Great food and service! We came for girls night and sat at the bar. Erin, the bartender, was awesome and kept our wine glasses full with Tempranillo which was delicious. We enjoyed carnes y quesos, albondigas, chicken brochettas, pulpo and many other small plates to eat. The plates kept coming and we had a great time. Can’t wait to go back!

We ordered 8 different dishes and every single one was excellent. So rich and flavorful. Hard to pick a favorite since they were all so good, but I really enjoyed the Chamucas, Croquetas De Trufa, and Albondigas. Why did I wait so long to try this restaurant?

Main line needed another great restaurant and now we have it! We really enjoyed our meal with friends. Great atmosphere (a little loud), excellent menu and wine list, excellent service and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Me and the wife was here for her birthday for the first time, had a very nice time, small plate you to pick more then one thing out to make a whole meal, but everything was good spot on, very nice taste to everything we had, so good I forgot to take a lot of pic's, we will be back

Almost everything was great. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend the albòndigas and the patatas bravas. I would highly recommend getting the tapas to share with the table. Unfortunately, they changed their menu from last year and now there is less stuff on it. Our server was nice but a little rude. The atmosphere was great.

Went to Amada Radnor for my birthday. Everyone was so nice! Food and drinks were fantastic! Chef Josh came out to chat and talk about the food that we ordered. We learned so much about what he was preparing for us and the many other offerings on the menu. Ibrahim and the manager were very friendly. We had the greatest experience...which was our first time dining at this special restaurant! Wells definitely be back with our friends to try the tasting menu! Highly recommend Amada Radnor! Everyone that we met made my birthday extra special 🥳🎂🥂

My husband and I had an incredible experience at this beautiful Spanish restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed. Our server, Scott, was absolutely amazing, he spent a lot of time with us, explaining each dish, the ingredients, and how everything was prepared. His attention and dedication truly made our night special. We ordered a variety of tapas (our favorite!) and every single one was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, well-balanced, and felt like a true culinary experience. The sangria was spectacular, and the atmosphere of the place was divine, cozy, charming, and perfect for a relaxed evening. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of food and service. This is definitely a place we would return to again and again. We highly recommend it 100%!

My wife and I went to Amada in Radnor at 530 on a Monday and were greeted right away by a very friendly host. We sat outside and had the patio to ourselves, which made it feel like a private dinner. There are a few outdoor tables, but you have to walk through the restaurant to get to them, so not sure if it is dog friendly. Our server Ibrahim was excellent. He walked us through the menu and shared his favorites. They offer a tapas tasting menu for 45 and a full dinner tasting menu for 75, but we decided to choose our own experience. Ibrahim and the kitchen coursed everything out perfectly. We had seven tapas plates and one steak to share, and it felt like the right amount of food. Maybe a little too much, but we wanted to try as much as possible. It would also be fun with more people so you could sample lots of dishes. Every plate was great, but the garlic shrimp were my favorite. My wife keeps raving about the salad, simple but perfectly done. Drinks were excellent too. She had cava on tap, I had an “Ole Fashion” and the tap lager, and we loved all of them. The music and overall vibe were spot on and made the night even better. We skipped dessert but plan to try one of the tasting menus next time. Already looking forward to coming back with friends. Skip the drive into Center City and check this place out instead.

Beautiful restaurant, we went for happy hour on a Sunday. Highly recommend. The shrimp was delicious! Very nice Tempranillo.

Went here yesterday for brunch and the recommendations by our waitress were amazing, we got the shakshuka, amada’s burger and the crab eggs benedict plus 5 tapas to share. Everything was on point. The sangria was very good and a bit on the drier side which I prefer. Would definitely recommend this place!

Food-5/5 Service- 5/5 Drinks- 5/5 Ambiance- 5/5 Value- 5/5 Tried out Amada for my wife’s birthday and it is a fantastic spot that everybody needs to check out. We chose the chef’s selection and everything was perfect. They presented us with amazing variety and everything was delicious. Some of our favorites were the bacon wrapped dates, the Serrano ham, the brussel sprouts, and the crab stuffed peppers. My mouth is starting to water as I remember these dishes. On top of the food being fantastic, the cocktails and wine pairing recommendations were on point, the staff was amazing as well. Our drinks never ran low, everything placed in front of us was explained, all questions answered and everybody seemed genuinely happy. We were lucky enough to meet Richard (GM) and he seems to have cultivated an environment where the customers and employees are all happy to be there. Amada should serve as a model to other restaurants. We have been telling our friends and hope to go back there again soon.

Everything was tasteful! The paella, la tortilla española and las.hambas al ajillo! The staff was really kind and the atmosphere enjoyable. I'm definitely coming back!

