Best of all the one's I've been in. Excellent food, staff, and service. And I've been to a lot! Weatherford is lucky to have this one. Only one complaint and it has to do with the building. The skylight, although nice and distinctive over the other stores, really makes it too warm in the dining area.

I have only good things to say about this Taco Bueno. They actually understand how to make vegetarian tacos unlike the ids at Taco Bell who want to charge $3 extra to make them with rice instead of meat. Bueno also has a nice salsa bar.

I forgot how much I loved Taco Bueno! Growing up it was one of my go-to spots, the Mexi Dip & Chips is iconic, the Chicken Potato Burrito is legendary, and their bean and cheese burrito might be the best fast food burrito. I hope Taco Bueno makes a comeback and starts opening more locations.

Not sure why this place gets meh reviews. I showed up at 8:30 on Thursday, August 31st 30 minutes before they close (Weatherford, Main St). I had the best experience with the lady at the window, I’m not sure of her name but she was kind and sweet. She apologized about the wait time before and after my food was handed to me. It really wasn’t a long wait maybe 6 minutes. Probably one of the best fast food experiences next to Chik Fil A. This place was my wife’s addiction during pregnancy with my son and now we show up for the taquitos that are super addicting and the monster quesadillas.

Was having a rough day and this wonderful gentleman brightens it completely , he did a wonderful job and deserve ls praise and a raise please see that he gets it! ( His name was: tim)

We do not have a Taco Bueno where we live, so when I'm somewhere that does we go. This location in Weatherford was great. They were busy(looked a little short staffed), but the crew was nice and the food was great. The place was clean and inviting. Great experience

We are from Florida and drive to TX for a week every year.. We always stop and get 20 bean burritos and 4 lg queso.. Then periodically throughout our visit we stop in for more.. They are always delicious, just like we remember them to be.. Thank you to the staff..

Taco Bueno in Weatherford is a very clean store! The employees are extremely helpful. I had a free Muchaco with loyalty rewards and they fixed me right up. Their Big Freakin’ Taco Salad is pretty good! It had a nice scoop of guacamole and a good side of sour cream. The shell is light/crispy. Food is good, made fresh right in front of you. Their taco bar is very clean and stocked. Prices are reasonable, service is excellent, and the food is good! They have a drive through that is pretty efficient too!! I have gone here several times and it has always been consistently good!

Very nice and clean. Great customer service. Curtious and Polite. Fast service. Awesome salsa bar. I had a beef taco salad (delicious) while my friend had the chicken enchilada meal with beans and rice(also delicious)! Very generous proportions. Very good price! We are extremely pleased! Keep up the awesome job! Only suggestion that I have is to add green salsa to the bar along with lemon slices. Again...BRAVO!!

Taco Bueno is a lot better than Taco Bell, and I wished it was everywhere in the country. The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is amazing to eat Mexican food. The food especially the tacos are amazing and delicious and I would recommend anyone to come.

Descent food, friendly staff, always make sure you have hot sauce or other condiments. I did receive 2 muchacos and 3 burritos instead of the 4 burritos and a muchaco I ordered.

Nice crew, food was on point. Most taco Buenos have been lacking somewhat in my opinion but this one is still doing well!

I stop here on my way home from work often. Quality of the food is usually good, service is hit or miss. Dining room being open is hit or miss too.

I have a soft spot for Taco Bueno because of how much I loved it in my youth, but I will admit that it is not as good as it once was. This location is okay, although it always feels like it could be a little cleaner. The service is usually pretty good and the food is just fine. I do really like their crispy beef tacos, especially with a generous amount of their red sauce applied to them! Their burrito options are solid too, I enjoy the beef bueno burrito and the chicken potato burrito. As far as fast food Tex Mex is concerned, you could do a lot worse.

Wasn't busy, friendly employees. Dinning area was clean. Service was fast. The Muchaco and the burrito were good. Only negative was that the food was not very hot, certainly didn't feel like it was fresh out of the kitchen, but it was ok.

Went thru the drive thru. Typical Taco Bueno food. Last two visits to this location, drove directly up to the speaker to place my orders, mid afternoon (not busy at all), no one was ahead of me or waiting for food at the windows. I do not remember the food on the order prior to this visit, but it was a small order. This order was two regular bean burritos and one muchaco. Both orders took over 10 mins to get. Funny, as I thought you'd was fast food

The Big Freakin' Taco salad isn't so big. Giant bowl (which was fresh and crispy) but very little everything else. The chicken in it was moist and packed with flavor, but there wasn't much of it. Also disappointed to discover they don't put beans in their salad. My bad for not reading, but it makes for a very boring salad. Mostly lettuce. Shoulda got the taco platter. lol Good service, though. Woman running the drive through was really nice.

