook or undercook their food
Stopped in Sunday evening they were busy as usual. The line wrapped around the store arrived around 530 someone was taking orders and putting it on post-its then returning the post-it to us to give to the person filling orders it was almost six when I finally was able to give my post-it to the person filling orders. I had ordered half noodles half white rice with Beijing beef and honey sesame chicken and cream cheese ragoon. As I waited for my order I noticed that they were filling door dash orders first which is probably why they were so backed up. I finally got my order and went home about 5 minutes away. My rice and noodles and chicken were cold and the beef was luke warm. They need to rethink door dash orders.
Quality has increased although the ICE maker machine needs service! This place is like MCD and the joke of their broken ice cream machine. Service the machine! Call a professional. This Panda never gets our orders right. Because of where we live it's the only one that delivers, and whether we get it delivered or mobile order, they give us the wrong sauce packets...and sometimes forget our Rangoon orders. We have on the order SWEET N SOUR, yet they always give u Teriyaki sauce!!! I don't understand why they don't read it. I came in to pick up the order, the sweet n sour is right next to the register yet they still didn't have any in our bag. But, it's way worse when we're getting it delivered and we have no sweet n sour sauce, no rangoons(which is usually a large 10pk) and once they even forgot our main dish and only gave us chow mein for dinner!! And there's nothing we can do because it's door dash. It's absolutely ridiculous. But the Salinas store is much better, so if u can go there ur guaranteed almost always to get what u order.
The food was good but this location had a line around inside the restaurant and I wasn't a fan of that. And when I checked my bag she didn't even add napkins and utensils. So if your job is driving on the go then when you get it to go means eat in the car. Well that didn't work out. Hmmmm

Used online ordering for the first time. No issues one star. Went to pick up food, it was stacked and ready for bagging and condiments. No issues another star. Returned home notices one item missing, called the gentleman on the phone remembered the order took note to make sure it was ready or available when we came back, one star. I sent my daughter over to pick up since she was closer. Issue: the store manager Emily B? accused us of trying to get a free food item. She then would not release the food item without additional payment. She never asked any of the employees if they had already taken the order, or if the customer waa due something...mean while a guy went ahead and prepped the missing items for my daughter to bring home. So what should and would have been a very pleasant online experience worth 5 stars, ended poorly because Emily didn't have the insight to treat a returning customer with basic customer assistance -3 stars. I guess me paying for food and NOT getting it because of the store's neglect, is better than me expecting to have a complete order and general customer care. Final count 2 stars
My order was two items short, the plate was light on the portion. Wish they double checked orders before just handing them out especially when we're on a rush to get in and out. Hopefully they do better next time.
I have been to this Panda many times before and never had any issues, but today I was surprised by the minimal portions they were serving....not what I'm used to from Panda Express. I also wanted a double order of Teriyaki chicken, but was told they could scrape up enough for 1 serving and it would be 15 minutes before they would have more...I hope this won't be the norm...
Just picked up an online order for a family meal, and 3 of my large containers are less than half full. I won't go back because it was a mess in there. An employee was yelling at a customer and it was so crowded by the online order table. No distancing what's so ever. I'm letting the kids eat, because it wasn't enough food.
This would be a 1 star review if I didn’t like the food and price so much. PANDA EXPRESS NEEDS PRIORITIZE IN-PERSON CUSTOMERS OVER TO-GO ORDERS. I was the only person in line and it took me 20 minutes To get a plate of food as the staff was focusing on To go orders. Other times the line will be out the door because of a backup of to go orders.