An amazing meal, incredibly helpful staff, and a great place for a long, fun dinner with friends. While not our first tapas - Amada certainly ranks at the top. We were a table of six and it was suggested we do 3 tapas selections per person and then share. This was a little much and would have done a few plates left. We were a little over-full. I’ve posted tons of pictures, but I don’t think we made any wrong moves or choices. On the pricey side - but we’ll worth it. We will be back.

Great ambience - love the decor and atmosphere. We enjoyed everything we tried. The standouts were the lamb turnover, truffle croquettes and crab stuffed peppers. I’m generally not a fan of lamb, but the turnovers pack so much flavor, a good spice without being overpowering and a delicate puff pastry. The bite sized croquettes are fluffy and paired with an interesting mix of truffle and scallop mousse. And the crab stuffed peppers- creamy and flavorful! Do yourself a favor and get the crème caramel, we loved the cinnamon infused in it.

We enjoyed everything we ordered from the traditional tapas menu, especially the octopus (pulpo) and seasonal mushrooms. The outdoor seating is nice, though there isn’t much of a view. I’d definitely go back to try more!

Food was amazing and beautifully presented. Excellent service. Overall a great dining experience. Loved all the small plates we tried and my breakfast hash was delicious. Will definitely be back again.

The food here is always excellent, highly recommend the bacon wrapped dates and the chicken skewers. Our waiter Veer, was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine offerings and ensured we had a great experience. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Such an amazing meal and the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu! The style of the menu was really cool compared to other restaurants and it was fun to share plates with everyone! Will definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone else.

Went for a special occasion on a Sunday. Great food, great atmosphere! It was wonderfully quiet and the wait staff was knowledgeable and paired our food and wine perfectly. Pricey but so worth it. Try the Sherry and a dessert you will not be disappointed.

Came here for anniversary. The food quality is the same as the one in Philly. Very fresh, very delicious!!!! Our server, Warner, is just awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable! It’s a little pricey, but for special occasion, it’s definitely worth it!

Amada was a fantastic experience for my boyfriend's birthday. The service was truly exceptional, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated. Some of our favorite items we had were the short rib Paella, patatas bravas, and the dessert espresso cocktail: absolutely incredible. We will certainly be back!

The food was incredible and so was the service (thank you Scott for such a fun night of dining!). We did the chef’s tasting and wine pairing, would highly recommend!

Group of 4 for a friends birthday. Tasting menu/wine pairing= $110. The service provided by G was first class. He did a great job of giving a brief description of each wine/dish. Also, the table was crumbed and bussed between each course. Additionally, the food runners added to a great service experience. The food was amazing. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and the presentation was beautiful. Also, there was plenty of food, we were stuffed. Compliments to the chefs! Wine selection introduced us to some great Spanish wines. The pours were generous. $110 is an insane value for the experience.

We had a great experience at the Amada Radnor. Matt, the beverage manager, was phenomenal. He had great energy and passion for his beverages. I highly recommend trying out his Gin cart! He brings it over to your table and customizes your gin and tonic in front of you.

Attended a Holiday party here. The Brussels sprouts were amazing. The space for a private party was intimate and they had a really nice outdoor space which of the weather had been permitting would have been great for mingling. That was the only issue with the table set up there was no place to stand and talk with people. They had great cocktails too and the servers were very attentive and accommodating.

My wife & I dined there last night & we had an exceptionally nice time. Our server, Devin, was not only informative & helpful to us, but she struck the perfect balance of friendliness, professionalism & pacing. The food was fantastic. It was "clean", "tight" & had so many different flavors, yet none of them overpowered any of the others. Not an easy task for a kitchen. I'll spare you all the bite-by-bite of everything we had, but rest assured, it was all portioned appropriately, seasoned well, & served in a neat way that added to the flavor & quality. The gentleman who greeted us & showed us to our table - like our server - struck the perfect balance of friendliness & professionalism. Not always an easy thing when interacting with the public. Overall, like its sister restaurant in Philadelphia, Amada Radnor is an exceptional restaurant that was a pleasure to dine at.

Rustic environment, delicious classic Spanish food served in tapas style. These are not big American meals. Like ordering appetizers for your meal. Fun cause you get try several different dishes. The Jamon Iberico was not cheap but SO DELICIOUS.

Had a great experience at Amada! The GM Noah took care of us, he was very friendly and helpful. All the service was amazing. Also the chef Josh was wonderful! Will visit again! One of the best dinner experiences!