The food was good, standard Taco Bueno. However, I just tried the Chicken Rice Bowl and it was really good. It's an economy version of my favorite Chili's dish, Margarita Griled Chicken! Excellent! Service was average, nothing to write home about, but not poor.

I enjoy the food but waiting in line for 45 minutes on fast food is a little much for me. I think I will find somewhere else next time. I hope they are able to find workers soon

The size of the muchaco was disappointing but it was ok. Basically a fried pita bread taco. I know it's fast food. Taco Bueno used to be so much better than I remember 26 years ago when I left Texas.

The service was quick, but the food was pretty average. I can see why I hardly ever see anyone there. I wouldn't go by myself, but it was fun with friends.

Generally ok. Went through drive thru and got a number 6 (mexidips and chips, muchaco, and a drink). Mexidips and chips had beans and guacamole, but was missing the queso. Disappointing.

We had tacos and taquitos. The meat in the tacos was disappointingly bland - I don't think it was cooked with any spices at all. The cheese was good and the lettuce was fresh. The taquitos were supposed to have chicken in them, but the amount was so small as to be practically undetectable. They were mostly bread. They came with queso so that, at least, gave them some flavor. Taco Bueno offers an assortment of salsas and other extras for enhancing the taste of their very basic and bland food. I don't think a store should rely on these. Make your food taste good BEFORE you add the sauce. This particular location was clean and the staff were mostly pleasant and helpful. Overall I found my meal too be nothing special and will probably not eat at Taco Bueno again.

Looked like Manager was dealing with all new people. Have been there; tough job. My Mucho Tostada was covered with mostly shredded lettuce and not much else; no sour cream, almost no cheese, tiny bit of meat ... My bean burritos were very light and all of them had 3 large bites of empty flour tortilla before ever getting to any beans or cheese. Likely will not return.

Love coming here. The biggest complaint is its Not near clean enough inside. Take better care of the condiment bar as well and floor and tables. Also since Bueno went back to original recipes recently, they have waaay too much grease in the beef. Tacos are soggy and have a puddle if you get a soft taco. The past several visits have been the same experience. Will need to give this place a rest. Original recipe good, just not at the price of a greasy mess. We went through the drive-thru. We asked for no lettuce on the tacos, and when we got home, there was lettuce. Those tacos went to waste. The burritos were more like rolled tortillas than burritos. There were beans on the bottom half only.

This spot ain’t it. But it is it- The taco meat is really good BUT, where is the meat- and the cheese- and the lettuce- and I swear I found only 4 tomatoes chunks like- but I mean hell they forgot our churros. ALSO the manager was really nice and sincere about it and replaced the whole order. So no hard feelings!

The woman that took our order was very nice. We wanted to substitute a couple of items and she handled our request like it was not problem. We ended up missing one of the items we ordered. We went back in to retrieve it. She was very apologetic. We told her it was not problem. The food was a little sloppily prepared but that was the kitchen help (probably rushed). You can expect craziness on a Saturday evening. It tasted good anyway.

My husband and I came in and decided to get 2 of the $6 party boxes. Service and atmosphere is good but the party box is SMALL. Everything you get in it is small. The pictures make the food look bigger but they are not. Not worth the money. It's called a party box but it's more like a kids meal. It's empty in here and now we see why. Oh and they show on the menu that you can get Frito burritos for a limited time but they don't serve them anymore. It shouldn't be on the menu if they don't serve them!

The parking lot needs to be power washed, but the lot is otherwise tidy. The bread of my muchaco was stale which is normal now. It's contents tasted fresh. My mucho nachos were decent this time though. Taco Bueno isn't as good as they used to be but I will come back because they are better than Taco Bell.

The restaurant was clean... but they commit the cardinal sin for mexican food... it was BLAND. Sure they tried to make it hot, but I guess they figure everyone is on a low/no salt diet. If you are looking for texmex in North Texas, there are SO many better options! PS, if you DO chose to try your luck, avoid anything with the pablano ranch dressing... only after i tried the giant freaking flaming quesadilla and told the guy woking the register that I wasnt impressed did he tell me that he thought it was pretty bad as well... granted, he DID say "you know this is in there" when i ordered, but I guess I am not good with subtlety... I wish he had said somthing more like "you know this nasty stuff is in there" 😉

Disappointing and overpriced. Payed almost $15 for two TINY soft tacos, a plate of nachos, and 2 small drinks. The chips were terrible, although the beef and queso were okay. The tacos were beyond disappointing, everything about them was a let down.