I have never been so bothered by any place of service like this place here and the manager never the less. On top of scolding her employees infront of patrons, couldn't make change for a hundred or give me any options at all so I find my self at McDonald's ugh. And I am sure she didn't like being told by an adult to keep it down and private while yelling at them employees. I really hope this review works for ur night manager with fresh dark tattoos on her forearm 8/18/23. Last time I am here. And also Thank u for making me wait 15 mins in ur lobby waiting for food to be made. What a disgrace of a joint.
Our experience was absolutely ridiculous! We began trying to order but the girl at the counter was barely listening and then tried to complete our order before we're done ordering, then gave the last of the sesame chicken I ordered to the person behind me, put our 3 plates off next to the register getting cold for about 10 minutes then when the other girl picked it up as we were paying then decided to put it under the glass. After we paid, we continued to wait another 30 minutes for the sesame chicken. In that time they were serving the chicken to people behind us. When I asked for a refund because I was tired of waiting about 45 minutes to get my order and eat my dinner. The gal offered me store credit because "they don't do refunds". Then one of the other girls took my order back out of the case again putting out to get cold, then the chicken was done for the 3rd time, I assumed I'd finally get my order then again the chicken was going to others then I asked to have my order redone because this is the 2nd time it's been pulled from the heat and if it wasn't getting cold it was most likely getting gross, they told me they'd do it. Which was a lie because again they were running out of everything we ordered and asked if we wanted something else or we'd be made to wait another 30 minutes for everything to be completed by that time it would have been over a hour and a half by the time we'd actually eat. Which was not happening I told my husband I was over it to get a refund and I walked out as soon as I walked out then they told him our order was complete for the 10th time because the first 9 times they said our order was complete except for the chicken again and then we were missing the shrimp. Then to top it off the small carton of shrimp on my husband's bigger plate was all vegetables and 1 shrimp. And when I finally received my double sesame chicken there wasn't even enough to fill the 2 sides and my chow mein was cold. Needless to say we waited almost a hour to get our order it was no way as full as all the other orders before and after ours, the food was mostly vegetables and cold. I will never go back to this panda ever again! I was disappointed in every aspect of the word. If I could have I would have given them no stars whatsoever
This is our second letter to Panda Express Corp. Issue concerning Panda Express in Watsonville California I wanted to take the time and let you know that I went back to the same Panda express this evening to give it another try. The watsonville 152 store that we've been chatting about in this email thread. It was 9:25pm and we walked in and there was no food left and it closes at 10:00pm. I asked them if they were going to make more food. They replied that they don't want to waste food but they reluctantly made chow mein and orange chicken. These are not the items that we wanted to order but we ordered them anyway. We waited for a long time while the food was already made and they were cleaning the glass Shields in front of us and it felt rude. I gently asked if this is the way they run the store at 9:30 p.m. and they said we don't like to waste food once again. We ordered four entrees and then she gave us the receipt and had only charged us for three. I brought it to her attention and then we were charged for a separate entree because they weren't listening. We waited for a very long time and finally we got our meal and they didn't put the last entree in and insisted that we need a receipt within 5 minutes of taking our order. We don't understand why they don't want to listen at the store. My theory is that they wanted to leave work early and they did not want to deal with us. I rarely complain about any service and I did not post a bad review online about this experience because I understand how that feels being self-employed. I have no idea what is going on at that store but I believe that the manager needs to bring new leadership on customer service.
I got the large boxes because it seemed more fitting than getting the plates considering it was going to be my family of 4 and let me just say it came out to be more expensive than just buying the plates for the servings they gave. I've been to other pandas where they fill it to the top but this one barley made it halfway. So disappointing it's not the first time I've received half portions on plates but for the boxes, common don't be so stingy. The workers are nice but you have got to be kidding me the serving portions
Went today and food was terrible. White rice was WAY undercooked and crunchy. Veggies (broccoli and cabbage) were raw, definitely not cooked enough. Although they brought out "fresh" honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken, both were dry and cold. They also give ZERO sauces even tho we bought veggie spring rolls and forget about napkins or forks.. Definitely don't recommend and won't be back ourselves.
The employees Hugo and Alejandra gave everyone very Horrible customer service with such vile, ogre attitude. These employees were extremely rude and very bothered therefore took it out on the customers. When customers would ask for a particular item they expressed a lot of frustration. When I asked to be served half and half of an entree with one side they said they could not do half & half entree & they gave me 2 entrees instead and they were half scoops. My plates were incomplete while charging me full prices. I recieved 4 pieces of shrimp as a half entree. This particular Panda Express is an establishment with employees whom disrespect and do not welcome thier customers. They repel customers with their nasty attitudes.
Must be the slowest unorganized establishment I’ve been to. After paying and looking at my box full of food, they said it isn’t ready. Watched for 5 min on the counter and miraculously said my order is ready. Don’t go here
Do not door dash from here. Pick up your own food. The staff cares not for the meal if the client is not present. When it arrives at your door it is very messy and sloppy, you will get no plastic utensils, and 9 times out of ten your order will be wrong.
Did an online order, food was cold and I specify a certain number of chili sauce and they just gave me one.
Didn't eat here because I couldn't use the restroom because was closed and wouldn't let me use the other bathroom because It's for employees.. fyi 7 months pregnant and can't use the restroom sucks. So I did not spend my money here .
I went to panda today and one of the employees I'm assuming the "manager " named Elena was treating very bad (i guess) a new employee plus the costumer service from her was very unceptable. She got mad because she misunderstood and put an entry on my plate that I didn't want it. She told me with a bad attitude that I need to be more clear on ordering food. She did the same thing with two older ladies in front of me. I guess she was having a bad day but that's not a reason to serve a customer that way
This place has the worst customer service in the world. On May 8 2021 I was served poorly, yelled at, and they will no longer get my business. The portions they were serving that day were half portions. Two other people in line also made a complaint. Only reason I bought that plate was because I had promised my daughter I would. The youth working in this restaurant is the most disrespectfu. l
Waited outside for a good 15 minutes to place an order. Cash only. No problem. Waited for my turn and told the young man what I wanted. Order came out to $47.78. I handed the young man a $100.00 bill, and he said they don't take $100.00 bills. Not a sign anywhere stating this. What a waste of my time. It should have been posted. Ended up going to Golden China. How many customers can you afford to lose. You lost one here.
Terrible service No food ready waited 30 minutes for Benjing beef only for everything else to be cold by the time it was ready. No lemonade either No flavors at all I love Panda Express but I will never be coming to this location EVER again!!!
If there was a no star option I would use it here. After we ordered we waited and waited,then when I asked about our order they said they were making more veggies and it would be just a few more minutes. Then we waited and waited some more, back to the counter to ask about our order once again, and was told they were out of veggies. Sooo offered us another option which we chose and they served it up on the plate with the rest of our order, Which had been sitting on the counter getting cold the entire time. I had to ask them to fix a new order as this one was colder than Stone Cold Austin. Next time I'll stick real food.
There food gave me severe food poisoning. It’s been a month now and still have the symptoms. For the sake of the customers, check your food temperature and wash your hands!!! This poisoning has interfered with my quality of life!