My husband and I came here for our anniversary last weekend, we called to share that we would be late and the representative who answered the phone was so kind, so welcoming, and so hospitable!! We were sat quickly and greeted by the new manager, who was incredibly kind and wonderful to talk to. We felt so so well cared for by everyone. We had the chef's selection and wine paring, incredible food, incredible staff, we felt so well cared for -- highly recommend!!

Our 14 year old son proclaimed the short ribs were the best thing he’s ever tasted. Amada is so good. Veer was an excellent waiter and his service was impeccable. Thanks for another great meal Amada Radnor Team.

I cannot remember the last time we felt so incredibly cared for and taken care of at a restaurant! Our server, Veer, was so genuinely concerned about us having a good time, our allergies and attentive in a way that was not intrusive but he seemed to know just when we needed something. The food was incredible too! It made me remember why we fell in love with Amada in the first place, all those years ago in Philly. The sauces were outstanding, from the papas bravas to the Aoili and the broth for the mussels, its obvious attention to detail is important in their kitchen. Even the mojito was fresh squeezed lime and perfectly balanced. So grateful for all the wonderful surprise of a great experience at at time that service and flavors seem to come secondary in many establishments. Thank you Amada Wayne!’

Wonderful Tapas style resturante, calm, inviting and good food at a fair price. Chef Josh was very nice to talk to. Paid attention to my wives allergies and made sure to accommodate us. 😃

Where do I begin??? The server was excellent. Very knowledgeable and patient and took the time to help two novices like my girlfriend and I. Food was simply to die for. And for 6 plates of tapas and two drinks a person, very affordable. Decor was stunning! I felt like I was transported to a nice night in Seville! Overall a wonderful experience!

We were at the Philly Amanda over 10 yrs ago so it was great to try this location. We had a great dinner experience and we opted for the chef’s choice. I loved being surprised with each course and the flavors were amazing. The drinks were delicious and would definitely recommend.

Amazing service. Great food. Everyone was nice, fun, and in a good mood. First off the Iberico ham was smooth and fragrant. Slightly salty and delicious. Octopus was amazing, the best I’ve had outside of Venice. Cooked perfectly which can be quite a feat. They definitely achieved that. The bacon wrapped dates were a perfect mix of sweet and salty. The drinks are great too. Had a mojito and an old fashioned, both well made. Location can be hard to find if you come in the back entrance and the parking spots are a bit small even for normal size cars. The potato roll ups were ok. Nothing exciting and left in the shadows by the others. Over all very impressed and will be back.

The Amada location in Old City is a favorite when I want Spanish Tapas! I was excited to hear the announcement for the new Amada location in Radnor! The interior of this new location is spacious and beautiful! There is a large bar area and the kitchen faces an open area dining room! The drinks are top notch and flavorful! The tapas of the braised short rib on flatbread was delicious! The jamón croquettes in romesco sauce..so yummy! The main course of: French Toast & Eggs Benedict (Chorizo Sausage) was a great way to end our meal! Service was attentive and prompt throughout our dining experience! I recommend highly to others and will return repeatedly to this location because of the ease of parking availability and the spaciousness of the restaurant!

The service and vibes were amazing as expected. The food was subpar. We went for dinner on a Sunday night and was seated immediately. The prices are high for the amount of food. Maybe it’ll be worth it for happy hour.

Met coworkers for dinner and service was really good. The food was also tasty. Good ingredients, nice presentation, but portions could be a bit larger. We had prosciutto, empanadas (pass), octopus (very good), shrimp in garlic sauce (also great), manchego cheese, flat bread (the best!!) and the cheesecake dessert (can’t miss either!). Wish parking was a bit closer, they have an efficient valet team working very hard but I prefer to park if myself and the lot is not super close to walk in the cold. Still strongly recommend Amada!!

Wasn’t the worst, but certainly wasn’t the best. Made a reservation after seeing people highly recommend on reddit, but got a bit nervous after seeing the slew of negative google reviews from the last few months. Decided to give it a go anyways, and I fear I should’ve taken the hint from the negative reviews. The service was pretty good, our waiter G was nice and attentive from start to finish. The patatas bravas were the best dish of the night, but were weaker than any other that I’ve had elsewhere (these were glorified home fries). From the reviews I’ve seen, it appears they changed the patatas bravas in the last 6 months, and the old preparation was more aligned with what I’ve had (and prefer). The ham croquettes looked great but fell short in taste and texture. The beef skewers had great taste but a chewy texture. The worst part was the basque cheesecake, which would’ve been fine if it wasn’t sitting in a pool of literal balsamic vinegar. We searched online to see if this is traditional in Spanish food, but were unable to find anything justifying this choice. It was honestly so bizarre and left us walking out with confusion. If you’ve never had tapas, you might not mind this food, but I would search elsewhere if you’re looking for high quality Spanish cuisine.