11pm on Saturday. Hours are til 1am. Why is this place closed? I've been trying to eat taco bueno for days now and never have been able to make it to one being on the road alot...well, i finally i made it. To Weatherford. And you're closed. On a Saturday. Smh...lights are on. Signs and menu are lit up...but the place is a dang ghost town.

Well. 4 dollar moochaco or whatever and was way to small for not a good taco or what ever The queso cheese was like dipping your chips into water. Also wall in customers are just as important as drive through as usuall some places concentrate on drive through and forget about the other customers are not as important. . As the manager decides to Interview in the dining area during lunch and should have been helping the clerk's at 11 am. And perhaps do early appoints for hiring .

It has been a while since I’ve visited a taco bueno. I use to love the mucho nachos and the bueno chiladas. I decided since I was near one I would go and get some nachos and that great salsa. Well let’s just say that it was not one of my most exciting rewards. The food was not what I remembered it to be. It was almost tasteless and the cheese sauce was very watered down. There was a small amount of sour cream and the salsa left a lot to be desired. I don’t think I will be back. The dining room was not very well kept up tables were dirty and the floors were not swept up. I also noticed that the tea urns sitting on the counter had no covers on them so anything could get in the tea. The salsa bar wasn’t too bad but could have used some attention as well. It was not very busy and it seemed there were enough people behind the counter that it should not have looked this way in the dining room.

I was the only inside customer with 3 cars in the drive through. Ordered for dine in but they made it to go. The salsa bar was mostly empty including the napkins. And it was a mess. I had to ask for a lid because that wasn't stocked either. The staff was fairly new and polite. Food was very good Once they get everything down this should be a good store.

We have been to this location 3 times in 3 years. On every single visit, they got our order wrong or omitted an item that we paid for. They’re batting 1000! Don’t believe we’ll be back to this location. Only worst service in Weatherford is KFC… wait… they’re tied!

I was on my lunch break, pulled into Taco Bueno because there weren't any cars in line and I was in a hurry. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and a guy starts taking my order and right in the middle of this a girl piped up and said they would be with me in a minute. They never did. I waited for a few minutes before pulling off. The only thing I can think of for why she did that when they were dead was because she didn't want to wait on anyone and figured if she waited long enough, I would leave. I don't know if that's why they're not busy ever or what. The food is ok, it's close to my job and easy to get to, but I won't be going there anymore. That was rude.

I normally have an amazing visit, today I got a burrito with metal shards in it. I tried calling the store and it rang and rang and then said it was unavailable and hung up. I hate to think about what could have happened if I swallowed it but luckily I felt the sharp edge on my tongue. My sister also found hairs. Not one but multiple in her burritos. We are not satisfied at all and scared to eat here again. Update: was able to talk to the manager, he is going to “fix the problem and make it up to us” I appreciate his concern.

Gone downhill for past several years. We keep hoping they will get better to no avail. Ordered last night ...2 bean burritos with extra chili sauce. Not only did we get NO sauce on either but they charged us for the SAUCE we didn't get!!!

Worst experience I've ever had. Sat on hold when I called to inform I didn't get my correct order, nor received my receipt. I was still in the parking lot. I went in and lady was on her cell phone so I walked out. No reason to blow a gasket over 6 bucks but certainly lost my business

I only gave this one star because 0 stars was not an option. The food was salty and over cooked. The salsa bar was understocked and old. The staff could only blame the other shift for what was wrong.

It was a mess! And it took us a few minutes for someone to take our order.. it wasn't even busy. Almost everything on the salsa bar was empty. Very disappointing experience :(

Very short staffed. I was on my lunch break and had already paid. Went to sit down other customers told me I'd be waiting at least 45 mins. It took 45 😒 I was late coming back to my job. I could have been fired for that. It should NEVER take that long for FAST FOOD!

I’m not sure who hired the manager at this restaurant but she is the rudest person I’ve ever met!! She speaks terrible to her employees!! I will literally never go back! I believe her name is Crista!! She completely humiliated her employees in front of the whole restaurant! When I asked the employees who she was they were like she always speaks to us like that. If I could give this place a negative star, this place deserves it. Ordered a B.O.B and it was so full of grease. Took it back to the manager and he said it was because they put to much grease in the beans. Then offered me an expired $5.00 gift card. Food isn't for human or animal consumption. They closed the one in Granbury, they should had added this one to the list.