I've given them one too many chances to be better, and nope. Each time was more disappointing than the last. Do better, waaaaay better, as in training. RETRAINING IS DEFINITELY NEEDED at this location. And oh yeah, they rarely smile 😁. I prefer a smile and a thank you for coming.
My son and I came here after a Doctor's appointment he ordered teriyaki chicken out of mobile order we requested immediate service. After waiting 20 minutes and seeing how everybody else was being taken care of in line that came in there was other 2 other gentlemen waiting before us it also had mobile order line was ignored they asked us 3 times what our names were we patiently gave it to them and with no success. Finally I went up and pounded on the counter telling the lady that I waited 20 minutes and mobile order should be set first. I'm normally not like that but I was a little bit mad. After that, everyone in the mobile line got served qickly. I DO NOT RECCOMEND coming to this Panda Express. I noticed the people who had Mobile ordered before me were bringing back their orders because they were experiencing problems. My sons teriyaki chicken was slimy and tasteless. The terriyaki sauce didn't even add much flavor. If you really want panda I would go to the one by santa cruz much better service and food.
It’s better to order online, because in person you will get a horrible experience, the ones in the front *usually all girls * are very stuck up and have 0 customer service skills, they are entitled to who knows what? i hope your district manager sees this comment, and decides to do something about it, I bet a jail inmate would have better customer courtesy than these people. Would rate it 0 stars if I could. P.S Tall curly hair kid there is the only person who I could see as manager there, very friendly kid!

This location is poorly managed the employees seem like they hate their job and find any excuse to go waste time in the back. The manager doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing ,overall terrible experience at this location. Food was cold because they boxed it and let it rest for about 15 minutes or so while they pack all the online orders.
We typically order once a month for our club luncheons. We serve 25-30 people promptly at noon. The members always look forward to the Panda Express food. But this past Wednesday, the order we had placed on Monday for pickup at 11 30 Wednesday was not ready. It was not available until 12 05 and then was short 3 of the ordered trays of food. A vey disappointing experience.

If I could give this 0 stars I would, I got sick after eating here. We paid $50 and the food was terrible and not even hot. The orange chicken tatsted stale and felt chewy (my jaw started to hurt after a few pieces), the fried rice had 0 flavor and was on the same level as cafeteria food. My friend even found a hair in his food! The service was terrible on top of it all. We were waiting for ever to get out food and when I went up and asked about it it was over one item we ordered not being in stock. Not once did a worker come and as if we would like to replace it, we had to be the ones to ask after waiting 30min for it. Tldr, everything about this panda sucks
don't order from kiosk, you'll just sit there for 20+ minutes and see the people who came way after you get their food first. girls in the front gossiping instead of doing their jobs smh cringe

I wish the customer service in Watsonville was better.