We have been loyal Amada patronts since its inception in the City. The Radnor location started out well, but is quickly falling behind. Our latest dinner was a surprise to say the least. Why reinvent something as perfect as patatas bravas is beyond me? If it worked for the last 20 years, why re do it and moreover, make it terrible? The addition of braised short rib seems to be good move until you taste it to realize its poorly reheated and dry, a poor flavored sauce added to apparently mask this fact. Arroz temperado, sadly taken off the menu. Insalata verde that used to brim with fava beans, avocado, and asparagus was now simply a salt bomb with no visible vegetables other than lettuce itself. Fortunately, we ate at the Atlantic City location in August and the food was much much better. I really hope the kitchen gets their act together and the menu sees the return of some of the classics, as opposed to caterning to the carnivore. Our favorite restaurant seems to be struggling and with rumors of expansions to other regions, maybe refocusing on what's already established would be a wiser move. Good luck for now

The meal started off fine. Our Server, Veer (like veer right, or veer left) was very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions, got our drinks, and had food ordered quickly. The first course came and was delish. Thst was when the problems began. Veer informed us he was holding our second course so we could enjoy our current dishes, and that the second wave would be along shortly. That was the last we saw of him for 25 minutes. Our food did not arrive. My wife's drink was never refilled. Our waters went bone dry. Eventually, we had to ask a busser who was nearby to refill my diet soda and see about our dishes. Lo and behold....the food arrived. Almost. The first thing I ordered, the patatas Bravas never arrived. Eventually, the Head Chef jad to bring them out....an hour after they were ordered. Delicious, but I was full from waiting so long for my food. As we paid our check, Veer took our dishes to be boxed up....and forgot about us for the third time. We had to ask the Head Chef...who noticed something amiss, and came to investigate, if he would please find our leftovers so we could take out infant son home to bed. It just seemed to be one misfire after another. The food was exceptional, but not sure it is enough to rescue that kind of poor service.

Very mixed review, so the good first. The food was mostly very tasty, and with very nice presentation. Our booth was comfortable, and the servers were excellent. The way food came out was tapas style, but with zero order. We expected the charcuterie to come out first, it showed up randomly in the middle. The last item to come out was calamari, which is not how you want to end a meal. Finally about the experience. We arrived five minutes early to be respectful of our reservation time. No one was at the host table. When a hostess arrived she told us we would be seated at the the reservation time. We were seated twenty minutes later, well after the reservation. The host table was mostly deserted, and often the hostess just walked by almost avoiding eye contact. Far from hospitality. Last but not least is the noise. There is zero noise dampening, and from the second you walk in the noise is just absurd. Very hard to carry any conversation.

We have been to the one in the city once and LOVED it. Service and food were superb! We were here this evening to celebrate a birthday. The service was poor. Waitress didn’t even know how to pronounce the food and her description of certain foods left you wondering if she knew what it was. Asked for a soda and it was brought when the meal was over and there was a lipstick stain on the rim of the glass The appetizers were great but the paella valenciana was just ok. Definitely not worth the price. It was disappointing. Will not be going back.

The food was not good. The potatoes very salty. The salmon and the fish were brutal. I don’t think I will try it again. I don’t mind to pay but for a good food. Very disappointed.

A

Not sure when it happened, but the happy hour food prices have sky rocketed. Once the happy hour here was a great place to be introduced to tapas, and would often lead to spending on plenty of full price menu options in addition. Very sad, I suspect we will not return.

J
Janis Weinberg Gold

This was our first time here and we came for happy hours. Tapas prices on happy hour menu are close to regular menu prices. We were served a skimpy glass of wine and the calamari portion was very small even as tapas. Potatoes were okay. Atmosphere is nice. We were disappointed.

100% fake spanish. My husband is from Spain, he got so appalled by the tortilla de patata he actually decided to do one tomorrow himself, lol. Seriously even the airport lounge in Madrid (barajas airport) gives you better tortilla. Whoever’s cooking obviously has zero experience with real Spanish food. Tortilla de patata is omelette with potatoes in it not potato pancakes with eggs in it. Bravas are not french fries, they are a different cut, and the sauce needs to have generous amount of paprika (hence the name of the dish). Gambas are just criminal. You need to fry generous amounts of garlic in olive oil before frying the shrimps and the shrimps need to be really fresh. This one here has totally the wrong taste even the wrong color. Croquetas have the wrong texture (way too coarse) and I don’t know what to make of that sauce. Gotta say this is one of the worst “Spanish” restaurants in the east coast.
