the food was good for the most part, for some reason the Mac n cheese pasta with the chicken on top was a different noodle than displayed and also dry, but at least the chicken tasted good. they also don't have a license to allow people to take to go alcohol, but the server was great:D

I’ve worked in the food service industry for 8+ years & this was probably one of the most efficiently run restaurants I’ve been to in a long while. Kristyn was an absolute delight! She checked on us often and made sure our needs were met: her personality and spirit were so bright and joyful! We loved eating off of the 2 for 25 menu and got drinks as well: all of which were fantastic!

Our favorite Applebees to visit (we live in a nearby town). Always greeted by a friendly host and always have awesome servers. It’s always decorated perfectly for the season too. The holidays are among us and it was a cozy atmosphere. Krystin was our server and she was amazing! Super friendly and personable. My husband and I were going to split an entrée and an app. She suggested we’d be getting more for the same cost or slightly less by doing the 2 for $25 (a great deal!). She checked on us and our little one multiple times—making sure to clear empty plates and bring us refills without having to ask. One of the most attentive servers I’ve ever had! I had the oriental chicken salad, my husband had the parm chicken fettuccine and our daughter had the quesadilla and applesauce. We had mozz sticks to start. Everything came out in an appropriate amount of time, temperature, and flavor was perfect. We’ll be back again, of course :)

My wife and I ordered the meal deal, her fried shrimp was soggy and tasted like old fryer oil, and my burger was good and tasty. Service was very good, and we were asked if they could remove the shrimp dinner from our bill. The man who waited on us was very attentive and on point. The atmosphere was typical.

Tahlia was the most amazing server! She was especially great with my kids and getting their food out quickly for them. She was constantly one step ahead of what we needed and we truly appreciate her! Thanks you so much for being amazing!

Timing is everything... (It is always a good idea to call ahead if your party is larger than 4) They have great drink & appetizer specials, given the right timing. Meals are generally very good. (They have had some shortage of 'sides', so ask for a substitute You like. If you intend to watch a TV, tell them... It may add time to the watch. Every server I have ever had there has been very attentive (and I do tip accordingly & well).

Seem better than other AppleBee I’ve been to. My family cane here on Sunday around 4:40pm. There are plenty parking spots. The restaurant was about half full. We didn’t have to wait to be seated. The menu is the same as other locations. They had deals 50cent wings which was nice. It took about 15 minutes for our food to be ready. I added celery for my wings and I got only 3 tiny sticks sadly. The table also was not stable, one side have to lean on to keep it not moving. Staffs are friendly and the restaurant manager was very helpful with our situation.

Grilled chicken and shrimp was delicious with sautéed onions and mushrooms. Perfectly cooked and tender - full of flavor. Smashed potatoes were good. Short staffed at the Webster location as two waitresses were working the entire restaurant. They were friendly and constantly on the go. This created a slight delay in service which was good despite the circumstances.

Service was slow. Waitress disappeared for long periods of time. I ordered the Ultimate Trio and ordered the boneless wings as Mild, as I cannot tolerate hot or spicy. I took one bite and my mouth was in fire. Had to ask a porter to get our waitress. Told her I ordered mild, and she agreed. She asked if I wanted a mild order, which I said yes. Next thing I know, the manager, Tiffany, came over with an attitude saying " you do realize our house wings are hot, right?" I told her no, I ordered mild. She said they don't have mild, got snarky and I asked if I still wanted some wings plain. Told her no thanks. Waitress came back and said the mgr was wrong, and she did comp the wings. Tiffany was the rudest person I have come across in a long time. The other 4 people in my party agreed. I will not go to that location again.

I usually go to this location because I have found over the years that the Webster location HAD REALLY GREAT SERVICE, BUT TONIGHT......... This location REALLY dropped the ball. I ordered two 2 for 25 meals for myself, my husband and my two children. ( who are adults by the way) The half rack of ribs were charred to death and dry. The chicken penne pasta was TERRIBLE. The chicken was salty and burned. The burger that I ordered was RAW, when I clearly stated NO PINK!!! I don't eat anything rare let alone RAW!!! I called the restaurant and spoke with Alex about my disappointment with my meal purchases and even offered to take a Pic of the meals and send it to him. ( it really was that bad) I spent nearly 70.00 dollars and my family and I threw it all out. I am so mad because I drove to this location ON PURPOSE and this is what I get.😡😡😡 Needless to say I WILL NOT visit this location anytime soon.

Absolutely horrible experience. We waited over an hour just for 3 drinks. While waiting, the bartender spent most of that time standing around behind the bar doing absolutely nothing. And the wildest part? They still expected us to pay for the drinks we had to wait an hour for. There were only about five other tables occupied in the entire restaurant. So there is no excuse for this level of incompetence. When the food finally showed up, it was bland, sloppy, and straight up disgusting. To make it even worse, one of our orders was completely wrong and had to be sent back. We waited another 35 minutes for that dish as well. From start to finish, we were stuck in this place for almost THREE HOURS. Three hours of waiting, bad service, and nasty food. This was by far one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Total waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Sat us down gave us our drinks and never came back. Sat people beside us and took their order. I’m extremely disappointed and very unhappy. Getting ignored at a restaurant was not the plan of coming to it. In addition the manager has been hiding and not coming around. Some girl counted the draw before even taking orders. We been here for over an hour and no one has taken our order they have all made eye contact but hasn’t came over.