Worst possible mistake. En route to an appointment. I thought I would grab a quick burrito to go. One item. They must have forgotten about me. I was standing there for 10-15 minutes. I finally went up to the cashier and asked. My food came out within minutes. Now very late for my appointment. Not worth the stop…

I ordered the large chips and queso. The chips were greasy and stale both bags. Wasn't able to finish the queso because I couldn't endure the greasy taste and stale chew. Called and manager was very rude and admitted that the chips are fried three times a day and that when they get cold they taste kind of like they are stale. He hung up the phone on me before he said a couple of times, "I don't know what you want from me!" Horrible customer service. Horrible product quality!

I went to the Taco Bueno on main St in Weatherford Tx. Use the drive threw. My order was missing hot sauce, an utensils. I live 5 minutes away my food was cold the beans were nasty. I had to throw it away it was not good.

Went to taco bueno for the first time. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and the potato chicken burrito. With the change round, my total came to $12. With two cars in front I me, I waited about 8 minutes after place my order for the two to get their food. I’ve I pulled up and paid, I waited for 11 minutes at the window to get a bland quesadilla and room temperature rolled taco. The potato inside was some how over cooked and cold, the canned tasting chicken was a weird room temperate. When the lady gave me my food, she opened the window and just said sauce, no, here’s your food. No apology for the wait or anything. I will just stick with Taco Bell or taco casa. Not worth the time or money.

Haven't been in around 15 years. I was driving through from Florida and stopped because it was always our favorite place when we lived here. The food was good, the restaurant was trashed, tables filthy, hot sauce bar was nasty and look like rotten food. The employees were not wearing gloves. It kind of grossed us out.

Went through the drive thru employee was nice at window went inside because I asked for no lettuce or tomatos but they put lettuce on my taco the lady in the back didn't look to happy she gave me a dirty look and the other guy had chin hair so long without it bein covered up making food nobody wants hair in there food I usually love this place but I don't know if I'll come back. lobby was closed @7 pm and the wait in the drive thru was 35 minutes. i was delivering a door dash so i missed out on money in that time. o think the lobby was closed because an employee had their baby with them, and i get it but we all have mouths to feed trio that should have been 18 minutes all around ended up taking me 45 minutes. so i made 6 dollars in 45 minutes because they lobby was closed and the drive thru was slow.

Truly convinced everyone who works here does not know the difference between chicken and beef. Everytime I’ve asked for anything beef, I ALWAYS end up getting chicken. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I will never understand how yall get the two so confused.

Or if you want to order a meal amd only receive half of your items please come to this bueno. If you want to waste your money on wrong items wrong orders please come here. This has been a multi occurrence in hopes that after time they can get their stuff together but no they dont. Gm should lose his job for training so poorly staff should be drug tested for not following simple instructions. Spend your money literally anywhere else if your wanting tacos for the love of God

Horrible place to eat at. I have gotten food from here twice and both times I was missing food and the orders were incorrect. Last time I was missing about 20$ worth of food. Gas for a week worth of missing food. And they refuse to answer the phone. I called 13 times and got sent straight to a hang up. I dont currently have a vehicle so Its hard for me to even get up there. The least they could do is answer the phone about 20$ of missing food. Or incorrectly made food. They obviously cannot fallow instructions. I was missing close to 15$ worth of food from the orders before. Literally the only 2 times I have been here.

Paid $4.32 for a combo burrito. Umm, Im not sure what this is, but it is definitely not worth $4.32, barely $2 worth of food. Smh, I wish I could return for refund. And the tortilla is hard. So dissatisfied and disappointed . I took one bite and ended up throwing away.

First off let me say I love Taco Bueno. this was however my worst experience there ever. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two tacos that was it it shouldn't be hard it's Taco Bueno. The lady that took my order kept asking me are you sure just two tacos?? Said yes ma'am just the two tacos. I get to the window to pay. The lady in the Drive-Thru finally comes to the window and takes my card. I am not exaggerating when I say I waited 10 minutes to get my card back and to get my tacos I was the first in line and there was only one other person behind me. Now these were two of the saddest tacos I've ever seen in my life for $6. Two regular crunchy tacos for $6 from Taco Bueno, what?? There was lettuce in the tacos and a little bit of burnt taco meat and a few shreds of cheese. And the tomatoes that they put on there were so mushy and so overdone that it was just sad. I must say I was extremely disappointed and don't see myself patroning their establishment anytime in the near future.

Absolutely Horrible customer service. Ordered through Door Dash food was poorly handled by them and went to eat my broken toastda and found a huge piece of plastic in my good called to speak to the GM and he didn’t offer to replace nor fix the issue . I will be calling corporate.
